1A NON-PARAMETER BAYESIAN CLASSIFIER FOR FACE RECOGNITION显示文摘A non-parameter Bayesian classifier based on Kernel Density Estimation (KDE)is presented for face recognition, which can be regarded as a weighted Nearest Neighbor (NN)classifier in formation. The class conditional density is estimated by KDE and the bandwidthof the kernel function is estimated by Expectation Maximum (EM) algorithm. Two subspaceanalysis methods-linear Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Kernel-based PCA (KPCA)are respectively used to extract features, and the proposed method is compared with ProbabilisticReasoning Models (PRM), Nearest Center (NC) and NN classifiers which are widely used in facerecognition systems. 2Chloroplast genomic diversity in Bulbophyllum section Macrocaulia(Orchidaceae,Epidendroideae,Malaxideae):Insights into species divergence and adaptive evolution显示文摘Bulbophyllum is the largest genus in Orchidaceae with a pan tropical distribution.Due to highly significant diversifications,it is considered to be one of the most taxonomically and phylogenetically complex taxa.The diversification pattern and evolutionary adaptation of chloroplast genomes are poorly understood in this species-rich genus,and suitable molecular markers are necessary for species determination and phylogenetic analysis.A natural Asian section Macrocaulia was selected to estimate the interspecific divergence of chloroplast genomes in this study.Here,we sequenced the complete chloroplast genome of four Bulbophyllum species,including three species from section Macrocaulia.The four chloroplast genomes had a typical quadripartite structure with a genome size ranged from 156,182 to 158,524 bp.The chloroplast genomes included 113 unique genes encoding 79 proteins,30 tRNAs and 4 rRNAs.Comparison of the four chloroplast genomes showed that the three species from section Macrocaulia had similar structure and gene contents,and shared a number of indels,which mainly contribute to its monophyly.In addition,interspecific divergence level was also great.Several exclusive indels and polymorphism SSR loci might be used for taxonomical identification and determining interspecific polymorphisms.A total of 20 intergenic regions and three coding genes of the most variable hotspot regions were proposed as candidate effective molecular markers for future phylogenetic relationships at different taxonomical levels and species divergence in Bulbophyllum.All of chloroplast genes in four Bulbophyllum species were under purifying selection,while 13 sites within six genes exhibited sitespecific selection.A whole chloroplast genome phylogenetic analysis based on Maximum Likelihood,Bayesian and Parsimony methods all supported the monophyly of section Macrocaulia and the genus of Bulbophyllum.Our findings provide valuable molecular markers to use in accurately identifying species,clarifying taxonomy,and resolving the phylogeny and evolution of the genus Bulbophyllum.The molecular markers developed in this study will also contribute to further research of conservation of Bulbophyllum species.Hanqing Tang Lu Tang Shicheng Shao Yulan Peng Lu Li Yan Luo 2021Plant Diversity2021,43,5:3

4Double Position Servo Synchronous Drive System Based on Cross-Coupling Integrated Feedforward Control for Broacher显示文摘Synchronization errors directly deteriorate the machining accuracy of metal parts and the existed method cannot keep high synchronization precision because of external disturbances. A new double position servo synchronous driving scheme based on semi-closed-loop crosscoupling integrated feedforward control is proposed. The scheme comprises a position error cross-coupling feedforward control and a load torque identification with feedforward control. A digital integrated simulation system for the dual servo synchronous drive system is established.Using a 20 t servo broacher, performance analysis of the scheme is conducted based on this simulation system and the simulation results show that systems with traditional parallel or single control have problems when the worktable works with an unbalanced load. However, the system with proposed scheme shows good synchronous performance and positional accuracy. Broaching tests are performed and the experimental results show that the maximum dual axis synchronization error of the system is only 8 μm during acceleration and deceleration processes and the error between the actual running position and the given position is almost zero. 17Aqueous synthesis of 79%efficient AgInGaS/ZnS quantum dots for extremely high color rendering white light-emitting diodes显示文摘Over the past few decades,I-III-VI quantum dots(QDs)have attracted considerable attention due to their large Stokes shifts,good eco-friendliness,and wide tunable emissions.In this work,a facile microwave-assisted aqueous route using glutathione(GSH)and citric acid(CA)as dual stabilizers is introduced to synthesize AgInGaS/ZnS(AIGS/ZnS)core/shell QDs.An exceptional photoluminescence quantum yield(PL QY)as high as 79%is successfully achieved,boosting the best performance of water-dispersible AIGS QDs.By varying the Ag/Ga ratio,the PL peak wavelength can be tuned from 547 to 616 nm,and luminescent hydrogel films with different colors are obtained by embedding AIGS/ZnS QDs in polyacrylamide/poly-vinyl alcohol(PAAm/PVA)hydrogels.The white light-emitting diode(WLED)with a high color rendering index(CRI)of 92.1(R_(9)=92.0)and a correlated color temperature(CCT)of 3022 K is fabricated using QDs-PAAm/PVA hydrogel films in combination with a blue InGaN LED chip,indicating that the as-prepared QDs are competitive color-conversion materials for WLEDs.Zhe Hu Hanxu Lu Wenjie Zhou Jinxin Wei Hanqing Dai b Hong Liu Zhiyong Xiong Fengxian Xie Wanlu Zhang Ruiqian Guo 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,3:1
