Preparation and properties of multi-wall carbon nanotube/SiC composites by aqueous tape casting显示文摘MWCNTS/SiC composites were fabricated by aqueous tape casting. High solid content (50 vol%) SiC slurries with sintering additives and multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as reinforcements were prepared using Tetramethylammonium hydroxide as the dispersant. The stability of MWCNTs/SiC slur-ries was studied and characterized in terms of zeta potential and rheology measurements. The relative density of the composite was about 98% after hot-pressing at 1850℃ (at 25 MPa in Ar for 30 min). The hardness of the composites decreased with the increase in MWCNTs content. The flexural strength and the fracture toughness were 742.17 MPa and 4.63 MPa·m1/2, respectively when the MWCNTs content was 0.25 wt%. Further increase in MWCNTs content to 0.50 wt% did not lead to the increase in mechanical properties. Most of MWCNTs were found to be located at SiC grain boundaries and the pull out of the MWCNTs was observed. | Lü ZhiHui JIANG DongLiang ZHANG JingXian LIN QingLing | 2009 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,1: | 1
Occurrence and influential factors of depression in patients with Alzheimer disease显示文摘BACKGROUND: The differential diagnosis between depressive pseudodementia and Alzheimer disease (AD) is a clinical problem, and it is more difficult to diagnose depression in AD. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the incidence and characters of depression in AD patients, and investigate the correlative factors. DESIGN: A randomized controlled study. SETTING: Beijing Geriatrics Hospital. PARTICIPANTS: From October 2005 to July 2006, 34 patients with probable AD were selected from the Department of Dementia, Beijing Geriatrics Hospital according to National Institute of Neurological and Communicative Diseases and Stroke/Alzheimer Disease and Related Disorders Association (NINCDS-ADRDA) criteria for AD. There were 16 males and 18 females, aged 63-85 years. Meanwhile, 30 patients with other chronic neurological disorders (CND) were selected from our hospital as the CND control group, there were 16 males and 14 females, aged 55-85 years, including 18 cases of cerebrovascular sequela, 9 of Parkinson disease and 3 of migraineurs. Another 30 patients with chronic physical diseases (CPD) were enrolled as the CPD control group, there were 15 males and 15 females, aged 57-83 years, including 15 cases of chronic bronchitis, 8 of hypertension and 7 of diabetes mellitus. Besides, 30 physical examinees were enrolled as the healthy control group, including 15 males and 15 females, aged 55-80 years. All the subjects were informed and agreed with the detection. METHODS: ① All the subjects underwent the Hamilton rating scale for depression (HAMD) (24 items) assessment, and the total score < 8 points was regarded as no depression, 8-20 as mild depression, 20-35 as moderate depression, ≥ 35 as severe depression. ② All the AD patients were assessed with Cornell scale for depression in dementia (CSDD) (19 items), and the total score < 8 points was regarded as no depression, and ≥ 8 as depression. CSDD consisted of five subscales, including mood-related signs, behavioral disturbance, cyclic functions, ideational disturbance and physical signs, which were scored as 0-2 points respectively, and the abnormal rate of each factor was observed, the abnormal rate was the percentage of number of patients suffering from the symptoms in the subscales to the total number of patients. ③ The cognitive function of the AD patients was assessed with Mini-mental status examination (MMSE) (the total score ranged 0-30 points; ≤17 in illiterate, ≤ 20 in primary school and ≤ 24 in middle school and higher was regarded as cognitive deficit) and the daily living ability of the AD patients was assessed with ADL. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① HAMD scores in all the groups; ② CDSS scores and abnormal rate of factors in AD patients; ③ MMSE score and activity of daily life (ADL) score in AD patients; ④ Correlation between depression and correlative factors in AD patients. RESULTS: All the 124 subjects were involved in the analysis of results. ① The HAMD average score of the AD group was significantly higher than those of the CND, CPD and healthy control groups [(12.7±3.2), (5.5±2.5), (3.4±1.3), (2.6±1.7) points, P < 0.01]. ② In the AD group, the CDSS average score was (5.8±4.3) points, 41.2% (14/34) met the criteria for depression. The abnormal rates in order were 44% (15/34) for mood-related signs, 32% (11/34) for behavioral disturbance, 24% (8/34) for cyclic function, 12% (4/34) for ideational disturbance and 12% (4/34) for physical signs. ③ The factors of age, course, MMSE score and ADL score were finally excluded after a multiple regression (P > 0.05). There was a negative correlation between CSDD score and onset age (P < 0.05), sex was also obviously correlated with CSDD score (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The incidence of depression in AD is much higher with various manifestations. Female patients are the susc and earlier onset age is the risk factor for the presence of depression in AD. | Jihui Lü Junpeng Xing Weishan Wang Zhihui Hao Li Zhao Li Zhang Wenjie Li Yu Xue | 2006 | Neural Regeneration Research2006,1,8: | 0

Geochronology,Mineralogy, and Geochemistry of the Tonsteins from the Permo–Carboniferous Benxi Formation,Ordos Basin,North China Craton显示文摘Tonstein layers are found worldwide in the Permo-Carboniferous coal-bearing strata. This study investigates the geochronology, mineralogy, and geochemistry of four tonstein samples from the Permo-Carboniferous Benxi Formation,Ordos Basin,North China Craton(NCC).The typical features of the studied tonsteins include thin beds, lateral continuity, angular quartz grains, and euhedral zircons with similar U-Pb ages, indicating a significant pyroclastic origin. In addition, the tonstein samples have low TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)ratios(<0.02)and rare earth elements and yttrium(REY)concentrations with obvious negative Eu anomalies, indicating that the tonsteins have a felsic magma origin. Moreover, compared with the mean composition of clay shale, the studied tonsteins are characterized by high concentrations of the elements Nb and Ta,which may affect the concentration of the corresponding elements in surrounding coal seams. The zircon U-Pb ages of the tonsteins(293.9-298.8 Ma)provide a precise chronological framework on the Benxi Formation in the Ordos Basin, constraining the Gzhelian-Aselian stages. The tonsteins were probably sourced from arc volcanism along the western margin of the NCC during the early Permian, implying that the Alxa Terrane had not amalgamated with the NCC at that time. | WANG Luojing LÜDawei ZHANG Zhihui James C.HOWER Munira RAJI ZHANG Yushuai SHEN Yangyang GAO Jie | 2023 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2023,97,5: | 0
Effect of iron ion configurations on Ni^(2+) removal in electrocoagulation显示文摘Electrocoagulation(EC)has been widely used to treat the heavymetal wastewater in industry.A novel process of sinusoidal alternating current electrocoagulation(SACC)is adopted to remove Ni2+in wastewater in this study. The morphology of precipitates and the distribution of the main functional iron configurations were investigated.Ferron timed complex spectroscopy can identify the monomeric iron configurations[Fe(a)],oligomeric iron configurations[Fe(b)]and polymeric iron configurations[Fe(c)].The optimal operating conditions of SACC process were determined through single-factor experiments. The maximum Ni2+removal efficiency[Re(Ni^(2+))]was achieved under the conditions of pH0=7,current density(j)=7 A/m^(2),electrolysis time(t)=25 min,c0(Ni^(2+))=100 mg/L.At pH=7,the proportion of Fe(b)and Fe(c)in the system was 50.4 at.% and 23.1 at.%,respectively.In the SACC process,Fe(b)and Fe(c)are themain iron configurations in solution, while Fe(c)are the vastmajority of the iron configurations in the direct current electrocoagulation(DCC)process.Re(Ni2+)is 99.56% for SACC and 98.75% for DCC under the same optimum conditions, respectively. The precipitates produced by SACC have a high proportion of Fe(b)configurations with sphericalα-FeOOH andγ-FeOOH structures which contain abundant hydroxyl groups. Moreover,it is demonstrated that Fe(b)has better adsorption capacity than Fe(c)through adsorption experiments of methyl orange(MO)dye.Fe(a)configurations in the homogeneous solution had no effect on the removal of nickel. | Xiaoliu Lü Tao Xu Yihui Zhou Qingjuan Peng Jinhua Ou Bonian Hu Zhihui Xie Xiping Lei Gang Yu | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2: | 0
