2Phosphatase activity and culture conditions of the yeast Candida mycoderma sp. and analysis of organic phosphorus hydrolysis ability显示文摘Orthophosphate is an essential but limiting macronutrient for plant growth. About 67%cropland in China lacks sufficient phosphorus, especially that with red soil. Extensive soil phosphorus reserves exist in the form of organic phosphorus, which is unavailable for root uptake unless hydrolyzed by secretory acid phosphatases. Thus, many microorganisms with the ability to produce phosphatase have been exploited. In this work, the activity of an extracellular acid phosphatase and yeast biomass from Candida mycoderma was measured under different culture conditions, such as p H, temperature, and carbon source. A maximal phosphatase activity of 8.47 × 105± 0.11 × 105U/g was achieved by C. Mycoderma in 36 hr under the optimal conditions. The extracellular acid phosphatase has high activity over a wide p H tolerance range from 2.5 to 5.0(optimum p H 3.5). The effects of different phosphorus compounds on the acid phosphatase production were also studied. The presence of phytin, lecithin or calcium phosphate reduced the phosphatase activity and biomass yield significantly. In addition, the p H of the culture medium was reduced significantly by lecithin. The efficiency of the strain in releasing orthophosphate from organic phosphorus was studied in red soil(used in planting trees) and rice soil(originating as red soil). The available phosphorus content was increased by 230% after inoculating20 days in rice soil and decreased by 50% after inoculating 10 days in red soil. 3Roles of metal element substitutions from the bimetallic solid state electrolytes in lithium batteries显示文摘All-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs),receiving extensive attentions and studies,exhibit better safety,environmental friendliness,stability,wider electrochemical stability window and higher energy density than traditionally liquid lithium batteries.In a variety of inorganic materials,with highly replaceable,the non-lithium metal elements emerge in endlessly and affect performances in diversiform ways.Due to facile preparation,convertible structures and excellent properties,the lithium-containing bimetallic granular materials are often applied as important components of electrolytes in lithium batteries.In this review,in terms of the properties of substituted elements,changing crystal structures,increasing vacancies or defects and improving the interfacial conductions,the roles of metal element substitutions of inorganic particles on the improvement of solid-state electrolytes are expounded.And the applications of substituted strategies in ASSLBs as the host of inorganic particles electrolytes and as fillers or modifications for composite electrolytes are also investigated and discussed.It also summarizes the current concerns and obstacles that need to be broken through,as well as provides a basis guide for the selection and optimization of inorganic particles.Wen Yu Nanping Deng Lin Tang Kewei Cheng Bowen Cheng Weimin Kang 2022Particuology2022,20,6:2

11Activation of hydrogen peroxide by molybdenum disulfide as Fenton-like catalyst and cocatalyst:Phase-dependent catalytic performance and degradation mechanism显示文摘Molybdenum disulfide(Mo S_(2))has attracted great attention in hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))activation as a Fenton-like catalyst and cocatalyst,but the distinct mechanism of generating^(·)OH remains unclear.In this paper,the metallic 1T phase and semiconducting 2H phase of Mo S_(2)nanosheets were prepared and applied in MoS_(2)/H_(2)O_(2)and MoS_(2)/Fe^(2+)/H_(2)O_(2)systems with and without light irradiation.Compared with2H-MoS_(2),1T-MoS_(2)exhibited superior removal rates in degrading organic pollutants in the two systems under light irradiation.However,the phase had little effect on activating H_(2)O_(2)in the Mo S_(2)/H_(2)O_(2)system under dark conditions.This is because it was difficult for the surface^(·)OH_(ads)generated in the Mo S_(2)/H_(2)O_(2)system to diffuse into solution,while the^(·)OH_(free)radicals were mainly responsible for degrading organic pollutants.When introducing light irradiation,external energy may accelerate the desorption of^(·)OH_(ads)into^(·)OH_(free.)Interestingly,the conversion between Mo^(4+)and Mo^(5+)triggered the decomposition of H_(2)O_(2)in the Fenton-like reaction,while the cycle of Mo^(4+)/Mo^(6+)promoted the regeneration of Fe^(3+)when employing 1T-MoS_(2)as a cocatalyst.Meanwhile,the 1T-MoS_(2)catalysts exhibited excellent stability and ability to degrade various organics in the two systems.This work offers deeper insight into the Mo S_(2)-based Fenton-like and cocatalytic mechanisms.Yue Li Bo Yu Huimin Li Bo Liu Xiang Yu Kewei Zhang Gang Qin Jiahao Lu Lihui Zhang Longlu Wang 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,5:1

