1Thermal regimes and degradation modes of permafrost along the Qinghai-Tibet Highway显示文摘Permafrost on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (QTP) is widespread, thin, and thermally unstable. Under a warming climate during the past few decades, it has been degrading extensively with generally rising ground temperatures, the deepening of the maximum summer thaw, and with lessening of the winter frost penetration. The permafrost has degraded downward, upward and laterally. Permafrost has thinned or, in some areas, has totally disappeared. The modes of permafrost degradation have great significance in geocryology, in cold regions engineering and in cold regions environmental management. Permafrost in the interior of the QTP is well represented along the Qing-hai-Tibet Highway (QTH), which crosses the Plateau through north to south and traverses 560 km of permafrost-impacted ground. Horizontally, the degradation of permafrost occurs more visibly in the sporadic permafrost zone in the vicinity of the lower limit of permafrost (LLP), along the margins of taliks, and around permafrost islands. Downward degradation develops when the maximum depth of seasonal thaw exceeds the maximum depth of seasonal frost, and it generally results in the formation of a layered talik disconnecting the permafrost from the seasonal frost layer. The downward degrada- tion is divided into four stages: 1) initial degradation, 2) accelerated degradation, 3) layered talik and 4) finally the conversion of permafrost to seasonally frozen ground (SFG). The upward degradation occurs when the geothermal gradient in permafrost drops to less than the geothermal gradients in the underlying thawed soil layers. Three types of permafrost temperature curves (stable, degrading, and phase-changing transitory permafrost) illustrate these modes. Although strong differentiations in local conditions and permafrost types exist, the various combinations of the three degradation modes will ultimately transform permafrost into SFG. Along the QTH, the downward degradation has been proceeding at annual rates of 6 to 25 cm, upward degradation at 12 to 30 cm, and lateral degradation in the sporadic permafrost zone at 62 to 94 cm during the last quarter century. 2Thawing and freezing processes of active layer in Wudaoliang region of Tibetan Plateau显示文摘The interaction between permafrost and atmosphere is accomplished through transfer of heat and moisture in the overlay active layer. Thus, the research on the thermal and hydrodynamics of active layer during the thawing and freezing processes was considered a key to revealing the heat and moisture exchanges between permafrost and atmosphere. The monitoring and research on active layer were conducted because permafrost occupies about two thirds of the total area of the Tibetan Plateau. Based on the analysis of the ground temperature data and soil moisture data of monitoring near the Wudaoliang region of the Tibetan Plateau, the thawing and freezing processes of active layer were divided into four stages, i.e. summer thawing stage (ST), autumn freezing stage (AF), winter cooling stage (WC) and spring warming stage (SW). Coupled heat and water flow is much more complicated in ST and AF, and more amount of water is migrating in these two stages. 3Study on Biogenic Amines in Various Dry Salted Fish Consumed in China显示文摘This study was carried out to investigate the biogenic amines(BAs), physicochemical property and microorganisms in dry salted fish, a traditional aquatic food consumed in China. Forty three samples of dry salted fish were gathered from retail and wholesale markets and manufacturers, which had been produced in various regions in China. Cadaverine(CAD) and putrescine(PUT) were quantitatively the most common biogenic amines. About 14% of the samples exceeded the histamine content standards established by the FDA and/or EU. The highest histamine content was found in Silver pomfret(Pampus argenteus)(347.79 mg kg^(-1)). Five of forty three samples exceeded the acceptable content of TYR(100 mg kg^(-1)), and 23.26% of dried-salted fish contained high contents of biogenic amines(above 600 mg kg^(-1)). In addition, species, regions, pickling processes and drying methods made the physicochemical property, microorganisms and biogenic amines in dry salted fish to be different to some extents. The total plate count(TPC) was much higher than that of total halophilic bacteria in all samples. The biogenic amines, physicochemical property and microbiological counts exhibited large variations among samples. Furthermore, no significant correlation between biogenic amines and physicochemical property and TPC was observed. 