Ultrafast Hole Deformation Revealed by Molecular Attosecond Interferometry显示文摘Understanding the evolution of molecular electronic structures is the key to explore and control photochemical reactions and photobiological processes.Subjected to strong laser fields, electronic holes are formed upon ionization and evolve in the attosecond timescale. It is crucial to probe the electronic dynamics in real time with attosecond-temporal and atomic-spatial precision. Here,we present molecular attosecond interferometry that enables the in situ manipulation of holes in carbon dioxide molecules via the interferometry of the phase-locked electrons(propagating in opposite directions)of a laser-triggered rotational wave packet. The joint measurement on high-harmonic and terahertz spectroscopy(HATS)provides a unique tool for understanding electron dynamics from picoseconds to attoseconds. The optimum phases of two-color pulses for controlling the electron wave packet are precisely determined owing to the robust reference provided with the terahertz pulse generation. It is noteworthy that the contribution of HOMO-1 and HOMO-2 increases reflecting the deformation of the hole as the harmonic order increases. Our method can be applied to study hole dynamics of complex molecules and electron correlations during the strong-field process. The threefold control through molecular alignment, laser polarization, and the two-color pulse phase delay allows the precise manipulation of the transient hole paving the way for new advances in attochemistry. | Yindong Huang Jing Zhao Zheng Shu Yalei Zhu Jinlei Liu Wenpu Dong Xiaowei Wang Zhihui Lü Dongwen Zhang Jianmin Yuan Jing Chen Zengxiu Zhao | 2021 | Ultrafast Science2021,,1: | 1
Post-marketing safety surveillance and reevaluation of Motherwort injection:A clinical study of 10094 cases显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the safety profiles of Motherwort injection(MI).METHODS:A multi-center,prospective and drugderived hospital intensive monitoring method was conducted to assess the safety of MI in real world applications. This study was based on a very large population after the injection was approved and marketed in China. All patients using the injection in participating hospitals were monitored to determine the incidence, pattern, severity and outcome of associated adverse events.RESULTS:The post-marketing surveillance was performed in 10 094 female patients from April to December,2015.The incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) was 0.79‰(8/10 094).Among the 8 patients, the reported adverse events mainly included systemic abnormalities, such as fever, chills and eyelid edema;skin and appendages disorders, such as pruritus and rash;gastrointestinal disorders, such as nausea, abdominal distension and pain;heart rate and rhythm disorders, such as palpitation and increased heart rate. All of these ADRs were mild in severity.CONCLUSION:In this study the ADRs incidence rate of MI is very low, which supports that it is generally safe for use in obstetric and gynecological diseases. However, the total number of 8 ADRs recorded over a relatively short time span seems limited, and the low number of reports could not represent an absolute guarantee of safety. | Cao Shan Zhang Wenhao Zhao Ziwei Heng Mingli Bu Huaien Wang Hongwu Liu Xinghui Wang Zhong Cai Yan Ma Yuyan Cui Shihong Deng Jihong Ding Guifeng Ding Yajuan Dong Linhong Duan Zhentao Fan Ling Fan Yang Fu Fen He Jing Ji Shuying Jin Lin Li Hong Li Hongying Liao Tao Lu Wei Luo Xiucui Lü Zhihui Ma Fengchun Ma Dafeng Shi Tianyun Sun Juying Sun Xiaotong Teng Hong Wang Jinhua Wang Ruihua Wang Ying Wang Zhengling Xi Jie Xu Minjuan Xu Zhihong Yan Qian Yang Cuirong Yang Yimei Yin Jie Yu Jinhua Yuan Wenjun Zhang Guanli Zhang Meihua Zhao Renfeng Zhong Yonghong Zhou Jian | 2018 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018,38,4: | 4
