1The New Form of Time-Dependent Mild Slope Equation for Random Waves显示文摘The mild-slope equation derived by Berkhoff (1972), has widely been used in the numerical calculation of refraction and diffraction of regular waves. However, it is well known that the random sea waves has a significant effect in the refraction and diffraction problems. In this paper, a new form of time-dependent mild slope equation for irregular waves was derived with Fade approximation and Kubo’s time series concept. The equation was simplified using WKB method, and simple and practical irregular mild slope equation was obtained. 3Numerical simulation of the influences of sinker weight on the deformation and load of net of gravity sea cage in uniform flow显示文摘A numerical model for determining fishing net configuration and load is developed, based on the lumped masses method. The model is used to analyze the influences on the net of gravity sea cage by different sinker weights in uniform flow. The net of gravity sea cage is simulated under different current velocities and sinker weights. In order to verify the validity of the numerical results, model test results made by Lader and Enerhaug are cited and compared with the numerical ones. The results of numerical simulation agree well with the experimental ones and the agreement is within an error range of 13% under different velocities and sinker weights. The numerical results indicate that increasing the sinker weight can effectively reduce the net deformation, but the total drag force on the net will increase accordingly. 4Evaluation of the Trend Uncertainty in Summer Ozone Valley over the Tibetan Plateau in Three Reanalysis Datasets显示文摘Trend uncertainty in the ozone valley over the Tibetan Plateau(OVTP)and the South Asian high(SAH)during1979–2009 in ERA-Interim(interim reanalysis data from the ECMWF),JRA-55(55-yr reanalysis data from the Japan Meteorological Agency),and NCEP-CFSR(Climate Forecast System Reanalysis)datasets was evaluated.The results showed that the NCEP-CFSR OVTP became strong in the summers of 1979–2009,whereas it became weak according to ERA-Interim and JRA-55.Satellite data merged with TOMS(Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer)and OMI(Ozone Monitoring Instrument)agreed with the OVTP trend of NCEP-CFSR.The OVTP strengthening in NCEP-CFSR may have been caused by SAH intensification,a rising tropopause,and increasing ozone over non-TP(non-Tibetan Plateau)areas(27°–37°N,<75°E and>105°E).Analogously,the OVTP weakening in ERA-Interim and JRA-55 may have been affected by weakening SAH,descending tropopause,and decreasing non-TP ozone.Dong GUO Yucheng SU Xiuji ZHOU Jianjun XU Chunhua SHI Yu LIU Weiliang LI Zhenkun LI 2017Journal of Meteorological Research2017,31,2:13
5Statistical Characteristics of Suction Pressure Signals for a Centrifugal Pumpunder Cavitating Conditions显示文摘Centrifugal pumps are often used in operating conditions where they can be susceptible to premature failure. The cavitation phenomenon is a common fault in centrifugal pumps and is associated with undesired effects. Among the numerous cavitation detection methods, the measurement of suction pressure fluctuation is one of the most used methods to detect or diagnose the degree of cavitation in a centrifugal pump. In this paper, a closed loop was established to investigate the pump cavitation phenomenon, the statistical parameters for PDF(Probability Density Function), Variance and RMS(Root Mean Square) were used to analyze the relationship between the cavitation performance and the suction pressure signals during the development of cavitation. It is found that the statistical parameters used in this research are able to capture critical cavitation condition and cavitation breakdown condition, whereas difficult for the detection of incipient cavitation in the pump. At part-load conditions, the pressure fluctuations at the impeller inlet show more complexity than the best efficiency point(BEP). Amplitude of PDF values of suction pressure increased steeply when the flow rate dropped to 40 m^3/h(the design flow rate was 60 m^3/h). One possible reason is that the flow structure in the impeller channel promotes an increase of the cavitation intensity when the flow rate is reduced to a certain degree. 6Recent Advances of Graphitic Carbon Nitride-Based Structures and Applications in Catalyst, Sensing, Imaging, and LEDs显示文摘The graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_3N_4) which is a two-dimensional conjugated polymer has drawn broad interdisciplinary attention as a low-cost, metal-free, and visible-light-responsive photocatalyst in the area of environmental remediation. The g-C_3N_4-based materials have excellent electronic band structures, electron-rich properties, basic surface functionalities, high physicochemical stabilities and are ‘‘earth-abundant.'' This review summarizes the latest progress related to the design and construction of g-C_3N_4-based materials and their applications including catalysis, sensing,imaging, and white-light-emitting diodes. 