3Impact of National Centralized Drug Procurement Policy on Antiviral Utilization and Expenditure for Hepatitis B in China显示文摘Background and Aims:The National Centralized Drug Procurement(NCDP)policy was launched in China's Mainland in April 2019,with entecavir(ETV)and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)being included in the procurement list.We conducted the current study to investigate the impact of the NCDP policy on the utilization and expenditures of antiviral therapy for chronic hepatitis B(CHB)in China.Methods:Procurement records,including monthly purchase volume,expenditure,and price of nucleos(t)ide analogs(NAs),were derived from the National Healthcare Security Administration from April 2018 to March 2021.The changes in volumes and expenditures of the first-line NAs and bid-winning products were calculated.The effects of price,volume,and structure related to drug expenditure were calculated by the Addis and Magrini(AM)Index System Analysis.Results:The purchase volume of NAs significantly increased from 134.3 to 318.3 million DDDs,whereas the expenditure sharply decreased from 1,623.41 to 490.43 million renminbi(RMB)or 241.94 to 73.09 million US dollars(USD).The proportions of firstline NAs rose from 72.51%(ETV:69.00%,TDF:3.51%)to 94.97%(ETV:77.42%,TDF:17.55%).AM analysis showed that the NCDP policy decreased the expenditure of all NAs(S=0.91)but increased that of the first-line NAs in the bidwinning list(S=1.13).Assuming the population size of CHB patients remains stable and a compliance rate of≥75%,the proportion of CHB patients receiving first-line antiviral therapy would increase from 6.36–8.48%to 11.56–15.41%.Conclusions:The implementation of the NCDP policy significantly increased the utilization of first-line NAs for CHB patients at a lower expenditure.The findings provided evidence for optimizing antiviral therapy strategy and allocating medical resources in China.Xinyu Zhao Min Li Hao Wang Xiaoqian Xu Xiaoning Wu Yameng Sun Canjian Ning Bingqiong Wang Shuyan Chen Hong You Jidong Jia Yuanyuan Kong 2022Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,3:4
4Grow defect-rich bamboo-like carbon nanotubes on carbon black for enhanced microwave absorption properties in X band显示文摘Due to the limited electromagnetic wave(EMW)loss capacity and agglomeration,carbon black(CB)gradually fails to meet the increasingly harsh demanding conditions.Herein,defect-rich bamboo-like carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were grown on CB by the process of chemical vapor deposition.CNTs prepared in situ on CB can assist it to build a developed multilevel conductive network and introduce plentiful CB/CNTs nano-interfaces.What’s more,the defects that accompany the growth of CNTs endow CNTs with a moderate conductivity and good impedance matching,thereby causing an effective microwave absorption(MA).Meanwhile,the high-density defects on CNTs can induce dipole polarization to further strengthen the EMW loss ability.The influence of CNTs with different growth time on MA performance has been explored.Profiting from the structural merits,the synthesized CB-CNT with CNTs growth time of 40 min exhibits the optimal absorbing property,which has the minimum reflection loss of-53.6 d B and maximum effective absorption bandwidth of 4.1 GHz with the thickness of 2.7 mm,covering almost the entire X band.The introduction of defect-rich CNTs significantly enhances the EMW loss ability of CB,which provides a rational strategy for the design of high-efficient microwave absorption materials.Yameng Jiao Qiang Song Xuemin Yin Liyuan Han Wei Li Hejun Li 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,24:3

6Research on Services Modeling in LTE Networks显示文摘Service modeling offers fundamental guidance to the construction and operation of mobile telecommunication networks. As the domestic LTE networks have been deployed massively, the refined LTE services model needs to be established urgently. In this paper, we firstly extract characteristic parameters of services from statistical data in 3G networks, especially in time, space and user dimension. Secondly, the development trends of LTE services are analyzed. And the refined LTE service model is established. 