1The Impacts of Mosquito Density and Meteorological Factors on Dengue Fever Epidemics in Guangzhou, China, 2006-2014: a Time-series Analysis显示文摘Objective To explore the associations between the monthly number of dengue fever(DF) cases and possible risk factors in Guangzhou, a subtropical city of China. Methods The monthly number of DF cases, Breteau Index(BI), and meteorological measures during 2006-2014 recorded in Guangzhou, China, were assessed. A negative binomial regression model was used to evaluate the relationships between BI, meteorological factors, and the monthly number of DF cases. Results A total of 39,697 DF cases were detected in Guangzhou during the study period. DF incidence presented an obvious seasonal pattern, with most cases occurring from June to November. The current month's BI, average temperature(Tave), previous month's minimum temperature(Tmin), and Tave were positively associated with DF incidence. A threshold of 18.25 °C was found in the relationship between the current month's Tmin and DF incidence. Conclusion Mosquito density, Tave, and Tmin play a critical role in DF transmission in Guangzhou. 3Study of Static Adsorption Capacity of ACF for Xenon at 201 K显示文摘The static adsorption performances of a series of active carbon fiber(ACF)for xenon at 201 K were measured with a model ASAP2010M specific surface area and aperture distribution instrument by changing the working gas of instrument from N 2 to Xenon. 6Highly efficient generation of GGTA1 knockout pigs using a combination of TALEN m RNA and magnetic beads with somatic cell nuclear transfer显示文摘The transcription activator-like effector nuclease(TALEN) technique combined with the somatic cell nuclear transfer(SCNT) method has been successfully applied for creating genetically modified pigs. However, methods for isolating cells with biallelic indels requires further improvement because of the relatively low enrichment efficiency of mutated somatic cells. Moreover, little is known regarding the off-target effects of the TALEN system and the heredity of TALEN-modified pigs. In this study, an efficient method to increase the enrichment efficiency of TALEN-mediated biallelic knockout(KO) cells was established, and corresponding genetically modified pigs with the expected genotype were generated whose off-target effect, fertility and heredity characteristics were aslo evaluated. Two TALEN pairs were constructed to target the porcine α-1,3-galactosyltransferase(GGTA1) gene locus. TALEN m RNA was transfected into the ear fibroblasts followed by the enrichment of α-Gal null cells of minipigs using isolectin B4(IB4) lectin and m agnetic beads. A total of 115 cell c olonies were formed and validated to be GGTA1 KO cells by sequencing and 10 biallelic KO cell colonies were used as nuclear donors for SCNT. Thirty GGTA1 biallelic KO piglets were successfully delivered and grew normally. Seventeen potential off-target sites were investigated, and no off-target events were detected in the live piglets. To determine t he fertility and heredity characteristics of TALEN-modified pigs, 10 mature founders w ere mated with each other and the mutations were determined to be transmitted to the F1 piglets. 10Superplastic deformation behavior of Mg alloys: A-review显示文摘The magnesium alloys are the next-generation lightweight metal materials;however, the production of the complex shape components of thermo-mechanical processed magnesium alloys is very limited in comparison to their die-casted counterparts. Both high strain rate and low-temperature processing are required to save time and cost for the project. Uniaxial tensile testing has been vastly used for determining the plasticity of magnesium alloys at elevated temperatures. Therefore, this review article sheds light on superplastic behaviors under the uniaxial tensile loading of different magnesium alloys. This review also emphasizes low and high-temperature superplasticity, high strain rate superplasticity, deformation mechanism, thermal stability, texture evaluation, and fracture mechanism of extruded/rolled and severe plastic deformed magnesium alloys. 13Equivalency and unbiasedness of grey prediction models显示文摘In order to deeply research the structure discrepancy and modeling mechanism among different grey prediction models, the equivalence and unbiasedness of grey prediction models are analyzed and verified. The results show that all the grey prediction models that are strictly derived from x(0)(k) +az(1)(k) = b have the identical model structure and simulation precision. Moreover, the unbiased simulation for the homogeneous exponential sequence can be accomplished. However, the models derived from dx(1)/dt + ax(1)= b are only close to those derived from x(0)(k) + az(1)(k) = b provided that |a| has to satisfy|a| < 0.1; neither could the unbiased simulation for the homogeneous exponential sequence be achieved. 18A multiphase sodium vanadium phosphate cathode material for high-rate sodium-ion batteries显示文摘The unsatisfactory rate capability and poor cycling stability at high rate of sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) have impeded their practical applications. Herein, a Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/Na_(3)V_(3)(PO_(4))_(4) multiphase cathode materials for high-rate and long cycling SIBs was successfully synthesized by regulation the stoichiometric ratio of raw materials. The combined experiment and simulation results show that the multiphase materials consisted of NASICON structural phase Na3V2(PO4)3 and layered structure phase Na_(3)V_(3)(PO_(4))_(4), possess abundant phase boundaries. Electrochemical experiments demonstrate that the multiphase materials maintain a remarkable reversible capacity of 69.0 mA h g^(-1) even at an ultrahigh current density of 100 C with a high capacity retention of 81.25 % even after 10,000 cycles. Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/Na_(3)V_(3)(PO_(4))_(4) electrode exhibits a higher working voltage, superior rate capability and better cycling stability than Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3) electrode, which indicates that the introduction of second phase can be an effective strategy for the development of novel cathode materials for SIBs.Chuan Wang Hai Long Lijiao Zhou Chao Shen Wei Tang Xiaodong Wang Bingbing Tian Le Shao Zhanyuan Tian Haijun Su Keyu Xie 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,7:1
