1The Critical Rainfall Characteristics for Torrents and Debris Flows in the Wenchuan Earthquake Stricken Area显示文摘Critical rainfall assessment is a very important tool for hazard management of torrents and debris flows in mountainous areas. The Wenchuan Earthquake 2008 caused huge casualties and property damages in the earthquake-stricken area,which also generated large quantities of loose solid materials and increased occurrence probabilities of debris flows. There is an urgent need to quantify the critical rainfall distribution in the area so that better hazard management could be planned and if real time rainfall forecast is available,torrent and debris flow early-warning could be issued in advance. This study is based on 49-year observations (1954-2003) of up to 678 torrent and debris flow events. Detailed contour maps of 1 hour and 24 hour critical rainfalls have been generated (Due to the data limitation,there was insufficient 10 minute critical rainfall to make its contour map). Generally,the contour maps from 1 hour and 24 hours have similar patterns. Three zones with low,medium and high critical rainfalls have been identified. The characteristics of the critical rainfall zones are linked with the local vegetation cover and land forms. 2An estimation method for InSAR interferometric phase combined with image auto-coregistration显示文摘In this paper we propose a method to estimate the InSAR interferometric phase of the steep terrain based on the terrain model of local plane by using the joint subspace projection technique proposed in our previous paper. The method takes ad- vantage of the coherence information of neighboring pixel pairs to auto-coregister the SAR images and employs the projection of the joint signal subspace onto the corresponding joint noise subspace to estimate the terrain interferometric phase. The method can auto-coregister the SAR images and reduce the interferometric phase noise simultane- ously. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation results show that the method can provide accurate estimate of the interferometric phase (interferogram) of very steep terrain even if the coregistration error reaches one pixel. 3Analysis of Hot Topics in Cloud Computing显示文摘In the field of cloud computing, topics such as computing resource virtualization, differences between grid and cloud computing, relationship between high-performance computers and cloud computing centers, and cloud security and standards have attracted much research interest. 5Photoelectrocatalytic reduction of CO_2 to methanol over a photosystem Ⅱ-enhanced Cu foam/Si-nanowire system显示文摘A solar-light double illumination photoelectrocatalytic cell(SLDIPEC) was fabricated for autonomous CO_2 reduction and O_2 evolution with the aid of photosystem II(PS-II, an efficient light-driven water-oxidized enzyme from nature) and utilized in a photoanode solution. The proposed SLPEC system was composed of Cu foam as the photoanode and p-Si nanowires(Si-NW) as the photocathode. Under solar irradiation, it exhibited a super-photoelectrocatalytic performance for CO_2 conversion to methanol, with a high evolution rate(41.94 mmol/hr), owing to fast electron transfer from PS-II to Cu foam.Electrons were subsequently trapped by Si-NW through an external circuit via bias voltage(0.5 V), and a suitable conduction band potential of Si(-0.6 e V) allowed CO_2 to be easily reduced to CH_3 OH at the photocathode. The constructed Z-scheme between Cu foam and Si-NW can allow the SLDIPEC system to reduce CO_2(8.03 mmol/hr) in the absence of bias voltage. 6Metamorphic Evolution and Tectonic Implications of the Granulitized Eclogites from the Luliangshan Terrane in the North Qaidam Ultrahigh Pressure Metamorphic Belt,NW China: New Constraints from Phase Equilibrium Modeling显示文摘The granulitized eclogites from the Luliangshan terrane of the North Qaidam UHP metamorphic belt occur as lenses within pelitic gneisses and orthogneisses. Combined petrologic data and phase equilibrium modeling indicate a multi-stage metamorphic history of the granulitized eclogites:(1) an earlier eclogite facies metamorphism(P>18.5 kbar, T> 830℃) is deduced from omphacite relics in the matrix and rare omphacite inclusions within garnet. The possible assemblage is garnet+omphacite+rutile+ quartz;(2) the early stage of high pressure granulite facies assemblages(garnet+clinopyroxene+ plagioclase+rutile+quartz+liquid) developed in the early decompression process has a P-T regime of 17.5 kbar and 852–858 ℃, constrained by plagioclase and clinopyroxene inclusions in garnet. The late stage of high pressure granulite assemblages(garnet+clinopyroxene+amphibole+plagioclase+rutile+quartz+liquid) records an isothermal decompression process with the pressure successively declining from 17.5 to 14.7 kbar and to 11.3 kbar at 858 ℃;(3) the later medium pressure granulite facies assemblage(garnet+ orthopyroxene+clinopyroxene+amphibole+plagioclase+ilmenite+liquid+quartz) indicates a drop in pressure and rise in temperature at P-T conditions of 7.6–7.7 kbar and 878–883 ℃;(4) retrogressive amphibolite facies stage, which is represented by amphibole+plagioclase kelyphitic rims around garnet, formed under conditions of <5 kbar and <650 ℃. The preservation of medium pressure granulite facies assemblage and the garnet composition feature constrain a following isobaric cooling path during late exhumation. This process suggests a clockwise P-T path and indicates that the granulitized eclogites record a high grade 'Barrovian' metamorphic overprint at the middle-lower crust during exhumation. 