1A unified model for the formation and distribution of both conventional and unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs显示文摘The discovery and large-scale exploration of unconventional oil/gas resources since 1980s have been considered as the most important advancement in the history of petroleum geology;that has not only changed the balance of supply and demand in the global energy market,but also improved our understanding of the formation mechanisms and distribution characteristics of oil/gas reservoirs.However,what is the difference of conventional and unconventional resources and why they always related to each other in petroliferous basins is not clear.As the differences and correlations between unconventional and conventional resources are complex challenging issues and very critical for resources assessment and hydrocarbon exploration,this paper focused on studying the relationship of formations and distributions among different oil/gas reservoirs.Drilling results of 12,237 exploratory wells in 6 representative petroliferous basins of China and distribution characteristics for 52,926 oil/gas accumulations over the world were applied to clarify the formation conditions and genetic relations of different oil/gas reservoirs in a petroliferous basin,and then to establish a unified model to address the differences and correlations of conventional and unconventional reservoirs.In this model,conventional reservoirs formed in free hydrocarbon dynamic field with high porosity and permeability located above the boundary of hydrocarbon buoyancy-driven accumulation depth limit.Unconventional tight reservoirs formed in confined hydrocarbon dynamic field with low porosity and permeability located between hydrocarbon buoyancy-driven accumulation depth limit and hydrocarbon accumulation depth limit.Shale oil/gas reservoirs formed in the bound hydrocarbon dynamic field with low porosity and ultra-low permeability within the source rock layers.More than 75%of proved reserves around the world are discovered in the free hydrocarbon dynamic field,which is estimated to contain only 10%of originally generated hydrocarbons.Most of undiscovered resources distributed in the confined hydrocarbon dynamic field and the bound hydrocarbon dynamic field,which contains 90%of original generated hydrocarbons,implying a reasonable and promising area for future hydrocarbon explorations.The buried depths of hydrocarbon dynamic fields become shallow with the increase of heat flow,and the remaining oil/gas resources mainly exist in the deep area of“cold basin”with low geothermal gradient.Lithology changing in the hydrocarbon dynamic field causes local anomalies in the oil/gas dynamic mechanism,leading to the local formation of unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs in the free hydrocarbon dynamic field or the occurrence of oil/gas enrichment sweet points with high porosity and permeability in the confined hydrocarbon dynamic field.The tectonic movements destroy the medium conditions and oil/gas components,which leads to the transformation of conventional oil/gas reservoirs formed in free hydrocarbon dynamic field to unconventional ones or unconventional ones formed in confined and bound hydrocarbon dynamic fields to conventional ones.Xiongqi Pang Chengzao Jia Junqing Chen Maowen Li Wenyang Wang Qinhong Hu Yingchun Guo Zhangxin Chen Junwen Peng Keyu Liu Keliu Wu 2021Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,2:8
2In vitro testicular organogenesis from human fetal gonads produces fertilization-competent spermatids显示文摘Unlike most organs that mature during the fetal period,the male reproductive system reaches maturity only at puberty with the commencement of spermatogenesis.Robust modelling of human testicular organogenesis in vitro would facilitate research into mechanisms of and factors affecting human spermatogenic failure and male fertility preservation in prepubertal tumor patients.Here,we report successful recapitulation of human testicular organogenesis in vitro from fetal gonadal ridge.Our model displayed the formation of mature seminiferous epithelium and self-renewing spermatogonia.Remarkably,in vitro-derived haploid spermatids have undergone meiotic recombination,and showed increased genetic diversity as indicated by genetic analysis.Moreover,these spermatids were able to fertilize oocytes and support subsequent blastocyst formation.The in vitro testicular organogenesis system described here will play an important role in elucidating the regulation of human testis development and maintaining male fertility in prepubertal cancer patients.Yan Yuan Laihua Li Qing Cheng Feiyang Diao Qiao Zeng Xiaoyu Yang Yibo Wu Hao Zhang Mingqian Huang Junqing Chen Quan Zhou Yunfei Zhu Rong Hua Jianyu Tian Xin Wang Zuomin Zhou Jie Hao Jinjin Yu Dong Hua Jiayin Liu Xuejiang Guo Qi Zhou Jiahao Sha 2020Cell Research2020,30,3:6

6Tribotronic bipolar junction transistor for mechanical frequency monitoring and use as touch switch显示文摘Tribotronics,a new field that involves the coupling of triboelectricity and semiconductors,has attracted great interest in the nanoenergy and nanoelectronics domains.This paper proposes a tribotronic bipolar junction transistor(TBJT)that incorporates a bipolar junction transistor and a triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)in the single-electrode mode.When the mobile triboelectric layer slides on the device surface for electrification,a bias voltage is created and applied to the emitter junction,and then the base current from the TENG is amplified.Based on the fabricated TBJT,a mechanical frequency monitoring sensor with high sensitivity and excellent stability and a finger-triggered touch switch were developed.This work demonstrated for the first time a tribotronic device with simultaneously controlled voltage and current voltage/current simultaneously controlled tribotronic device,which has promising potential applications in micro/nano-sensors,human-machine interactions,intelligent instrumentation,wearable electronics,and other applications.Fengben Xi Yaokun Pang Wenjian Li Tianzhao Bu Junqing Zhao Guoxu Liu Tong Guo Wenbo Liu Chi Zhang 2018Microsystems & Nanoengineering2018,4,1:1

