| 1 | 表达APP—C100和SOD1基因突变子的转基因小鼠血管反应性变化的研究显示文摘目的研究转单基因和转双基因小鼠外周微血管反应性改变的作用机制.方法在未转基因、转单基因和转双基因小鼠的后足爪垫皮肤暴露微血管网,灌注血管扩张剂乙酰胆碱和硝普钠,多普勒检测血液流量变化,应用Western blot检测小鼠外周血β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)水平.结果与未转基因和转单基因(表达SOD1基因突变子G93A)小鼠相比,2-3月龄转单基因(表达APP -C100、TgC100)和转双基因(APP-C100和SOD1基因突变子G93A基因共表达)小鼠外周血液流量下降28%,8-9月龄TgC100小鼠外周血液流量减少34%,TgC100和转双基因小鼠外周血A β水平较未转基因小鼠明显升高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).结论 TgC100和转双基因小鼠外周血管反应性的改变很可能由循环性可溶性Aβ引起,Aβ血管活性涉及内皮和非内皮机制. | 薛寿儒 Qiaoxin Li Zeinab Khalil | 2002 | Chinese Medical Journal2002，，5： | 2 |

| 3 | Global well-posedness of the fractional Klein-Gordon-Schr¨odinger system with rough initial data显示文摘We investigate the low regularity local and global well-posedness of the Cauchy problem for the coupled Klein-Gordon-Schr¨odinger system with fractional Laplacian in the Schr¨odinger equation in R^(1+1). We use Bourgain space method to study this problem and prove that this system is locally well-posed for Schr¨odinger data in H^(s_1) and wave data in H^(s_2) × H^(s_2-1)for 3/4- α < s_1≤0 and-1/2 < s_2 < 3/2, where α is the fractional power of Laplacian which satisfies 3/4 < α≤1. | 4 | The Effects of Different Post-Heat Treatments on Rolling Contact Fatigue Behaviors of Direct Laser Cladding Inconel 625 Coatings显示文摘In this paper,the microstructures and rolling contact fatigue behaviors of laser cladding Inconel 625 coatings with or without post-heat treatments were analyzed.The results revealed that the fatigue resistance of the laser cladding coating after any post-heat treatment was worse than that of the as-deposited coating.First,through the finite element analysis,the distribution of stress along the thickness direction of the coating was obtained,and it was concluded that the bonding interface between the coating and the matrix had little effect on the fatigue properties of the coating.Then X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS)were used to analyze the microstructure and failure morphology.The results revealed that the subsurface failure morphology of the coatings showed a consistent correlation with rolling fatigue property after different heat treatments.The TCP phase and carbides have been shown in the laser cladding coating.The coating after stress relieved annealing exhibited chain-shaped granular carbides on the grain boundaries which could accelerate crack propagation.The aging heat treatment made small amounts of Laves phase dissolved in the coating,while the dispersed phase was precipitated which could result in the formation of pores.And the solution treatment made large amounts of Laves phase dissolved,while the rod-shape brittle phases were generated which was easy to fracture and contribute to crack initiation and spalling. | Qiaoxin Zhang Rui Chen Ding Jin Chen Zhou Xuewu Li | 2021 | Journal of Renewable Materials2021，9，1： | 1 |
| 5 | Microstructures and electrochemical behaviors of casting magnesium alloys with enhanced compression strengths and decomposition rates显示文摘New-type magnesium alloy with prominent solubility and mechanical property lays foundation for preparing fracturing part in petroleum extraction.Herein,Mg-xZn-Zr-SiC alloy is prepared with casting strategy.Electrochemical and compression tests are conducted to assess the feasibility as decomposable material.Morphology,composition,phase and distribution are characterized to investigate decomposition mechanism.Results indicate that floccule,substrate component and reticulate secondary phase are formed on as-prepared surface.Sample also acts out enhanced compression strength to maintain pressure and guarantee stability in dissolution process.Furthermore,as decomposition time and zinc content increase,couple corrosion intensifies,resulting in gradually enhanced decomposition rate.Rapid sample decomposition is mainly due to basal anode dissolution,micro particle exfoliation and poor decomposition resistance of corroding product.Such work shows profound significance in preparing new-type accessible alloy to ensure rapid dissolution of fracturing part and guarantee stable compression strength in oil-gas reservoir exploitation. | Xuewu Li Qingyuan Yu Xi Chen Qiaoxin Zhang | 2023 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2023，11，4： | 0 |
