| 1 | Advances in Utilization of Agricultural Waste Based on Production of Edible Fungi显示文摘Along with the rapid development of edible fungus industry in China,the traditional mode of production giving priority to wood chips will be severely limited,and using agricultural waste distributed widely,having large yield,and containing high content of organic matter to produce edible fungi has good economic and ecological benefit. In this paper,based on the analysis of characteristics of agricultural waste in China,the present situation of application of agricultural waste in the production of edible fungi at home and abroad was introduced,and the main problems existing in production of edible fungi by using agricultural waste in China at the present stage were pointed out. | 2 | Dynamic wheeled motion control of wheel-biped transformable robots显示文摘Most existing biped robots can only walk with their feet or move by wheels.To combine the best of both worlds,this paper introduces the dynamic wheeled control including wheeled locomotion and in-situ wheel-to-foot(WtF)transformation of a full-sized wheel-biped transformable robot SR600-II.It can traverse on flat surfaces by wheels and transform to footed stance through its switching modules when facing obstacles.For wheeled locomotion,the kinematics considering upper-body lumped center-of-mass(CoM)constraint is first derived.Then,the dynamics of wheeled locomotion is modeled as a wheeled inverted pendulum(WIP)with variables related to the pose of upper body.After that,a parameter-varying linear quadratic regulator(LQR)controller is utilized to enable dynamic wheeled locomotion.For WtF transformation,the WtF balance constraints are first revealed.Then,a WtF transformation strategy is proposed to tackle the problem when robot transforms from wheeled balance state to in-situ biped stance state.It enables the robot to pass by the transition stages in which both wheels and feet touch the ground and to maintain its balance at the same time.Simulations and experiments on the SR600-II prototype have validated the efficacy of proposed dynamic wheeled control strategies for both wheeled locomotion and in-situ WtF transformation. | Chao Zhang Tangyou Liu Shuang Song Jiaole Wang Max Q-H.Meng | 2022 | Biomimetic Intelligence & Robotics2022,2,2: | 1 |
| 3 | Optimization of Fermentation Conditions of Lepista sordida Mycelium显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to optimize the fermentation condition of Lepista sordida mycelium. [Method] The effects of carbon sources,nitrogen sources,pH and incubation time on the dry weight of mycelium in L. sordida fermentation were investigated. [Result] The descending order of the influences on L. sordida mycelium growth was: carbon sources>incubation time>pH>nitrogen sources. Based on orthogonal experiment, the optimal fermentation condition of L. sordida mycelium was determined as: fermentation medium of 3% corn powder and 0.2% yeast extract, pH of 6.0, and incubation time of 8 d. | 5 | Functional Analysis of Phosphate Transporter OsPHT4 Family Members in Rice显示文摘The transport of phosphate between cytoplasm and subcellular compartments is critical for plant metabolic regulation.We conducted bioinformatic analysis,heterologous expression in yeast,gene expression pattern and subcellular localization analysis to characterize the possible functions of OsPHT4 gene family in rice.Together with the PHT4 genes from higher plants,OsPHT4s can be classified into six distinct groups.OsPHT4;1-OsPHT4;4 are targeted to chloroplasts,and OsPHT4;6-1 and OsPHT4;6-2 are located to Golgi apparatus.OsPHT4 proteins can mediate inorganic phosphate(Pi)transport in yeast.In addition,dynamic transcriptional changes determined by qRT-PCR revealed different expression profiles of OsPHT4 genes in response to phosphate starvation,salicylic acid,abscisic acid and salt stress treatments.These results suggested that OsPHT4 proteins are involved in Pi distribution between the cytoplasm and chloroplast or Golgi apparatus and also involved in stress responses. | Li Ruili Wang Jiaoling Xu Lei Sun Meihao Yi Keke Zhao Hongyu | 2020 | Rice science2020,27,6: | 1 |

| 7 | Design and analysis of an intra-abdominal wall-lifting device for vNOTES显示文摘Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(NOTES)associated with less pain,shorter hospital stay,and outstanding cosmetic results has drawn considerable attention from the academic community.For NOTES,pneumoperitoneum is an essential technology to obtain intraperitoneal surgical space,which,however,can have some serious adverse hemodynamic effects.In this paper,we propose a novel intra-abdominal wall-lifting device that can replace the pneumoperitoneum functionally for transvaginal NOTES(vNOTES).The device consists mainly of two layers of elastic strips,namely,the outer strips that are used to lift the abdominal wall for surgical exposure and the inner strip with a camera mounted that can rotate to provide a wide surgical field of view.With the design,gasless vNOTES can be carried out with 82.74% of the operative field provided by pneumoperitoneum,eliminating all complications associated with gas insufflation.The design principle and kinematic analysis of the device are discussed in detail and validated by experiments.Finally,a prototype is fabricated to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed concept. | Jie Wang Yue Zhou Xiao Xiao Jiaole Wang Li Liu | 2023 | Biomimetic Intelligence & Robotics2023,3,1: | 0 |