8Efficient purification of cell culture-derived classical swine fever virus by ultrafiltration and size-exclusion chromatography显示文摘Large-scale production of cell culture-based classical swine fever virus(CSFV)vaccine is hampered by the adverse reactions caused by contaminants from host cell and culture medium.Hence,we have developed an efficient method for purifying CSFV from cell-culture medium.Pure viral particles were obtained with two steps of tangential-flow filtration(TFF)and size-exclusion chromatography(SEC),and were compared with particles from ultracentrifugation by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),infectivity and recovery test,and real time fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR).TFF concentrated the virus particles effectively with a retention rate of 98.5%,and 86.2%of viral particles were obtained from the ultrafiltration retentate through a Sepharose 4 F F column on a biological liquid chromatography system.CSFV purified by TFF-SEC or ultracentrifugation were both biologically active from 1.0×10–4.25 TCID50·mL^(–1) to 3.0×10^(–6.25) TCID50·mL^(–1),but the combination of TFF and SEC produced more pure virus particles than by ultracentrifugation alone.In addition,pure CSFV particles with the expected diameter of 40–60 nm were roughly spherical without any visible contamination.Mice immunized with CSFV purified by TFF-SEC produced higher antibody levels compared with immunization with ultracentrifugation-purified CSFV(P<0.05).The purification procedures in this study are reliable technically and feasible for purification of large volumes of viruses.Ruining WANG Yubao ZHI Junqing GUO Qingmei LI Li WANG Jifei YANG Qianyue JIN Yinbiao WANG Yanyan YANG Guangxu XING Songlin QIAO Mengmeng ZHAO Ruiguang DENG Gaiping ZHANG 2015Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2015,2,3:1

13Inhibiting plastic tensile instability of non-symmetric thin-walled shell component via increasing regional metal inflow based on heterogeneous pressure-carrying medium显示文摘Heterogeneous pressure-carrying medium was employed to establish a differentiated pressure field on sheet metal in flexible die forming process in this work,which aimed at matching the non-symmetric shape of target component and improving metal inflow to avoid local tensile instability.Specifically,metal inflow corresponding to the differentiated pressure field was analytically evaluated.Forming of a typical non-symmetric shell component was experimentally and numerically studied based on the proposed method.Compared with forming processes based on the uniform pressure,difference of metal inflow in two sides of the non-symmetric component increased from 2.16 mm to 3.36 mm and metal inflow in critical region increased by 11.9%when differentiated pressure field(taking heterogeneous elastomer#4–3 for example)was employed.The resultant maximum thinning ratio decreased by 4.2% and the uniformity of shell thickness increased by 16.9%.With the decrease of Shore hardness of elastomer in the formed region,stress path in the ready-to-form region transferred towards the bi-axial tension stress state,i.e.,stress ratio(a)increased.And,stress triaxiality(η)in characteristic regions were regulated appropriately,which decreased the risk of tensile instability.It was attributed to the decreased normal pressure and frictional resistance at sheet/elastomer interface in the formed region.Nan XIANG Yiquan SHU Pengyi WANG Menghan YANG Haoran WANG Tao HUANG Junqing GUO Fuxiao CHEN 2024Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2024,37,1:0
14Distributed Aggregation Algorithms for Mobile Sensor Networks with Group Mobility Model显示文摘In many applications of mobile sensor networks, such as water flow monitoring and disaster rescue, the nodes in the network can move together or separate temporarily. The dynamic network topology makes traditional spanning-tree-based aggregation algorithms invalid in mobile sensor networks. In this paper, we first present a distributed clustering algorithm which divides mobile sensor nodes into several groups, and then propose two distributed aggregation algorithms, Distance-AGG (Aggregation based on Distance), and Probability-AGG (Aggregation based on Probability). Both of these two algorithms conduct an aggregation query in three phases: query dissemination, intra-group aggregation, and inter-group aggregation. These two algorithms are efficient especially in mobile networks. We evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithms in terms of aggregation accuracy, energy efficiency, and query delay through ns-2 simulations. 16Analysis of the chloroplast genomes of four Pinus species in Northeast China:Insights into hybrid speciation and identification of DNA molecular markers显示文摘Species of the Pinus genus provide a classical model for studying hybrid speciation.Although studies on two narrowly distributed species(P inus funebris and P.takahasii)concluded that they originated from two widespread species(P.sylvestris and P.densiflora)via hybrid speciation,the conclusion was based on a low number of informative restriction sites.In this study,we analyzed the sequences of four Pinus chloroplast(cp)genomes(P.sylvestris,P.densiflora,P.funebris and P.takahasii)to clarify whether hybrid speciation was involved.The complete cp-genomes of Pinus species ranged in size from 119,865 to 119,890 bp,similar to other Pinus species.Phylogenetic results based on the whole cp-genomes showed P.sylvestris clustered with P.funebris and P.takahasii,which suggested that P.sylvestris was the paternal parent in hybridization events.In an analysis of simple sequence repeats(SSRs),we detected a total of 69 SSRs repeats among the four Pinus cp-genomes;most were A or T bases.In addition,we identified divergent hotspot regions among the four Pinus cp-genomes(trnE-clpP,cemA-ycf4,petD-rpoA,psbD-trnT,and trnN-chlL),in P.sylvestris(psbD-trnT,trnN-chlL,psbB and rps8)and in P.densiflora(trnE-clpP,petD-rpoA,ycf3 intron,psbD-trnT,and trnN-chlL).The genome information found in this study provides new insights into hybrid speciation in P inus and contributes to a better understanding of the phylogenetic relationships within the Pinus genus.Tao Yu Zhiyuan Jia Buddhi Dayananda Junqing Li Xiaolei Guo Liang Shi Xiaowen Yuan Yan Gao 2022Journal of Forestry Research2022,33,6:0
