1Effect of one-step aging on microstructure and properties of a novel Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr alloy显示文摘The effect of one-step aging temper on the mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and the microstructure of a novel Al-7.5Zn-1.6Mg-1.4Cu-0.12Zr alloy has been investigated. The results indicated that with elevating the aging temperature from 100℃ to 160℃, the aging response rate was greatly accelerated, and the UTS at peak aging condition decreased, while the corresponding TYS increased. However, the electrical conductivity of the alloy became higher. After aging for 24 h at 120℃, the peak UTS and TYS values were achieved as 591 MPa and 541 MPa, respectively; but the alloy achieved a lower conductivity, 20.4 MS/m. When T6 temper was performed at 140℃ for 14 h, the UTS decreased only by 1% of the former, whereas the TYS and the electrical conductivity increased obviously, which were up to 559 MPa and 22.6 MS/m, respectively. The major strengthening precipitates of the peak-aged alloy were GP zones and η′ phase. The precipitates in both the matrix and the grain boundary became coarser with rising aging temperature. 2Effect of Zn addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of an Al–Mg–Si alloy显示文摘In the present work, an Al–0.66Mg–0.85Si–0.2Cu alloy with Zn addition was investigated by electron back scattering diffraction(EBSD), high resolution electron microscopy(HREM), tensile and Erichsen tests. The mechanical properties of the alloy after pre-aging met the standards of sheet forming. After paint baking, the yield strength of the alloy was improved apparently. GP(Ⅱ) zones and η'phases were formed during aging process due to Zn addition. 3Ageing behavior of an Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy pre-stretched thick plate显示文摘The ageing behavior of a pre-stretched thick plate of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy was systemically studied including one-step ageing, two-step ageing, and retrogression and reageing treatment (RRA). One-step ageing of the alloy resulted in peak ultimate tensile strengths of 595 and 575 MPa after 22 and 6 h at 120 and 135°C, respectively. The strengthening phase in peak aged (T6 temper) alloy contained GP zones and the η′ phase predominantly. After two-step ageing, the electrical conductivity was increased markedly, but the pre-stretched thick plate sacrificed a great loss of strength. RRA treatment provided a method for maintaining the strength close to that obtained by T6 temper and for obtaining the high electrical conductivity close to that obtained by T7 temper; the ultimate tensile strength and electrical conductivity were 583 MPa and 21.0 MS/m, respectively. 4In vivo evaluation of urokinase-loaded hollow nanogels for sonothrombolysis on suture embolization-induced acute ischemic stroke rat model显示文摘The urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA)loaded hollow nanogels(nUK)were synthesized by a one-step reaction of glycol chitosan and aldehyde capped poly(ethylene oxide).The resultant formulation is sensitive to diagnostic ultrasound(US)of 2 MHz.Herein,we evaluated the in vivo sonothrombolysis performance of the nUK on acute ischemic stroke rat model which was established by suture embolization of middle cerebral artery(MCA).Via intravenous(i.v.)administration,the experimental data prove a controlled release of the therapeutic protein around the clots under ultrasound stimulation,leading to enhanced thrombolysis efficiency of the nUK,evidenced from smaller infarct volume and better clinical scores when compared to the i.v.dose of free uPA no matter with or without US intervention.Meanwhile,the preservation ability of the nanogels not only prolonged the circulation duration of the protein,but also resulted in the better blood-brain barrier protection of the nUK formulation,showing no increased risk on the hemorrhagic transformation than the controls.This work suggests that the nUK is a safe sonothrombolytic formulation for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Yuming Teng Haiqiang Jin Ding Nan Mengnan Li Chenghe Fan Yuanyuan Liu Pu Lv Wei Cui Yongan Sun Hongjun Hao Xiaozhong Qu Zhenzhong Yang Yining Huang 2018Bioactive Materials2018,3,1:7
5Aging behavior and fatigue crack propagation of high Zn-containing Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys with zinc variation显示文摘In the present work, the influence of two-step aging treatments on hardness, electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of two high Zn-containing Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys with zinc content variation was investigated and the detailed T76 aging parameters were proposed. The microstructure of the precipitates were studied by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HREM) and then quantitatively investigated with the aid of an image analysis. The fatigue performances were researched by the fatigue crack propagation(FCP) rate test and fracture morphology was observed with scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that