1The current status, threats and protection way of Sanjiang Plain wetland, Northeast China显示文摘The Sanjiang Plain is a vast area of alluvial floodplains and low hills in northeast Heilongjiang Province. It is the largest tract of wetlands in China and East Asia outside of Siberia. 28 wetland nature reserves exist on the Sanjiang Plain, and three of them have been listed as wetlands of international importance to water bird conservation by the Ramsar Convention Bureau. The wetlands of Sanjiang Plain are noteworthy for its rich biodiversity, but they continue to decline in area and deteriorate in quality currently. The main threats or constrains, immediate cause, root cause and required response are analyzed in this paper, and the four aspects opinion such as improvement of watershed management, enhancement of protection and restoration of habitats and biodiversity, alternative livelihoods of rural residents living in and near natural wetland reserve, and reinforcement of capacity building of natural reserves are brought forward as the effective measures for the Sanjiang Plain wetland protection.ZHOUZhi-qiang LIUTong 2005Journal of Forestry Research2005,16,2:12

3Natural Mongolian Pine Forests in the Great Xing'an Mountains,Northeast China显示文摘Based upon 134 rel関es, the vegetation of the forests with Mongolian pine (Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica) of the Great Xingan Mountains in the northeast China was classified into 3 communities, 7 types and 4 subtypes by numerical cluster analysis. 1) The Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica-Populus davidiana-community was found on relatively dry sites. It was subdivided into a Quercus mongolica-type, consisting of a Adenophora tetraphylla subtype, a Pulsatilla dahurica subtype, and a pure type; 2) The Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica-Rhododendron dauricum-community occurred on medium dry sites. It included a Calamagrostis angustifolia type, consisting of a Cladonia arbuscula subtype, a pure subtype, and a Rubus idaeus-type; 3) The Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica-Ledum palustre-community was found on periodically wet sites. 5Immunogenicity of recombinant fowl-pox virus co-expressing structural protein precursor P1-2A and proteinase 3C of FMDV显示文摘Two recombinant plasmids, pUTA2P1 and pUTAL3CP1, were constructed by inserting structural pro-tein precursor P1-2A and proteinase 3C of foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) into fowl-pox virus (FPV) recombi-nant vectors pUTA-2 and pUTA-16-LacZ respectively, and two recombinant FPVs (vUTA2P1 and vUTAL3CP1) screened by the RT-PCR, IFA assay and Western blotting assay were obtained successfully. Mice injected respectively with rFPVs were induced high level specific anti-FMDV an-tibodies, increasing of T subtypes, and higher cytotoxicities of splenocytes than those of control groups. 8Predicting vehicle fuel consumption patterns using floating vehicle data显示文摘The status of energy consumption and air pollution in China is serious. It is important to analyze and predict the different fuel consumption of various types of vehicles under different influence factors. In order to fully describe the relationship between fuel consumption and the impact factors, massive amounts of floating vehicle data were used.The fuel consumption pattern and congestion pattern based on large samples of historical floating vehicle data were explored, drivers' information and vehicles' parameters from different group classification were probed, and the average velocity and average fuel consumption in the temporal dimension and spatial dimension were analyzed respectively.The fuel consumption forecasting model was established by using a Back Propagation Neural Network. 9Exploration of Influential People for Viral Marketing显示文摘Exploration of influential people is really a hot issue for effective viral marketing these days. Prior studies overlooked to consider the influence of interaction between users and the authority of users during information dissemination. In this article, we proposed an innovative concept by employing communication strength and authority in order to explore the influential people. First, we calculated communication strength by three kinds of actions including retweets, comments and mentions. Second, we deliberated authority metric by employing total times getting re-tweeted, number of tweets and followers of a user. Then, we propose a novel algorithm called Influential People Label Propagation Algorithm(IPLPA) that considers the proposed metric to explore the influential people in micro-blog networks. We performed extensive experiments to measure the influence and rank of each person within micro-blog network. The comparative study presents that IPLPA depicted effective people while baseline algorithms retrieved low influenced people at top rank. Additionally, influence dissemination also measured for obtained influential people in order to validate proposed concept. 10Breast Tumor Computer-Aided Detection System Based on Magnetic Resonance Imaging Using Convolutional Neural Network显示文摘Background:The main cause of breast cancer is the deterioration of malignant tumor cells in breast tissue.Early diagnosis of tumors has become the most effective way to prevent breast cancer.Method:For distinguishing between tumor and non-tumor in MRI,a new type of computer-aided detection CAD system for breast tumors is designed in this paper.The CAD system was constructed using three networks,namely,the VGG16,Inception V3,and ResNet50.Then,the influence of the convolutional neural network second migration on the experimental results was further explored in the VGG16 system.Result:CAD system built based on VGG16,Inception V3,and ResNet50 has higher performance than mainstream CAD systems.Among them,the system built based on VGG16 and ResNet50 has outstanding performance.We further explore the impact of the secondary migration on the experimental results in the VGG16 system,and these results show that the migration can improve system performance of the proposed framework.Conclusion:The accuracy of CNN represented by VGG16 is as high as 91.25%,which is more accurate than traditional machine learningmodels.The F1 score of the three basic networks that join the secondary migration is close to 1.0,and the performance of the VGG16-based breast tumor CAD system is higher than Inception V3,and ResNet50.Jing Lu Yan Wu Mingyan Hu Yao Xiong Yapeng Zhou Ziliang Zhao Liutong Shang 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,1:1

