1钢渣沥青混合料应用现状显示文摘总结了钢渣的物理性质、化学成分及矿物相组成,分析了影响钢渣体积安定性的因素及其改善措施,探讨了钢渣沥青混合料的配合比设计方法,分析了钢渣沥青混合料的路用性能(高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性、抗疲劳性、体积安定性、抗滑性)及其功能特性(导电性与微波加热),研究了钢渣沥青混合料的生态、社会及经济效益,介绍了国内外的工程应用。研究结果表明:钢渣可用于沥青混合料,且应为陈化半年以上的转炉钢渣或电炉钢渣,钢渣的物理力学性能优良,而化学成分及矿物相组成受炼钢工艺影响有所区别,钢渣体积安定性的不足可通过预处理或陈化处理得到较好的改善,钢渣沥青混合料的配合比设计要点包括钢渣替代传统集料的方式和比例、沥青混合料级配修正、有效相对密度测定以及最佳油石比的确定,钢渣沥青混合料的路用性能及功能特性优于天然集料沥青混合料,具有较好的环境影响性且综合经济效益更高,关于钢渣沥青混合料路用性能的研究较多,而作用机理方面相对缺乏,关键性的限制因素如密度较高、体积安定性不良、混合料沥青用量增加等仍未得到根本性解决,未来应重点研究钢渣沥青路面的长期性能及质量控制体系,并开展全寿命周期研究,以加快钢渣沥青路面的应用与推广。何亮 詹程阳 吕松涛 GRENFELL James 高杰 KOWALSKI Karol J VALENTIN Jan 谢君 REKLidija 凌天清 2020交通运输工程学报2020,20,2:68
2Gastric cancer: Current status of lymph node dissection显示文摘D2 procedure has been accepted in Far East as the standard treatment for both early(EGC) and advanced gastric cancer(AGC) for many decades. Recently EGC has been successfully treated with endoscopy by endoscopic mucosal resection or endoscopic submucosal dissection, when restricted or extended Gotoda's criteria can be applied and D1+ surgery is offered only to patients not fitted for less invasive treatment. Furthermore, two randomised controlled trials(RCTs) have been demonstrating the non inferiority of minimally invasive technique as compared to standard open surgery for the treatment of early cases and recently the feasibility of adequate D1+ dissection has been demonstrated also for the robot assisted technique. In case of AGC the debate on the extent of nodal dissection has been open for many decades. While D2 gastrectomy was performed as the standard procedure in eastern countries, mostly based on observational and retrospective studies, in the west the Medical Research Council(MRC), Dutch and Italian RCTs have been conducted to show a survival benefit of D2 over D1 with evidence based medicine. Unfortunately both the MRC and the Dutch trials failed to show a survival benefit after the D2 procedure, mostly due to the significant increase of postoperative morbidity and mortality, which was referred to splenopancreatectomy. Only 15 years after the conclusion of its accrual, the Dutch trial could report a significant decrease of recur-rence after D2 procedure. Recently the long term survival analysis of the Italian RCT could demonstrate a benefit for patients with positive nodes treated with D2 gastrectomy without splenopancreatectomy. 3Multimodal treatment of gastric cancer in the west: Where are we going?显示文摘The incidence of gastric cancer(GC) is decreasing worldwide,especially for intestinal histotype of the distal third of the stomach.On the contrary,proximal location and diffuse Lauren histotype have been reported to be generally stable over time.In the west,no clear improvement in long-term results was observed in clinical and population-based studies.Results of treatment in these neoplasms are strictly dependent on tumor stage.Adequate surgery and extended lymphadenectomy are associated with good long-term outcome in early-stage cancer; however,results are still unsatisfactory for advanced stages(Ⅲ and Ⅳ),for which additional treatments could provide a survival benefit.This implies a tailored approach to GC.The aim of this review was to summarize the main multimodal treatment options in advanced resectable GC.Perioperative or postoperative treatments,including chemotherapy,chemoradiotherapy,targeted therapies,and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy have been reviewed,and the main ongoing and completed trials have been analyzed.An original tailored multimodal approach to non-cardia GC has been also proposed.Daniele Marrelli Karol Polom Giovanni de Manzoni Paolo Morgagni Gian Luca Baiocchi Franco Roviello 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,26:14

