| 1 | Flavone Content and Bioactivity of Aqueous-Ethanolic Extracts of Phellinus Fruit Bodies显示文摘The flavone content of aqueous ethanolic extracts of Phellinus fruit bodies obtained from seven different locations was determined.Anti-tumor and antioxidant activities associated with the extracts were investigated in vitro using the Alamar Blue assay and a chemiluminecence-based method,respectively.Extracts of the seven Phellinus samples generated very similar HPLC profiles in qualitative terms although the areas of several peaks varied according to the sample type indicating quantitative differences in the case of some components.All the extracts,especially those of artificially cultivated Phellinus baumii fruit bodies,inhibited L1210 tumor cell proliferation and exhibited superoxide radical scavenging activity although there was no obvious correlation with flavone content. | HAO Ruixia ZHOU Shuai YANG Yan XI Junzhe LI Weiyao TANG Qingjiu WANG Chenguang | 2008 | 食用菌学报2008,15,2: | 6 |
| 2 | Experimental Study on Interaction Between Degrees of Freedom in a Wave Buoy显示文摘Increasing degrees of freedom(DOFs)is a useful way to raise the power capture efficiency of oscillating wave energy converters.Thus,this study proposes a buoy with three DOFs,which are surge,heave,and pitch.The hydrodynamic performance and power capture efficiency of the buoy is physically modeled.Amplitudes of unidirectional and coupled motions are compared to analyze the interaction effect between freedoms under conditions with and without power take-off damping.The capture width ratio and corresponding growth rates are also calculated.Results show that the buoy makes a periodic sinusoidal(or approximate)movement in every DOF.Coupling effect can cause an increase in the amplitude in one DOF and a decrease in the amplitudes of the others.This phenomenon shows that the kinematic energy of the buoy redistributes to all DOFs compared with the unidirectional conditions.Adding DOFs can improve the power absorption of the buoy in most cases,but the number of DOFs is not the more the better. | HUANG Shuting SHI Hongda CAO Feifei TAN Junzhe CHENG Haixun LI Demin LIU Shangze GONG Haoxiang TAO Ji | 2019 | Journal of Ocean University of China2019,18,6: | 5 |

| 4 | 18beta-glycyrrhetinic acid induces ROS-mediated apoptosis to ameliorate hepatic fibrosis by targeting PRDX1/2 in activated HSCs显示文摘Hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)are essential drivers of fibrogenesis.Inducing activated-HSC apoptosis is a promising strategy for treating hepatic fibrosis.18beta-glycyrrhetinic acid(18b-GA)is a natural compound that exists widely in herbal medicines,such as Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,which is used for treating multiple liver diseases,especially in Asia.In the present study,we demonstrated that 18b-GA decreased hepatic fibrosis by inducing the apoptosis in activated HSCs.18b-GA inhibited the expression of a-smooth muscle actin and collagen type Ⅰ alpha-1.Using a chemoproteomic approach derived from activity-based protein profiling,together with cellular thermal shift assay and surface plasmon resonance,we found that 18b-GA covalently targeted peroxiredoxin 1(PRDX1)and peroxiredoxin 2(PRDX2)proteins via binding to active cysteine residues and thereby inhibited their enzymatic activities.18b-GA induced the elevation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),resulting in the apoptosis of activated HSCs.PRDX1 knockdown also led to ROS-mediated apoptosis in activated HSCs.Collectively,our findings revealed the target proteins and molecular mechanisms of 18b-GA in ameliorating hepatic fibrosis,highlighting the future development of 18b-GA as a novel therapeutic drug for hepatic fibrosis. | Qian Zhang Piao Luo Liuhai Zheng Jiayun Chen Junzhe Zhang Huan Tang Dandan Liu Xueling He Qiaoli Shi Liwei Gu Jiahao Li Qiuyan Guo Chuanbin Yang Yin Kwan Wong Fei Xia Jigang Wang | 2022 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,4: | 3 |

| 7 | Study and innovation of a flexible blade turbine,a new type of tidal current generating device显示文摘Utilization of tidal current is becoming a focus of marine energy research and development field. In this paper, a new type of tidal current power generating device which was called flexible blade turbine was put forward. A scale model testing was carried out, and results show that the models performed as expected with good hydrodynamic characteristics. Based on analysis of the results, a scale model turbine with a rated power of 5 kW was constructed, which was an optimal scheme of the flexible blade turbine having higher coefficient of power and power generation capacity. Sea trials were carried out in the Zhaitang Island Channel to evaluate the performance of the turbine.
