2GABAergic Abnormalities Associated with Sensorimotor Corticostriatal Community Structural Deficits in ErbB4 Knockout Mice and First-Episode Treatment-Naive Patients with Schizophrenia显示文摘The current study was designed to explore how disruption of specific molecular circuits in the cerebral cortex may cause sensorimotor cortico-striatal community structure deficits in both a mouse model and patients with schizophrenia.We used prepulse inhibition(PPI)and brain structural and diffusion MRI scans in 23 mice with conditional ErbB4 knockout in parvalbumin interneurons and 27 matched controls.Quantitative real-time PCR was used to assess the differential levels of GABA-related transcripts in brain regions.Concurrently,we measured structural and diffusion MRI and the cumulative contribution of risk alleles in the GABA pathway genes in firstepisode treatment-naı¨ve schizophrenic patients(n=117)and in age-and sex-matched healthy controls(n=86).We present the first evidence of gray and white matter impairment of right sensorimotor cortico-striatal networks and reproduced the sensorimotor gating deficit in a mouse model of schizophrenia.Significant correlations between gray matter volumes(GMVs)in the somatosensory cortex and PPI as well as glutamate decarboxylase 1 mRNA expression were found in controls but not in knockout mice.Furthermore,these findings were confirmed in a human sample in which we found significantly decreased gray and white matter in sensorimotor cortico-striatal networks in schizophrenic patients.The psychiatric risk alleles of the GABA pathway also displayed a significant negative correlation with the GMVs of the somatosensory cortex in patients.Our study identified that ErbB4 ablation in parvalbumin interneurons induced GABAergic dysregulation,providing valuable mechanistic insights into the sensorimotor cortico-striatal community structure deficits associated with schizophrenia.Chengcheng Zhang Peiyan Ni Yikang Liu Yang Tian Jinxue Wei Bo Xiang Liansheng Zhao Xiaojing Li Xiaohong Ma Wei Deng Wanjun Guo Rongjun Ni Yamin Zhang Qiang Wang Hailiang Huang Nanyin Zhang Tao Li 2020Neuroscience Bulletin2020,36,2:9
3Permeation into but not across the cornea:Bioimaging of intact nanoemulsions and nanosuspensions using aggregation-caused quenching probes显示文摘Nanoemulsions(NEs) and nanosuspensions(NSs) show great potential in enhancing the ocular bioavailability of therapeutics through topical delivery. However, transocular fate of intact NEs and NSs is still inconclusive. In this study, an aggregation-caused quenching fluorescent probe is used to track precorneal retention and transocular transportation of intact NEs and NSs, while coumarin 6 is used to mimick the cargo. NEs show superior precorneal retention to NSs. Both the two types of nanocarriers can permeate into but not across the cornea. The smaller NEs(100 nm) permeate better into the cornea than the bigger ones(210 nm). Nanocarriers in the cornea serves as depots. The released cargo molecules can penetrate across the cornea and diffuse into the lens. 10Imitation of the characteristics of the wind turbine based on DC motor显示文摘This paper analyzed the operating principles and power and torque characteristics of the wind turbine and the direct current motor (DC motor), and investigated the operating characteristics of the wind turbine compared to that of the DC motor. The torque imitation scheme, which has good performance and high feasibility, together with the whole wind turbine imitation system, was provided. The wind turbine imitation system includes not only a hardware platform composed of PC, data-collection board and thyristor-based velocity-regulator, but also monitor software of wind turbine imitation. 11Experimental study on the effect of Huangqi and Danshen ultramicro gel on vascular healing of wound in rats based on network pharmacology显示文摘Objective:To explore the effective components of Huangqi(Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.)and Danshen(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.)and predict their potential functional targets,to explore the effect and mechanism of Huangqi and Danshen ultrafine granule gel on wound vascular healing in rats by network pharmacology and experimental verification.Methods:Using the TCMSP database to screen the active components of two herbs and their potential targets,to search the target related to vascular injury through the Gene Card database,and to select the gene target with correlation coefficient greater than 10%.Then map the disease related target to the potential target of the compound,to obtain the common target,and to import the information to the String online analysis platform and Cytoscape to make the PPI map,and to carry on the topological analysis,KEGG and GO enrichment analysis through Metascape platform.The expression analysis of the main target genes of network pharmacology was verified by pathological section staining and optical density method to determine the content of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in tissues,the number of tissue new capillaries,and the wound healing rate.Results:A total of 115 active components and 297 target genes were selected from Huangqi and Danshen,and 123 target genes were intersected with vascular injury,among which IL6,AKT1,INS,VEGFA,TNF,EGF,CASP3,MAPK1,TP53 were the active genes