7Study on preparation and properties of CeO_2/epoxy resin composite coating on sintered NdFeB magnet显示文摘The CeO_2/epoxy resin composite coating was deposited on NdFeB substrate by cathode electrophoresis method for enhancing the anticorrosion and anti-wear performances. The morphologies and structures were characterized by a scanning electron microscope and an X-ray diffractometer. The micro hardness of the composite coating was evaluated by a microhardness tester. The corrosive behaviors of the coatings were studied by potentiodynamic polarization curve, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and neutral salt spray tests. The concentration of CeO_2 nanoparticles(NPs) in the electrophoresis bath was optimized according to the coating structures and anticorrosion performances. The results show that CeO_2 NPs can enhance the microhardness of the composite coatings. Moreover, the nanoparticles disperse uniformly in the matrix when the concentration is lower than 30 g/L. The microhardness of CeO_2/epoxy resin(30 g/L) composite coating is about 63% higher than that of the blank epoxy resin coating. And the NSS time of the CeO_2/epoxy resin(30 g/L) composite coated sample can reach 1248 h.Meanwhile, the composite coatings possess no deteriorate influence on the magnetic properties of NdFeB substrates. 8Wave Breaking Phenomena of Irregular Waves Combined with Opposing Current显示文摘- Experimental study and theoretical analysis show that the critical value of relative wave height (H/ d)b given by Goda and the critical wave steepness (H/ L)b given by Michell and Miche can be adopted as the spilling breaking indices of regular waves. According to the same principle, a systematic theoretical analysis and experiment of irregular waves have been done by the authors in order to solve the breaking problem of irregular waves. 9A Unique Solvable Higher Order BEM for Wave Diffraction and Radiation显示文摘- For the discretization of higher order elements, this paper presents a modified integral domain method to remove the irregular frequencies inherited in the integral equation of wave diffraction and radiation from a surface-piercing body. The set of over-determined linear equations obtained from the method is modified into a normal set of linear equations by superposing a set of linear equations with zero solutions. 11The force of oblique incident wave on the breakwater with a partially perforated wall显示文摘Wave forces induced by the interaction between the oblique incident wave and the breakwater with a partially perforated front wall isinvestigated. The fluid domain is divided into two sub-domains and the eigen-function expansion method is applied to expanding ve-locity potentials in each domain. In the eigen-expansion of the velocity potential, evanescent waves are included. Numerical results ofthe present model are compared with other theories and a good agreement can be found between them. Experimental data have beencompared with the present theoretical results. The effect of the traverse wall on wave forces has been discussed in detail. 12Predicting dynamic cellular protein–RNA interactions by deep learning using in vivo RNA structures显示文摘Interactions with RNA-binding proteins(RBPs)are integral to RNA function and cellular regulation,and dynamically reflect specific cellular conditions.However,presently available tools for predicting RBP–RNA interactions employ RNA sequence and/or predicted RNA structures,and therefore do not capture their condition-dependent nature.Here,after profiling transcriptome-wide in vivo RNA secondary structures in seven cell types,we developed PrismNet,a deep learning tool that integrates experimental in vivo RNA structure data and RBP binding data for matched cells to accurately predict dynamic RBP binding in various cellular conditions.PrismNet results for 168 RBPs support its utility for both understanding CLIP-seq results and largely extending such interaction data to accurately analyze additional cell types.Further,PrismNet employs an“attention”strategy to computationally identify exact RBP-binding nucleotides,and we discovered enrichment among dynamic RBP-binding sites for structure-changing variants(riboSNitches),which can link genetic diseases with dysregulated RBP bindings.Our rich profiling data and deep learning-based prediction tool provide access to a previously inaccessible layer of cell-type-specific RBP–RNA interactions,with clear utility for understanding and treating human diseases.Lei Sun Kui Xu Wenze Huang Yucheng T.Yang Pan Li Lei Tang Tuanlin Xiong Qiangfeng Cliff Zhang 2021Cell Research2021,31,5:6
13Three-Dimensional Tidal Model and Its Application to Numerical Simulation of Water Quality in Coastal Waters显示文摘- The turbulence mechanism plays an important part in the mixing process and momentum transfer of turbulence. A three-dimensional Prandtl mixing length tidal model has been developed to simulate tidal flows and water quality. The eddy viscosities and diffusivities are computed from the Prandtl mixing length model. In order to model the water quality of an estuary or coastal area many interdependent processes need to be simulated. These may be conveniently separated into three main groups: transport and mixing processes, biochemical interaction of water quality variables and the utilization and re-cycling of nutrients by living matter. The model simulates full oxygen and nutrient balance, primary productivity and the transport, reaction mechanism and fate of pollutants over tidal time-scales. The model is applied to numerical simulation of tidal flows and water quality in Dalian Bay. 14Mechanism of local scour around submarine pipelines based on numerical simulation of turbulence model显示文摘The mechanism of local scour around submarine pipelines is studied numerically based on a renormalized group (RNG) turbulence model. To validate the numerical model, the equilibrium profiles of local scour for two cases are simulated and compared with the experimental data. It shows that the RNG turbulence model can give an appropriate prediction for the configuration of equilibrium scour hole, and it is applicable to this situation. The local scour mechanism around submarine pipelines including the flow structure, shear stress distribution and pressure field is then analyzed and compared with experiments. For further comparison and validation, especially for the flow structure, a numerical calculation employing the large eddy simulation (LES) is also conducted. The numerical results of RNG demonstrate that the critical factor governing the equilibrium profile is the seabed shear stress distribution in the case of bed load sediment transport, and the two-equation RNG turbulence model coupled with the law of wall is capable of giving a satisfying estimation for the bed shear stress. 