18A critical transition rule for broadening exponent of fluctuation and its effect on dissipation in chemical reaction-heat conduction coupling systems显示文摘A stochastic model of chemical reaction-heat conduction-diffusion for a one-dimensional gaseous system under Dirichlet or zero-fluxes boundary conditions is proposed in this paper. Based on this model,we extend the theory of the broadening exponent of critical fluctuations to cover the chemical reaction-heat conduction coupling systems as an asymptotic property of the corresponding Markovian master equation (ME),and establish a valid stochastic thermodynamics for such systems. As an illustration,the non-isothermal and inhomogeneous Schl-gl model is explicitly studied. Through an order analysis of the contributions from both the drift and diffusion to the evolution of the probability distribution in the corresponding Fokker-Planck equation(FPE) in the approach to bifurcation,we have identified the critical transition rule for the broadening exponent of the fluctuations due to the coupling between chemical reaction and heat conduction. 19Role of Calcium Ion in Apoptosis of MD Cancer Cells Induced by Arsenic Trioxide显示文摘In order to observe the role of calcium ion in apoptosis of MD cancer cells induced by arsenic trioxide,inhibition percentage was detected by MTT assay;morphology changes were examined by fluorescence microscope;apoptosis was examined by DNA Ladder;Ca2+ i was investigated by spectrofluorimeter in vitro on MDCC-MSB1 cells.The results showed that As2O3 inhibited the proliferation of MDCC-MSB1 cells in concentration dependent manner(P<0.05 or P<0.01);typical apoptosis character was observed by fluorescence microscope;DNA Ladder was observed;the Ca2+ i was elevated significantly after the treatment of As2O3(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and showed a dose-dependent manner.It is concluded that the calcium may play an important role in apoptosis of MD cancer cells induced by arsenic trioxide.ZHANG Jiuli WANG Jintao XU Shiwen 2008Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2008,15,2:0
20A Stochastic Extension of Macroscopic Stability Criterion of Nonequilibrium Steady State in Chemical Reaction Systems Governed by Master Equation显示文摘By means of both the separation of the perturbation in accordance with characteristic parnmeters and the Kramers Moyal-expansion of the master equation, it is shown that the time derivative of the partial excess quantity of stochastic entropy due to the deviation from the most probable path is related to the responsibility of a system to the external macroscopic perturbations. This evolution rate of the partial excess stochastic entropy is equivalent to the partlal excess stochastic entropy production, as well as the stochastic excess entropy production rate based on the stochastic potential npproach. It appears also as an eqivalent quantity of the Gibbs excess entropy production for the Polsson distribution.