with the highest intersection value.The pathways involved are mainly related to AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications,MAPK signaling pathway,Pathways in cancer,human cytomegalovirus infection,Fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis,Endocrine resistance,foxo signaling pathway etc.We experimentally validated VEGFA based on the primary target of vascular regeneration,the experimental results showed that there was different expression of VEGFA proteins in wound vascular healing process,and the quercetin,daidzein,luteolin,apigenin,tanshinone i of 115 active components were selected as the main compounds acting on the VEGFA.Conclusion:This study systematically reveals the material basis and mechanism of Huangqi and Danshen regulating wound vascular healing through multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway and provides theoretical and scientific basis for the clinical application of Huangqi and Danshen.Yikang Yu Kai Yu Bocheng Liang Dongpeng Tu WenKai Zhang Chao Xu Zheng Liu Yi Peng Bin Zhang 2021TMR Modern Herbal Medicine2021,4,4:0

13Time-shift effect of spontaneous combustion characteristics and microstructure difference of dry-soaked coal显示文摘The physical and chemical properties of the air-dried residual coal after soaking in the goaf will change,resulting in an increase in its spontaneous combustion tendency.This study aimed to look into the features and mechanism of soaked-dried coal's spontaneous combustion.Five samples of coal were dried to various degrees,and the weight loss features during thermal processing were examined.Based on this,the pore structure and chemical structure characteristics of the coal samples with the highest tendency to spontaneous combustion were quantitatively examined,and the mechanism by which soaking-drying afected the spontaneous combustion heating process of the remaining coal in goaf was investigated in turn.The results show that T1 decreases with the increase of drying time,T2–T6 shows a fuctuating change,and the ignition activation energy of 36-S-Coal is smaller than that of other coal samples.The pore type of 36-S-Coal changes from a oneend closed impermeable pore to an open pore,and the pore group area is large.During the 36 h drying process,the internal channels of the coal were dredged,and a large number of gravels and minerals were precipitated from the pores with the air fow.A large number of gravels were around the pores to form a surface structure that was easy to adsorb various gases.Furthermore,infrared spectroscopy was used to analyze the two coal samples.It was found that soaking and drying did not change the functional group types of coal samples,but the fatty chain degree of 36-S-Coal was reduced to 1.56.It shows that the aliphatic chain structure of coal is changed after 36 h of drying after 30 days of soaking,which leads to the continuous shedding of aliphatic chain branches of residual coal,and the skeleton of coal is looser,which makes the low-temperature oxidation reaction of 36-S-Coal easier.Based on the above results,the coal-oxygen composite mechanism of water-immerseddried coal is obtained,and it is considered that the key to the spontaneous combustion oxidation process of coal is to provide oxygen atoms and accelerate the formation of peroxides.Yikang Liu Haiyan Wang Huiyong Niu Tao Wang Zhiwen Chen Yuqi Chen Qingjie Qi 2023International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2023,10,4:0
14High-performance flexible organic field effect transistors with print-based nanowires显示文摘Polymer nanowire(NW)organic field-effect transistors(OFETs)integrated on highly aligned large-area flexible substrates are candidate structures for the development of high-performance flexible electronics.This work presents a universal technique,coaxial focused electrohydrodynamic jet(CFEJ)printing technology,to fabricate highly aligned 90-nm-diameter polymer arrays.This method allows for the preparation of uniformly shaped and precisely positioned nanowires directly on flexible substrates without transfer,thus ensuring their electrical properties.Using indacenodithiophene-co-benzothiadiazole(IDT-BT)and poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene-co-benzothiadiazole)(F8-BT)as example materials,5 cm^(2) arrays were prepared with only minute size variations,which is extremely difficult to do using previously reported methods.According to 2D-GIXRD analysis,the molecules inside the nanowires mainly adopted face-onπ-stacking crystallite arrangements.This is quite different from the mixed arrangement of thin films.Nanowire-based OFETs exhibited a high average hole mobility of 1.1 cm^(2) V^(−1) s^(−1) and good device uniformity,indicating the applicability of CFEJ printing as a potential batch manufacturing and integration process for high-performance,scalable polymer nanowire-based OFET circuits.This technique can be used to fabricate various polymer arrays,enabling the use of organic polymer semiconductors in large-area,high-performance electronic devices and providing a new path for the fabrication of flexible displays and wearable electronics in the future.Liangkun Lu Dazhi Wang Changchang Pu Yanyan Cao Yikang Li Pengfei Xu Xiangji Chen Chang Liu Shiwen Liang Liujia Suo Yan Cui Zhiyuan Zhao Yunlong Guo Junsheng Liang Yunqi Liu 2023Microsystems & Nanoengineering2023,9,3:0
