1Climate background of the evolution from Paleolithic to Neolithic cultural transition during the last deglaciation in the middle reaches of the Yellow River显示文摘Shizitan in Jixian County, Shanxi Province, is a site of transitional period from Paleolithic to Neolithic. The dating and the sporopollen analysis show that the middle reaches of the Yellow River where the site is located had been maintaining a steppe environment during 35.1-9.4 kaBP, in which, 35.1-17 kaBP belonged to the last glacial. With cold and dry climate, this period featured a desert steppe environment. In the late of this period, the area had a cold and half-humid steppe environment. The 17.0-11.9 kaBP belonged to the early- and mid-period of the last deglaciation. Mild and half-arid steppe alternates with mild and half-arid steppe, with a small amount of deciduous broadleaf species. During the period of 11.9-10.5 kaBP, cold and dry glacial climate appeared once more, featuring a desert steppe environment. During 10.5-9.4 kaBP, it is mild and half-arid, and later transited toward warm and half-humid. 2Distributed Flow Shop Scheduling with Sequence-Dependent Setup Times Using an Improved Iterated Greedy Algorithm显示文摘To meet the multi-cooperation production demand of enterprises,the distributed permutation flow shop scheduling problem(DPFSP)has become the frontier research in the field of manufacturing systems.In this paper,we investigate the DPFSP by minimizing a makespan criterion under the constraint of sequence-dependent setup times.To solve DPFSPs,significant developments of some metaheuristic algorithms are necessary.In this context,a simple and effective improved iterated greedy(NIG)algorithm is proposed to minimize makespan in DPFSPs.According to the features of DPFSPs,a two-stage local search based on single job swapping and job block swapping within the key factory is designed in the proposed algorithm.We compare the proposed algorithm with state-of-the-art algorithms,including the iterative greedy algorithm(2019),iterative greedy proposed by Ruiz and Pan(2019),discrete differential evolution algorithm(2018),discrete artificial bee colony(2018),and artificial chemical reaction optimization(2017).Simulation results show that NIG outperforms the compared algorithms.Xue Han Yuyan Han Qingda Chen Junqing Li Hongyan Sang Yiping Liu Quanke Pan Yusuke Nojima 2021Complex System Modeling and Simulation2021,1,3:4
3A Novel Photothermal Nanocrystals of Cu_7S_4 Hollow Structure for Efficient Ablation of Cancer Cells显示文摘Cu2-x S nanocrystals(NCs), characterized by low cost, low toxicity, high stability and high photothermal conversion efficiency, provide promising platforms as photothermal agents. Herein, a novel twostep synthesis has been developed for Cu7S4 nanocrystals with hollow structure using the as-prepared copper nanoparticles as starting a solid precursor followed by hot-injection of sulfide source.The Cu7S4 NCs exhibit intense absorption band at Near-infrared(NIR) wavelengths due to localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)mode, which can effectively convert 980 nm-laser energy into heat.Moreover, the localized high temperature created by Cu7S4 NCs under NIR irradiation could result in efficient photothermal ablation(PTA) of cancer cells in vivo, demonstrating a novel and promising photothermal nanomaterials.Guosheng Song Linbo Han Weiwei Zou Zhiyin Xiao Xiao Juan Huang Zongyi Qin Rujia Zou Junqing Hu 2014Nano-Micro Letters2014,6,2:2
4Evaluation of Ecological Environment Quality of Typical Forest Parks显示文摘Forest tourist areas have an excellent ecological environment,which is conducive to people's physical and mental health.In this study,Fuzhou National Forest Park and Wuying National Forest Park were selected as typical representatives of the southern and northern forest parks,respectively,which were compared by qualitative and quantitative research methods from such five aspects as air quality,climate quality,water environment quality,acoustic environment quality and biological population in some forest areas.The results showed that Fuzhou National Forest Park has a concentration of negative oxygen ions much higher than Wuying National Forest Park,and is thus more conducive to people's health;and it has the characteristics of warm and comfortable climate throughout the year and high biodiversity,but the noise is 4.35 db higher than Wuying National Forest Park,and the water quality is slightly poorer than that of Wuying National Forest Park.And its DO value is about 3.89 smaller in autumn than in summer.In Wuying National Forest Park,the concentration of negative oxygen ions is 53.6% lower than Fuzhou National Forest Park,but it is also above the national standard.The climate is only comfortable in June-August,and is colder or cooler in other months.The water quality is better than that of Fuzhou National Forest Park.In particular,the PH value is about 0.38 lower than that of Fuzhou National Forest Park.It has its own unique biological characteristics.The number of tourists in summer is higher,resulting in higher noise in summer than in autumn.The two forest parks in the north and the south are both good places for people to relax and enjoy.Dongmei ZHANG Shuzhen PENG Weijun ZHAO Mengyuan GAO Junqing HAN 2019Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,5:1