7Interfacial Bonding Mechanism and Mechanical Performance of Continuous Fiber Reinforced Composites in Additive Manufacturing显示文摘The additive manufacturing of continuous fiber composites has the advantage of a high-precision and efficient forming process,which can realize the lightweight and integrated manufacturing of complex structures.However,many void defects exist between layers in the printing process of additive manufacturing;consequently,the bonding performance between layers is poor.The bonding neck is considered a key parameter for representing the quality of interfacial bonding.In this study,the formation mechanism of the bonding neck was comprehensively analyzed.First,the influence of the nozzle and basement temperatures on the printing performance and bonding neck size was measured.Second,CT scanning was used to realize the quantitative characterization of bonding neck parameters,and the reason behind the deviation of actual measurements from theoretical calculations was analyzed.When the nozzle temperature increased from 180 to 220℃,CT measurement showed that the bonding neck diameter increased from 0.29 to 0.34 mm,and the cross-sectional porosity reduced from 5.48%to 3.22%.Finally,the fracture mechanism was studied,and the influence of the interfacial bonding quality on the destruction process of the materials was determined.In conclusion,this study can assist in optimizing the process parameters,which improves the precision of the printing parts and performance between the layers.Congze Fan Zhongde Shan Guisheng Zou Li Zhan Dongdong Yan 2021Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,1:4
8Materials Experiment on Tiangong-2 Space Laboratory显示文摘During the China's Tiangong-2(TG-2) flight mission, the experiments of 18 kinds of material samples were conducted in space by using a Multiple Materials Processing Furnace(MMPF) mounted in the orbital module of the TG-2 space laboratory. After the experiments of 12 kinds of samples of the first and second batches were completed successfully, astronauts packed and brought them back to the ground by ShenzhouII spacecraft. By studying processing and formation on semiconductor and optoelectronics materials, metal alloys and metastable materials, functional single-crystal, micro-and nano-composite materials encapsulated in sample ampoules both in space and on Earth, we expect to explore some physical and chemical processes and mechanism of the materials formation that are normally obscured and therefore are difficult to study quantitatively on the ground due to the gravity-induced convection, to obtain the processing and synthesis technology for preparing high quality materials, and lead to the improvement and development of materials processing techniques on Earth, and also develop the experiment device and comprehensive ability for materials experiment in microgravity environment. 9Hepatic encephalopathy complicated with hyponatremia and acid-base disturbance and its prognosis显示文摘Objective:To improve the diagnosis and therapeutic effect of occurrence and development of hyponatremia and disorder of acid-base balance among patients with hepatic encephalopathy(HE) by elucidating the regularity and mechanism,as well as its influence on prognosis.Methods:327 HE patients admitted to our hospital from January 1990 to June 2010 were enrolled.Meanwhile 316 patients hospitalized in the medical department of the same hospital were chosen as the control group.Patients in both groups were given the same methods to measure arterial blood gas parameters(pH value,PaCO2,[HCO3-],TCO2,BE and SaO2),blood biochemistry([Na+],[K+],[Cl-]),liver function,kidney function and blood glucose,serum sodium,and thereupon tocalculate the anion gap(AG) and the potential [HCO3-],and acid-base balance disorder.Results:Among the 327 HE patients,hyponatremia was found in 188 cases(57.4%),of whom 132 patients died(70.2%).While among the 316 patients in control group,68 presented with hyponatremia(21.5%),and 19 died(27.9%).The incidence and mortality were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.001).All the 327 patients presented with different degrees of acid-base balance disorder and 178 died(54.4%),in whom 164(50.2%) belonged to simple acid-base balance disorder and 74(45.1%) died,136(41.6%) were dual acid-base balance disorder and 80(58.8%) died,27(8.2%) were triple acid-base disturbance and 24(88.9%) died.Whereas in the control group only 83 patients(26.2%) were recognized as simple and dual acid-base balance disorder,and 18(21.7%) died.There was higher incidence of acid-base balance disorder and mortality rate in HE group than control one(P<0.001).Conclusion:Hyponatremia is valuable to judge HE patients' prognosis.The key parameters in the judgment and evaluation on acid-base balance disorder among HE patients are the change of pH values and serum electrolyte values.When pH value ≤ 7.30 or > 7.55,it generally suggests a poor prognosis.Ren Chengshan Wang Lei Zhao Xiaoyan Yang Shiming Zhang Yanqi Wang Xiwen Bo Jianying Zhang Pengbin Guo Hong Ling Xianlong Li Yihui Da Siping Xie Xia Ren Wei Li Chunhua Qian Guisheng 2012Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)2012,27,3:3
