2Mesozoic lithofacies palaeogeography and petroleum prospectivity in North Carnarvon Basin,Australia显示文摘The North Carnarvon Basin, which lies in the North West Shelf of Australia, is highly rich in gas resources. As a typical passive marginal basin, it experienced the pre-rifting, early rifting, main rifting, late rifting, post-rifting sagging and passive margin stages. The basin was mainly filled with thick Mesozoic-Cenozoic sediments, of which the Mesozoic hosts the principal source, reservoir and seal intervals. Mesozoic palaeogeography has an important control on the oil and gas distribution. Triassic gas-prone source rocks of deltaic origin deter-mine the high endowment of natural gases in the North Carnarvon Basin. The more restricted distribution of oil accumulations is controlled by oil source rocks in the Upper Jurassic Dingo Claystone. 3Multicenter phaseⅡstudy of apatinib single or combination therapy in HER2-negative breast cancer involving chest wall metastasis显示文摘Objective:Breast cancer(BC)with chest wall metastasis(CWM)usually shows rich neovascularization.This trial explored the clinical effect of apatinib on human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-negative advanced BC involving CWM.Methods:This trial involved four centers in China and was conducted from September 2016 to March 2020.Patients received apatinib 500 mg/d[either alone or with endocrine therapy if hormone receptor-positive(HR+)]until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.Progression-free survival(PFS)was the primary endpoint.Results:We evaluated 26 patients for efficacy.The median PFS(mPFS)and median overall survival(mOS)were4.9[range:2.0-28.5;95%confidence interval(95%CI):2.1-8.3]months and 18(range:3-55;95%CI:12.9-23.1)months,respectively.The objective response rate(ORR)was 42.3%(11/26),and the disease-control rate was76.9%(20/26).In the subgroup analysis,HR+patients compared with HR-negative patients had significantly improved mPFS of 7.0(95%CI:2.2-11.8)months vs.2.3(95%CI:1.2-3.4)months,respectively(P=0.001);and mPFS in patients without or with chest wall radiotherapy was 6.4(95%CI:1.6-19.5)months vs.3.0(95%CI:1.3-4.6)months,respectively(P=0.041).In the multivariate analysis,HR+status was the only independent predictive factor for favorable PFS(P=0.014).Conclusions:Apatinib was highly effective for BC patients with CWM,especially when combined with endocrine therapy.PFS improved significantly in patients with HR+status who did not receive chest wall radiotherapy.However,adverse events were serious and should be carefully monitored from the beginning of apatinib treatment.Huiping Li Cuizhi Geng Hongmei Zhao Hanfang Jiang Guohong Song Jiayang Zhang Yaxin Liu Xinyu Gui Jing Wang Kun Li Zhongsheng Tong Fangyuan Zhao Junlan Yang Guoliang Chen Qianyu Liu Xu Liang 2021Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,2:4
4The clinical and genetic characteristics in children with mitochondrial disease in China显示文摘Mitochondrial disease was a clinically and genetically heterogeneous group of diseases, thus the diagnosis was very difficult to clinicians. Our objective was to analyze clinical and genetic characteristics of children with mitochondrial disease in China. We tested 141 candidate patients who have been suspected of mitochondrial disorders by using targeted next-generation sequencing(NGS), and summarized the clinical and genetic data of gene confirmed cases from Neurology Department, Beijing Children's Hospital, Capital Medical University from October 2012 to January 2015. In our study, 40 cases of gene confirmed mitochondrial disease including eight kinds of mitochondrial disease, among which Leigh syndrome was identified to be the most common type, followed by mitochondrial encephalomyopathy, lactic acidosis, and stroke-like episodes(MELAS). The age-of-onset varies among mitochondrial disease, but early onset was common. All of 40 cases were gene confirmed, among which 25 cases(62.5%)with mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) mutation, and 15 cases(37.5%) with nuclear DNA(nDNA) mutation. M.3243A>G(n=7)accounts for a large proportion of mtDNA mutation. 5Do civil engineering fronts emerge from interdisciplinary research?显示文摘Interdisciplinary research is considered a source of innovativeness and creativity, serving as a key mechanism for creating recombination necessary for the evolution of science systems. The aim of this study is to quantitatively establish the connection between interdisciplinary research and the research fronts that have recently emerged in civil engineering. The degree of interdisciplinarity of the research fronts was measured by developing metrics from bibliographic analyses. As indicated by the consistent increase in the metrics of interdisciplinarity over time, research fronts tend to emerge in studies with increasing diversity in the disciplines involved. The active disciplines involved in the fronts vary over time. 13Automatic Satisfaction Analysis in Call Centers Considering Global Features of Emotion and Duration显示文摘Analysis of customers' satisfaction provides a guarantee to improve the service quality in call centers.In this paper,a novel satisfaction recognition framework is introduced to analyze the customers' satisfaction.In natural conversations,the interaction between a customer and its agent take place more than once.One of the difficulties insatisfaction analysis at call centers is that not all conversation turns exhibit customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction. To solve this problem,an intelligent system is proposed that utilizes acoustic features to recognize customers' emotion and utilizes the global features of emotion and duration to analyze the satisfaction. Experiments on real-call data show that the proposed system offers a significantly higher accuracy in analyzing the satisfaction than the baseline system. 