the matrix precipitate size distributions of both alloys had significant difference, so as to fatigue crack propagation rates and fracture appearance. The shear and bypass mechanisms of dislocation-precipitate interactions were employed to explain the difference. Among the shearable precipitates, the proportion of larger size precipitates for the higher zinc content alloy is bigger than that for the lower zinc content alloy. The coarse shearable precipitates hinder the propagation of the fatigue cracks, leading to inferior FCP rate. 6Ichnofabrics and Their Environmental Interpretation from the Fluvial Deposits of the Middle Triassic Youfangzhuang Formation in Western Henan, Central China显示文摘Fluvial deposits from the Middle Triassic Youfangzhuang Formation in Henan Province, China contain a low-diversity trace fossils. Vertical dwelling burrows of opportunists dominate in active channel, whereas horizontal deposit-feeding, grazing, and vertical dwelling burrows occur in overbank deposits. Seven recurrent ichnofabrics were distingushed. The Palaeophycus tubularis ichnofabric preserves below scour interface between two fluvial cycles. The Skolithos linearis ichnofabric forms in middle to high-energy, soft substrates in the middle and upper parts of active channel deposits under semi-arid climate. The Skolithos linearis-Planolites montanus ichnofabric occurs in the sediments just a little above the Skolithos linearis ichnofabric and is formed in middle-energy, soft substrates in the upper part of active channel deposits. The Planolites montanus ichnofabric is mostly preserved in association with medium- to thick-bedded brown-red silty mudstones or siltstones in low-energy, perennial muddy bottom ponds in overbank settings. The Taenidium barretti ichnofabric is interpreted as periodically exposed ephemeral ponds or low-energy distal floodplain. The Skolithos isp. ichnofabric commonly occurs in middle to high-energy firm ground of proximal foodplain or crevasse-splay deposits. The root trace ichnofabric occurs in the crevasse splay deposits. 7Systematic Synthesis for Electronic-Control Colpitts Oscillator Using CCCIIs显示文摘By the aid of nullor-mirror models of the second-generation current-controlled conveyor(CCCII) and applying the nodal admittance matrix(NAM) expansion method, the family of current-mode Colpitts oscillators employing four CCCIIs and three grounded capacitors is synthesized. Thirty-two Colpitts oscillators using CCCIIs are obtained in all. By using canonical number of components, the circuits can be easily integrated and the oscillation criterion and the oscillation frequency can be independently and electronically tuned by tuning bias currents of the CCCIIs. 8Synthesis for Current-Mode Sallen-Key Filter Using VDTAs显示文摘In this work, an original Sallen-Key second-order low-pass filter is first turned into a current-mode one by means of the adjoint network theorem. Two nodal admittance matrices(NAM) of the filter are then educed. Furthermore, these two matrices are expanded through NAM expansion approach, generating one current-mode Sallen-Key filter, which uses two compact voltage differential trans-conductance amplifiers(VDTAs) and two grounded capacitors, implements not only one low-pass transfer function but two band-pass transfer functions, and provides the non-interrelated control between the natural frequency and quality factor. As an example of the synthesized filter, a second-order VDTA filter with fo=1 MHz, Q=1, HLP=-HBP1=HBP2=1 is designed. 9Magnetic rotation imaging method to measure the geomagnetic field显示文摘A new imaging method for measuring the geomagnetic field based on the magnetic rotation effect is put forward. With the help of polarization property of the sunlight refiected from the ground and the magnetic rotation of the atmosphere, the geomagnetic field can be measured by an optical system installed on a satellite. According to its principle, the three-dimensional image of the geomagnetic field can be obtained. The measuring speed of this method is very high, and there is no blind spot and distortion. 10Experimental and density functional theory study of the adsorption of N_2O on ion-exchanged ZSM-5: Part II. The adsorption of N_2O on main-group ion-exchanged ZSM-5显示文摘The adsorption and desorption of N 2 O on main-group ion-exchanged ZSM-5 was studied using temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. TPD experiments were carried out to determine the desorbed temperature T max corresponding to the maximum mass intensity of N 2 O desorption peak and adsorption capacity of N 2 O on metal-ion-exchanged ZSM- 5s. The results indicated that T max followed a sequence of Ba 2+ > Ca 2+ > Cs + > K + > Na + > Mg 2+ and the amount of adsorbed N 2 O on main-group metal cation followed a sequence of Ba 2+ > Mg 2+ > Ca 2+ > Na + > K + > Cs + . The DFT calculations were performed to obtain the adsorption energy (E ads ), which represents the strength of the interaction between metal cations and the N-end or O-end of N 2 O. The calculation results showed that the N-end of the N 2 O molecule was favorably adsorbed on ion-exchanged ZSM-5, except for Cs-ZSM-5. For alkali metal cations, the E ads of N 2 O on cations followed the order which was the same to that of T max : Cs + > K + > Na + . 