1Nanoscale Ta-based diffusion barrier thin-films and their resistance properties显示文摘Nanoscale Ta-based diffusion barrier thin-films and Cu/barrier/Si multilayer structures were deposited on p-type Si (100) substrates by DC magnetron sputtering. Then the samples were rapidly thermal-annealed (RTA) by tungsten halide lamp. The resistance properties, structure and surface morphology of the thin-films were investigated by four-point probe (FPP) sheet resistance measurement, AFM, SEM-EDS, Alpha-Step IQ Profilers and XRD. The experimental results showed that agglomeration, oxidation and stabilization effects are concurrent. And resistance increasing and decreasing are coexistent after RTA. The formation of high resistance Cu3Si due to inter-diffusion between Cu and Si and more intensive electron scattering resulting from rougher surface caused the sheet resistance to increase abruptly after high temperature RTA.ZHOU JiCheng CHEN HaiBo LI YouZhen 2008Science China(Technological Sciences)2008,51,7:3
2HSP70 alleviates sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy by attenuating mitochondrial dysfunction-initiated NLRP3 inflammasome-mediated pyroptosis in cardiomyocytes显示文摘Background:Sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy(SIC)is an identified serious complication of sepsis that is associated with adverse outcomes and high mortality.Heat shock proteins(HSPs)have been implicated in suppressing septic inflammation.The aim of this study was to investigate whether HSP70 can attenuate cellular mitochondrial dysfunction,exuberated inflammation and inflammasome-mediated pyroptosis for SIC intervention.Methods:Mice with cecal ligation plus perforation(CLP)and lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-treated H9C2 cardiomyocytes were used as models of SIC.The mouse survival rate,gross profile,cardiac function,pathological changes and mitochondrial function were observed by photography,echocardiography,hematoxylin-eosin staining and transmission electron microscopy.In addition,cell proliferation and the levels of cardiac troponin I(cTnI),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were determined by Cell Counting Kit-8,crystal violet staining and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Moreover,mitochondrial membrane potential was assessed by immunofluorescence staining,and dynamin-related protein 1 and pyroptosis-related molecules[nucleotide-binding domain,leucine-rich-repeat containing family pyrin domain-containing 3(NLRP3),caspase-1,gasdermin-D(GSDMD),gasdermin-D N-terminal(GSDMD-N)]were measured by western blotting,immunoprecipitation and immunoblotting.Finally,hsp70.1 knockout mice with CLP were used to verify the effects of HSP70 on SIC and the underlying mechanism.Results:Models of SIC were successfully established,as reduced consciousness and activity with liparotrichia in CLP mice were observed,and the survival rate and cardiac ejection fraction(EF)were decreased;conversely,the levels of cTnI,TNF-αand IL-1βand myocardial tissue damage were increased in CLP mice.In addition,LPS stimulation resulted in a reduction in cell viability,mitochondrial destabilization and activation of NLRP3-mediated pyroptosis molecules in vitro.HSP70 treatment improved myocardial tissue damage,survival rate and cardiac dysfunction caused by CLP.Additionally,HSP70 intervention reversed LPS-induced mitochondrial destabiliza-tion,inhibited activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome,caspase-1,GSDMD and GSDMD-N,and decreased pyroptosis.Finally,knockout of hsp70.1 mice with CLP aggravated cardiac dysfunction and upregulated NLRP3 inflammasome activity,and exogenous HSP70 significantly rescued these changes.It was further confirmed that HSP70 plays a protective role in SIC by attenuating mitochondrial dysfunction and inactivating pyroptotic molecules.Conclusions:Our study demonstrated that mitochondrial destabilization and NLRP3 inflammasome activation-mediated pyroptosis are attributed to SIC.Interestingly,HSP70 ameliorates sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction by improving mitochondrial dysfunction and inhibiting the acti-vation of NLRP3 inflammasome-mediated pyroptosis,and such a result may provide approaches for novel therapies for SIC.Chenlu Song Yiqiu Zhang Qing Pei Li Zheng Meiyu Wang Youzhen Shi Shan Wu Wei Ni Xiujun Fu Yinbo Peng Wen Zhang Min Yao 2022Burns & Trauma2022,10,1:2
3Balancing sub‐reaction activity to boost electrocatalytic urea synthesis using a metal‐free electrocatalyst显示文摘Electrocatalytic urea synthesis via coupling of nitrate with CO_(2)is considered as a promising alternative to the industrial urea synthetic process.However,the requirement of sub-reaction(NO_(3)RR and CO_(2)RR)activities for efficient urea synthesis is not clear and the related reaction mechanisms remain obscure.Here,the construction,breaking,and rebuilding of the sub-reaction activity balance would be accompanied by the corresponding regulation in urea synthesis,and the balance of sub-reaction activities was proven to play a vital role in efficient urea synthesis.With rational design,a urea yield rate of 610.6 mg h−1 gcat.−1 was realized on the N-doped carbon electrocatalyst,superior to that of noble-metal electrocatalysts.Based on the operando SRFTIR measurements,we proposed that urea synthesis arises from the coupling of^(*)NO and^(*)CO to generate the key intermediate of^(*)OCNO.This work provides new insights and guidelines into urea synthesis from the aspect of activity balance.Chen Chen Shuang Li Xiaorong Zhu Shuowen Bo Kai Cheng Nihan He Mengyi Qiu Chao Xie Dezhong Song Youzhen Liu Wei Chen Yafei Li Qinghua Liu Conggang Li Shuangyin Wang 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,10:2

5Influence of Plasma Modified Carbon Nanotubes on the Resistance Sensitiveness of Cement显示文摘The surface of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)was modified by plasma to improve the dispersion,conductivity and adsorption properties of carbon nanotubes.Cement-based composites made with plasmatreated carbon nanotubes(P-CNTs)at different perntages were tested under repeated cyclic axial compressive stress by four electrode methods to measure the electric resistance.Those made with CNTs without plasma treatment as controls were tested also.The results showed that electric resistance change values of the cement mortar with P-CNT and CNT were all monatomic corresponding to the cyclic loading.When the water-cement ratio of the mortar was fixed,increasing of the P-CNT/CNT content would increase the resistance change value of the mortars added with P-CNT/CNT,and the sensitivity performance.It has certain engineering application value.朱远恒 孙敏 LI Zhendong LIU Yangyang FANG Youzhen 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,1:1

11A Novel Linear Relationship for Calculating Dynamic Shear Modulus of Geomaterials显示文摘The dynamic shear modulus G of soil was determined using a dynamic triaxial test system(DTTS) together with a fitting method.First,a novel linear relationship between G and damping ratio λ was proposed,which was used to select the appropriate G.Then,a hyperbolic model was constructed using the optimized parameters a and b representing the intercept and slope,respectively,from the linear regression of 1/G and dynamic shear strain γd.Finally,the differences between the tested and predicted results for G were analyzed for different soil types.The experimental results show that this linear relationship can overcome the shortcomings of the nonlinear relationship found in the large deformation stage and can predict λ in the hysteresis loop that is not closed case.In addition to Baoji loess,G was slightly larger(10%) than the experimental curve in the elasto-plastic stage;however,the experimental results show that the attenuation curve of G for Baoji loess is greater than the calculated value in the elasto-plastic stage.The test and analysis results will improve the knowledge of the dynamic properties of soils and also provide reliable values of G for further evaluation of seismic safety at engineering sites.马文国 王兰民 LI Xuefeng YANG Youzhen 2016Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2016,31,4:0
