| 1 | GSA:Genome Sequence Archive显示文摘With the rapid development of sequencing technologies towards higher throughput and lower cost, sequence data are generated at an unprecedentedly explosive rate. To provide an efficient and easy-to-use platform for managing huge sequence data, here we present Genome Sequence Archive(GSA; http://gffzzdbc7b6aaae734bddhnpqv66fqbwn96kpu.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/gsa or http://gffzz4eaf941a184140e3hnpqv66fqbwn96kpu.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn), a data repository for archiving raw sequence data. In compliance with data standards and structures of the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration(INSDC), GSA adopts four data objects(Bio Project, Bio Sample,Experiment, and Run) for data organization, accepts raw sequence reads produced by a variety of sequencing platforms, stores both sequence reads and metadata submitted from all over the world,and makes all these data publicly available to worldwide scientific communities. | 2 | Augmented reality registration algorithm based on nature feature recognition显示文摘This paper presents an improved key frame based augmented reality registration algorithm for real-time motion tracking in outdoor environment. In such applications, wide-baseline feature matching is a critical problem. In this paper, we apply randomized tree method to match key points extracted from the input image to those key frames as a classification problem. Extended Kalman filter is also utilized for jitter correction. A video see-through mobile augmented reality system is built for the on-site digital reconstruction of Yuanmingyuan Garden. | 3 | Development of the triazole-fused pyrimidine derivatives as highly potent and reversible inhibitors of histone lysine specific demethylase1(LSD1/KDM1A)显示文摘Histone lysine specific demethylase 1(LSD1) has been recognized as an important modulator in post-translational process in epigenetics. Dysregulation of LSD1 has been implicated in the development of various cancers. Herein, we report the discovery of the hit compound 8 a(IC50=3.93 μmol/L) and further medicinal chemistry efforts, leading to the generation of compound 15 u(IC50=49 nmol/L, and Ki= 16 nmol/L), which inhibited LSD1 reversibly and competitively with H3 K4 me2, and was selective to LSD1 over MAO-A/B. Docking studies were performed to rationalize the potency ofcompound 15 u. Compound 15 u also showed strong antiproliferative activity against four leukemia cell lines(OCL-AML3, K562, THP-1 and U937) as well as the lymphoma cell line Raji with the IC50 values of 1.79, 1.30, 0.45, 1.22 and 1.40 μmol/L, respectively. In THP-1 cell line, 15 u significantly inhibited colony formation and caused remarkable morphological changes. | 4 | Effect of Cryogenic Treatment on Deformation Behavior of As-cast AZ91 Mg Alloy显示文摘The as-cast AZ91 Mg alloy samples were cryogenic treated with different time. Otherwise, optical microscope (OM), mechanical test, resistance test and XRD analysis were used to research the microstructure evolution and physical variation of the samples before and after cryogenic treatment (CT). Due to CT, the structure of as-cast AZ91 Mg alloy was changed from disordered solid solution to ordered solid solution. Firstly, the appearance of ordered solid solution leads to the improvement of peak stress after CT, because of ordered strengthening. Secondly, resistance and crystallographic lattice constant of the samples reduce obviously. | 5 | Effect of carboxylic acid groups on the supercapacitive performance of functional carbon frameworks derived from bacterial cellulose显示文摘Three-dimensional(3D) carbonaceous materials derived from bacterial cellulose(BC) has been introduced as electrode for supercapacitors in recent. Here, we report a simple strategy for the synthesis of functional carbon frameworks through 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpilperidine 1-oxyl radical(TEMPO)-mediated oxidation of bacterial cellulose(BC) followed by carbonization. TEMPO-mediated oxidation can efficiently convert the hydroxyls on the surface of BC to carboxylate groups to improve electrochemical activity. Because of its high porosity, good hydrophilicity, rich oxygen groups, and continuous ion transport in-between sheet-like porous network, the TEMPO-oxidized BC delivers a much higher gravimetric capacitance(137.3 F/g) at low annealing temperature of 500℃ than that of pyrolysis BC(31 F/g) at the same annealing temperature. | 6 | Two-episode Tectono-thermal Events of the Heyuan Fault in Late Cretaceous and Oligocene and their Tectonic Implications, Southernmost South China Block显示文摘The Heyuan Fault, is one of the main NE-trending faults in the southernmost South China Block and is close to the northernmost South China Sea to the south. The fault features multi-stage deformation and controlled the formation of late Cretaceous to Cenozoic basins. Based on detailed field investigations and comprehensive geochronological research, including zircon U-Pb, Rb-Sr isochron, zircon U-Th-He dating, two episodic tectono-thermal events are recognized. The first occurred during ~79 Ma to 66 Ma, which is characterized by large-scale quartz-fluid emplacement. The other occurred at ~34 Ma, which features the eruption of a set of basalts. | 17 | New Early Triassic paleo-magnetic data from Huangben section,Guangdong and its tectonic implications显示文摘A paleomagnetic study was carried out on a total of 122 oriented cores from Daye Formation of the Huangben section, Guangdong Province. Rock magnetic investigations show that low-titanium magnetite is a dominant carrier. Detailed progressive thermal demagnetization isolated 2―3 components. The low temperature component clusters around the present geomagnetic field direction. An intermediate temperature component is isolated at 100―400℃ and is interpreted as a Yanshanian remagnetization. A high-temperature characteristic remanent mag- netization (ChRM) is obtained at 400―530℃ with D = 51.1°,I = 15.3°,α95 = 5.0° and passes generalized fold test and reversal test, suggesting high tempera- ture component is a primary remanence. Its corre- spondent pole position is 38.5°N, 212.7°E (dp = 2.6, dm = 5.1), which overlaps contemporaneous pole of Yangtze Block at 95% confidence level. Therefore, we believe that Huanan and Yangtze blocks were not separated in the Early Triassic. Compared to other published Early Triassic paleomagnetic data from Huanan Block, the inclinations are very close but the declinations are greatly variable. | 18 | A flexible solid polymer electrolyte enabled with lithiated zeolite for high performance lithium battery显示文摘Solid-state lithium batteries using composite polymer electrolytes(CPEs)have attracted much attention owing to their higher safety compared to liquid electrolytes and flexibility compared to ceramic electrolytes.However,their unsatisfactory lithium-ion conductivity still limits their development.Herein,a high ion conductive CPE with multiple continuous lithium pathways is designed.This new electrolyte consists of poly(vinylidene fluorideco-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)and lithiated X type zeolite(Li-X),which possesses a high ionic conductivity(1.98×10^(-4)S/cm),high lithium transference number(t_(Li^(+))=0.55),wide electrochemical window(4.7 V),and excellent stability against the lithium anode.Density functional theory(DFT)calculation confirms that the Lewis acid sites in zeolite can graft with N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)and PVDF-HFP chains,resulting in decreased crystallinity of polymer and providing rapid Li+transmission channels.When used in a full cell,the solid Li|Li-X-3%|LiFePO_(4) cell displays excellent cycling stability and rate performance at room temperature and 60℃.Furthermore,pouch cells with the Li-X-3%electrolyte exhibit brilliant safety under extreme conditions,such as folding and cutting.Thus,this proposed zeolite-PVDF-HFP CPE represents a promising potential in the application of making a safer,higher performing,and flexible solid-state lithium battery. | Zhiyu Ding Qiming Tang Qi Zhang Penghui Yao Xingjun Liu Junwei Wu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 0 |
