2Effect of C/N ratio,aeration rate and moisture content on ammonia and greenhouse gas emission during the composting显示文摘Gaseous emission (N2O,CH4 and NH3) from composting can be an important source of anthropogenic greenhouse gas and air pollution.A laboratory scale orthogonal experiment was conducted to estimate the effects of C/N ratio,aeration rate and initial moisture content on gaseous emission during the composting of pig faeces from Chinese Ganqinfen system.The results showed that about 23.9% to 45.6% of total organic carbon (TOC) was lost in the form of CO2 and 0.8% to 7.5% of TOC emitted as CH4.Most of the nitrogen was lost in the form of NH3,which account for 9.6% to 32.4% of initial nitrogen.N2O was also an important way of nitrogen losses and 1.5% to 7.3% of initial total nitrogen was lost as it.Statistic analysis showed that the aeration rate is the most important factor which could affect the NH3 (p=0.0189),CH4 (p=0.0113) and N2O (p=0.0493) emissions significantly.Higher aeration rates reduce the CH4 emission but increase the NH3 and N2O losses.C/N ratio could affect the NH3 (p=0.0442) and CH4 (p=0.0246) emissions significantly,but not the N2O.Lower C/N ratio caused higher NH3 and CH4 emissions.The initial moisture content can not influence the gaseous emission significantly.Most treatments were matured after 37 days,except a trial with high moisture content and a low C/N ratio.Tao Jiang Frank Schuchardt Guoxue Li Rui Guo Yuanqiu Zhao 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,10:67
3Exercise as a prescription for patients with various diseases显示文摘A growing understanding of the benefits of exercise over the past few decades has prompted researchers to take an interest in the possibilities of exercise therapy.Because each sport has its own set of characteristics and physiological complications that tend to occur during exercise training,the effects and underlying mechanisms of exercise remain unclear.Thus,the first step in probing the effects of exercise on different diseases is the selection of an optimal exercise protocol.This review summarizes the latest exercise prescription treatments for 26 different diseases:musculoskeletal system diseases(low back pain,tendon injury,osteoporosis,osteoarthritis,and hip fracture),metabolic system diseases(obesity,type 2 diabetes,type 1 diabetes,and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease),cardio-cerebral vascular system diseases(coronary artery disease,stroke,and chronic heart failure),nervous system diseases(Parkinson’s disease,Huntington’s disease,Alzheimer’s disease,depression,and anxiety disorders),respiratory system diseases(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,interstitial lung disease,and after lung transplantation),urinary system diseases(chronic kidney disease and after kidney transplantation),and cancers(breast cancer,colon cancer,prostate cancer,and lung cancer).Each exercise prescription is displayed in a corresponding table.The recommended type,intensity,and frequency of exercise prescriptions are summarized,and the effects of exercise therapy on the prevention and rehabilitation of different diseases are discussed.Xin Luan Xiangyang Tian Haixin Zhang Rui Huang Na Li Peijie Chen Ru Wang 2019Journal of Sport and Health Science2019,8,5:61

6Orbit determination and time synchronization for a GEO/IGSO satellite navigation constellation with regional tracking network显示文摘Aiming at regional services,the space segment of COMPASS (Phase I) satellite navigation system is a constellation of Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO),Inclined Geostationary Earth Orbit (IGSO) and Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) satellites.Precise orbit determination (POD) for the satellites is limited by the geographic distribution of regional tracking stations.Independent time synchronization (TS) system is developed to supplement the regional tracking network,and satellite clock errors and orbit data may be obtained by simultaneously processing both tracking data and TS data.Consequently,inconsistency between tracking system and TS system caused by remaining instrumental errors not calibrated may decrease navigation accuracy.On the other hand,POD for the mixed constellation of GEO/IGSO/MEO with the regional tracking network leads to parameter estimations that are highly correlated.Notorious example of correlation is found between GEO's orbital elements and its clock errors.We estimate orbital elements and clock errors for a 3GEO+2IGSO constellation in this study using a multi-satellite precise orbit determination (MPOD) strategy,with which clock error elimination algorithm is applied to separate orbital and clock estimates to improve numerical efficiency.Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) data are used to evaluate User Ranging Error (URE),which is the orbital error projected on a receiver's line-of-sight direction.Two-way radio-wave time transfer measurements are used to evaluate clock errors.Experimenting with data from the regional tracking network,we conclude that the fitting of code data is better than 1 m in terms of Root-Mean-Square (RMS),and fitting of carrier phase is better than 1 cm.For orbital evaluation,difference between computed receiver-satellite ranging based on estimated orbits and SLR measurements is better than 1 m (RMS).For clock estimates evaluation,2-hour linear-fitting shows that the satellite clock rates are about 1.E-10 s/s,while receiver clock rates are about 1×10 13-1×10 12 s/s.For the 72-hour POD experiment,the average differences between POD satellite clock rates estimates and clock measurements based on TS system are about 1×10 13 s/s,and for receiver clock rates,the differences are about 1×10 15 s/s.ZHOU ShanShi HU XiaoGong WU Bin LIU Li QU WeiJing GUO Rui HE Feng CAO YueLing Wu XiaoLi ZHU LingFeng SHI Xin TAN HongLi 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,6:44
7Fields of applications,diagnostic yields and findings of OMOM capsule endoscopy in 2400 Chinese patients显示文摘AIM:To retrospectively analyze the fields of application,diagnostic yields and findings of OMOM capsule endoscopy in Chinese patients.METHODS:A database including 2400 Chinese patients who received OMOM capsule endoscopy in 27 endoscopy centers in China was retrieved from the Jianshan Science and Technology Ltd.OMOM capsule endoscopy database.The patient's age,gender,fields of application,the potentially relevant findings,pyloric transit time(PTT),small bowel transit time(SBTT),and complete small-bowel examination rate(CSER) were recorded and analyzed.RESULTS:Two thousand four hundred patients aged 9-91 years(mean,49 years),of whom 1510 were males(62.9%),underwent 2400 OMOM capsule endoscopy procedures.One thousand two hundred and thirty two(51.3%) were referred with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding(OGIB),642(26.8%) with abdominal pain,and 223(9.3%) with chronic diarrhea.The overall diagnostic yield was 47.7%(1144/2400).The diagnostic yield of OMOM capsule endoscopy in OGIB subgroup was much higher than in the non-OGIB subgroup(62.4% vs 32.1%,P<0.001).The most common findings of the small bowel in Chinese patients with OGIB were arteriovenous malformation(28.1%) and tumors(18.9%).There was no significant difference in the diagnostic yield between the male and female patients with OGIB.However,the diagnostic yield in patients aged more than 60 was higher than in patients aged less than 60(69.8% vs 58.9%,P<0.001).The median PTT was 41 min(range:1-544 min) and the mean SBTT was 247.2 ± 88.9 min.The overall CSER was 86.8%.CONCLUSION:The OMOM capsule endoscopy is a valuable tool for small bowel evaluation with good overall diagnostic yield and CSER.Liao, Zhuan Gao, Rui Li, Feng Xu, Can Zhou, Yi Wang, Jin-Shan Li, Zhao-Shen 2010World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,21:35

9Far-field coseismic displacements associated with the 2011 Tohoku-oki earthquake in Japan observed by Global Positioning System显示文摘Analysis of GEONET observations covering the entire territory of Japan shows that the great Tohoku-oki earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011 off the east coast of Honshu in Japan caused an eastward movement of the northern part of the island by as much as 5.3 m. The GPS data from TEONET in China were used to derive far-field coseismic displacements and to assess the impact of the Tohoku-oki earthquake on crustal deformation in eastern China. The results reveal that the coseismic horizontal displacements induced by the earthquake are the level of millimeters to centimeters in North and Northeast China, with a maximum of 35 mm. Strain analysis also indicates that the earthquake resulted in an increase in the tensile strain on the north-northeast trending faults in North and Northeast China. The tensile strain imposed on the Yilan-Yitong and Dunhua-Mishan faults is more significant than that imposed on the faults in North China; the maximum normal strain reaches about 40 nano-strain. 10Positioning accuracy assessment for the 4GEO/5IGSO/2MEO constellation of COMPASS显示文摘Determined to become a new member of the well-established GNSS family,COMPASS(or BeiDou-2) is developing its capabilities to provide high accuracy positioning services.Two positioning modes are investigated in this study to assess the positioning accuracy of COMPASS' 4GEO/5IGSO/2MEO constellation.Precise Point Positioning(PPP) for geodetic users and real-time positioning for common navigation users are utilized.To evaluate PPP accuracy,coordinate time series repeatability and discrepancies with GPS' precise positioning are computed.Experiments show that COMPASS PPP repeatability for the east,north and up components of a receiver within China's Mainland is better than 2 cm,2 cm and 5 cm,respectively.Apparent systematic offsets of several centimeters exist between COMPASS precise positioning and GPS precise positioning,indicating errors remaining in the treatments of COMPASS measurement and dynamic models and reference frame differences