| 1 | Osthole inhibits proliferation of human breast cancer cells by inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis显示文摘Recent studies have revealed that osthole,an active constituent isolated from the fruit of Cnidium monnieri(L.) Cusson,a traditional Chinese medicine,possesses anticancer activity.However,its effect on breast cancer cells so far has not been elucidated clearly.In the present study,we evaluated the effects of osthole on the proliferation,cell cycle and apoptosis of human breast cancer cells MDA-MB 435.We demonstrated that osthole is effective in inhibiting the proliferation of MDA-MB 435 cells,The mitochondrion-mediated apoptotic pathway was involved in apoptosis induced by osthole,as indicated by activation of caspase-9 and caspase-3 followed by PARP degradation.The mechanism underlying its effect on the induction of G1 phase arrest was due to the up-regulation of p53 and p21 and down-regulation of Cdk2 and cyclin D1 expression.Were observed taken together,these findings suggest that the anticancer efficacy of osthole is mediated via induction of cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in human breast cancer cells and osthole may be a potential chemotherapeutic agent against human breast cancer. | Lintao Wang Yanyan Peng Kaikai Shi Haixiao Wang Jianlei Lu Yanli Li Changyan Ma | 2015 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2015,29,2: | 12 |
| 2 | Design and test of soft-pot-tray automatic embedding system for light-economical pot seedling nursery machine显示文摘Most of the commercially-available pot seedling nursery machines are incompatible with soft-pot-trays and are labor-intensive and low in productivity.A soft-pot-tray automatic embedding system was developed in this study to achieve automatic embedding of the soft pot tray into the hard tray following sowing and covering with soil.A control system was constructed using the Arduino program development environment.An embedded-hard-tray automatic lowering mechanism and conveyor-belt-based pot-tray embedding system were designed.Dynamics analysis was conducted to derive an equation to describe the embedding process of the soft pot tray into the embedded hard tray.A prototype of the soft-pot-tray automatic embedding system was manufactured and tested.The analytical equation suggested that a minimum linear velocity of 0.86 m/s was required for a complete embedding process.The experimental results showed that the embedded-hard-tray automatic lowering mechanism was reliable and stable as the tray placement success rate was greater than 99%.The successful tray embedding rate was 100%and the seed exposure rate was less than 1%with a linear velocity of the conveyor belt of 0.92 m/s.The experiment findings agreed well with the analytical results.The proposed soft-pot-tray automatic embedding system satisfied the technical specifications for a light-economical pot seedling nursery machine. | Lintao Chen Xu Ma Cong Wang Hongwei Li Zehua Li Xueshen Chen Tao Chen | 2020 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,1: | 4 |
| 3 | High-performance all-polymer solar cells enabled by a novel low bandgap non-fully conjugated polymer acceptor显示文摘The non-fully conjugated polymer as a new class of acceptor materials has shown some advantages over its small molecular counterpart when used in photoactive layers for all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs),despite a low power conversion efficiency(PCE)caused by its narrow absorption spectra.Herein,a novel non-fully conjugated polymer acceptor PFY-2TS with a low bandgap of~1.40 eV was developed,via polymerizing a largeπ-fused small molecule acceptor(SMA)building block(namely YBO)with a non-conjugated thioalkyl linkage.Compared with its precursor YBO,PFY-2TS retains a similar low bandgap but a higher LUMO level.Moreover,compared with the structural analog of YBO-based fully conjugated polymer acceptor PFY-DTC,PFY-2TS shows a similar absorption spectrum and electron mobility,but significantly different molecular crystallinity and aggregation properties,which results in optimal blend morphology with a polymer donor PBDB-T and physical processes of the device in all-PSCs.As a result,PFY-2TS-based all-PSCs achieved a PCE of 12.31%with a small energy loss of 0.56 eV enabled by the reduced non-radiative energy loss(0.24 eV),which is better than that of 11.08%for the PFY-DTC-based ones.Our work clearly demonstrated that non-fully conjugated polymers as a new class of acceptor materials are very promising for the development of high-performance all-PSCs. | Qunping Fan Ruijie Ma Tao Liu Jianwei Yu Yiqun Xiao Wenyan Su Guilong Cai Yuxiang Li Wenhong Peng Tao Guo Zhenghui Luo Huiliang Sun Lintao Hou Weiguo Zhu Xinhui Lu Feng Gao Ellen Moons Donghong Yu He Yan Ergang Wang | 2021 | Science China Chemistry2021,64,8: | 3 |