7UV light absorbers executing synergistic effects of passivating defects and improving photostability for efficient perovskite photovoltaics显示文摘Metal halide perovskite-based solar cells(PSCs) have rapidly-increased power conversion efficiency(PCE)exceeding 25% but poor stability especially under ultraviolet(UV) light. Meanwhile, non-radiative recombination caused by diverse defects in perovskite absorbers and related interfaces is one of the major factors confining further development of PSCs. In this study, we systematically investigate the role of 2-(2-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)benzotriazole(UVP) additive in perovskite layers. By adjusting the amount of doped UVP, the quality of perovskite absorbers is significantly improved with enlarged grains, longer lifetime and diffusion length of charge carriers. Furthermore, UVP not only reduces defects for less nonradiative recombination, but also matches energy level alignment for efficient interfacial charge extraction. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirms that N-donor of UVP molecule coordinates with undercoordinated Pb^(2+) on the surface. Interestingly, UVP incorporated in PbI_(2) protects the perovskite by absorbing UV through the opening and closing of the chelating ring. Eventually, the UVP treated PSCs obtain a champion PCE of 22.46% with remarkably enhanced UV stability, retaining over 90% of initial PCE after 60 m W/cm^(2) strong UV irradiation for 9 h while the control maintaining only 74%. 9Divergent responses of soil carbon and nitrogen pools to short-term nitrogen addition between two plantations in Northeast China显示文摘Nitrogen(N)deposition has a profound influence on forest soil carbon(C)and N pools,but there was no consensus on the responses of different C and N components in different forest types.In this study,a two-year simulated N deposition experiment with four levels of N(NH4NO3)-addition treatments(0,50,100,and 150 kg N/hm^(2)·a)were conducted in Larix gmelinii(LG)and Quercus mongolica(QM)plantation in Northeast China,in order to investigate the C and N pool dynamics under continuously enhanced N deposition.Soil organic carbon(SOC),soil total N(STN)and their active components(readily oxidizable C,ROC;dissolved organic C,DOC;microbial biomass C,MBC,dissolved organic N,DON;microbial biomass N,MBN)of the forest soil were measured monthly from May to October 2017.C and N contents in LG were observed higher than in QM.N addition had no effect on SOC and STN of LG,but significantly increased SOC and STN of QM at low N addition level.Low N addition generally raised active C components(ROC,DOC,and MBC)in both plantations,whereas high N addition did not significantly affect these components,or even decreased ROC in LG soil.Low N addition also increased STN and MBN of QM,while no significant change in STN and MBN of LG was observed.DON was directly affected by N addition and increased significantly with elevated N addition levels.The results indicated that N addition,especially of low rate,might enhance the C sequestration capacity of the forest soils and mitigate climate change.Yedong Li Bo Wang Sen Dou Haoyue Shen Liyong Mei Yang Zhang Ximing Zeng Yaya Zhang Yameng Pei Haoye Ren Shimin Wu 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,6:1

13Boosting self-trapped exciton emission from Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5)nanocrystals by doping-enhanced exciton-phonon coupling显示文摘Self-trapped excitons(STEs)emission from halide perovskites with strong exciton-phonon coupling has attracted considerable attention due to the widespread application in optoelectronic devices.Nevertheless,the in-depth understanding of the relationship between exciton-phonon coupling and luminescence intensity remains incomplete.Herein,a doping-enhanced exciton-phonon coupling effect is observed in Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5)nanocrystals(NCs),which leads to a remarkable increasement of their STEs emission efficiency.Mechanism study shows that the hetero-valent substitution of Cu+with alkaline-earth metal ions(AE^(2+))causes a greater degree of Jahn-Teller distortion between the ground state and excited state structures of[Cu_(2)I_(5)]_(3)-clusters as evidenced by our spectral analysis and first-principles calculations.As a consequence,an X-ray detector based on these Cs_(3)Cu_(2)I_(5):AE NCs delivers an X-ray imaging resolution of up to 10 lp·mm^(-1) and a low detection limit of 0.37μGyair·s^(-1),disclosing the potential of doping-enhanced exciton-phonon coupling effect in improving STEs-emission and practical application for X-ray imaging.Xiaohan Li Aijun Liu Zhaoyu Wang Youchao Wei Qun Lin Yameng Chen Yongsheng Liu Maochun Hong 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0

