| 3 | Study on law of raw coal seepage during loading process at different gas pressures显示文摘In order to reveal the law of raw coal seepage at different gas pressures, the gravity constant load seepage experimental system was developed and used. The law of raw coal seepage at different gas pressures with He, N2 and CO2was investigated. The results show that, in a given state of stress during the experiment, with the increase of gas pressure, the permeability of raw coal sample prone to outburst exhibits a significantly decrease, and then exhibits an increasing trend when reaching the extreme point.The law of Klingberg coefficient related to the stress state and the gas adsorption properties was also obtained. Under the same experimental conditions, the Klingberg coefficient of He is greater than that of N2; and the Klingberg coefficient of CO2 has minimum value; so the stronger the gas adsorption is,the smaller the Klingberg coefficient of gas goes. Klinkenberg coefficient decreases with the increase of effective stress. Under the same conditions, the permeability of He is greater than that of N2; the permeability of CO2 has minimum value; so the stronger the gas adsorption is, the lower the permeability of the coal sample goes. | 5 | Simulation of electro-slag re-melting process of 120t large ingot for nuclear power station and its application显示文摘Further research on metallic materials for the super critical rotator and the main pipe line of a nuclear power station is very important for developing the nuclear power industry. In this study, the mathematical model for 120 t large ingot was established, and the computer program ESR3D was developed to simulate the whole electro-slag re-melting (ESR) process. This includes the electrode melting, metallic droplet falling, metal pool forming, metal pool and slag pool rising and moving, installation of top crystallizer, ingot solidifying, etc. The simulated average melting rate of the electrode was in good agreement with that in practical production. | 6 | Effect of calycosin on left ventricular ejection fraction and angiogenesis in rat models with myocardial infarction显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluated the effect of calycosin on left ventricular ejection fraction and angiogenesis.METHODS:Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned into calycosin-treated groups(0.5,1,2,and 4 mg/kg qd),a dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO),or a sham-operated control group.The myocardial ischaemia(Ml) model was intraperitoneally administered calycosin for 28 days.The survival rates and left ventricular ejection fractions(LVEF)were compared between groups.The expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and cluster of differentiation 31(CD31) in ischaemic myocardium were also measured and compared.RESULTS:The construction of MI model resulted in a LVEF reduction of 50% compared with the sham-control.After 28 days,the LVEF value was 10% higher when calycosin(4 mg/kg) was administered compared with the DMSO group.The expression of VEGF and CD31 showed a dose-dependent manner when calycosin was administrated.The calycosin-treated(4 mg/kg) group displayed a twofold increase in VEGF expression at both the mRNA and protein levels compared with the DMSO group.In addition,CD31 expression in the microvascular increased 1.5-fold in the 4 mg/kg calycosin-treated group.CONCLUSION:Calycosin improved left ventricular ejection fraction in the MI rat models,induced VEGF expression in the ischaemic myocardium,increased CD31 expression and promoted angiogenesis. | Gao Junqing Chen Tao Jin Huigen Liu Zongjun Zhao Deqiang | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015,35,2: | 6 |
| 7 | Tunable and switchable harmonic h-shaped pulse generation in a 3.03 km ultralong mode-locked thulium-doped fiber laser显示文摘We experimentally demonstrated a type of tunable and switchable harmonic h-shaped pulse generation in a thulium-doped fiber(TDF) laser passively mode locked by using an ultralong nonlinear optical loop mirror.The total cavity length was ~3.03 km, the longest ever built for a TDF laser to our best knowledge, which resulted in an ultralarge anomalous dispersion over -200 ps^2 around the emission wavelength. The produced h-shaped pulse can operate either in a fundamental or in a high-order harmonic mode-locking(HML) state depending on pump power and intra-cavity polarization state(PS). The pulse duration, no matter of the operation state, was tunable with pump power. However, pulse breaking and self-organizing occurred, resulting in high-order HML,when the pump power increased above a threshold. At a fixed pump power, the order of HML was switchable from one to another by manipulating the PS. Switching from the 8 th up to the 48 th order of HML was achieved with a fixed pump power of ~4.15 W. Our results revealed the detailed evolution and switching characteristics of the HML and individual pulse envelope with respect to both the pump power and PS. We have also discussed in detail the mechanisms of both the h-shaped pulse generation and the switching of its HML. | 10 | The novel gene BrMYB2,located on chromosome A07,with a short intron 1 controls the purple-head trait of Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa L.)