| 2 | Design Schemes and Comparison Research of the End-effector of Large Space Manipulator显示文摘The end-effector of the large space manipulator is employed to assist the manipulator in handling and manipulating large payloads on orbit.Currently,there are few researches about the end-effector,and the existing end-effectors have some disadvantages,such as poor misalignment tolerance capability and complex mechanical components.According to the end positioning errors and the residual vibration characters of the large space manipulators,two basic performance requirements of the end-effector which include the capabilities of misalignment tolerance and soft capture are proposed.And the end-effector should accommodate the following misalignments of the mechanical interface.The translation misalignments in axial and radial directions and the angular misalignments in roll,pitch and yaw are ±100 mm,100 mm,±10°,±15°,±15°,respectively.Seven end-effector schemes are presented and the capabilities of misalignment tolerance and soft capture are analyzed elementarily.The three fingers-three petals end-effector and the steel cable-snared end-effector are the most feasible schemes among the seven schemes,and they are designed in detail.The capabilities of misalignment tolerance and soft capture are validated and evaluated,through the experiment on the micro-gravity simulating device and the dynamic analysis in ADAMS software.The results show that the misalignment tolerance capabilities of these two schemes could satisfy the requirement.And the translation misalignment tolerances in axial and radial directions and the angular misalignment tolerances in roll,pitch and yaw of the steel cable-snared end-effector are 30mm,15mm,6°,3° and 3° larger than those of the three fingers-three petals end-effector,respectively.And the contact force of the steel cable-snared end-effector is smaller and smoother than that of the three fingers-three petals end-effector.The end-effector schemes and research methods are beneficial to the developments of the large space manipulator end-effctor and the space docking mechanism. | FENG Fei LIU Yiwei LIU Hong CAI Hegao | 2012 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,4: | 13 |
| 3 | Synergistic effect between Sn and K promoters on supported platinum catalyst for isobutane dehydrogenation显示文摘Catalytic dehydrogenation of isobutane has recently received considerable attention because of the increasing demand for isobutene.In this study,the synergistic effect between Sn and K on PtSnK/γ-Al2O3 catalysts has been investigated by changing the content of Sn.It was found that with the presence of potassium,suitable addition of Sn could not only increase the metal dispersion,but also reduce the catalyst acidity.In these cases,the synergistic effect could also strengthen the interactions between the metal and support,which resulted in an increase in both catalytic activity and stability.In our experiments,Pt-0.6SnK/Al catalyst exhibited the lowest deactivation rate (12.4%) and showed a selectivity to isobutene higher than 94% at the isobutane conversion of about 45.3% after running the reaction for 6 h.However,with the excessive loading of Sn,surface property of active sites and the interactions between metal and support were changed.As a result,the initial optimal ratio between the metallic function and acid function would be destroyed,which was disadvantageous to the reaction. | Yiwei Zhang Yuming Zhou Lihui Wan Mengwei Xue Yongzheng Duan Xuan Liu | 2011 | Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2011,20,6: | 12 |

| 5 | Effects of RapidEye Imagery's Red-edge Band and Vegetation Indices on Land Cover Classification in an Arid Region显示文摘Land cover classification(LCC) in arid regions is of great significance to the assessment, prediction, and management of land desertification. Some studies have shown that the red-edge band of RapidE ye images was effective for vegetation identification and could improve LCC accuracy. However, there has been no investigation of the effects of RapidE ye images' red-edge band and vegetation indices on LCC in arid regions where there are spectrally similar land covers mixed with very high or low vegetation coverage information and bare land. This study focused on a typical inland arid desert region located in Dunhuang Basin of northwestern China. First, five feature sets including or excluding the red-edge band and vegetation indices were constructed. Then, a land cover classification system involving plant communities was developed. Finally, random forest algorithm-based models with different feature sets were utilized for LCC. The conclusions drawn were as follows: 1) the red-edge band showed slight contribution to LCC accuracy; 2) vegetation indices had a significant positive effect on LCC; 3) simultaneous addition of the red-edge band and vegetation indices achieved a significant overall accuracy improvement(3.46% from 86.67%). | 6 | The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE) mission: An overview显示文摘The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE), dubbed “Xihe”—Goddess of the Sun, was launched on October 14, 2021 as the first solar space mission of China