1基于细胞色素b基因序列的鲤科鱼类系统发育研究(鱼纲:鲤形目)显示文摘鲤科是鱼类最大的科,在中国淡水鱼类组成中鲤科鱼类的成分占一半以上.鲤科鱼类的演化过程代表了东亚淡水鱼类的整体演化过程.为探讨东亚鲤科鱼类系统发育关系,共分析了包括18种新测序列在内的54种鲤科鱼类细胞色素b基因的全序列.分析的物种涵盖了鲤科鱼类的12个亚科并对问题较多的(鱼丹)亚科(Danioninae)和雅罗鱼亚科(Leuciscinae)进行了广泛的采样.系统发育树的建立使用了多种方法,包括邻接法、最大简约法和最大似然法.亚口鱼科(Catostomidae)的胭脂鱼(Myxocyprinus asiaticus)被指定为外类群,3种方法所得结果非常相似,并支持一些亚科的单系性,如鲌亚科(Cultrinae)、鲴亚科(Xenocyprinae)、鮈亚科(Gobioninae)(包括鳅鸵亚科Gobiobotinae).从分子水平上证明(鱼丹)亚科不是一个单系类群,雅罗鱼亚科被分为两个互不相关的类群;东亚雅罗鱼群与鲌亚科和鲴亚科形成一单系类群;而欧洲、西伯利亚、北美的雅罗鱼形成另一个单系群.Howes所定义的鲤亚科在NJ树和ML树中得到有力的支持并位于系统树的基部.高体鳑皱(Rhodeus sericeus)代表的鳑鮍亚科的系统位置没有得到解决.显示鲤科鱼类可分为3个大的类群并与其3个进化阶段相对应:老第三纪类群包含(鱼丹)亚科的东南亚种类和Howes的鲤亚科;何舜平 刘焕章 陈宜瑜 Masayuki Kuwahara Tsuneo Nakajima 钟扬 2004中国科学(C辑)2004,34,1:57
2Molecular phylogenetic relationships of Eastern Asian Cyprinidae(Pisces:Cypriniformes)inferred from cytochrome b sequences显示文摘Complete mitochondrial cytochrome b sequences of 54 species, including 18 newly sequenced, were analyzed to infer the phylogenetic relationships within the family Cyprinidae in East Asia. Phylogenetic trees were generated using various tree-building methods, including Neighbor-joining (NJ), Maximum Parsimony (MP) and Maximum Likelihood (ML) methods, with Myxocyprinus asiaticus (family Catostomidae) as the designated outgroup. The results from NJ and ML methods were mostly similar, supporting some existing subfamilies within Cyprinidae as monophyletic, such as Cultrinae, Xenocyprinae and Gobioninae (including Gobiobotinae). How-ever, genera within the subfamily 揇anioninae?did not form a monophyletic group. The subfamily Leuciscinae was divided into two unrelated groups: the Leuciscinae in East Asia forming as a monophyletic group together with Cultrinae and Xenocyprinae, while the Leuciscinae in Europe, Siberia, and North America as another monophyletic group. The monophyly of subfamily Cy-prininae sensu Howes was supported by NJ and ML trees and is basal in the tree. 4Clinical relevance of fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography and magnifying endoscopy with narrow band imaging in decision-making regarding the treatment strategy for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘BACKGROUND Recent advances in endoscopic technology,especially magnifying endoscopy with narrow band imaging(ME-NBI)enable us to detect superficial esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC),but determining the appropriate method of resection,endoscopic resection(ER)vs surgical resection,is often challenging.Recently,several studies have reported that 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography(FDG-PET)is a useful indicator for decision-making regarding treatment for superficial ESCC.Although,there are not enough reports on association between FDG-PET uptake and clinicopathological characteristics of superficial ESCC.And,there are not enough reports on evaluating the usefulness of combination of FDG-PET and ME-NBI for determining the treatment strategy for superficial ESCC.This study evaluated clinical relevance of FDG-PET and ME-NBI in decision-making regarding the treatment strategy for ESCC.AIM To investigate the association between FDG uptake and the clinicopathological characteristics of superficial ESCC and its usefulness of combination of FDG-PET and ME-NBI for determining the treatment strategy for superficial ESCC.METHODS A database of all patients with superficial ESCC who had undergone both MENBI and FDG-PET for pre-treatment staging at Aichi Cancer Center Hospital between January 2008 and November 2018 was retrospectively analyzed.FDG uptake was defined positive or negative whether the primary lesion was visualized or could be distinguished from the background,or not.The invasion depth of ESCC was classified according to the Japan Esophageal Society.Primary endpoint is to evaluate the association between FDG uptake and clinicopathological characteristics of superficial ESCC.Secondary endpoint is to investigate the efficacy of combination of FDG-PET and ME-NBI for determining the treatment strategy for superficial ESCC.RESULTS A total of 82 lesions in 82 patients were included.FDG-PET showed positive uptake in 29(35.4%)lesions.Univariate analysis showed that uptake of FDG-PET had significant correlations with circumferential extension(P=0.014),pathological depth of tumor invasion(P<0.001),infiltrative growth pattern(P<0.001),histological grade(P=0.002),vascular invasion(P=0.001),and lymphatic invasion(P<0.001).On multivariate analysis,only depth of tumor invasion was independently correlated with FDG-PET/computed tomography