6一种抗原递呈细胞的调节阀——维生素A显示文摘维生素A与免疫系统的反应能力有关,维生素A缺乏症是众所周知的,其是调节先天性和适应性免疫反应的中间物。维生素A合成和代谢的研究进展已经将抗原递呈细胞(APC)视为其新陈代谢的的中心免疫细胞。目前已知抗原递呈细胞可以表达视黄醛脱氢酶和分泌视黄酸。产生的视黄酸有自分泌和旁分泌作用。自分泌作用包括非经典的CD1d分子主要组织相容性Ⅰ类样分子和基质金属蛋白-9。旁分泌作用影响多淋巴细胞普西细胞群。具体来说,维甲酸类增加了IgA的同型转换的B淋巴细胞,增强了调节性T细胞分化,并指导淋巴细胞归附到黏膜。CD1d分子脂质抗原递呈扩展了自然杀伤T细胞群体。在此之前,维生素主要是对适应性免疫淋巴细胞起作用,但最近研究表明,抗原递呈细胞可能是维生素A免疫系统功能的中枢驱动器。David M Duriancik Denise E Lackey Kathleen A H 2010饲料博览2010,,9:1