17Resilience of oilseed rape plants to drought stress after exogenous application of AM1,an ABA-mimicking ligand显示文摘AM1(ABA-mimicking ligand)is a newly identified signaling molecule for plants during drought tolerance.To investigate the potential role of AM1 in response of rapeseed to drought stress,we conducted experiments by growing rapeseed plants under different levels of drought stress with or without applying AM1 or ABA in a rain shelter.The results indicated that drought significantly inhibited rapeseed growth by damaging the photosyn-thesis system,increasing active oxygen accumulation,destroying the oxidative system,and worsening membrane lipid peroxidation.Exogenously applied AM1 and ABA both relieved the damage to rapeseed that was induced by drought stress.Compared with the drought-treated rapeseed,the AM1 treatment significantly improved plant height,number of greelp leaves,root collar thickness,leaf area,dry matter weight,and root cap ratios of rapeseed.In addition,Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr were significantly increased by the AM1 treatment.The AM1 treatment also alleviated the drought induced reductions in Fv/Fm,ΦPSII,qN and ETR;induced an increase in NPQ;and resulted in decreased active oxygen accumulation and membrane lipid peroxidation.Although the ABA treatment relieved photosynthetic fluorescence and antioxidation system parameters to some extent,the effect was inferior to AM1 treatment.Yield under AM1 treatment was higher than that under ABA treatment but was still far lower than that of normal water supply control.In summary,AM1 is functionally similar to ABA in terms of drought relief and regulation,moreover has a better effect.Lixin Liu Chang Chen Junlan Xiong Ni Ma Jun Li 2021Oil Crop Science2021,6,3:0
18Removal of Mercury(Hg(Ⅱ)) from Seaweed Extracts by Electrodialysis and Process Optimization Using Response Surface Methodology显示文摘In this work,response surface methodology(RSM)was employed to model and optimize electrodialysis process for mercury(Hg(II))removal from seaweed extracts.Box-Behnken design(BBD)was utilized to evaluate the effects and the interaction of influential variables such as operating voltage,influent flow rate,initial concentration of Hg(II)on the removal rate of Hg(II).The developed regression model for removal rate response was validated by analysis of variance,and presented a good agreement of the experimental data with the quadratic equation with high value coefficient of determination value(R2=0.9913,RAdj 2=0.9678).The optimum operating parameters were determined as 7.17V operating voltage,72.54L h−1 influent flow rate and 5.04mgL−1 initial concentration of mercury.Hg(II)removal rate of 76.45%was acquired under the optimum conditions,which showed good agreement with model-predicted(75.81%)result.The results revealed that electrodialysis can be considered as a promising strategy for removal of Hg(II)from seaweed extracts.SUN Jiuyi SU Xin LIU Zhen LIU Junlan MA Zhun SUN Yongchao GAO Xueli GAO Jun 2020Journal of Ocean University of China2020,19,1:0
19Randomized Double-Blind Clinical Comparison of Sodium Ibandronate and Pamidronate Disodium for Treatment of 141 Patients with Malignant Tumor Ostealgia显示文摘OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeuticeffect and potential adverse ef- fects of sodium ibandronate(SI)in patients with malignant tumor ostealgia. METHODS Patients were randomly classified into two groups.Group A(SI)of 68 patients who received 4 mg SI i.v.,and 73 patients in Group B (pamidronate disodium[PD])who received 60 mg PD i.v.A randomized, double-blind method,with PD as a positive drug control,was used to assess changes in bone pain and adverse effects over a three-week period. RESULTS A total of 141 patients were enrol ed in the study,with 136 cases of appraisable efficacy.The effective rate was 72.3%(47/65)in Group A,and 63.4%(45/71)in Group B.There was no significant difference in ef- ficacy or adverse effects between the 2 groups. 20Dihydroartemisinin increased the abundance of Akkermansia muciniphila by YAP1 depression that sensitizes hepatocellular carcinoma to anti-PD-1 immunotherapy显示文摘The effect of anti-programmed cell death 1(anti-PD-1)immunotherapy is limited in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Yes-associated protein 1(YAP1)expression increased in liver tumor cells in early HCC,and Akkermansia muciniphila abundance decreased in the colon.The response to anti-PD-1 treatment is associated with A.muciniphila abundance in many tumors.However,the interaction between A.muciniphila abundance and YAP1 expression remains unclear in HCC.Here,anti-PD-1 treatment decreased A.muciniphila abundance in the colon,but increased YAP1 expression in the tumor cells by mice with liver tumors in situ.Mechanistically,hepatocyte-specific Yap1 knockout(Yap1^(LKO))maintained bile acid homeostasis in the liver,resulting in an increased abundance of A.muciniphila in the colon.Yap1 knockout enhanced anti-PD-1 efficacy.Therefore,YAP1 inhibition is a potential target for increasing A.muciniphila abundance to promote anti-PD-1 efficacy in liver tumors.Dihydroartemisinin(DHA),acting as YAP1 inhibitor,increased A.muciniphila abundance to sensitize anti-PD-1 therapy.A.muciniphila by gavage increased the number and activation of CD8^(+)T cells in liver tumor niches during DHA treatment or combination with anti-PD-1.Our findings suggested that the combination anti-PD-1 with DHA is an effective strategy for liver tumor treatment.Zhiqin Zhang Xinli Shi Jingmin Ji Yinglin Guo Qing Peng Liyuan Hao Yu Xue Yiwei Liu Caige Li Junlan Lu Kun Yu 2023Frontiers of Medicine2023,17,4:0