visibility(P=0.018).The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value(PPV),negative predictive value(NPV),and accuracy of Type B2 in ME-NBI for the invasion depth of T1a muscularis mucosae and T1b upper submucosal layer were 68.4%/79.4%/50.0%/89.3%/76.8%,respectively,and those of Type B3 for the depth of T1b middle and deeper submucosal layers(SM2 and SM3)were 46.7%/100%/100%/89.3%/90.2%,respectively.On the other hand,those of FDGPET for SM2 and SM3 were 93.3%/77.6%/48.2%/98.1%/80.5%,respectively,whereas,if the combination of positive FDG uptake and type B2 and B3 was defined as an indicator for radical esophagectomy or definitive chemoradiotherapy,the sensitivity,specificity,PPV,NPV,and accuracy were 78.3%/91.5%/78.3%/91.5%/87.8%,respectively.CONCLUSION FDG uptake was correlated with the invasion depth of superficial ESCC.Combined use of FDG-PET and ME-NBI,especially with the microvascular findings of Type B2 and B3,is useful to determine whether ER is indicated for the lesion.Kazuhiro Toriyama Masahiro Tajika Tsutomu Tanaka Makoto Ishihara Yutaka Hirayama Sachiyo Onishi Nobumasa Mizuno Takamichi Kuwahara Nozomi Okuno Shinpei Matsumoto Eiichi Sasaki Tetsuya Abe Yasushi Yatabe Kazuo Hara Keitaro Matsuo Tsuneo Tamaki Yasumasa Niwa 2019World Journal of Gastroenterology2019,25,46:7

7Measurement of serum zinc improves prostate cancer detection efficiency in patients with PSA levels between 4 ng/mL and 10 ng/mL显示文摘Aim:To investigate whether the measurement of serum zinc may improve the detection of prostate cancer(PCa)inmen who had total prostate-specific antigen(PSA)levels higher than 4.1 ng/mL.Methods:A mass screening for PCaof 3940 men over 50 years old was undertaken using total serum PSA.Of the 190 men(4.8 %)with elevated PSA,143(3.6 %)underwent a transrectal ultrasonography(TRUS)-guided biopsy of the prostate,and 42 men(1% of total and29.3 % of men undergoing biopsy)were found to have cancer.The areas under the receiver operating characteristiccurves(ROC-AUC)were used to compare the diagnostic power of cancer detection by means of serum zinc,and freePSA/total PSA ratio(f/t).Results:The men with levels of serum zinc that ranged from 40 ng/mL-60 ng/mL,had anage-adjusted odds ratios(OR)of 5.0.A cutoff value of 100 μg/mL for-serum zinc concentration provided a sensitivityof 90.5 % and a specificity of 32.7 % in elevated PSA range,and a sensitivity of 93.3 % and specificity of 27.1% ingray zone,respectively.In the gray zone ranges of 4.1 ng/mL-10.0 ng/mL,the ROC-AUC for zinc was 73.0 %higher than 62.7 % of f/t PSA ratio and 56.7 % of total PSA.Conclusion:PCa displays a lower serum zincconcentration.The measurement of zinc levels improves PCa detection in the gray zone compared with the f/t PSAratio and total PSA.Xiao-Meng Li Ling Zhang Jiang Li Yang Li Hong-Liang Wang Guo-Yi Ji Masaaki Kuwahara Xue-Jian Zhao 2005Asian Journal of Andrology2005,7,3:2

12利用小震震源机制解研究汶川地震后龙门山断裂带中段应力场时空演化显示文摘利用川西流动地震台阵观测资料,求解汶川地震后发生在龙门山断裂带中段地区的余震震源机制解,反演了相应的应力场,得到了应力场的时空演化特征。结果显示,小震震源机制以逆冲为主并含有一定数量的走滑和正断型地震,逆冲型地震的比重随时间明显增加。震源机制类型的空间分布与断层深部展布及区域速度结构具有相关性。应力张量反演结果显示早期余震各分区水平最大主压应力S_H方位主要分布在近EW—NWW范围内,沿小鱼洞—理县方向余震分支地壳浅部主压应力则沿NE-SW向,表明震后早期应力场主要受主震破裂传播引起的动态应力影响,S_H方位与破裂面特征密切相关。应力张量随时间的变化显示深部应力结构由逆冲、走滑混合向纯逆冲转变,表明深部区域通过走滑型地震来平衡初期应力释放造成的局部库仑应力,并逐渐恢复到接近背景应力场,浅部应力变化追随深部变化特征,显示出在时间上的滞后。江敏 陈九辉 Yasuto Kuwahara Reiken Matsushita 2018地震地质2018,40,2:2
13Inhibitory effect of fluvastatin on ileal ulcer formation in rats induced by nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug显示文摘AIM: Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)cause gastrointestinal damage as one of their side effects in humans and experimental animals. Lipid peroxidation plays an important role in NSAID-induced ulceration. The aim of this study was to investigate the inhibitory effect of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA)reductase inhibitors on the ulceration in small intestines of rats.METHODS: The effects of three HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, fluvastatin, pravastatin and atorvastatin on ileal ulcer formation in 5-bromo-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-(4-methylsulfonylphenyl) thiophene (BFMeT)-treated rats were examined. Antioxidative activity of the inhibitors was measured by a redox-linked colorimetric method.RESULTS: Fluvastatin, which was reported to have antioxidative activity, repressed the ileal ulcer formation in rats treated with BFMeT an NSAIDs. However, the other HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (pravastatin and atorvastatin)did not repress the ileal ulcer formation.
