1Magma mixing of granites at Lianghe:In-situ zircon analysis for trace elements, U-Pb ages and Hf isotopes显示文摘In this paper, we report an integrated study of trace element, U-Pb age and Hf isotopic composition of zircons from alkali feldspar granites, granodiorites and diorite enclaves in a recently discovered ring complex at Lianghe in western Yunnan, Chi na. The granitoids showed identical U-Pb ages of 127, 115 and 122 Ma, from felsic to mafic, but had different zircon trace el ements and Hf isotopic compositions. Trace element content decreased with a gradual increase in εHf(t) values of ?9.1 to ?5.4, ?4.5 to 0, and 3.6 to 6.2, respectively. Results indicate that changes in zircon trace elements generally correlate with changes in Hf isotope signatures within single samples and among various granitoids. These relationships reflect the mixing of felsic and mafic magmas. Evidence indicates that depleted mantle-derived mafic magma underplating caused ancient crustal melting, and then formed large-scale granites in Lianghe during the Early Cretaceous. 3Protonation induced high-T_c phases in iron-based superconductors evidenced by NMR and magnetization measurements显示文摘Chemical substitution during growth is a well-established method to manipulate electronic states of quantum materials, and leads to rich spectra of phase diagrams in cuprate and iron-based superconductors. Here we report a novel and generic strategy to achieve nonvolatile electron doping in series of(i.e.11 and 122 structures) Fe-based superconductors by ionic liquid gating induced protonation at room temperature. Accumulation of protons in bulk compounds induces superconductivity in the parent compounds, and enhances the Tclargely in some superconducting ones. Furthermore, the existence of proton in the lattice enables the first proton nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) study to probe directly superconductivity. Using Fe S as a model system, our NMR study reveals an emergent high-Tcphase with no coherence peak which is hard to measure by NMR with other isotopes. 4Association of human leukocyte antigen-DR-DQ-DP haplotypes with the risk of hepatitis B virus-related hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Aim:Genetic polymorphisms of human leukocyte antigen(HLA)class II molecules are associated with chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.We aimed to investigate the impacts of HLA-II haplotypes on viral evolution and the risks of HBV-caused liver diseases.Methods:HLA-DR-DQ-DP haplotypes were estimated in 1210 healthy controls,296 HBV clearance subjects,301 asymptomatic hepatitis B surface antigen carriers,770 chronic hepatitis B patients,443 HBV-related liver cirrhosis(LC)patients,and 1037 HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients.HBV mutations were determined by sequencing.The associations of HLA-DR-DQ-DP haplotypes with viral mutations and the risks of liver diseases were assessed by multivariate logistic regression.Results:Compared to HBV-free subjects,the haplotypes CCAACG,CCGACG,TCAATA,and TCGATA were associated with decreased HCC risk,with an odds ratio(OR)[95%confidence interval(CI)]of 0.62(0.40-0.95),0.60(0.39-0.92),0.73(0.54-0.98),and 0.58(0.42-0.78),respectively.CCAACG,CCGACG,and TCAATA were significantly associated with decreased frequencies of the HCC-risk HBV mutations:preS1 deletion,APOBECsignature HBV mutations in the core promoter and preS regions,A51C/T,G104C/T,and G146C/T.TCGATA and TTAACG were associated with increased LC risk,with an OR(95%CI)of 1.54(1.03-2.30)and 2.23(1.50-3.33),respectively.However,TCGATA and TTAACG were not consistently associated with the cirrhosis-risk HBV mutations.Conclusion:CCAACG,CCGACG,and TCAATA are inversely associated with HCC risk,possibly because they are involved in creating an immune microenvironment attenuating the generation of HCC-risk HBV mutations.TCGATA and TTAACG might predispose the polarity of immunity towards Th17 isotype related to LC.Yifan Chen Jiansheng Lin Yang Deng Wenbin Liu Zishuai Li Xinyu Zhou Shiliang Cai Rui Pu Jianhua Yin Xiaojie Tan Jun Zhao Xue Han Guangwen Cao 2022Hepatoma Research2022,8,1:2

7Effect of super-chilling storage on maintenance of quality and freshness of the Pacific oyster(Crassostrea gigas)显示文摘The quality changes of shelled Pacific oysters(Crassostrea gigas)were examined in relation to the effects of superchilling storage at-1 C for 28 d by measuring changes in biochemical properties(microbial analysis,adenosine triphosphate(ATP)-related compounds,pH,free amino acids)and sensory evaluations in this study.The results indicated that microorganism growth was significantly inhibited during superchilling storage.Adenosine diphosphate(ADP)and adenosine monophosphate(AMP)accumulated while ATP rapidly decreased in the adductor muscle.ATP and ADP were the primary components in the other 3 tissues including mantle,gill,and body trunk of oysters,and they remained relatively stable over time.The pH and adenylate energy charge in the adductor muscle could be utilized as freshness indicators for shelled oysters.However,there were no significant differences(P>0.05)among the free amino acids during whole storage.According to the sensory evalu-ations,oysters could be alive and tolerated up to 21 d at-1℃storage.The study demonstrated that superchilling storage at-1℃could better maintain the eating quality of shelled oysters and the shelf life was extended to 21 d.Shiliang Dong Yabin Niu Huamao Wei Yumeng Lin Xin Lu Tetsuro Yamashita Kefeng Yu Koichi Takaki Chunhong Yuan 2023Food Quality and Safety2023,7,2:0