17High detectivity photodetectors based on perovskite nanowires with suppressed surface defects显示文摘Solution-processable,single-crystalline perovskite nanowires are ideal candidates for developing low-cost photodetectors,but their detectivities are limited due to a high level of unintentional defects.Through the surfaceinitiated solution-growth method,we fabricated high-quality,single-crystalline,defects-suppressed MAPbI_(3) nanowires,which possess atomically smooth side surfaces with a surface roughness of 0.27 nm,corresponding to a carrier lifetime of 112.9 ns.By forming ohmic MAPbI_(3)∕Au contacts through the dry contact method,highperformance metal–semiconductor–metal photodetectors have been demonstrated with a record large linear dynamic range of 157 dB along with a record high detectivity of 1.2×10^(14) Jones at an illumination power density of 5.5 nW∕cm^(2).Such superior photodetector performance metrics are attributed to,first,the defects-suppressed property of the as-grown MAPbI_(3) nanowires,which leads to a quite low noise current in the dark,and second,the ohmic contact between MAPbI_(3) and Au interfaces,which gives rise to an improved responsivity compared with the Schottky contact counterpart.The realized high-performance MAPbI_(3) nanowire photodetector advances the development of low-cost photodetectors and has potential applications in weak-signal photodetection.GUOHUI LI RUI GAO YUE HAN AIPING ZHAI YUCHENG LIU YUE TIAN BINING TIAN YUYING HAO SHENGZHONG LIU YUCHENG WU YANXIA CUI 2020Photonics Research2020,8,12:4
18The normal numbers of the fuzzy systems and their classes显示文摘R-fuzzy set is defined in this paper, which is regarded as the generalization of the Zadeh fuzzy set. By means of CRI method, some fuzzy systems are constructed by suitably using several kinds of R-fuzzy sets as fuzzy inference antecedents, such as interpolation fuzzy system, Bernstein fuzzy system, Lagrange fuzzy system and Hermite fuzzy system. A notion of the normal number of the fuzzy system is defined here, we have shown that all fuzzy systems are able to be classified as three classes such as the normal fuzzy systems, the regular fuzzy systems and the singular fuzzy systems under the significance of the normal numbers of fuzzy systems. 19树突状细胞联合CIK细胞应用于晚期恶性实体瘤治疗的临床疗效观察(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of cytokine induced killer (CIK) cells in combination with dendritic cells (DCs) on advanced solid carcinoma patients. Methods: Isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 110 advanced solid tumor patients. Added granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) to adherent cells to induce DCs, and sensitized DCs with antigens of autologous tumor cells or extrinsic tumor cell lines. Cultured suspending cells with interferon-γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-2 (IL-2) and CD3 monoclonal antibody (CD3 McAb) to prepare CIK cells, then co-cultured with DCs. After analyzing the phenotype and checking tumor markers and immune function, the autologous CIK cells and DCs were transfused into the cancer patients. Results: Forty-two patients with measurable nidus, 2 achieved complete remission (CR), 9 partial remission (PR) and 15 stable disease (SD), while 37 patients with immeasurable nidus, 25 had efficient response. The tumor markers and immune function both improved significantly compared with those before treatment. 20Metabolic and Phylogenetic Profile of Bacterial Community in Guishan Coastal Water(Pearl River Estuary), South China Sea显示文摘Characteristics of a microbial community are important as they indicate the status of aquatic ecosystems. In the present study, the metabolic and phylogenetic profile of the bacterioplankton community in Guishan coastal water(Pearl River Estuary), South China Sea, at 12 sites(S1–S12) were explored by community-level physiological profiling(CLPP) with BIOLOG Eco-plate and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE). Our results showed that the core mariculture area(S6, S7 and S8) and the sites associating with human activity and sewage discharge(S11 and S12) had higher microbial metabolic capability and bacterial community diversity than others(S1–5, S9–10). Especially, the diversity index of S11 and S12 calculated from both CLPP and DGGE data(H >3.2) was higher than that of others as sewage discharge may increase water nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient. The bacterial community structure of S6, S8, S11 and S12 was greatly influenced by total phosphorous, salinity and total nitrogen. Based on DGGE fingerprinting, proteobacteria, especially γ- and α-proteobacteria, were found dominant at all sites. In conclusion, the aquaculture area and wharf had high microbial metabolic capability.
