2Lamella Multiple Grained Structure Making 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel with Superior Strength and Ductility显示文摘We demonstrate a 2205 duplex stainless steel(DSS)synthesized by aluminothermic reaction and followed two-step rolling which had a superior yield strength of 863 MPa,ultimate tensile strength of1103 MPa and an elongation of 21%at room temperature.The phase,grain size and distribution of the steel were characterized by optical microscope,X-ray diffraction,electron back-scatter diffraction and transmission electron microscope.The results show that the steel consists of lamellar ferrite and austenitic phase with multiple grain size distribution from nanoscale to microscale.The high strength is attributed to strengthening of high back stress arising from laminated dual-phase heterogeneous ultrafine grained structure and distribution.The high ductility originates from back-stress hardening and dislocation hardening.石玉 SONG Yi 喇培清 ZHENG Yuehong LI Zhengning 2021Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2021,36,5:1
3Host-guest co-assembly triggered turn-on and ratiometric sensing of berberine and its detoxicating显示文摘Fluorescent sensing for specific detection of berberine is an important issue in view of its potential jeopardization to food safety and human health,but remains less investigated.To the best of our knowledge,there is no fluorescence turn-on and ratiometric sensors available for specific detection of berberine.In this study,calix[4]carbazole(3)has been synthesized and its property of recognizing berberine ha s been evaluated by UV-vis,fluorescence,NMR,DLS and TEM techniques.The results show that 3 selectively recognizes berberine among the tested drugs and detects it with turn-on and ratiometric fluorescence due to their co-assembly nature.Moreover,3 is not only low toxic and can reduce toxicity of berberine to human normal liver L02 cell,but also can release berberine to tumor HepG2 cells at acid micro-environment.It therefore holds a great potential for further exploration。Chuanfeng Liu Zhixin Li Hai Yu Naibin Cui Xiaoyu Liao Haibin Zhang Zhengning Shu Peng Yang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,4:1
4Submicron LaB_6 powders with high purity prepared in large scale by salt-assisted combustion synthesis显示文摘LaB6 powders were synthesized in large scale by salt-assisted combustion synthesis(CS) with different NaCl diluent contents. The variety of phases, particle size and purity of the powders were investigated using X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS), and transmission electron microscope(TEM). With increase of NaCl content, the adiabatic combustion temperature of the reaction system linearly declines, the average particle size of leached products decreases, the impurity phases are easier to remove, and the products purity enhances obviously. 6Nickel effects on growth and antioxidative enzymes activities in desert plant Zygophyllum xanthoxylon (Bunge) Maxim显示文摘One-month old Zygophyllum xanthoxylon seedlings were grown under five different Ni concentrations (0, 50, 150, 450 and 900 mg/kg). Growth parameters, tissues Ni accumulation, soluble protein content, photosynthetic pigment content, lipid peroxidation, antioxidative enzyme activities, and proline content were studied after one month of Ni exposure. The significant reduction in fresh biomass in the shoot and roots was detected at high Ni concentrations (≥450 mg/kg), whereas dry biomass was not significantly affected in both organs by any of the Ni doses tested. The Ni contents in the shoots and roots increased in a dose-dependent manner, and Ni contents in roots were higher than that in shoots at all treatments. The high Ni doses elevated soluble protein contents in leaves and roots. No visible symptoms of chlorosis were observed in leaves of plants grown in presence of Ni. Malondialdehyde (MDA) contents significantly increased in leaves and roots at high Ni treatments (≥450 mg/kg), indicating that Ni induces oxidative stress. Enzyme activities might play a central role in cellular protection against the Ni induced oxidative stress. Proline contents proportionally increased with the elevated Ni concentrations.