7Optimization of Generator Based on Gaussian Process Regression Model with Conditional Likelihood Lower Bound Search显示文摘The noise that comes from finite element simulation often causes the model to fall into the local optimal solution and over fitting during optimization of generator.Thus,this paper proposes a Gaussian Process Regression(GPR)model based on Conditional Likelihood Lower Bound Search(CLLBS)to optimize the design of the generator,which can filter the noise in the data and search for global optimization by combining the Conditional Likelihood Lower Bound Search method.Taking the efficiency optimization of 15 kW Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor as an example.Firstly,this method uses the elementary effect analysis to choose the sensitive variables,combining the evolutionary algorithm to design the super Latin cube sampling plan;Then the generator-converter system is simulated by establishing a co-simulation platform to obtain data.A Gaussian process regression model combing the method of the conditional likelihood lower bound search is established,which combined the chi-square test to optimize the accuracy of the model globally.Secondly,after the model reaches the accuracy,the Pareto frontier is obtained through the NSGA-II algorithm by considering the maximum output torque as a constraint.Last,the constrained optimization is transformed into an unconstrained optimizing problem by introducing maximum constrained improvement expectation(CEI)optimization method based on the re-interpolation model,which cross-validated the optimization results of the Gaussian process regression model.The above method increase the efficiency of generator by 0.76%and 0.5%respectively;And this method can be used for rapid modeling and multi-objective optimization of generator systems.Xiao Liu Pingting Lin Fan Bu Shaoling Zhuang Shoudao Huang 2024CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2024,8,1:0
8Community Authenticity Experience of Shared Accommodation Consumers显示文摘By constructing a research framework of theoretical concepts such as leisure involvement, authenticity experience, place attachment, and willingness to revisit, the aim is to explore the authenticity experience and its influencing mechanisms in shared accommodation consumption. Research data are collected by using questionnaire survey method, and statistical analysis of data is conducted using SPSS 21.0. Research has found that leisure involvement has a significant positive impact on authenticity experience, place attachment, and willingness to revisit;authenticity experience has a significant positive impact on place attachment and willingness to revisit;place attachment has a significant positive impact on willingness to revisit. 9PbrRALF2-elicited reactive oxygen species signaling is mediated by the PbrCrRLK1L13-PbrMPK18 module in pear pollen tubes显示文摘Rapid alkalinization factors(RALFs)are cysteine-rich peptides that play important roles in a variety of biological processes,such as cell elongation and immune signaling.Recent studies in Arabidopsis have shown that RALFs regulate pollen tube growth via plasma membrane receptor-like kinases(RLKs).However,the downstream signal transduction mechanisms of RLKs in pollen tubes are unknown.Here,we identified PbrRALF2,a pear(Pyrus bretschneideri)pollen RALF peptide that inhibits pollen tube growth.We found that PbrRALF2 interacts with a malectin-like domain-containing RLK,PbrCrRLK1L13.The relative affinity between PbrRALF2 and PbrCrRLK1L13 was at the submicromolar level,which is consistent with the values of ligand–receptor kinase pairs and the physiological concentration for PbrRALF2-mediated inhibition of pollen tube growth.After binding to its extracellular domain,PbrRALF2 activated the phosphorylation of PbrCrRLK1L13 in a dose-dependent manner.We further showed that the MAP kinase PbrMPK18 is a downstream target of PbrCrRLK1L13 that mediates PbrRALF2-elicited reactive oxygen species(ROS)production.The excessive accumulation of ROS inhibits pollen tube growth.We show that MPK acts as a mediator for CrRLK1L to stimulate ROS production,which might represent a general mechanism by which RALF and CrRLK1L function in signaling pathways.Xiaobing Kou Jiangmei Sun Peng Wang Danqi Wang Peng Cao Jing Lin Youhong Chang Shaoling Zhang Juyou Wu 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:0
10Discussion on the Correlative Problem of Maneuverability Model Test for Vessels with Large Scale显示文摘It is well known that model test is one of approaches to investigate the maneuverability of vessels and the correlative method is an important problem of model test for vessels with large scale.
