2Interaction of APT with BSA or HSA显示文摘In this work, N-n-amyl-N’-(sodium p- aminobenzenesulfonate) thiourea (APT) containing saturated fatty hydrocarbon group was synthesized. Fluorescence quenching methods in combination with UV absorption spectra and molecule modeling method were used to study the interaction between APT and bovine serum albumin (BSA) or human se-rum albumin (HSA). The binding constants of APT with BSA or HSA were determined at different tem-peratures under the optimum conditions based on the fluorescence quenching results. The binding characteristics of APT and BSA or HSA were reported and the binding sites were obtained. 4Changes of annual accumulated temperature over Southern China during 1960-2011显示文摘The spatial and temporal variations of ≥10°C annual accumulated temperature(AAT10) were analyzed by using the linear trend line method, cumulative anomaly method and the multiple linear regression model(MLRM) interpolation method based on the daily meteorological observation data from 104 meteorological stations in Southern China and surrounding 39 meteorological stations from 1960 to 2011. The results show that:(1) From time scale point of view, the climatic trend of the AAT10 increased with an average of 7.54°C/decade in Southern China since 1960. The area of AAT10<6000°C decreased from 1960 to 2011, and the area of 6000°C8000°C increased from 1960 to 2011.(2) From spatial scale point of view, the AAT10 in Southern China reduced with increasing latitude and reduced with increasing altitude. The proportion of the area with 5000°C< AAT10<8000°C accounted for 70% of the study area, followed by the area of 4000°C8000°C was the least. Climate trend rate of the AAT10 at 99% of the meteorological stations was greater than zero, which indicated that the AAT10 increased significantly in the central Yunnan province, southern Guangdong province as well as Hainan Island.(3) Comparison of period A(1960–1989) and period B(1980–2011) with the change of temperature zones shows that the boundaries of cool temperate zone, mid-temperate zone and warm temperate zone shifted northward and shrank westward. The northern boundary of north subtropical zone and mid-subtropical zone shifted northward gradually by over 0.5° and 0.5° latitude, respectively. The western part of northern boundary of south subtropical zone and marginal tropical zone shifted northward by 0.2° and 0.4° latitude, respectively. 6Kinetics, thermodynamics, and equilibrium of As(Ⅲ),Cd(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ) and Pb(Ⅱ) adsorption using porous chitosan bead-supported MnFe_(2)O_(4) nanoparticles显示文摘A novel porous nanocomposite,cross-linked chitosan and polyethylene glycol(PEG) bead-supported MnFe_(2) O_(4) nanoparticles(CPM),was developed as an efficient adsorbent to remove metalloid(As(Ⅲ))and heavy metals(Cd(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),and Pb(Ⅱ)).The characteristics of CPM showed a porous structure,well dispersed MnFe_(2) O_(4),and several of hydroxyl and amino groups(-OH,-NH_(2)).Batch experiments demonstrated that the best adsorption property of As(Ⅲ),Cd(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),and Pb(Ⅱ) was achieved within 8 h with maximum adsorption capacities of 9.90,9.73,43.94,and 11.98 mg/g,respectively.Competitive and synergistic effects(particularly precipitation) were included in the co-adsorption mechanism of As(Ⅲ) and heavy metals.Thereinto,As(Ⅲ) was partly oxidized by MnFe_(2) O_(4) to As(V),and both were coordinated on MnFe_(2) O_(4) nanoparticles.Pb(Ⅱ) could also bind to MnFe_(2) O_(4) by ion exchange and electrostatic attraction.Furthermore,Cd(Ⅱ) and Cu(Ⅱ) tended to be coordinated on chitosan.Therefore,CPM can serve as a remediation material for water and soil co-contaminated with As(Ⅲ) and heavy metals.Hongxia Li Hongbing Ji Xinglan Cui Xiaokui Che Qidong Zhang Juan Zhong Rongzhen Jin Lei Wang Yi Luo 2021International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,6:2
7Photoreduction of CO_(2) in the presence of CH_(4) over g-C_(3)N_(4) modified with TiO_(2) nanoparticles at room temperature显示文摘CO_(2)reduction under simulated sunlight over photocatalysts has become an attractive researcher area recently.In this work,carbon nitride compounds modified by TiO_(2)nanoparticles(TNPs)have been used for the photoreduction of CO_(2)in the presence of CH_(4)at room temperature.Briefly,a series of noble-metal-free TNP-graphitic-carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4),also abbreviated CN)photocatalysts with different TNPs loadings and calcination temperatures have been synthesized by a wet-chemical method.The characterization results of XRD,FTIR,SEM,TEM,BET,XPS,CO_(2)Adsorption,UV-vis,and PL demonstrate