2Fabrication of superstable gold nanorod-carbon nanocapsule as a molecule loading material显示文摘In this work, we fabricated a monodisperse nanocomposite by coating gold nanorods(Au NRs) with a layer of biocompatible, stable carbon, obtaining Au NR@Carbon core–shell nanocapsules, which without any functionalization could be used as a molecule loading material due to its high surface areas. In this system, the Au NR core had a high-absorption cross section for conversion of near-infrared light to heat, which could be explored for local hyperthermia. The carbon shell, which was biocompatible and stable even under concentrated acidic and alkaline conditions, was able to adsorb molecules with p–p interactions or electrostatic interactions. 4miR-103-3p regulates the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in myelodysplastic syndrome显示文摘The pathogenesis of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS)may be related to the abnormal expression of microRNAs(miRNAs),which could influence the differentiation capacity of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)towards adipogenic and osteogenic lineages.In this study,exosomes from bone marrow plasma were successfully extracted and identified.Assessment of miR-103-3p expression in exosomes isolated from BM in 34 MDS patients and 10 controls revealed its 0.52-fold downregulation in patients with MDS compared with controls(NOR)and was downregulated 0.55-fold in MDS-MSCs compared with NOR-MSCs.Transfection of MDS-MSCs with the miR-103-3p mimic improved osteogenic differentiation and decreased adipogenic differentiation in vitro,while inhibition of miR-103-3p showed the opposite results in NOR-MSCs.Thus,the expression of miR-103-3p decreases in MDS BM plasma and MDS-MSCs,significantly impacting MDS-MSCs differentiation.The miR-103-3p mimics may boost MDS-MSCs osteogenic differentiation while weakening lipid differentiation,thereby providing possible target for the treatment of MDS pathogenesis.NINGYU LI XIAOFANG CHEN SUXIA GENG PEILONG LAI LISI HUANG MINMING LI XIN HUANG CHENGXIN DENG YULIAN WANG JIANYU WENG XIN DU 2023BIOCELL2023,47,1:0
5Density Functional Theoretical Study of 5 ,5 '-Azotetrazolate Nonmetallic Salts显示文摘The structures, infrared spectra and cation stability of seven 5,5′-azotetrazolate nonmetallic salts are investigated by using B3LYP method with 6-311+G (d) basis set. The salts are guanidinium (GZT), aminoguanidinium (AGZT), diaminoguanidinium (DAGZT), triaminoguanidinium (TAGZT), azidoformamidinium (AFZT), ammonium (AZT), and hydrazinium (HZT), respectively. The calculated results indicate that the carbon and nitrogen atoms of the cations in seven nonmetallic salts are characterized to be sp2 hybrid atoms, and the ranges of characteristic absorption peaks in IR spectra of the seven nonmetallic salts are approximative consistent. 6Development of a Detection Method for Assaying Calf Intestine Alkaline Phosphatase Activity显示文摘[Objective]This study was to develop a detection method for assaying calf intestine alkaline phosphatase activity in scientific research. [Method]By simulating the conditions and buffers for assaying calf intestine alkaline phosphatase used in the scientific research,the parameters influencing substrate concentration,reaction duration,coloration time and buffer p H were optimized. [Result]The activity of alkaline phosphatase detected varied hugely among different buffers,and potassium ferricyanide solution added with boracic acid achieved the stable coloration. The optimal water bath time was determined as 10 min,and the substrate concentration was optimized as 0. 04 mol / L. The increasing temperature did not have a large influence on low temperature enzymatic activity while did on high concentration enzymatic activity. When the buffer p H was 7. 0- 8. 0,the detection stability of alkaline phosphatase could be maintained well. The ion intensity of buffer had little effects on alkaline phosphatase activity.
