| 4 | GABAergic Abnormalities Associated with Sensorimotor Corticostriatal Community Structural Deficits in ErbB4 Knockout Mice and First-Episode Treatment-Naive Patients with Schizophrenia显示文摘The current study was designed to explore how disruption of specific molecular circuits in the cerebral cortex may cause sensorimotor cortico-striatal community structure deficits in both a mouse model and patients with schizophrenia.We used prepulse inhibition(PPI)and brain structural and diffusion MRI scans in 23 mice with conditional ErbB4 knockout in parvalbumin interneurons and 27 matched controls.Quantitative real-time PCR was used to assess the differential levels of GABA-related transcripts in brain regions.Concurrently,we measured structural and diffusion MRI and the cumulative contribution of risk alleles in the GABA pathway genes in firstepisode treatment-naı¨ve schizophrenic patients(n=117)and in age-and sex-matched healthy controls(n=86).We present the first evidence of gray and white matter impairment of right sensorimotor cortico-striatal networks and reproduced the sensorimotor gating deficit in a mouse model of schizophrenia.Significant correlations between gray matter volumes(GMVs)in the somatosensory cortex and PPI as well as glutamate decarboxylase 1 mRNA expression were found in controls but not in knockout mice.Furthermore,these findings were confirmed in a human sample in which we found significantly decreased gray and white matter in sensorimotor cortico-striatal networks in schizophrenic patients.The psychiatric risk alleles of the GABA pathway also displayed a significant negative correlation with the GMVs of the somatosensory cortex in patients.Our study identified that ErbB4 ablation in parvalbumin interneurons induced GABAergic dysregulation,providing valuable mechanistic insights into the sensorimotor cortico-striatal community structure deficits associated with schizophrenia. | Chengcheng Zhang Peiyan Ni Yikang Liu Yang Tian Jinxue Wei Bo Xiang Liansheng Zhao Xiaojing Li Xiaohong Ma Wei Deng Wanjun Guo Rongjun Ni Yamin Zhang Qiang Wang Hailiang Huang Nanyin Zhang Tao Li | 2020 | Neuroscience Bulletin2020，36，2： | 9 |

| 6 | Availability modeling for periodically inspection system with different lifetime and repair-time distribution显示文摘Availability is a main feature of design and operation of all engineering system. Recently,availability evaluation of periodical inspection systems with different structures is at the center of attention due to the wide application in engineering. In this paper, an analytical and probabilistic availability model for periodical inspection system is proposed by a new recursively algorithm,which can achieve limiting average availability and instantaneous availability of periodical inspection system under arbitrary lifetime and repair-time distributions. Then three application examples are presented, the systems lifetime and repair-time are respectively fellow exponential/exponential,Weibull/normal and Weibull/lognormal distribution. Finally, a Weibull/lognormal system is studied to analyze the dynamic relationship between inspection period and availability. | 9 | Clinicopathological analysis of metaplastic meningioma: report of 15 cases in Huashan Hospital显示文摘Objective: Metaplastic meningioma is a rare subtype of benign meningiomas, classified as WHO grade I with well prognosis. Here we presented our experiences on 15 cases of metaplastic meningioma, to investigate the clinicopathological features, therapies and prognosis of these cases. Methods: 15 patients underwent surgical treatment for intracranial metaplastic meningioma between 2001 and 2010 at Neurosurgery Department of Huashan Hospital, Shanghai, China. The clinical data, radiological manifestation, treatment strategy, pathological findings and prognosis of all patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Among the 15 cases (10 males and 5 females), the age ranged from 22 to 74 years old (the mean age was 50.67-year old). The clinical manifestations include headache, dizziness, seizure attack, vision decrease, and weakness of bilateral lower limbs. All the patients received surgical treatment, combined with radiotherapy in some cases. In the follow-up period, recurrence occurred in 2 cases, of which 1 patient died of other system complications. Conclusions: Metaplastic meningiomas are characterized by focal or widespread mesenchymal differentiation with formation of bone, cartilage, fat, and xanthomatous tissue elements. Surgical removal is the optimal therapy, and the overall prognosis is well. | 13 | Changes of annual accumulated temperature over Southern China during 1960-2011显示文摘The spatial and temporal variations of ≥10°C annual accumulated temperature(AAT10) were analyzed by using the linear trend line method, cumulative anomaly method and the multiple linear regression model(MLRM) interpolation method based on the daily meteorological observation data from 104 meteorological stations in Southern China and surrounding 39 meteorological stations from 1960 to 2011. The results show that:(1) From time scale point of view, the climatic trend of the AAT10 increased with an average of 7.54°C/decade in Southern China since 1960. The area of AAT10<6000°C decreased from 1960 to 2011, and the area of 6000°C8000°C increased from 1960 to 2011.