显示文摘Anthocyanins are important secondary metabolites in plants,but information on anthocyanin biosynthesis mechanisms in Chinese cabbage is limited.The new purple head Chinese cabbage cultivar 11S91 was analyzed,and an R2R3-MYB regulatory gene BrMYB2,located on chromosome A07,controlling the dominant purple-head trait was isolated.High expression of BrMYB2 generated a large accumulation of anthocyanins in 11S91,accompanied by highly upregulated BrTT8,BrF3′H,BrDFR1,BrANS1,BrUGTs,BrATs,and BrGSTs.11S91 inherited the purple locus from purple trait donor 95T2-5,and they shared consensus CDSs and gDNAs with those of BrMYB2(cBrMYB2 and gBrMYB2).Two SNPs in cBrMYB2 in 11S91 did not cause loss of function;in addition to several SNPs at both ends of intron 1,a large deletion had occurred in intron 1 of gBrMYB2 in 11S91.Genetic transformation of Arabidopsis showed that gBrMYB2 overexpression lines presented deeper purple color and higher expression than did the cBrMYB2 and cBrmyb2 lines,whereas gBrmyb2 with a long intron 1 did not cause the purple phenotype.We first show that BrMYB2 promotes anthocyanin biosynthesis under the control of the short intron 1 of gBrMYB2 in purple head Chinese cabbage,and gBrmyb2 with a long intron 1 represses anthocyanin production in white head Chinese cabbage.This evidence provides a new understanding of anthocyanin biosynthesis and purple germplasm generation in Brassica vegetables. | Qiong He Junqing Wu Yihua Xue Wenbin Zhao Ru Li Lugang Zhang | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 4 |
| 11 | Genetic Analysis and Mapping of the Purple Gene in Purple Heading Chinese Cabbage显示文摘To analyze genetic linkage and map purple gene(Br Pur) controlling purple inner leaves trait of Chinese cabbage, a F2 population was constructed by selfing a F1 plant from homozygous purple heading line ‘14S839' and homozygous orange heading line ‘14S162'. The phenotype investigation of head color showed that the segregation ratio of purple to non-purple individuals was consistent with the expected ratio of 3:1,which indicated that purple inner leaves trait is controlled by a single dominant gene. A total of 297 SSRs in whole genome of Chinese cabbage were tested by modified Bulked Segregant Analysis(BSA) method. Two linked markers flanking Br Pur, A710 and A714, were obtained and Br Pur was mapped on linkage group A07 based on the sequence of these two markers. Subsequently, two new markers flanking Br Pur, CL-12 and B214-87, were developed based on two known anthocyanins-related genes, Br4CL3 and Bra004214. | 17 | Superior performance porous carbon nitride nanosheets for helium separation from natural gas:Insights from MD and DFT simulations显示文摘Increasing helium(He)demand in fundamental research,medical,and industrial processes necessitates efficient He purification from natural gas.However,most theoretically available membranes focus on the separation of two or three kinds of gas molecules with He and the underlying separation mechanism is not yet well understood.Using molecular dynamic(MD)and first-principle density function theory(DFT)simulations,we systematically demonstrated a novel porous carbon nitride membrane(g-C_(9)N_(7))with superior performance for He separation from natural gas.The structure of g-C_(9)N_(7) monolayer was optimized first,and the calculated cohesive energy confirmed its structural stability.Increasing temperature from 200 to 500 K,the g-C_(9)N_(7)membrane revealed high He permeability,as high as 1.48×10^(7) GPU(gas permeation unit,1 GPU=3.35×10^(-10) mol·s^(-1)·Pa^(-1)·m^(-2))at 298 K,and also exhibited high selectivity for He over other gases(Ar,N_(2),CO_(2),CH_(4),and H_(2)S).Then,the selectivity of He over Ne was found to decrease with increasing the total number of He and Ne molecules,and to increase with increasing He to Ne ratio.More interestingly,a tunable He separation performance can be achieved by introducing strain during membrane separation.Under the condition of 7.5%compressive strain,the g-C_(9)(N_(7)(membrane reached the highest He over Ne selectivity of 9.41×10^(2).It can be attributed to the low energy barrier for He,but increased energy barrier for other gases passing through the membrane,which was subject to a compressive strain.These results offer important insights into He purification using g-C_(9)N_(7)membrane and opened a promising avenue for the screening of industrial grade gas separation with strain engineering. | Zilong Liu Ge Zhao Xiao Zhang Lei Gao Junqing Chen Weichao Sun Guanggang Zhou Guiwu Lu | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,9: | 1 |

| 19 | Evaluation of Ecological Environment Quality of Typical Forest Parks显示文摘Forest tourist areas have an excellent ecological environment,which is conducive to people's physical and mental health.In this study,Fuzhou National Forest Park and Wuying National Forest Park were selected as typical representatives of the southern and northern forest parks,respectively,which were compared by qualitative and quantitative research methods from such five aspects as air quality,climate quality,water environment quality,acoustic environment quality and biological population in some forest areas.The results showed that Fuzhou National Forest Park has a concentration of negative oxygen ions much higher than Wuying National Forest Park,and is thus more conducive to people's health;and it has the characteristics of warm and comfortable climate throughout the year and high biodiversity,but the noise is 4.35 db higher than Wuying National Forest Park,and the water quality is slightly poorer than that of Wuying National Forest Park.And its DO value is about 3.89 smaller in autumn than in summer.In Wuying National Forest Park,the concentration of negative oxygen ions is 53.6% lower than Fuzhou National Forest Park,but it is also above the national standard.The climate is only comfortable in June-August,and is colder or cooler in other months.The water quality is better than that of Fuzhou National Forest Park.In particular,the PH value is about 0.38 lower than that of Fuzhou National Forest Park.It has its own unique biological characteristics.The number of tourists in summer is higher,resulting in higher noise in summer than in autumn.The two forest parks in the north and the south are both good places for people to relax and enjoy. | Dongmei ZHANG Shuzhen PENG Weijun ZHAO Mengyuan GAO Junqing HAN | 2019 | Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,5: | 1 |