8Intelligent Optimization Under Multiple Factories: Hybrid Flow Shop Scheduling Problem with Blocking Constraints Using an Advanced Iterated Greedy Algorithm显示文摘The distributed hybrid flow shop scheduling problem(DHFSP),which integrates distributed manufacturing models with parallel machines,has gained significant attention.However,in actual scheduling,some adjacent machines do not have buffers between them,resulting in blocking.This paper focuses on addressing the DHFSP with blocking constraints(DBHFSP)based on the actual production conditions.To solve DBHFSP,we construct a mixed integer linear programming(MILP)model for DBHFSP and validate its correctness using the Gurobi solver.Then,an advanced iterated greedy(AIG)algorithm is designed to minimize the makespan,in which we modify the Nawaz,Enscore,and Ham(NEH)heuristic to solve blocking constraints.To balance the global and local search capabilities of AIG,two effective inter-factory neighborhood search strategies and a swap-based local search strategy are designed.Additionally,each factory is mutually independent,and the movement within one factory does not affect the others.In view of this,we specifically designed a memory-based decoding method for insertion operations to reduce the computation time of the objective.Finally,two shaking strategies are incorporated into the algorithm to mitigate premature convergence.Five advanced algorithms are used to conduct comparative experiments with AIG on 80 test instances,and experimental results illustrate that the makespan and the relative percentage increase(RPI)obtained by AIG are 1.0%and 86.1%,respectively,better than the comparative algorithms.Yong Wang Yuting Wang Yuyan Han Junqing Li Kaizhou Gao Yusuke Nojima 2023Complex System Modeling and Simulation2023,3,4:0
9A Flexible Tribotronic Artificial Synapse with Bioinspired Neurosensory Behavior显示文摘As key components of artificial afferent nervous systems,synaptic devices can mimic the physiological synaptic behaviors,which have attracted extensive attentions.Here,a flexible tribotronic artificial synapse(TAS)with bioinspired neurosensory behavior is developed.The triboelectric potential generated by the external contact electrification is used as the ion-gel-gate voltage of the organic thin film transistor,which can tune the carriers transport through the migration/accumulation of ions.The TAS successfully demonstrates a series of synaptic behaviors by external stimuli,such as excitatory postsynaptic current,paired-pulse facilitation,and the hierarchical memory process from sensory memory to short-term memory and long-term memory.Moreover,the synaptic behaviors remained stable under the strain condition with a bending radius of 20 mm,and the TAS still exhibits excellent durability after 1000 bending cycles.Finally,Pavlovian conditioning has been successfully mimicked by applying force and vibration as food and bell,respectively.This work demonstrates a bioinspired flexible artificial synapse that will help to facilitate the development of artificial afferent nervous systems,which is great significance to the practical application of artificial limbs,robotics,and bionics in future.Jianhua Zeng Junqing Zhao Tianzhao Bu Guoxu Liu Youchao Qi Han Zhou Sicheng Dong Chi Zhang 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,2:0

11A Comparative Analysis of Performance-Based Resilience Metrics via a Quantitative-Qualitative Combined Approach: Are We Measuring the Same Thing?显示文摘Since the proposal of the pioneering“resilience triangle”paradigm,various time-series performance-based metrics have been devised for resilience quantification.The numerous choices diversify the toolbox for measuring this compound system concept;however,this multiplicity causes intractable questions for applications,including“Do these metrics measure the same resilience?”and“Which one to pick under what circumstance?”In this study,we attempted to address these two fundamental issues using a comprehensive comparative investigation.Through a quantitative-qualitative combined approach,12 popular performance-based resilience metrics are compared using empirical data from China’s aviation system under the disturbance of COVID-19.Quantitative results indicate that only 12 of the 66 metric pairs are strongly positively correlated and with no significant differences in quantification outcomes;qualitative results indicate that the majority of the metrics are based on different definition interpretations,basic components,and expression forms,and thus essentially measure different resilience.The advantages and disadvantages of each metric are comparatively discussed,and a“how to choose”guideline for metric users is proposed.This study is an introspective investigation of resilience quantification studies,aiming to offer a new perspective to scrutinize those benchmarking metrics.Junqing Tang Song Han Jing Wang Baojie He Jinhan Peng 2023International Journal of Disaster Risk Science2023,14,5:0
