| 2 | Endovascular treatment with or without intravenous alteplase for acute ischaemic stroke due to basilar artery occlusion显示文摘Background and purpose It remains controversial if endovascular treatment(EVT)can improve the outcome of patients with acute basilar artery occlusion(BAO).This study aims to compare the functional outcomes between EVT with and without intravenous thrombolysis(IVT)first in patients who had acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)due to BAO.Methods Patients who had AIS with BAO who underwent EVT within 24 hours of onset were enrolled in this multicentre cohort study,and the efficacy and safety were compared between IVT+EVT and direct EVT.The primary outcome was 90-day functional independence.All outcomes were assessed with adjusted OR(aOR)from the multivariable logistic regression.In addition,a meta-analysis was performed on all recently published pivotal studies on functional independence after EVT in patients with BAO.Results Of 310 enrolled patients with BAO,241(78%)were treated with direct EVT and 69(22%)with IVT+EVT.Direct EVT was associated with a worse functional outcome(aOR,0.46(95%CI 0.24 to 0.85),p=0.01).IVT+EVT was associated with a lower percentage of patients who needed≥3 passes of stent retriever(10.14%vs 20.75%).The meta-analysis regression revealed a potential positive correlation between bridging with IVT first and functional independence(r=0.14(95%CI 0.05 to 0.24),p<0.01).Conclusions This study showed that compared with direct EVT,EVT with IVT first was associated with better functional outcomes in patients with BAO treated within 24 hours of onset.The meta-analysis demonstrated similar favourable efficacy of IVT first followed by EVT in patients with BAO. | Ximing Nie David Wang Yuehua Pu Yufei Wei Qixuan Lu Hongyi Yan Xin Liu Lina Zheng Jingyi Liu Xinxuan Yang Yarong Ding Dacheng Liu Wanying Duan Zhe Zhang Zhonghua Yang Miao Wen Weibin Gu Xinyi Hou Xinyi Leng Yuesong Pan Zhongrong Miao Liping Liu | 2022 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,3: | 10 |

| 4 | Femtosecond mid-IR optical vortex laser based on optical parametric chirped pulse amplification显示文摘A femtosecond mid-infrared optical vortex laser can be used for high harmonic generation to extend cutoff energy to the kilo-electron-volt range with orbital angular momentum,as well as other secondary radiations.For these,we demonstrate a high-energy femtosecond 4μm optical vortex laser based on optical parametric chirped pulse amplification(OPCPA)for the first time.The optical vortex seed is generated from a femtosecond 4μm laser by a silicon spiral phase plate with the topological charge l of 1 before the stretcher.Through using a two-stage collinear OPCPA amplifier,the chirped vortex pulse is amplified to 12.4 m J with 200 nm full width at half-maximum bandwidth.After compression,the vortex laser pulse with 9.53 m J,119 fs can be obtained.Furthermore,the vortex characteristics of the laser beam are investigated and evaluated.This demonstration can scale to generate a higher-peak-power vortex mid-IR laser and pave a new way for high field physics. | JUNYU QIAN YUJIE PENG YANYAN LI PENGFEI WANG BEIJIE SHAO ZHE LIU YUXIN LENG RUXIN LI | 2020 | Photonics Research2020,8,3: | 4 |
| 5 | A Sequence Image Matching Method Based on Improved High-Dimensional Combined Features显示文摘Image matching technology is theoretically significant and practically promising in the field of autonomous navigation.Addressing shortcomings of existing image matching navigation technologies,the concept of high-dimensional combined feature is presented based on sequence image matching navigation.To balance between the distribution of high-dimensional combined features and the shortcomings of the only use of geometric relations,we propose a method based on Delaunay triangulation to improve the feature,and add the regional characteristics of the features together with their geometric characteristics.Finally,k-nearest neighbor(KNN)algorithm is adopted to optimize searching process.Simulation results show that the matching can be realized at the rotation angle of-8°to 8°and the scale factor of 0.9 to 1.1,and when the image size is 160 pixel×160 pixel,the matching time is less than 0.5 s.Therefore,the proposed algorithm can substantially reduce computational complexity,improve the matching speed,and exhibit robustness to the rotation and scale changes. | Leng Xuefei Gong Zhe Fu Runzhe Liu Yang | 2018 | Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2018,35,5: | 1 |
