| 1 | One-pot synthesis of Li_3VO_4@C nanofibers by electrospinning with enhanced electrochemical performance for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Electrospinning is firstly used to one-pot synthesis of Li_3VO_4@C nanofibers in a large scale. Although with the presence of organic sources in synthesis process, the pure phase Li_3VO_4 with superior nanofibrous morphology is still successfully obtained through adjusting different heat treatment processes and different vanadium sources. The prepared Li_3VO_4@C nanofibers exhibit a unique structure in which nanosized Li_3VO_4 particles are uniformly embedded in amorphous carbon matrix. Compared with Li_3VO_4/C powder,Li_3VO_4@C nanofibers display enhanced reversible capacity of 451 mAh g^(-1)at 40 mAg^(-1)with an increased initial coulombic efficiency of 82.3%, and the capacity can remain at 394 m Ah g^(-1)after 100 cycles. This superior electrochemical performance can be attributed to its unique structure which ensures a high reactivity by nanosized Li_3VO_4, more stable electrode/electrolyte interface by carbon encapsulation, improved electronic conductivity and buffered volume changes by flexible carbon matrix. | 2 | Influence of metal ions on sulfonamide antibiotics biochemical behavior in fiber coexisting system显示文摘Metal ions and fiber are common compounds in the livestock and poultry manure,which will affect the fate of organic compounds in aqueous environment. However,limited research has addressed the effect of coexisting metal ions and fiber on the biodegradation of sulfonamide antibiotics. Accordingly, a compositing study was performed to assess the effect of metal ions(Fe3+and Cu2+) on the biodegradation of sulfadimethoxine sodium salt(SDM) in the presence of fiber. The enhanced adsorption of SDM onto fiber in the presence of metal ions can be attributed to the π+–π electron donor acceptor(EDA) interaction. The microbial(Phanerochaete chrysosprium) could easily attach onto fiber forming attached microbial, and the degradation rates of SDM of immobilized bacteria in the presence of Fe3 +were 100%, which were significantly higher than those of free bacteria(45%). This study indicates that Fe3 +and fiber could enhance the biodegradation of SDM. | 5 | The phosphorus cycle in the Sanggou Bay显示文摘The phosphorus cycle is studied during 2013–2014 in the Sanggou Bay(SGB), which is a typical aquaculture area in northern China. The forms of measured phosphorus include dissolved inorganic phosphorus(DIP), dissolved organic phosphorus(DOP), particulate inorganic phosphorus(PIP), and particulate organic phosphorus(POP).DIP and PIP are the major forms of total dissolved phosphorus(TDP) and total particulate phosphorus(TPP),representing 51%–75% and 53%–80%, respectively. The concentrations and distributions of phosphorus forms vary among seasons relative to aquaculture cycles, fluvial input, and hydrodynamic conditions. In autumn the concentration of DIP is significantly higher than in other seasons(P<0.01), and higher concentrations are found in the west of the bay. In winter and spring the phosphorus concentrations are higher in the east of the bay than in the west. In summer, the distributions of phosphorus forms are uniform. A preliminary phosphorus budget is developed, and shows that SGB is a net sink of phosphorus. A total of 1.80×10~7 mol/a phosphorus is transported into the bay. The Yellow Sea is the major source of net input of phosphorus(61%), followed by submarine groundwater discharge(SGD)(27%), river input(11%), and atmospheric deposition(1%). The main phosphorus sink is the harvest of seaweeds(Saccharina japonica and Gracilaria lemaneiformis), bivalves(Chlamys farreri),and oysters(Crassostrea gigas), accounting for a total of 1.12×10~7 mol/a. Burial of phosphorus in sediment is another important sink, accounting for 7.00×10~6 mol/a. | 7 | Pharmacological Studies of Meisoindigo: Absorption and Mechanism of Action显示文摘Meisoindigo, an indirubin derivative, is a new type of cancer chemotherapeutic agent. It exhibited higher activity against rodent tumors than indirubin itself. Experiments have shown the improved absorption of meisoindigo, compared to indirubin to be one of the major reasons for the enhancement of antitumor activity. Studies on the mechanism of meisoindigo action indicate that it strongly inhibits DNA biosynthesis in tumor cells. Strong inhibition of the drug on assembly of microtubule protein was also obtained. By means of FCM technique the effects of meisoindigo on mouse leukemia L1210 cell cycle were examined. | 17 | Distributions of 224, 223Ra and 137Cs in the Luzon Strait and its adjacent waters and their response to Typhoon Rainbow显示文摘This paper reports the distribution of natural radionuclides of 224, 223Ra in the surface water and stratified waters of the Luzon Strait and its adjacent waters during the cruises of September 2015 and May 2016. To understand the impact of the Fukushima nuclear accident, the artificial radionuclide 137Cs in the waters was also analyzed. The results showed that the activities of 224, 223Ra and 137Cs were all within the natural radioactive background levels of the marine environment in the South China Sea. 224Ra had a higher activity level in the water of the north South China Sea to the west of the Luzon Strait, and a lower activity level in the oceanic Philippine Sea to the east. The137Cs activity had no obvious spatial trends. Based on the vertical trends of 224Ra, 137Cs, and water temperature and salinity at three stations(LS3, LS5 and LS8), the distinct characteristics of the activity levels and gradients of224Ra and 137Cs among the tropical surface water, subsurface water and mid-deep water were revealed. Typhoon Rainbow event reversed the overall circulation of the Luzon Strait and its adjacent area. A huge amount of western Pacific water characterized by low 224Ra activities flooded into the South China Sea, reducing the activity level of224Ra in the waters.