15Stability assessment of tree ring growth of Pinus armandii Franch in response to climate change based on slope directions at the Lubanling in the Funiu Mountains,China显示文摘Global warming will affect growth strategies and how trees will adapt.To compare the response of tree radial growth to climate warming in different slope directions,samples of Pinus armandii Franch were collected and treering chronologies developed on northern and western slopes from the Lubanling in the Funiu Mountains.Correlation analyses showed that two chronologies were mainly limited by temperatures in the previous June–August and the combination of temperatures and moisture in the current May–July.The difference of the climate response to slopes was small but not negligible.Radial growth of the LBL01 site on the northern slope was affected by the combined maximum and minimum temperatures,while that of the LBL02 site was affected by maximum temperatures.With regards to moisture,radial growth of the trees on the north slope was influenced by the relative humidity in the current May–July,while on the western slope,it was affected by the relative humidity in the previous June–August,the current May–July and the precipitation in the current May–July.With the change in climate,the effects of the main limiting factors on growth on different slopes were visible to a certain extent,but the differences in response of trees on different slopes gradually decreased,which might be caused by factors such as different slope directions and the change in diurnal temperature range.These results may provide information for forest protection and ecological construction in this region,and a scientific reference for future climate reconstruction.Jinkuan Li Jianfeng Peng Xiaoxu Wei Meng Peng Xuan Li Yameng Liu Jiaxin Li 2024Journal of Forestry Research2024,35,2:0

18Enhancement of microvessel in laser speckle image using gaussian kernel template显示文摘Laser speckle contrast imaging(LSCI)is an optical imaging method,which can monitor microvascularflow variation directly without addition of any ectogenous dye.All the existing laser speckle contrast analysis(LASCA)methods are a combination of spatial and temporal statistics.In this study,we have proposed a new method,Gaussian kernel laser speckle contrast analysis(gLASCA),which processes the raw images primarily with the Gaussian kernel operator along the spatial direction of bloodflow.We explored the properties of gLASCA in the simulation and animal cerebral ischemia perfusion model.Compared with the other existing speckle processing methods based on spatial,temporal,spatial-temporal or anisotropic linear structure;the present gLASCA method has a high spatial-temporal resolution to respond the change of velocity especially in microvasculature.Besides,the gLASCA method obtains approximately 10.2%and 7.1%higher contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)over the anisotropic linear method(aLASCA)in the simulation and experiment models.For these advantages,gLASCA could be a better method for local microvascular laser speckle imaging in terms of cerebral ischemia reperfusion,spreading depression and brain injury diseases.Yameng Zhang Yuemei Zhao Weitao Li Zhiyu Qian Lidong Xing 2019Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2019,,2:0
19Thermogravimetric analysis of bamboo-tar under different heating rates based on distributed activation energy model显示文摘Carbon fiber is a kind of new polymer material with excellent mechanical properties and being applied widely.The process of carbon fiber prepared by bamboo tar,including extraction,condensation,spinning,oxidation and carbonation,is influenced by the pyrolysis kinetics significantly.In this paper,the thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)of bamboo tar produced in the process of pyrolysis and gasification of the bamboo which is known as Phylostachys sulphurea,was analyzed by the distributed activation energy model(DAEM)to understand the kinetic properties and parameters of bamboo tar.The thermogravimetric analysis of bamboo tar which is used as the raw material of carbon fiber was conducted under 5 different heating rates(i.e.5,10,15,30 and 50℃/min,etc.)in nitrogen atmosphere.The results show that the activation energy of bamboo tar and the exponential factor increased significantly with the increase of the heating rate,and the low heating rate is advantageous to the extraction of bamboo tar solvent and the thermal polycondensation,which can provide scientific reference for the optimization of carbon fiber technology.The thermal weight results show that the temperature range of bamboo tar being decomposed rapidly is 213℃-410℃.The ranges of the activation energy were calculated by DAEM,which have small difference in comparisons with five heating rates when the conversion rate is at 0.1-0.6 and the average value of the activation energy is 119 kJ/mol.The stability range of the activation energy is enlarged when the conversion rate is greater than 0.6 and heating rate increases.Huan Zhang Beibei Yan Tingzhou Lei Tao Liu Jianjun Hu Yameng Li Guanyi Chen 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,6:0
