| 1 | Genetic variants in RAN, DICER and HIWI of microRNA biogenesis genes and risk of cervical carcinoma in a Chinese population显示文摘Objective:Recent evidence indicates that dysregulation of microRNA(miRNA)biogenesis is implicated in cancer development and progression.Based on the important role of miRNA biogenesis genes in carcinogenesis,we hypothesized that genetic variations of the miRNA biogenesis genes may modulate susceptibility to cervical cancer.Methods:We identified three single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)located in the 3'-untranslated regions(3'-UTR)of of miRNA biogenesis key genes(rs1057035 in DICER,rs3803012 in RAN and rs10773771 in HIWI)and genotyped these SNPs in a case-control study of 1,486 cervical cancer cases and1,549 cancer-free controls in Chinese women.Results:Logistic regression analyses showed that no significant associations were observed between the three SNPs and cervical cancer risk[rs3803012 in RAN AG/GG vs.AA adjusted OR=1.104,95%confidence interval(CI):0.859-1.419;rs1057035 in DICER CT/CC vs.TT adjusted OR=0.962,95%CI:0.805-1.149;rs10773771 in HIWI CT/CC vs.TT adjusted OR=0.963,95%CI:0.826-1.122].Conclusions:The findings did not suggest that genetic variants in the 3'-UTR of RAN,DICER and HIWI of miRNA biogenesis genes were associated with the risk of cervical cancer in this Chinese population. | Jiaping Chen Zhenzhen Qin Shandong Pan Jie Jiang Li Liu Jibin Liu Xiaojun Chen Zhibin Hu Hongbing Shen | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2013,25,5: | 8 |
| 2 | Permanent Magnet Shape Optimization Method for PMSM Air Gap Flux Density Harmonics Reduction显示文摘This paper proposed a permanent magnet optimization method to suppress the air gap flux density harmonic of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).The method corrected the effective air gap length of the motor,calculated the magnetization length of the permanent in the case of parallel magnetization,and took the influence of the permanent magnet relative permeability into consideration.Based on these works,for a given sinusoidal air gap flux density waveform,the corresponding structural parameters can be calculated,so as to achieve the optimization of the permanent magnet.By using this method to optimize the shape of the magnet,the fundamental wave of the air gap flux density can be retained to the greatest extent,so as to eliminate harmonics and maintain the output capacity at the same time.The feasibility and accuracy of the method have been verified by finite element analysis(FEA)and prototype machine experiment.This method is simple and time-saving,and has a satisfactory accuracy,which provides a reference method for permanent magnet optimization of PMSM. | Chengsi Liu Yongxiang Xu Jibin Zou Guodong Yu Liang Zhuo | 2021 | CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2021,5,4: | 4 |

| 5 | Ultrasound-propelled Janus Au NR-mSiO_(2) nanomotor for NIR-II photoacoustic imaging guided sonodynamic-gas therapy of large tumors显示文摘Varieties of contrast agents have been developed for photoacoustic(PA)and ultrasound(US)imaging of cancers in vivo.However,access of traditional contrast agents into the sites of tumors has been principally through passive infiltration without any external force,preventing their deep penetration into the tissues of the tumors,and hindering the use of PA and US for deep tumor imaging.The concept of micro/nanomotors has been the focus of increasing attention as active theranostic agents due to their active movement in particular fluids,thereby conducting assigned tasks.Herein,US-propelled Janus mesoporous SiO_(2)partially coated gold nanorods(Au NR-mSiO_(2))were fabricated for deep tumor NIR-II PA imaging and synergistic sonodynamic-gas therapy.Following US irradiation,2,2-azobis[2-(2-imidazolin-2-yl)propane]dihydrochloride(AIPH)loaded in mSiO_(2)(Au NR-mSiO_(2)/AIPH)generated N_(2)microbubbles with high efficiency to achieve nanomotor drive.Due to the deep penetration of US,the nanomotors exhibited a capability to travel deep within sites of tumors,providing enhanced PA/US imaging inside the tumors.Furthermore,the nanomotor based cancer therapy was demonstrated through synergistic N_(2)gas and sonodynamic therapy.The US-propelled nanomotors demonstrated a novel strategy for the simultaneous PA/US dual imaging deep within tumor tissues and precise therapy of large tumors. | Jiamin Ye Qinrui Fu Luntao Liu Lanlan Chen Xuan Zhang Qingqing Li Zhi Li Lichao Su Rong Zhu Jibin Song Huanghao Yang | 2021 | Science China Chemistry2021,64,12: | 2 |

| 16 | Kinetics of steam regeneration of SAPO-34 zeolite catalyst in methanol-to-olefins(MTO) process显示文摘Methanol-to-olefins(MTO)is industrially applied to produce ethylene and propylene using methanol converted from coal,synthetic gas,and biomass.SAPO-34 zeolites,as the most efficient catalyst in MTO process,are subject to the rapid deactivation due to coke deposition.Recent work shows that steam regeneration can provide advantages such as low carbon dioxide emission and enhanced light olefins yield in MTO process,compared to that by air regeneration.A kinetic study on the steam regeneration of spent SAPO-34 catalyst has been carried out in this work.In doing so,we first investigated the effect of temperature on the regeneration performance by monitoring the crystal structure,acidity,residual coke properties and other structural parameters.The results show that with the increase of regeneration temperature,the compositions of residual coke on the catalyst change from pyrene and phenanthrene to naphthalene,which are normally considered as active hydrocarbon pool species in MTO reaction.However,when the regeneration temperature is too high,nitrogen oxides can be found in the residual coke.Meanwhile,as the regeneration temperature increases,the quantity of residual coke reduces and the acidity,BET surface area and pore structure of the regenerated samples can be better recovered,resulting in prolonging catalyst lifetime.We have further derived the kinetics of steam regeneration,and obtained an activation energy of about 177.8 kJ·mol^(-1).Compared that with air regeneration,the activation energy of steam regeneration is higher,indicating that the steam regeneration process is more difficult to occur. | Huaiqing An Hua Li Jibin Zhou Jinling Zhang Tao Zhang Mao Ye Zhongmin Liu | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,7: | 1 |