10A wireless, implantable optoelectrochemical probe for optogenetic stimulation and dopamine detection显示文摘Physical and chemical technologies have been continuously progressing advances in neuroscience research.The development of research tools for closed-loop control and monitoring neural activities in behaving animals is highly desirable.In this paper,we introduce a wirelessly operated,miniaturized microprobe system for optical interrogation and neurochemical sensing in the deep brain.Via epitaxial liftoff and transfer printing,microscale light-emitting diodes(micro-LEDs)as light sources and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)polystyrene sulfonate(PEDOT:PSS)-coated diamond films as electrochemical sensors are vertically assembled to form implantable optoelectrochemical probes for real-time optogenetic stimulation and dopamine detection capabilities.A customized,lightweight circuit module is employed for untethered,remote signal control,and data acquisition.After the probe is injected into the ventral tegmental area(VTA)of freely behaving mice,in vivo experiments clearly demonstrate the utilities of the multifunctional optoelectrochemical microprobe system for optogenetic interference of place preferences and detection of dopamine release.The presented options for material and device integrations provide a practical route to simultaneous optical control and electrochemical sensing of complex nervous systems.Changbo Liu Yu Zhao Xue Cai Yang Xie Taoyi Wang Dali Cheng Lizhu Li Rongfeng Li Yuping Deng He Ding Guoqing Lv Guanlei Zhao Lei Liu Guisheng Zou Meixin Feng Qian Sun Lan Yin Xing Sheng 2020Microsystems & Nanoengineering2020,6,1:3
11Optimization of High-Gravity Chelated Iron Process for Removing H_2S Based on Response Surface Methodology显示文摘By using a mixture of N2 and H2S as the simulated APG(associated petroleum gas), the desulfurization experiment was performed in a cross-flow rotating packed bed(RPB) based on the chelated iron oxidation-reduction method. In order to determine the operating conditions of the system, the effects of the concentration of Fe3+ ions(ranging from 0.1 to 0.2 mol/L), the liquid-gas volume ratio(ranging from 15 to 25 L/m3) and the high gravity factor(ranging from 36 to 126) on the removal of H2 S were studied by means of the Box-Behnken design(BBD) under response surface methodology(RSM). The overall results have demonstrated that the BBD with an experimental design can be used effectively in the optimization of the desulfurization process. The optimal conditions based on both individualized and combined responses(at a Fe3+ ion concentration of 0.16 mol/L, a liquid-gas volume ratio of 20.67 L/m3 and a high gravity factor of 87) were found. Under this optimum condition, the desulfurization efficiency could reach 98.81% when the H2 S concentration was 7 g/m3 in APG. In this work, the sulfur product was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and the energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDX). 13Modified Omega-K algorithm for processing helicopter-borne frequency modulated continuous waveform rotating synthetic aperture radar data显示文摘With appropriate geometry configuration, helicopterborne rotating synthetic aperture radar(ROSAR) can break through the limitations of monostatic synthetic aperture radar(SAR) on forward-looking imaging. With this capability, ROSAR has extensive potential applications, such as self-navigation and self-landing. Moreover, it has many advantages if combined with the frequency modulated continuous wave(FMCW) technology.A novel geometric configuration and an imaging algorithm for helicopter-borne FMCW-ROSAR are proposed. Firstly, by performing the equivalent phase center principle, the separated transmitting and receiving antenna system is equalized to the case of system configuration with antenna for both transmitting and receiving signals. Based on this, the accurate two-dimensional spectrum is obtained and the Doppler frequency shift effect induced by the continuous motion of the platform during the long pulse duration is compensated. Next, the impacts of the velocity approximation error on the imaging algorithm are analyzed in detail, and the system parameters selection and resolution analysis are presented. The well-focused SAR image is then obtained by using the improved Omega-K algorithm incorporating the accurate compensation method for the velocity approximation error.