National Space Administration(CNSA). The CHASE mission is designed to test a newly developed satellite platform and to acquire the spectroscopic observations in the Hα waveband. The Hα Imaging Spectrograph(HIS)is the scientific payload of the CHASE satellite. It consists of two observational modes: raster scanning mode and continuum imaging mode. The raster scanning mode obtains full-Sun or region-of-interest spectral images from 6559.7 to 6565.9 ? and from 6567.8 to 6570.6 ? with 0.024 ? pixel spectral resolution and 1 min temporal resolution. The continuum imaging mode obtains photospheric images in continuum around 6689 ? with the full width at half maximum of 13.4 ?. The CHASE mission will advance our understanding of the dynamics of solar activity in the photosphere and chromosphere. | 7 | Effect of Ga Addition on Catalytic Performance of PtSnNa/ZSM-5 Catalyst for Propane Dehydrogenation显示文摘PtSnNaGa/ZSM-5 catalysts with different contents of Ga were prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption, hydrogen chemisorption, ammonia temperature-programmed desorption (NH3-TPD), hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR), and temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO) techniques. The performances of these catalysts for propane dehydrogenation were investigated. The test results indicated that the addition of Ga not only could improve the catalytic stability and propene selectivity, but also could effectively prevent the catalysts from coking. It was found that the PtSnNaGa(0.5 m%)/ZSM-5 catalyst exhibited the best performance in terms of propene selectivity and propane conversion. | 9 | Vegfa signaling regulates diverse artery/vein formation in vertebrate vasculatures显示文摘Vascular endothelial growth factor A(Vegfa) signaling regulates vascular development during embryogenesis and organ formation.However,the signaling mechanisms that govern the formation of various arteries/veins in various tissues are incompletely understood.In this study,we utilized transcription activator-like effector nuclease(TALEN) to generate zebrafish vegfaa mutants.vegfaa^(-/-) embryos are embryonic lethal,and display a complete loss of the dorsal aorta(DA) and expansion of the cardinal vein.Activation of Vegfa signaling expands the arterial cell population at the expense of venous cells during vasculogenesis of the axial vessels in the trunk.Vegfa signaling regulates endothelial cell(EC) proliferation after arterial-venous specification.Vegfa deficiency and overexpression inhibit the formation of tip cell filopodia and interfere with the pathfinding of intersegmental vessels(ISVs).In the head vasculature,vegfaa^(-/-) causes loss of a pair of mesencephalic veins(MsVs) and central arteries(CtAs),both of which usually dvelop via sprouting angiogenesis.Our results indicate that Vegfa signaling induces the formation of the DA at the expense of the cardinal vein during the trunk vasculogenesis,and that Vegfa is required for the angiogenic formation of MsVs and CtAs in the brain.These findings suggest that Vegfa signaling governs the formation of diverse arteries/veins by distinct cellular mechanisms in vertebrate vasculatures. | Daqing Jin Diqi Zhu Yabo Fang Yiwei Chen Gaihong Yu Weijun Pan Dong Liu Fen Li Tao P.Zhong | 2017 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2017,44,10: | 6 |

| 12 | Stochastic processes in renewable power systems: From frequency domain to time domain显示文摘With the increasing penetration of renewable energy resources(RESs), the uncertainties of volatile renewable generations significantly affect the power system operation. Such uncertainties are usually modeled as stochastic variables obeying specific distributions by neglecting the temporal correlations. Conventional approaches to hedge the negative effects caused by such uncertainties are thus hard to pursue a trade-off between computation efficiency and optimality. As an alternative, the theory of stochastic process can naturally model temporal correlation in closed forms. Attracted by this feature, our research group has been conducting thorough researches in the past decade to introduce stochastic processes within renewable power systems. This paper summarizes our works from the perspective of both the frequency domain and the time domain, provides the tools for the analysis and control of power systems under a unified framework of stochastic processes, and discusses the underlying reasons that stochastic process-based approaches can perform better than conventional approaches on both computational efficiency and optimality. | 15 | Confined Ni-In intermetallic alloy nanocatalyst with excellent coking resistance for methane dry reforming显示文摘Carbon dioxide and methane are two main greenhouse gases which are contributed to serious global warming.Fortunately,dry reforming of methane(DRM),a very important reaction developed decades ago,can convert these two major greenhouse gases into value-added syngas or hydrogen.The main problem retarding its industrialization is the seriously coking formation upon the nickel-based catalysts.Herein,a series of confined indium-nickel(In-Ni)intermetallic alloy nanocatalysts(In_(x)Ni@SiO_(2))have been prepared and displayed superior coking resistance for DRM reaction.The sample containing 0.5 wt.