9Anisotropic magnetoelastic response in the magnetic Weyl semimetal Co_(3)Sn_(2)S_(2)显示文摘Co_(3)Sn_(2)S_(2) is a recently identified magnetic Weyl semimetal in Shandite compounds. Upon cooling, Co_(3)Sn_(2)S_(2) undergoes a ferromagnetic transition with c-axis polarized moments(0.3 μ_(B)/Co) around T_(C)= 175 K, followed by another magnetic anomaly around T_(A)≈ 140 K. A large intrinsic anomalous Hall effect is observed in the magnetic state below TC with a maximum of anomalous Hall angle near T_(A). Here, we report an elastic neutron scattering on the crystalline lattice of Co_(3)Sn_(2)S_(2) in a magnetic field up to 10 T. A strongly anisotropic magnetoelastic response is observed, while only a slight enhancement of the Bragg peaks is observed when B//c. The in-plane magnetic field(B//ab) dramatically suppresses the Bragg peak intensity probably by tilting the moments and lattice toward the external field direction. The in-plane magnetoelastic response commences from T_(C), and as it is further strengthened below T_(A), it becomes nonmonotonic against the field between T_(A) and T_(C) because of the competition from another in-plane magnetic order. 10Experimental research on influence mechanism of loading rates on rock pressure stimulated currents显示文摘The study of pressure stimulated current(PSC)changes of rocks is significant to monitor dynamic disasters in mines and rock masses.The existing studies focus on change laws and mechanism of currents generated under the loading of rocks.An electrical and mechanics test system was established in this paper to explore the impacts of loading rates on PSCs.The results indicated that PSC curves of different rocks had different change laws under low/high loading rates.When the loading rate was relatively low,PSC curves firstly changed gently and then increased exponentially.Under high loading rates,PSC curves experienced the rapid increase stage,gentle increase stage and sudden change stage.The compressive strength could greatly affect the peak PSC in case of rock failure.The loading rate was a key factor in average PSC.Under low loading rates,the variations of PSCs conformed to the damage charge model of fracture mechanics,while they did not at the fracture moment.Under high loading rates,the PSCs at low stress didn’t fit the model due to the stress impact effects.The experimental results could provide theoretical basis for the influence of loading rates on PSCs.Min Li Zhijun Lin Shiliang Shi Deming Wang Yi Lu He Li Qing Ye Xiaonan Zhang 2023International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2023,33,2:0
11Spin excitations and spin wave gap in the ferromagnetic Weyl semimetal Co3Sn2S2显示文摘We report a comprehensive neutron scattering study on the spin excitations in the magnetic Weyl semimetal Co3Sn2S2 with a quasi-two-dimensional structure.Both in-plane and out-of-plane dispersions of the spin waves were revealed in the ferromagnetic state.Similarly,dispersive but damped spin excitations were found in the paramagnetic state.The effective exchange interactions were estimated using a semi-classical Heisenberg model to consistently reproduce the experimental TCand spin stiffness.However,a full spin wave gap below Eg=2.3 meV was observed at T=4 K.This value was considerably larger than the estimated magnetic anisotropy energy(~0.6 meV),and its temperature dependence indicated a significant contribution from the Weyl fermions.These results suggest that Co3Sn2S2 is a three-dimensional correlated system with a large spin stiffness,and the low-energy spin dynamics can interplay with the topological electron states.Chang Liu JianLei Shen JiaCheng Gao ChangJiang Yi Di Liu Tao Xie Lin Yang Sergey Danilkin GuoChu Deng WenHong Wang ShiLiang Li YouGuo Shi HongMing Weng EnKe Liu HuiQian Luo 2021Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2021,64,1:0
12Broadband NIR-emitting Te cluster-doped glass for smart light source towards night-vision and NIR spectroscopy applications显示文摘Broadband near-infrared(NIR)-emitting materials are crucial components of the next generation of smart NIR light sources based on blue light-emitting diodes(LEDs). Here, we report a Te cluster-doped borate glass, which exhibits ultra-broadband emission around 980 nm with a full-width at half-maximum(FWHM) of 306 nm under blue light excitation. We propose adjustments of glass chemistry and processing condition as a means for topochemical tailoring of the NIR photoemission characteristics in such materials. Through implementing strongly reducing conditions during glass melting, Te clusters with broad NIR photoluminescence can be generated and stabilized once the melt is vitrified to the glassy state. Tunability of the NIR emission peak over the wavelength range of 904 to 1026 nm is possible in this way, allowing for fine adjustments of spectral properties relative to the stretching vibrations of common chemical bonds, for example, in water, proteins, and fats. This potentially enables high sensitivity in NIR spectroscopy.
