| 6 | Population spatialization with pixel-level attribute grading by considering scale mismatch issue in regression modeling显示文摘Population spatialization is widely used for spatially downscaling census population data to finer-scale.The core idea of modern population spatialization is to establish the association between ancillary data and population at the administrative-unit-level(AUlevel)and transfer it to generate the gridded population.However,the statistical characteristic of attributes at the pixel-level differs from that at the AU-level,thus leading to prediction bias via the cross-scale modeling(i.e.scale mismatch problem).In addition,integrating multi-source data simply as covariates may underutilize spatial semantics,and lead to incorrect population disaggregation;while neglecting the spatial autocorrelation of population generates excessively heterogeneous population distribution that contradicts to real-world situation.To address the scale mismatch in downscaling,this paper proposes a Cross-Scale Feature Construction(CSFC)method.More specifically,by grading pixel-level attributes,we construct the feature vector of pixel grade proportions to narrow the scale differences in feature representation between AU-level and pixel-level.Meanwhile,fine-grained building patch and mobile positioning data are utilized to adjust the population weighting layer generated from POI-density-based regression modeling.Spatial filtering is furtherly adopted to model the spatial autocorrelation effect of population and reduce the heterogeneity in population caused by pixel-level attribute discretization.Through the comparison with traditional feature construction method and the ablation experiments,the results demonstrate significant accuracy improvements in population spatialization and verify the effectiveness of weight correction steps.Furthermore,accuracy comparisons with WorldPop and GPW datasets quantitatively illustrate the advantages of the proposed method in fine-scale population spatialization. | Yuao Mei Zhipeng Gui Jinghang Wu Dehua Peng Rui Li Huayi Wu Zhengyang Wei | 2022 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2022,25,3: | 1 |
| 7 | Motion Planning for a Cable-Driven Lower Limb Rehabilitation Robot with Movable Distal Anchor Points显示文摘This article introduces a cable-driven lower limb rehabilitation robot with movable distal anchor points(M-CDLR).The traditional cable-driven parallel robots(CDPRs)control the moving platform by changing the length of cables,M-CDLR can also adjust the position of the distal anchor point when the moving platform moves.The M-CDLR this article proposed has gait and single-leg training modes,which correspond to the plane and space motion of the moving platform,respectively.After introducing the system structure configuration,the generalized kinematics and dynamics of M-CDLR are established.The fully constrained CDPRs can provide more stable rehabilitation training than the under-constrained one but requires more cables.Therefore,a motion planning method for the movable distal anchor point of M-CDLR is proposed to realize the theoretically fully constrained with fewer cables.Then the expected trajectory of the moving platform is obtained from the motion capture experiment,and the motion planning of M-CDLR under two training modes is simulated.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed motion planning method.This study serves as a basic theoretical study of the structure optimization and control strategy of M-CDLR. | Jinghang Li Keyi Wang Yanzhuo Wang Chao Wang | 2023 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2023,20,4: | 0 |

| 11 | Karst Cave as Terrestrial Simulation Platform to Test and Design Human Base in Lunar Lava Tube显示文摘Developing efficient approaches to building a suitable environment for humans on the moon play a key role in future long-term sustainable lunar exploration activities,which has motivated many countries to propose diverse plans to build a lunar base.The lava tubes discovered by the Kaguya mission offer huge potential sites to host such bases.Through computation and analysis,we show that lunar lava tubes offer stable structures,suitable temperatures,low radiation doses,and low meteorite impact rates.We summarize previous research results and put forward the conditions to find and use a suitable lunar lava tube for human habitation on the moon.The establishment of extraterrestrial bases still faces