2Nanoscale Ta-based diffusion barrier thin-films and their resistance properties显示文摘Nanoscale Ta-based diffusion barrier thin-films and Cu/barrier/Si multilayer structures were deposited on p-type Si (100) substrates by DC magnetron sputtering. Then the samples were rapidly thermal-annealed (RTA) by tungsten halide lamp. The resistance properties, structure and surface morphology of the thin-films were investigated by four-point probe (FPP) sheet resistance measurement, AFM, SEM-EDS, Alpha-Step IQ Profilers and XRD. The experimental results showed that agglomeration, oxidation and stabilization effects are concurrent. And resistance increasing and decreasing are coexistent after RTA. The formation of high resistance Cu3Si due to inter-diffusion between Cu and Si and more intensive electron scattering resulting from rougher surface caused the sheet resistance to increase abruptly after high temperature RTA.ZHOU JiCheng CHEN HaiBo LI YouZhen 2008Science China(Technological Sciences)2008,51,7:3
3Preparation and SO2 Adsorption Behavior of Coconut Shell-Based Activated Carbon via Microwave-Assisted Oxidant Activation显示文摘A series of oxidants supported on coconut shell-based activated carbon(CAC) through microwave irradiation were prepared and characterized using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), N_2 adsorption/desorption analysis, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The SO_2 adsorption capacities and rates were evaluated by adsorption tests performed in a fixed bed reactor with a simulated flue gas, and the adsorption isotherm models were validated against the experimental results. The findings revealed that the SO_2 adsorption capacity decreased in the following order: MW-K_2Cr_2O_7-CAC > MWKMnO_4-CAC > MW-H_2O_2-CAC > MW-CAC. The SO_2 adsorption capacities and adsorption rates of the samples increased with an increasing oxidizability of the oxidants owing to the increment of mean pore size and oxygen-containing functional groups. In addition, a high initial SO_2 concentration and a low bed temperature could positively affect the SO2 adsorption. 19Settlement Construction of Ethnic Minority Under Sur vival Pressure in Mountainous Area of Guizhou Province:A Case Study of the Biandan Mountain Area显示文摘During the farming era, people were living under remarkable survival pressure, which was even harder for the ethnic minorities living in the mountainous area of Guizhou Province due to its unique land morphology. In this situation, the ancestors of Buyi ethnic group living in the Biandan Mountain Area gave priority to a reasonable response to the survival pressure when they started their settlement construction. When choosing settlement location, they fully took into account the mountain forms, water resources, and the distribution of the valley plateaus. In addition, they considered the valley plateau as the key element while building the 'mountain-water-paddy fi eld-woods-village' settlement organism through the general layout design and construction. After a long-lasting evolution, the settlement space was constantly improved due to population growth, adjustments to nature, responses to wars, and communications with the Han people. 20Synthesis and mechanical and elevated temperature tribological properties of a novel high-entropy(TiVNbMoW)C_(4.375) with carbon stoichiometry deviation显示文摘High-entropy carbides are a nascent group of ceramics that are promising for high-temperature applications due to the combination of good stability,high hardness(H),high strength,and superior creep resistance that they display.Due to high melting points and low lattice diffusion coefficients,however,the high-entropy carbides are usually difficult to consolidate to a nearly full density.To cope with this challenge,herein,binary carbides including TiC,V_(8)C_(7),NbC,Mo_(2)C,and WC with different carbon stoichiometry were used to prepare dense high-entropy(TiVNbMoW)C_(4.375),and the influence of carbon vacancy on formation ability and mechanical properties of carbon-deficient high-entropy(TiVNbMoW)C_(4.375) were investigated.Intriguingly,although the starting binary carbides have different crystal structures and carbon stoichiometry,the as-prepared high-entropy material showed a rock-salt structure with a relatively high density(98.1%)and good mechanical properties with hardness of 19.4±0.4 GPa and fracture toughness(KIC)of 4.02 MPa·m^(1/2).More importantly,the high-entropy(TiVNbMoW)C_(4.375) exhibited low coefficient of friction(COF)at room temperature(RT)and 800℃.Wear rate(W)gradually increased with the temperature rising,which were attributed to the formation of low-hardness oxidation films at high temperatures to aggravate wear.At 800℃,lubricating films formed from sufficient oxidation products of V_(2)O_(5) and MoO_(3) effectively improved tribological behavior of the high-entropy(TiVNbMoW)C_(4.375).Wear mechanisms were mainly abrasive wear resulting from grain pullout and brittle fracture as well as oxidation wear generated from high-temperature reactions.These results are useful as valuable guidance and reference to the synthesis of high-entropy ceramics(HECs)for sliding parts under high-temperature serving conditions.Jicheng LI Yanchun ZHOU Yunfeng SU Shuna CHEN Qiuan SUN Hengzhong FAN Junjie SONG Litian HU Yongsheng ZHANG 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,2:0