existing between two systems.For common positioning users,COMPASS provides both open and authorized services with rapid differential corrections and integrity information available to authorized users.Our assessment shows that in open service positioning accuracy of dual-frequency and single-frequency users is about 5 m and 6 m(RMS),respectively,which may be improved to about 3 m and 4 m(RMS) with the addition of differential corrections.Less accurate Signal In Space User Ranging Error(SIS URE) and Geometric Dilution of Precision(GDOP) contribute to the relatively inferior accuracy of COMPASS as compared to GPS.Since the deployment of the remaining 1 GEO and 2 MEO is not able to significantly improve GDOP,the performance gap could only be overcome either by the use of differential corrections or improvement of the SIS URE,or both.ZHOU ShanShi CAO YueLing ZHOU JianHua HU XiaoGong TANG ChengPan LIU Li GUO Rui HE Feng CHEN JunPing WU Bin 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,12:31
11Hepatitis B virus genotypes and genome characteristics in China显示文摘AIM:To analyze the hepatitis B virus(HBV) characters in China,as well as the correlation between several HBV mutation and hepatitis symptoms.METHODS:A total of 1148 HBV genome sequences from patients throughout China were collected via the National Center For Biotechnology Information database(information including:genotype,territory and clinical status).HBV genotypes were classified by a direct reference from the Genbank sequence annotation,phylogenetic tree and online software analysis(http://gffzz16a62c593b5540cehwpxbo5u0wnxu6uqp.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/projects/genotyping/formpage.cgi).The phylogenetic tree was constructed based on the neighbor-joining method by MEGA5.0 software.HBV sequences were grouped based on phylogenetic tree and the distance between the groups was calculated by using the computer between group mean distance methods.Seven hundred and twelve HBV sequences with clear annotation of clinical symptoms were selected to analyses the correlation of mutation and clinical symptoms.Characteristics of sequences were analyzed by using DNAStar and BioEdit software packages.The codon usage bias and RNA secondary structures analysis were performed by RNAdraw software.Recombination analysis was performed by using Simplot software.RESULTS:In China,HBV genotype C was the predominant in Northeastern,genotype B was predominant in Central Southern areas,genotype B and C were both dominant in Southwestern areas,and the recombinant genotype C/D was predominant in Northwestern areas.C2 and B2 were identified as the two major sub-genotypes,FJ386674 might be a putative sub-genotype as B10.The basal core promoter double mutation and pre-C mutation showed various significant differences between hepatitis symptoms.In addition to ATG,many other HBV initiation codons also exist.HBV has codon usage bias;the termination codon of X,C and P open reading frames(ORF) were TAA,TAG,and TGA,respectively.The major stop codons of S-ORF were TAA(96.45%) and TGA(83.60%) in B2 and C2 subtype,respectively.CONCLUSION:This study recapitulated the epidemiology of HBV in China,and the information might be meaningful critical for the future prevention and therapy of HBV infections.Hong-Mei Li Jian-Qiong Wang Rui Wang Qian Zhao Li Li Jin-Ping Zhang Tao Shen 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,21:33
12A comprehensive classification method for VOC emission sources to tackle air pollution based on VOC species reactivity and emission amounts显示文摘In China, volatile organic compound(VOC) control directives have been continuously released and implemented for important sources and regions to tackle air pollution. The corresponding control requirements were based on VOC emission amounts(EA), but never considered the significant differentiation of VOC species in terms of atmospheric chemical reactivity. This will adversely influence the effect of VOC reduction on air quality improvement. Therefore,this study attempted to develop a comprehensive classification method for typical VOC sources in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region(BTH), by combining the VOC emission amounts with the chemical reactivities of VOC species. Firstly, we obtained the VOC chemical profiles by measuring 5 key sources in the BTH region and referencing another 10 key sources, and estimated the ozone formation potential(OFP) per ton VOC emission for these sources by using the maximum incremental reactivity(MIR) index as the characteristic of source reactivity(SR). Then, we applied the data normalization method to respectively convert EA and SR to normalized EA(NEA) and normalized SR(NSR) for various sources in the BTH region.Finally, the control index(CI) was calculated, and these sources were further classified into four grades based on the normalized CI(NCI). 