5沥青体系的分子动力学研究进展及展望显示文摘随着我国道路工程的飞速发展,沥青混凝土在路面工程中有越来越广泛的应用。近年来,沥青材料的研究已不仅局限于宏观性能试验,还拓展到介观与微观层面对沥青材料进行多尺度研究。分子动力学方法属于微观研究方法的一种,它是通过积分算法模拟研究对象在不同条件下的分子运动轨迹与体系能量变化,并分析模拟数据得出结论。该方法已被广泛应用于分子尺度下路面沥青材料设计与微观机理研究,其优势在于从分子运动的角度解释沥青体系的各种现象与性质。因此,许多学者采用宏观试验和分子动力学模拟相结合的多尺度方法研究沥青体系,这将推动沥青材料的进一步发展。本文对沥青体系的分子动力学进行了全面的分析,构建了沥青体系分子动力学模型的一般平衡步骤,提出采用密度、玻璃态转变温度、黏度、溶解度参数等对沥青体系分子动力学模型的有效性进行验证。综合分析了分子动力学方法对沥青纳米聚集、自修复、改性、老化、界面黏附等行为机理的研究进展,提出采用耗散粒子动力学与粗粒化分子动力学对现阶段沥青体系分子动力学的研究尺度进行扩展。研究结果表明,沥青类材料的分子动力学方法还处于早期探索阶段,但其发展潜力极大,利用分子动力学方法研究沥青体系各组分分子的动力学行为,可揭示常规试验无法观察到的分子含时运动规律,预测沥青材料的宏观性能并针对沥青的分子结构提出其路用性能改善措施,从分子尺度上推动沥青路面多尺度试验仿真方法的发展与完善,为沥青材料基因组的开发研究奠定基础。何亮 李冠男 郑雨丰 Alessio Alexiadis Jan Valentin Karol J Kowalski 2020材料导报2020,34,19:10

7沥青自修复微胶囊研究进展显示文摘微胶囊技术在世界上已应用于多个领域,包括医药、食品和化工等,具有广阔的应用前景。将微胶囊引入到沥青材料自修复中,可提高沥青材料的自修复能力并在裂缝产生初期即可自我修复,延长路面使用寿命。与传统的裂缝修补方法相比,微胶囊自修复技术具有节能减排、降低养护成本和防止微裂缝扩展至宏观裂缝等优势。然而,沥青自修复微胶囊技术仍处于初步探索阶段,将微米级微胶囊应用于沥青材料自修复领域还存在着微胶囊强度控制范围不够明确,微胶囊破裂理论尚不成熟,且微胶囊制备工艺参数设计尚不统一等问题。因此,研究者们除研究制备工艺的影响外,还主要从选择合适的制备工艺影响参数和微胶囊的结构与性能方面不断尝试,并取得了丰硕的成果。随着制备工艺的不断成熟和影响参数的不断优化,经原位聚合法制备的微胶囊结构致密、性能优良。目前对掺微胶囊的沥青材料自修复的研究仍存在对沥青材料自修复提升效果的评价方法和评价指标尚不统一等问题。掺微胶囊的沥青材料自修复效果主要通过不同的指标来体现,包括延度、复数模量、拉伸强度、试件的载荷和沥青混合料的疲劳寿命等。其中,还对掺微胶囊的沥青混合料进行了路用性能研究。通过不同的评价指标表明,微胶囊显著提升了沥青材料的自修复效果;掺微胶囊的沥青混合料的水稳定性和高温稳定性略有下降,低温抗裂性下降较大,但仍满足规范要求。为总结沥青自修复微胶囊的研究进展,本文对比分析了多种自修复微胶囊制备方法的优势和特点,解析了影响微胶囊质量的主要因素(芯壁比、反应温度、终点pH值、乳化转速、酸化时间),总结了微胶囊的结构与性能的表征方法,介绍了掺微胶囊沥青材料自修复性能的评价方法与提升效果,阐述了微胶囊对沥青混合料路用性能的影响,探讨了借助分子动力学手段研究掺微胶囊的沥青材料自修复行为理论的可行性并展望了其未来发展前景,以期为微米级微胶囊的应用与发展提供参考。何亮 黄胡端 Wim Van den bergh Tóth Csaba 高杰 Karol Kowalski Jan Valentin 2020材料导报2020,34,15:7
8高流速辉光放电质谱法检测镍基高温合金中痕量元素及其深度分布显示文摘为了制造效率更高,输出功率更大,同时散热更少的飞机引擎,需要燃料的燃烧温度也越来越高,因此航空发动机的生产商和涡轮发动机的制造者对材料和部件提出了新的要求。在较高的温度时,为了维持材料的机械性能和提高合金部件的控制能力,需要继续改进原有的高温合金或者开发新一代高温合金,同时制造者也在建立更加严格的规格界限和质量控制规程。本文主要描述具有高流速离子源的辉光放电质谱仪,这种仪器的分析速度快,灵敏度高,非常适合于高温合金的分析。仪器除了可以做搜索分析和基材的杂质元素含量的检测之外,其直接进样的方法可以更好地检测出各种元素在产品高温受热之后的分布情况,以及痕量元素在保护层和界面的纵向分布。Kenghsien Su Xinwei Wang Karol Putyera 2011冶金分析2011,31,11:6
9Phagocytic and oxidative burst activity of neutrophils in the end stage of liver cirrhosis显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the phagocytic activity and neutrophil oxidative burst in liver cirrhosis.METHODS: In 45 patients with advanced postalcoholic liver cirrhosis (aged 45±14 years) and in 25 healthy volunteers (aged 38±5 years), the percentage of phagocytizing cells after in vitro incubation with E. coli (Phagotest Kit), phagocytic activity (mean intensity of fluorescence, MIF) and the percentage of neutrophil oxidative burst (Bursttest Kit), and the level of free oxygen radical production (MIF of Rodamine 123)were analyzed by flow cytometry. The levels of soluble sICAM-1, sVCAM-1, sP-selectin, sE-selectin, sL-selectin,and TNF-α were determined in blood serum.RESULTS: The percentage of E. coli phagocytizing neutrophils in liver cirrhosis patients was comparable to that in healthy subjects. MIF of neutrophil - ingested E. coli was higher in patients with liver cirrhosis. The oxidative burst in E. coli phagocytizing neutrophils generated less amount of active oxygen compounds in liver cirrhosis patients (MIF of R123:24.7±7.1 and 29.7±6.6 in healthy,P<0.01). Phorbol myristate acetate (PMA) - stimulated neutrophilsproduced less reactive oxidants in liver cirrhosis patients than in healthy subjects (MIF of R123: 42.7±14.6 vs 50.2±13.3, P<0.01). A negative correlation was observed between oxidative burst MIF of PMA-stimulated neutrophils and ALT and AST levels (r -0.35, P<0.05;r-0.4, P<0.03). sVCAM-1, sICAM-1, sE-selectin concentrations correlated negatively with the oxygen free radical production (MIF of R123) in neutrophils after PMA stimulation in liver cirrhosis patients (r-0.45, P<0.05;r-0.41, P<0.05; r-0.39, P<0.05, respectively).CONCLUSION: Neutrophil metabolic activity diminishes together with the intensification of liver failure. The metabolic potential of phagocytizing neutrophils is significantly lower in liver cirrhosis patients, which can be one of the causes of immune mechanism damage. 