many technical bottlenecks;many countries have begun to use the earth’s environment for extraterrestrial exploration and simulation missions.In this regard,we proposed the idea of using the Earth’s karst caves to simulate extraterrestrial lava tubes,selected caves in Chongqing as the simulation site,and demonstrated the feasibility from both structural and environmental aspects.Finally,we proposed a karst cave simulation platform with three main research directions:cave sealing technology,efficient daylight system,and internal circulation research of artificial ecosystems containing natural soil and rock.We hope to promote the development of related research on extraterrestrial bases through simulation experiments. | Jinghang Ding Gengxin Xie Linli Guo Xin Xiong Ya Han Xi Wang | 2022 | Space(Science & Technology)2022,,1: | 0 |
| 12 | Relation or Influence of RVOTO in the Inflammatory Response to Reoxygenation in Patients with Tetralogy of Fallot显示文摘Background:This study evaluated differential inflammatory response to cardiopulmonary bypass reoxygenation in tetralogy of Fallot repair.Methods:We performed a retrospective study at a cardiovascular center from 2012 to 2018,including 500 patients aged 1 week–18 years who received complete repair of tetralogy of Fallot.Patients were grouped according to tertiles of preoperative RVOT gradient on echocardiography into mild,moderate,and severe stenosis.We measured the highest perfusate oxygenation(PpO_(2))during aortic occlusion as independent variable.Primary outcome was systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS)within 7 days postoperatively or the time of death or discharge.Results:Overall,rate of SIRS was 24.2% without significant differences among three groups(P>0.05).Older age,male,and smaller indexed left ventricular end-diastolic volume is independent risk factor of SIRS.There were significant interactions between RVOT stenosis and PpO2 on SIRS(P interaction=0.011):higher PpO_(2) was associated with a greater SIRS risk among combined moderate and severe stenotic children(OR 1.46395%CI[1.080,1.981]per-SD increase,P=0.014)but not among mild stenotic children(OR 0.900[0.608,1.333]per-SD increase;P=0.600),independent of covariates.Conclusion:The association of PpO_(2) with SIRS was modified by RVOT obstruction severity in tetralogy of Fallot repair. | Hong Liu Luyao Ma Jinghang Li Bingqi Sun Siqiang Zheng Yongfeng Shao | 2021 | Congenital Heart Disease2021,16,5: | 0 |

| 17 | Histopathological Features Predicting Long-term Clinical Outcomes in Patients with Vanishing Bile Duct Syndrome显示文摘Background and Aims:The clinicopathological features and long-term outcomes of patients with vanishing bile duct syndrome(VBDS)have yet to be elucidated.The study aims to investigate these features and identify factors associated with poor prognosis.Methods:This multicenter retrospective study recruited patients with liver biopsy-proven VBDS who were followed up at five hospitals in northern China from January 2003 to April 2022.Clinical and pathological data at time of biopsy were reviewed.Clinical outcomes including cirrhosis,decompensation events,liver transplantation(LT),and liver-related death were recorded.Cox regression analysis was used to identify the risk factors associated with poor outcomes.Results:A total of 183 patients were included.The median age was 47 years,with 77.6%being women.During a median follow-up of 4.8 years,88 patients developed compensated or decompensated cirrhosis,27 died,and 15 received LT.Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that hepatocellular cholestasis(HR 2.953,95%CI:1.437–6.069),foam cells(HR 2.349,95%CI:1.092–5.053),and advanced fibrosis(HR 2.524,95%CI:1.313–4.851)were independent predictors of LT or liver-related deaths.A nomogram formulated with the above factors showed good consistency with a concordance index of 0.746(95%CI:0.706–0.785).Conclusions:Nearly half of VBDS patients studied progressed to end-stage liver disease and 23%of them had LT or liver-related death within two years of diagnosis.Hepatocellular cholestasis,foam cells and advanced fibrosis rather than the degree of bile duct loss or underlying etiologies were independently associated with poor prognosis in VBDS patients. | Tingting Lv Haitian Yu Xiao Han Aileen Wee Jimin Liu Min Li Jinghang Xu Xiaoli Hu Jia Li Weijia Duan Tailing Wang Jidong Jia Xinyan Zhao | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,5: | 0 |