that the BET surface area and CO_(2)adsorption capacity have been improved after the calcination.Besides,the g-C_(3)N_(4)has been successfully coupled with the TNPs and a heterojunction has formed at their interface.These characters contribute to increase the photocatalytic activity of TNPs-CN toward reducing CO_(2)in the presence of CH_(4),and its'performance is better than bare g-C_(3)N_(4),Titania(P_(25))-CN,MgO-CN,or Cu_(2)O-CN.Orthogonal experiments are then carried out to investigate the sensitivity factors and optimum conditions.The sensitivity results show that the reaction pressure makes little difference on the photocatalysis results,which verifies the photoinduced CO_(2)-CH_(4)reaction has a tiny change in gas volume.In addition,under the optimum conditions,the turnover frequency(TOF)of CO after 4 h reaction can reach 9.98μmol g-cat.^(-1)h^(-1),and traces of ethane and ethylene have been detected during the reactions.In addition,surface acetate and carbonaceous deposit are found on the(20)TNPs-CN/450 surface after continuous 24 h irradiation under the optimum conditions,which resulting in the inactivation of the catalyst.Finally,possible reaction mechanisms have been proposed based on the results.Ming Chen Jiachen Wu Chongchong Lu Xiao Luo Yangqiang Huang Bo Jin Hongxia Gao Xiaowen Zhang Morris Argyle Zhiwu Liang 2021Green Energy & Environment2021,6,6:2

16Efficient Photocatalytic Degradation of the Persistent PET Fiber‑Based Microplastics over Pt Nanoparticles Decorated N‑Doped TiO_(2) Nanoflowers显示文摘Fiber-based microplastics(FMPs)are highly persistent and ubiquitously exist in the wastewater of textile industry and urban sewage.It remains challenging to completely remove such newly emerged organic pollutants by the predominant physical techniques.In this work,we investigated a photocatalytic degradation catalyzed by TiO_(2) catalyst to demonstrate the feasibility of implementing efficient chemical protocol to fast degrading polyethylene terephthalate(PET)-FMPs(a major FMP type existing in environment).The result shows that a hydrothermal pretreatment(180℃/12 h)is necessary to induce the initial rough appearance and molecular weight reduction.With the comprehensive action of the nano-flower shaped N doped-TiO_(2) catalyst(Pt@N-TiO_(2)-1.5%)on the relatively low molecular weight intermediates,an approximate 29%weight loss was induced on the pretreated PET-FMPs,which is about 8 times superior to the untreated sample.This work not only achieves a superior degradation effect of PET-FMPs,but also provides a new inspiration for the proposal of reduction strategies in the field of environmental remediation in the future.Dawang Zhou Hongxia Luo Fangzhou Zhang Jing Wu Jianping Yang Huaping Wang 2022Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,5:1

18Shen Qi Wan attenuates renal interstitial fibrosis through upregulating AQP1显示文摘Renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF)is the crucial pathway in chronic kidney disease(CKD)leading to the end-stage renal failure.However,the underlying mechanism of Shen Qi Wan(SQW)on RIF is not fully understood.In the current study,we investigated the role of Aquaporin 1(AQP1)in SQW on tubular epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT).A RIF mouse model induced by adenine and a TGF-β1-stimulated HK-2 cell model were etablished to explore the involvement of AQP 1 in the protective effect of SQW on EMT in vitro and in vivo.Subsequently,the molecular mechanism of SQW on EMT was explored in HK-2 cells with AQP1 knockdown.The results indicated that SQW alleviated kidney injury and renal collagen deposition in the kidneys of mice induced by adenine,increased the protein expression of E-cadherin and AQP1 expression,and decreased the expression of vimentin andα-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA).Similarly,treatmement with SQW-containing serum significantly halted EMT process in TGF-β1 stimulated HK-2 cells.The expression of snail and slug was significantly upregulated in HK-2 cells after knockdown of AQP1.AQP1 knockdown also increased the mRNA expression of vimentin andα-SMA,and decreased the expression of E-cadherin.The protein expression of vimentin increased,while the expression of E-cadherin and CK-18 significantly decreased after AQP1 knockdown in HK-2 cells.These results revealed that AQP1 knockdown promoted EMT.Furthermore,AQP1 knockdown abolished the protective effect of SQW-containing serum on EMT in HK-2 cells.In sum,SQW attentuates EMT process in RIF through upregulation of the expression of AQP1.LIN Yiyou WEI Jiale ZHANG Yehui HUANG Junhao WANG Sichen LUO Qihan YU Hongxia JI Liting ZHOU Xiaojie LI Changyu 2023Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,5:1