11Generation of sub-100 fs pulses tunable from 1700 to 2100 nm from a compact frequency-shifted Er-fiber laser显示文摘We report generation of sub-100 fs pulses tunable from 1700 to 2100 nm via Raman soliton self-frequency shift.The nonlinear shift occurs in a highly nonlinear fiber, which is pumped by an Er-doped fiber laser. The whole system is fully fiberized, without the use of any free-space optics. 12Influence of Biomass Co-combustion on Heating Surfaces Thermal Efficiency显示文摘Pulverized coal-fired(PCF) boilers were first and foremost intended to fire pulverized hard or brown coal. However, biomass co-firing has become a fairly common practice in the Polish power generation system and many existing boilers have been modernized to serve this purpose. This paper presents calculations of the coefficient of thermal efficiency of the boiler heating surfaces and of the time needed for complete reconstruction of deposits on the second-stage steam reheater(RHII) of an OP-380 boiler with the output of 380×10~3 kg/h. The boiler was equipped with a purpose-designed installation of direct feeding of biomass. The main co-fired fuels were wood and sunflower husk pellets. 13Macrophages are the primary effector cells in IL-7-induced arthritis显示文摘Synovial macrophages are crucial in the development of joint inflammation and bone damage;however, the pathways that controlmacrophage remodeling in inflammatory M1 cells or bone-eroding osteoclasts are not fully understood. We determined thatelevated IL-7R/CD127 expression is the hallmark of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) M1 macrophages and that these cells are highlyresponsive to interleukin-7 (IL-7)-driven osteoclastogenesis. We established that lipopolysaccharide (LPS), interferon-γ (IFNγ), andtumor necrosis factor-α (TNFα), the classic M1 macrophage mediators, enhance IL-7R expression in RA and murine macrophages.The local expression of IL-7 provokes arthritis, predominantly through escalating the number of F480^(+)iNOS^(+) cells rather than CD3^(+)T cells. Ectopic LPS injection stabilizes IL-7-induced arthritis by increasing myeloid IL-7R expression, in part via IFNγ induction.Hence, in RAG−/− mice, IL-7-mediated arthritis is suppressed because of the reduction in myeloid IL-7R expression due to the lackof IFNγ. Moreover, the amelioration of IL-7-induced arthritis by anti-TNF therapy is due to a decrease in the number of cells in theunique F480^(+)iNOS^(+)IL-7R^(+)CCL5^(+) subset, with no impact on the F480^(+)Arginase^(+) cell or CD3^(+) T cell frequency. Consistent with thepreclinical findings, the findings of a phase 4 study performed with RA patients following 6 months of anti-TNF therapy revealedthat IL-7R expression was reduced without affecting the levels of IL-7. 173D resistive RAM cell design for high-density storage class memory-a review显示文摘In this article, we comprehensively review recent progress in the Re RAM cell technology for 3D integration focusing on a material/device level. First we briefly mention pioneering work on high-density crossbar Re RAM arrays which paved the way to 3D integration. We discuss the two main proposed 3D integration schemes—3D horizontally stacked Re RAM vs 3D Vertical Re RAM and their respective advantages and disadvantages. We follow with the detailed memory cell design on important work in both areas, utilizing either filamentary or interface-limited switching mechanisms. We also discuss our own contributions on Hf O2-based filamentary 3D Vertical Re RAM as well as Ta Ox/Ti O2 bilayer-based self-rectifying 3D Vertical Re RAM.