11Moderate sewage sludge biochar application on alkaline soil for corn growth:a field study显示文摘In view of the risks induced by the inhibitory effects of applying impracticably large amounts of sewage sludge biochar(SSB)to the alkaline soil,this field study investigated the influence of moderate biochar amendments(0,1500,4500,and 9000 kg/hm2)on corn growth,alkaline soil properties,and the uptake of potentially toxic elements(PTEs).The results showed that applying more SSB would decrease the ammonium nitrogen concentration and increase the available phosphorus and potassium concentrations,which inhibited corn plant growth because of high background nutrient levels of the alkaline soil.When the alkaline soil was amended with 1500 kg/hm2 SSB,the dry weight of 100 niblets increased from 32.11 g in the control to 35.07 g.There was no significant variation in the total concentration of PTEs in the soil.The concentrations of Mn,Ni,Cu,and Zn in niblets decreased from 5.54,0.83,2.26,and 27.15 mg/kg in the control to 4.47,0.62,1.30,and 23.45 mg/kg,respectively.Accordingly,the health risk from corn consumption was significantly reduced.Furthermore,the combination of SSB and fertilizer improved corn growth and reduced the risk of consumption of PTEs.Therefore,considering the increase in corn fruit yield and the decrease in consumption risk,applying 1500 kg/hm2 of biochar to alkaline soils is a realistically achievable rate,which can broaden the utilization of SSB for remediation of different types of soil.Shengyu Xie Guangwei Yu Ruqing Jiang Jianli Ma Xiaofu Shang Gang Wang Yin Wang Yongan Yang Chunxing Li 2021Biochar2021,3,2:2

13Small-angle X-ray scattering investigation of aging behavior of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys using synchrotron radiation显示文摘The aging behavior of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys with high Cu/Mg was studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) using synchrotron radiation. TEM study reveals that the major strengthening phases of the alloy after aging at 160?C for 10 h are Ω and less θ′. SAXS study shows that the scattering patterns are composed of several concentric circles at the beginning of aging process, which is replaced by the butterfly-wings scattering patterns with the increase of aging time. The butterfly-wings scattering patterns are composed of several branches. The angles between the branches are roughly equal to that between the habit planes of precipitates. The evolution of Guinier radius with aging time indicates the good coarsening resistance of the precipitates. 20Programmable robotized‘transfer-and-jet’printing for large,3D curved electronics on complex surfaces显示文摘Large,3D curved electronics are a trend of the microelectronic industry due to their unique ability to conformally coexist with complex surfaces while retaining the electronic functions of 2D planar integrated circuit technologies.However,these curved electronics present great challenges to the fabrication processes.Here,we propose a reconfigurable,mask-free,conformal fabrication strategy with a robot-like system,called robotized‘transfer-and-jet’printing,to assemble diverse electronic devices on complex surfaces.This novel method is a ground-breaking advance with the unique capability to integrate rigid chips,flexible electronics,and conformal circuits on complex surfaces.Critically,each process,including transfer printing,inkjet printing,and plasma treating,are mask-free,digitalized,and programmable.The robotization techniques,including measurement,surface reconstruction and localization,and path programming,break through the fundamental constraints of 2D planar microfabrication in the context of geometric shape and size.The transfer printing begins with the laser lift-off of rigid chips or flexible electronics from donor substrates,which are then transferred onto a curved surface via a dexterous robotic palm.Then the robotic electrohydrodynamic printing directly writes submicrometer structures on the curved surface.Their permutation and combination allow versatile conformal microfabrication.Finally,robotized hybrid printing is utilized to successfully fabricate a conformal heater and antenna on a spherical surface and a flexible smart sensing skin on a winged model,where the curved circuit,flexible capacitive and piezoelectric sensor arrays,and rigid digital–analog conversion chips are assembled.Robotized hybrid printing is an innovative printing technology,enabling additive,noncontact and digital microfabrication for 3D curved electronics.YongAn Huang Hao Wu Chen Zhu Wennan Xiong Furong Chen Lin Xiao Jianpeng Liu Kaixin Wang Huayang Li Dong Ye Yongqing Duan Jiankui Chen Hua Yang Wenlong Li Kun Bai Zhouping Yin Han Ding 2021International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2021,3,4:1