(2) From spatial scale point of view, the AAT10 in Southern China reduced with increasing latitude and reduced with increasing altitude. The proportion of the area with 5000°C< AAT10<8000°C accounted for 70% of the study area, followed by the area of 4000°C8000°C was the least. Climate trend rate of the AAT10 at 99% of the meteorological stations was greater than zero, which indicated that the AAT10 increased significantly in the central Yunnan province, southern Guangdong province as well as Hainan Island.(3) Comparison of period A(1960–1989) and period B(1980–2011) with the change of temperature zones shows that the boundaries of cool temperate zone, mid-temperate zone and warm temperate zone shifted northward and shrank westward. The northern boundary of north subtropical zone and mid-subtropical zone shifted northward gradually by over 0.5° and 0.5° latitude, respectively. The western part of northern boundary of south subtropical zone and marginal tropical zone shifted northward by 0.2° and 0.4° latitude, respectively. | 19 | A twin-channel difference model for cross-calibration of thermal infrared band显示文摘Based on the conduction and transformation of the thermal infrared radiative transfer equation of water target,a twinchannel difference model(DM) was proposed to improve the calibration precision by conquering the limitation that the atmospheric condition when image is acquiring cannot be truly obtained in the traditional radiometric simulation calibration method.The analysis of surface,atmosphere and top-of-atmosphere(TOA) radiative energy decomposition demonstrated that the apparent TOA radiance of the uncalibrated channel is the differential combination of two reference channels.The DM avoids impacts from atmospheric temperature and density.The only impact is from water vapor(WV) content.Based on the fitting error analysis of 742 mid-latitude atmospheric profiles(column WV content:0-5×10 3 atm cm) selected from TIGR database,the DM is insensitive to WV content.The maximum error is less than 0.2 K when the view zenith angels(VZAs) of reference channels and uncalibrated channel are less than 30.The error becomes 0.3 K when VZAs range from 30 to 40 and 0.6 K when VZAs are in 40-50.Because the uncertainty increases when VZAs are larger than 50,the best range of VZAs is 30-50.The vicarious calibration results at Lake Qinghai field indicated that the calibration precision of the DM cross-calibration by using MODIS bands 31 and 32 as reference channels to calibrate IRS band 08 is similar to that of vicarious calibration.Therefore,the DM is a reliable alternative tool for sensor on-orbit calibration and validation with high precision and frequency. | LI JiaGuo GU XingFa YU Tao LI XiaoYing GAO HaiLiang LIU Li XU Hui | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012，55，7： | 2 |
| 20 | The effect of continuous Ni(Ⅱ) exposure on the organic degradation and soluble microbial product(SMP) formation in two-phase anaerobic reactor显示文摘A two-phase anaerobic reactor fed with glucose substrate(3 g chemical oxygen demand(COD)/L) was used to investigate the effects of toxic metals on the degradation of organics and the soluble microbial product(SMP) formation. Low concentrations of Ni(II)(5 and10 mg/L) promoted the acid phase, whereas high concentrations(15, 20, and 25 mg/L)exhibited an inhibitory effect on, but did not alter the fermentative method, which mainly involved the fermentation of propionic acid. The methanogenic microorganism exhibited a strong capability adapting constantly increased Ni(II) levels. The acid phase was an accumulation stage of SMP. In the absence of Ni(II), the high-molecular-weight material in the effluent SMP mainly contained polysaccharide, tryptophan, and casein. Methanogens metabolized most of the polysaccharide, the whole tryptophan content, and part of the casein, leading to the presence of humic acid and protein in effluent. After Ni(II) dosage, the protein and polysaccharide of the acid phase increased, and tryptophan changed, while casein remained stable. More protein than polysaccharide was produced, suggesting the prominent function of protein when addressing the negative effect of toxic metals.