| 4 | The Distribution of Petroleum Resources and Characteristics of Main Petroliferous Basins along the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road显示文摘The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road Initiative,abbreviated as the Belt and Road Initiative,is a primary development strategy of China's future international cooperation.Especially,the energy resource cooperation,including oil and gas resources cooperation,is an important part of this initiative.The Belt and Road has undergone complicated geological evolution,and contains abundant mineral resources such as oil,gas,coal,uranium,iron,copper,gold and manganese ore resources.Among these,Africa holds 7.8% of the world's total proven oil reserves.The oil and gas resources in Africa are relatively concentrated,with an overall low exploration degree and small consumption demand.Nigeria and Libya contain the most abundant oil resources in Africa,accounting for 2.2%and 2.9%of the world's total reserves,respectively.Nigeria and Algeria hold the richest natural gas resources in Africa,occupying 2.8%and 2.4%of the world's total reserves,respectively.Africa's oil and gas resources are mainly concentrated in Egypt,Sultan and Western Sahara regions in the northern Africa,and the Gulf of Guinea,Niger River and Congo River area in the western Africa.The Russia-Central Asia area holds rich petroleum resources in Russia,Kazakhstan,Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.The potential oil and gas areas include the West Siberia Basin,East Siberia Basin and sea continental shelf in Russia,the northern and central Caspian Basin in Kazakhstan,the right bank of the Amu-Darya Basin,the East Karakum uplift and the South Caspian Basin in Turkmenistan,and the Amu-Daria Basin,Fergana Basin,Afghan-Tajik Basin and North Ustyurt Basin in Uzbekistan.The Middle East oil and gas resources are mainly distributed in the Zagros foreland basin and Arabian continental margin basin,and the main oil-producing countries include Saudi Arabia,Iran and Iraq.The Asia Pacific region is a new oil and gas consumption center,with rapid growth of oil and gas demand.In 2012,this region consumed about 33.6%of the world's total oil consumption and 18.9%of the world's total natural gas consumption,which has been ranked the world's largest oil and gas consumption center.The oil and gas resources are concentrated in China,Indosinian,Malaysia,Australia and India.The abundant European proven crude oil reserves are in Norway,Britain and Denmark and also rich natural gas resources in Norway,Holland and Britain.Norway and Britain contain about 77.5%of European proven oil reserves,which accounts for only 0.9%of the world's proven reserves.The Europe includes main petroliferous basins of the Voring Basin,Anglo-Dutch Basin,Northwest German Basin,Northeast German-Polish Basin and Carpathian Basin.According to the analysis of source rocks,reservoir rocks,cap rocks and traps for the main petroliferous basins,the potential oil and gas prospecting targets in the Belt and Road are mainly the Zagros Basin and Arabic Platform in the Middle East,the East Barents Sea Basin and the East Siberia Basin in Russia-Central Asia,the Niger Delta Basin,East African rift system and the Australia Northwest Shelf.With the development of oil and gas theory and exploration technology,unconventional petroleum resources will play an increasingly important role in oil and gas industry. | HAO Qingqing ZUO Yinhui LI Lintao CHEN Weijun YI Junjie WU Lei | 2017 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,4: | 3 |