13The altered expression of inflammation-related microRNAs with microRNA-155 expression correlates with Th17 differentiation in patients with acute coronary syndrome显示文摘MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a novel class of small,non-coding RNAs that play a significant role in both inflammatory and cardiovascular diseases.Immune cells,especially T helper(Th)cells,are critical in the development of atherosclerosis and the onset of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).To assess whether inflammation-related miRNAs(such as miR-155,146a,21,125a-5p,125b,31)are involved in the imbalance of Th cell subsets in patients with ACS,we measured the expression of related miRNAs in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),unstable angina(UA),stable angina(SA)and chest pain syndrome(CPS);analyzed the relationship between miRNA expression and the frequency of Th cell subsets;and observed the co-expression of miR-155 and IL-17A in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)of patients with ACS.The results showed that the expression of miR-155 in the PBMCs of patients with ACS was decreased by approximately 60%,while the expression of both miR-21 and miR-146a was increased by approximately twofold.The expression patterns of miRNAs in plasma correlated with those in PBMCs,except for miR-21,which was increased by approximately sixfold in the AMI group and showed no significant difference between the UA group and the CPS group.We also found that the expression of miR-155 inversely correlated with the frequency of Th17 cells(r520.896,P,0.01)and that miR-155 was co-expressed with IL-17A in patients with ACS.In conclusion,our study revealed the expression patterns of inflammation-related miRNAs in patients with ACS and found that miR-155 may be associated with Th17 cell differentiation.Rui Yao Yulan Ma Youyou Du Mengyang Liao Huanhuan Li Wei Liang Jing Yuan Zhijun Ma Xian Yu Hong Xiao Yuhua Liao 2011Cellular & Molecular Immunology2011,8,6:32

Evidence is found for the northward subduction of the northwest marginal lithosphere of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its collision with Tarim lithosphere beneath the West Kunlun Mountains. 17Effect of Bcl-2 and Bax on survival of side population cells from hepatocellular carcinoma cells显示文摘AIM: To understand the role and significance of side population (SP) cells from hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in hepatocarcinogenesis, development, relapse and metastasis, we simulated the denutrition conditions that cancer cells experience in clinical therapy, observed the different anti-apoptosis ability of SP cells and non-SP cells under such conditions, and established the possible effects of P53, Bcl-2 and Bax on survival of SP cells. METHODS: We used ? ow cytometry to analyze and sort the SP and non-SP cells in established HCC lines MHCC97 and hHCC. We evaluated cell proliferation by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay and investigated the expression of p53, bcl-2 and bax genes during denutrition, by RT-PCR and immuno? uorescence staining. RESULTS: The percentage of SP cells in the two established HCC lines was 0.25% and 0.5%, respectively. SP cells had greater anti-apoptosis and proliferation ability than non-SP cells. Expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in SP and non-SP cells differed during denutrition. The former was up-regulated in SP cells, and the latter was up-regulated in non-SP cells. CONCLUSION: It may be that different upstream molecules acted and led to different expression levels of Bcl-2 and Bax in these two cell lines. There was a direct relationship between up-regulation of Bcl-2 and down-regulation of Bax and higher anti-apoptosis ability in SP cells. It may be that the existence and activity of SP cells are partly responsible for some of the clinical phenomena which are seen in HCC, such as relapse or metastasis. 18Changes of Urban Wetland Landscape Pattern and Impacts of Urbanization on Wetland in Wuhan City显示文摘In this study,remote sensing data of Wuhan City,Hubei Province,China in 1996-2001 were selected to ex-tract wetland landscape information.Several landscape indices were used to evaluate the changes of landscape pattern within the five years,including patch number,patch density,patch fractal dimension,landscape diversity,dominance,evenness,and fragmentation indexes.Then,transformation probabilities of wetland landscapes into non-wetland land-scapes were calculated based on Markov Model,and on these grounds the relationship between changes of wetland landscape pattern and urban construction was analyzed.The results showed that fragmentation degree of all wetland types increased,lake area declined,and dominance of natural wetland decreased.The reasons for these results were mainly because of urban construction.According to the features of abundant wetland in Wuhan City,we suggested that protection of wetland landscape should cooperate with urban construction,which means wetland should become im-portant part of urban landscape.WANG Xuelei NING Longmei YU Jing XIAO Rui LI Tao 2008Chinese Geographical Science2008,18,1:27
