| 1 | Outline of Uranium Resources Characteristics and Metallogenetic Regularity in China显示文摘Uranium,as one of twenty-six kinds of important minerals in China,is strategic resource and energy mineral,which has been thoroughly investigated in the project of National Potential Evaluation of Uranium Resource.During the implementation of this project,the authors summarized the metallogenic regularity of uranium resource in China systematically,through the researches of geological characteristics of uranium resource,uranium deposits type(genetic and prediction type),temporal and spatial distribution,and metallogenic series.Based on the investigation of present situation and progress in uranium exploration,this paper proposes the uranium deposits in China should be divided into 4 classes,9 types,21 subtypes in genetic,and 50 types in prediction;suggests to divide China into 29 uranium metallogenic belts and 20 uranium prospective area,and constructs 20uranium-polymetallic metallogenic series,through summarizing temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and metallogenic regularity of uranium deposits in China.The above research is beneficial to the comprehensive understanding of regional uranium metallogenic regularity,and will direct the uranium exploration in the future. | CAI Yuqi ZHANG Jindai LI Ziying GUO Qingyin SONG Jiye FAN Honghai LIU Wusheng QI Fucheng ZHANG Minglin | 2015 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,3: | 11 |

| 5 | XPS study of potassium-promoted molybdenum carbides for mixed alcohols synthesis via CO hydrogenation显示文摘The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to investigate the surface characteristic of potassium-promoted or un-promoted both β-Mo2C and α-MoC1-x pretreated by syngas at different temperatures,and the promotional effect of potassium on the catalytic performance was also studied.XPS results revealed that the content of surface Mo and its valence distribution between β-Mo2C and α-MoC1-x were quite different.Promoted by potassium,the remarkable changes were observed for surface composition and valence of Mo distribution over β-Mo2C.Potassium had strong electronic effect on β-Mo2C,which led to a higher Mo4+ content.On the contrary,potassium had little electronic effect on α-MoC1-x,and K-Mo interaction was weak.Therefore,Mo0 and Mo2+ became the dominant species on the catalyst surface,and the Mo4+ content showed almost no increase as the pretreatment temperature enhanced.In terms of catalytic performance of molybdenum carbides,the increase in Mo0 most likely explained the increase in hydrocarbon selectivity,yet Mo4+ might be responsible for the alcohols synthesis. | Minglin Xiang Debao Li Juan Zou Wenhuai Li Yuhan Sun Xichun She | 2010 | Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,2: | 3 |

| 9 | Nickel and potassium co-modified β-Mo_2C catalyst for CO conversion显示文摘Nickel and potassium co-modified β-Mo2C catalysts were prepared and used for CO hydrogenation reaction. The major products over β-Mo2C were C1-C4 hydrocarbons, only few alcohols were obtained. Addition of potassium resulted in remarkable selectivity shift from hydrocarbons to alcohols at the expense of CO conversion over β-Mo2C. Moreover, it was found that potassium enhanced the ability of chain propagation with a higher C2+OH production. Modified by nickel, β-Mo2C showed a relatively high CO conversion, however, the products were similar to those of pure β-Mo2C. When co-modified by nickel and potassium, β-Mo2C exhibited high activity and selectivity towards mixed alcohols synthesis, and also the whole chain propagation to produce alcohols especially for the stage of C1OH to C2OH was remarkably enhanced. | 14 | Nanoparticle enhanced combination therapy for stem-like progenitors defined by single-cell transcriptomics in chemotherapy-resistant osteosarcoma显示文摘The adaptation of osteosarcoma cells to therapeutic pressure impedes the efficacy of chemotherapy for osteosarcoma.However,the characteristics and cellular organization of therapy-resistant cells in osteosarcoma tumors remain elusive.Here,we utilized single-cell transcriptomics to systematically map the cell-type-specific gene expression in a chemotherapy-resistant osteosarcoma tumor.Our data demonstrated the VEGFR2-JMJD3-abundant subsets as quiescent stem-like cells,thereby establishing the hierarchy of therapy-resistant actively cycling progenitor pools(JMJD3-abundant)in osteosarcoma.VEGFR2 inhibitor and JMJD3 inhibitor synergistically impeded osteosarcoma cell propagation and tumor growth.Although osteosarcoma cells are predisposed to apoptosis induced by the synergistic therapy through activation of the CHOP pro-apoptotic factor via the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress,the stem-like/progenitor cells exhibit an adaptive response,leading to their survival.Reduction in cellular glutathione levels in stem-like/progenitor cells caused by the treatment with a glutathione synthesis inhibitor increases ER stress-induced apoptosis.Importantly,the marked therapeutic improvement of synergistic therapy against stem-like/progenitor cells was achieved by using glutathione-scavenging nanoparticles,which can load and release the drug pair effectively.Overall,our study provides a framework for understanding glutathione signaling as one of the therapeutic vulnerabilities of stem-like/progenitor cells.Broadly,these findings revealed a promising arsenal by encapsulating glutathione-scavenging nanoparticles with co-targeting VEGFR2 and JMJD3 to eradicate chemotherapy-resistant osteosarcoma. | Li Wang Xiaojia Huang Xinru You Tianqi Yi Bing Lu Jiali Liu Guohao Lu Minglin Ma Changye Zou Jun Wu Wei Zhao | 2020 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1: | 1 |

QDs' structures and properties were characterized by TEM (transmission electron microscopy), XRD (X-ray diffraction) and fluorescence microscopy. For those as-synthesized Zn1-xCdxS QDs, when the molar ratio between Zn and Cd changed from 1 to 0, its photoluminescence (PL) emission peak shifted from 430 nm to 675 nm. PL emission quantum efficiency was up to 15%.