15Identification and characterization of multipotential stem cells in immortalized normal ovarian surface epithelial cells显示文摘The ovarian surface epithelium(OsE)is a single layer of squamous-to-cuboidal epithelial cells that experience repetitive ovulatory rupture and subsequent repair.However,the characteristics of human immortalized ovarian surface epithelial cells(IOSE80)remain elusive.This study aims to determine whether IOSE80 cells have the characteristics of stem cell proliferation and multilineage differentiation and their application in regenerative medicine.IOsE80 cells are sequenced by high-throughput transcriptome analysis,and 5 sets of public data are used to compare the differences between IosE8o cells and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,pluripotent stem cells,and oocytes in transcriptome profiling.The IOsE80 cells present a cobblestone-like monolayer and express the epithelial cell marker KRT18;the stem cell markers IFITM3,ALDH1A1,and VIM;lowly express stem cell marker LGR5 and germ cell markers DDX4 and DAZL.In addition,the GO terms'regulation of stem cell proliferation','epithelial cell proliferation',etc.,are significantly enriched(P<0.05).IOSE80 cells have the potential to act as mesenchymal stem cells to differentiate into adipocytes with lipid droplets,osteoblasts,and chondroblasts in vitro.IOSE80 cells express pluripotent stem cell markers,including OCT4,SSEA4,TRA-1-60,and TRA-1-81,and they can be induced into three germ layers in vitro.IOSE80 cells also form oocyte-like cells in vitro and in vivo.In addition,IOSE80 cells exhibit robust proliferation,migration,and ovarian repair functions after in vivo transplantation.This study de-monstrates that losE8o cells have the characteristics of pluripotent/multipotent stem cells,indicating their im-portant role in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.Lin Hou Hanqing Hong Wenjiao Cao Liutong Wei Lichun Weng Shuang Yuan Chengqi Xiao Qiuwan Zhang Qian Wang Dongmei Lai 2024Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2024,56,2:0
16Xin'anjiang Nested Experimental Watershed(XAJ-NEW)for Understanding Multiscale Water Cycle:Scientific Objectives and Experimental Design显示文摘This paper presents the background,scientific objectives,experimental design,and preliminary achievements of the Xin’anjiang nested experimental watershed(XAJ-NEW),implemented in 2017 in eastern China,which has a subtropical humid monsoon climate and a total area of 2674 km2.The scientific objectives of the XAJ-NEW include building a comprehensive,multiscale,and nested hydrometeorological monitoring and experimental program,strengthening the observation of the water cycle,discovering the spatiotemporal scaling effects of hydrological processes,and revealing the mechanisms controlling runoff generation and partitioning in a typical humid,hilly area.After two years of operation,preliminary results indicated scale-dependent variability in key hydrometeorological processes and variables such as precipitation,runoff,groundwater,and soil moisture.The effects of canopy interception and runoff partitioning between the surface and subsurface were also identified.Continuous operation of this program can further reveal the mechanisms controlling runoff generation and partitioning,discover the spatiotemporal scaling effects of hydrological processes,and understand the impacts of climate change on hydrological processes.These findings provide new insights into understanding multi scale hydrological processes and their responses to meteorological forcings,improving model parameterization schemes,and enhancing weather and climate forecast skills.Ke Zhang Yunping Li Zhongbo Yu Tao Yang Junzeng Xu Lijun Chao Jin Ni Liutong Wang Yun Gao Yuzhong Hu Zuoding Lin 2022Engineering2022,,11:0
17Flash Flood Risk Assessment and Driving Factors:A Case Study of the Yantanxi River Basin,Southeastern China显示文摘In the context of climate change,the impact of extreme precipitation and its chain effects has intensified in the southeastern coastal region of China,posing a serious threat to the socioeconomic development in the region.This study took tropical cyclones–extreme precipitation–flash floods as an example to carry out a risk assessment of flash floods under climate change in the Yantanxi River Basin,southeastern China.To obtain the flash flood inundation characteristics through hydrologic–hydrodynamic modeling,the study combined representative concentration pathway(RCP)and shared socioeconomic pathway(SSP)scenarios to examine the change of flash flood risk and used the geographical detector to explore the driving factors behind the change.The results show that flash flood risk in the Yantanxi River Basin will significantly increase,and that socioeconomic factors and precipitation are the main driving forces.Under the RCP4.5-SSP2 and RCP8.5-SSP5 scenarios,the risk of flash floods is expected to increase by 88.79%and 95.57%,respectively.The main drivers in the case study area are GDP density(q=0.85),process rainfall(q=0.74),asset density(q=0.68),and population density(q=0.67).The study highlights the influence of socioeconomic factors on the change of flash flood disaster risk in small river basins.Our findings also provide a reference for regional planning and construction of flood control facilities in flash flood-prone areas,which may help to reduce the risk of flash floods.Liutong Chen Zhengtao Yan Qian Li Yingjun Xu 2022International Journal of Disaster Risk Science2022,13,2:0