16Mg-based inorganic nanofibers constructing fast and multi-dimensional ion conductive pathways for all-solid-state lithium metal batteries显示文摘Solid-state electrolytes(SSEs),which replace flammable and toxic liquid electrolytes,have attracted widely attention.However,there exist still some challenges in actual application such as poor interfacial compatibility and slow ionic migration.In this study,Mg O nanofibers and MgF;nanofibers were prepared via the electro-blow spinning and high-temperature calcination methods,and were applied to all-solid-state lithium metal batteries for the first time.The organic-inorganic composite SSEs exhibited continuous conduction paths based on the virtue of the nanofibers with high length-to-diameter ratio,which were designed and prepared by mixing prepared fillers into the poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)/lithium bis(trifluoromethane)sulfonilimide(Li TFSI)system.The effect of filler with different morphologies,doping ratios and component on ionic conductivity,electrochemical stability and cycle performance were explored under two kinds of[EO]/[Li^(+)]ratios and ambient temperatures.The ionic conductivities of electrolytes containing Mg O and MgF;nanofibers can reach up to 1.19×10^(-4) and 1.39×10^(-4) S cm^(-1) at 30℃,respectively.They were attributed to specific ionic conductive enhancement at the organicinorganic interface,reduced crystallinity and Lewis acid interaction,which can effectively promote the dissociation of the lithium salts.Especially MgF_(2) nanofiber,combining low electronic conductance,excellent electrochemical stability and outstanding inhibition for lithium dendrites of fluorides,endowed the battery with an initial specific capacity of 140.6 m Ah g^(-1) and capacity decay rate per cycle of 0.055%after500 cycles at 50℃.The work can provide an idea to design SSE with fast and multi-dimensional Li conductive paths and excellent interfacial compatibility.Wen Yu Nanping Deng Zirui Yan Lu Gao Kewei Cheng Xiaohui Tian Lin Tang Bowen Cheng Weimin Kang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,4:1

19Effects of Standardized Rehabilitation on Quality of Life of Stroke Patients at Convalescence and Sequelae Stages显示文摘Objective:To explore the effects of standardized rehabilitation on quality of life (QOL) of stroke patients at convalescence and sequelae stages. Method:A total of 251 stroke patients were randomly divided into a standardized rehabilitation group and a control group. The simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA) scale, the 36-item short-form health survey questionnaire (SF-36) and functional comprehensive assessment (FCA) were administered before as well as after 3, 6 and at 12 months a follow-up study respectively. Statistical analysis was conducted based on the evaluations at 4 testing time points. Result:There was no significant difference in FMA,SF-36 and FCA scores of the two groups before and after 3 months treatments, while FMA,SF-36 and FCA scores of the rehabilitation group were obviously higher than those of the control group either after 6 months treatments or of followup study. Moreover, after 6 months treatments FMA score was apparently higher than the score at the beginning and after 3 months treatments. The FMA, SF36 and FAC scores during the followup visit decreased when compared with scores after 6 months treatments, but increased significantly when compared with the scores at the beginning and after 3 months treatments. 20Cold weather and Kashin-Beck disease显示文摘Kashin-Beck disease(KBD)is an endemic osteoarthropathy.Its distribution region covers a long and narrow belt on the Pacific side and belongs to continental climate with short summer,long frost period,and large temperature differences between day and night.In particular,KBD patients are typically scattered in the rural areas with seasonal features such as cold winters and rainy autumns.Etiological studies have demonstrated that the carrier of pathogenic factors is the grains produced in endemic areas.Risk factors for KBD include fungal contamination of grains due to poor storage conditions associated with cold weather.The epidemiological characteristics of KBD include agricultural area,early age of onset,gender equality,family aggregation,regional differences,and annual fluctuations.A series of preventive measures have been successfully taken in the past decades.National surveillance data indicate that the annual incidence of KBD is gradually declining.Kewei Wang Jun Yu Dianjun Sun 2023Frigid Zone Medicine2023,3,1:0