%of In loading(In_(0.5)Ni@SiO_(2))shows the best balance of carbon deposition resistance and DRM reactivity even after 430 h long term stability test.The boosted carbon resistance can be ascribed to the confinement of core–shell structure and to the transfer of electrons from Indium to Nickel in In-Ni intermetallic alloys due to the smaller electronegativity of In.Both the silica shell and the increase of electron cloud density on metallic Ni can weaken the ability of Ni to activate C–H bond and decrease the deep cracking process of methane.The reaction over the confined InNi intermetallic alloy nanocatalyst was conformed to the Langmuir-Hinshelwood(L-H)mechanism revealed by in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(in-situ DRIFTS).This work provides a guidance to design high performance coking resistance catalysts for methane dry reforming to efficiently utilize these two main greenhouse gases. | Wenming Liu Le Li Sixue Lin Yiwei Luo Zhenghong Bao Yiru Mao Kongzhai Li Daishe Wu Honggen Peng | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,2: | 3 |

To study the mechanisms of solar eruptions and the plasma dynamics in the lower atmosphere, the Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE) was launched into a Sun-synchronous orbit on October 14, 2021. The scientific payload of the CHASE satellite is the Hα Imaging Spectrograph(HIS). The CHASE/HIS acquires, for the first time, seeing-free Hα spectroscopic observations with high spectral and temporal resolutions. It consists of two observational modes. The raster scanning mode provides full-Sun or region-of-interest spectra at Hα(6559.7-6565.9 ?) and Fe I(6567.8-6570.6 ?) wavebands. The continuum imaging mode obtains full-Sun photospheric images at around 6689 ?. In this paper, we present detailed calibration procedures for the CHASE/HIS science data, including the dark-field and flat-field correction, slit image curvature correction, wavelength and intensity calibration, and coordinate transformation. | 18 | Development of two TaqMan real-time reverse transcription-PCR assays for the detection of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2显示文摘The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Wuhan,China,was caused by a novel coronavirus(CoV),named severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).The rapid detection of viral nucleic acids is critical for the early identification of infected cases.We have developed two TaqMan real-time reverse transcription-PCR assays to detect SARS-CoV-2.The designed primers target the nucleocapsid(N)and open reading frame(ORF)1b gene regions,where the probes discriminate SARS-CoV-2 from other human and animal CoVs.The sensitivities are one genomic copy per reaction for theN gene assay and ten copies for the ORF 1b gene assay.The overall linear detection ranges are 1–10^(6)and 10–10^(6)copies per reaction for the N gene assay and the ORF 1b gene assay,respectively.Surveillance of 23 suspected COVID-19 patients demonstrated that SARS-CoV-2 could be detected from 100%(23/23)and 62.5%(16/23)of clinical specimens by the N gene assay and the ORF 1b gene assay,respectively.All of the samples not detected by the ORF 1b gene assay were throat swabs,indicating a lower viral load in the upper respiratory tract and the relatively lower sensitivity of the ORF 1b gene assay.The assays developed in the present study offer alternative diagnostic tests for COVID-19. | Yiwei Liu Yingying Wang Xinming Wang Yan Xiao Lan Chen Li Guo Jianguo Li Lili Ren Jianwei Wang | 2020 | Biosafety and Health2020,2,4: | 3 |
| 19 | Low-temperature sintered(Na_(1/2)Bi_(1/2))TiO_(3)-based incipient piezoceramics for co-fired multilayer actuator application显示文摘Low-temperature sintered(Na_(1/2)Bi_(1/2))_(0.935)Ba_(0.065)Ti_(0.975)(Fe_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))_(0.025)O_(3)(NBT-BT-0.025FN)lead-free incipient piezoceramics were investigated using high-purity Li_(2)CO_(3) as sintering aids.With the ≤0.5 wt%Li_(2)CO_(3) addition,the introduced Li^(+) cations precede to enter the A-sites of the perovskite lattice to compensate for the A-site deficiencies.Once the addition exceeds 0.5 wt%,the excess Lit cations will occupy B-sites and give rise to the generation of oxygen vacancies,which accelerate the mass transport and thus lower the sintering temperature effectively from 1100℃ down to 925℃.It was also found that a small amount of Lit addition has little effect on the phase structure and electromechanical properties of the system,but overweight seriously disturbs these characteristics because of the large lattice distortion.The sintered NBT-BT-0.025FN incipient piezoceramics with 1.25 wt%Li_(2)CO_(3) addition at 925℃ provides a large strain of 0.33% and a corresponding large signal piezoelectric coefficient d_(33)^(*) of 550 pm/V at 60 kV/cm,indicating this system is a very promising candidate for lead-free co-fired multilayer actuator application. | Pengyuan Fan Yangyang Zhang Shan-Tao Zhang Bing Xie Yiwei Zhu Mohsin Ali Marwat Weigang Ma Kai Liu Liang Shu Haibo Zhang | 2019 | Journal of Materiomics2019,5,3: | 3 |