| 8 | Petroleum Distribution Characteristics of the Americas and the Exploration Prospect Analysis显示文摘The world's present demand for oil and gas is still in a rapid growth period, and traditional oil and gas resources account for more than 60% of the global oil and gas supply. The Americas is the world's second largest production and consumption center of liquid fuel, and is also the world's largest natural gas producer. In 2016, the Americas had 85.3 billion tons of proven oil reserves and 18.7 trillion m^3 of proven natural gas reserves, which account for 35.4% and 10.0% of world's total reserves, respectively. It produced 1267.1 Mt of oil and 1125.4 billion m^3 of natural gas, which account for 28.9% and 31.7% of the world's total production, respectively. The crude oil and natural gas reserves are mainly distributed in the U.S., Canada and Venezuela. The U.S. is the earliest and most successful country in shale gas exploration and development, and its shale gas is concentrated in the southern, central and eastern U.S., including the Marcellcus shale, Barnett shale, Eagle Ford shale, Bakken shale, Fayettevis shale, Haynsvill shale, Woodford shale and Monterey/Santos shale. Nowadays, ASVs are playing an important role in marine science, maritime industry, and national defense. It could improve the efficiency of oceanic data collection, ensure marine transportation safety, and protect national security. One of the core challenges for ASVs is how to plan a safe navigation autonomously under the complicated ocean environment. Based on the type of marine vehicles, ASVs could be divided into two categories: autonomous sailboats and autonomous vessels. | 11 | Interaction between HLA-G and NK cell receptor KIR2DL4 orchestrates HER2-positive breast cancer resistance to trastuzumab显示文摘Despite the successful use of the humanized monoclonal antibody trastuzumab(Herceptin)in the clinical treatment of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-overexpressing breast cancer,the frequently occurring drug resistance remains to be overcome.The regulatory mechanisms of trastuzumab-elicited immune response in the tumor microenvironment remain largely uncharacterized.Here,we found that the nonclassical histocompatibility antigen HLA-G desensitizes breast cancer cells to trastuzumab by binding to the natural killer(NK)cell receptor KIR2DL4.Unless engaged by HLA-G,KIR2DL4 promotes antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity and forms a regulatory circuit with the interferon-γ(IFN-γ)production pathway,in which IFN-γ upregulates KIR2DL4 via JAK2/STAT1 signaling,and then KIR2DL4 synergizes with the Fey receptor to increase IFN-γ secretion by NK cells.Trastuzumab treatment of neoplastic and NK cells leads to aberrant cytokine production characterized by excessive tumor growth factor-β(TGF-β)and IFN-γ,which subsequently reinforce HLA-G/KIR2DL4 signaling.In addition,TGF-β and IFN-γ impair the cytotoxicity of NK cells by upregulating PD-L1 on tumor cells and PD-1 on NK cells.Blockade of HLA-G/KIR2DL4 signaling improved the vulnerability of HER2-positive breast cancer to trastuzumab treatment in vivo.These findings provide novel insights into the mechanisms underlying trastuzumab resistance and demonstrate the applicability of combined HLA-G and PD-L1/PD-1 targeting in the treatment of trastuzumab-resistant breast cancer. | Guoxu Zheng Zhangyan Guo Weimiao Li Wenjin Xi Baile Zuo Rui Zhang Weihong Wen An-Gang Yang Lintao Jia | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,7: | 1 |

| 16 | Awakening the oxygen evolution activity of MoS_(2) by oxophilic-metal induced surface reorganization engineering显示文摘Although molybdenum disulfide (MoS_(2))-based materials are generally known as active electrocatalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), the inert performance for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) seriously limits their wide applications in alkaline electrolyzers due to there exists too strong metal-sulfur (M−S) bond in MoS_(2). Herein, by means of surface reorganization engineering of bimetal Al, Co-doped MoS_(2) (devoted as AlCo_(3)-MoS_(2)) through in situ substituting partial oxidation, we successfully significantly activate the OER activity of MoS_(2), which affords a considerably low overpotential of 323 mV at −30 mA cm^(−2), far lower than those of MoS_(2), Al-MoS_(2) and Co-MoS_(2) catalysts. Essentially, the AlCo_(3)-MoS_(2) substrate produces lots of M−O (M=Al, Co and Mo) species with oxygen vacancies, which trigger the surface self-reconstruction of pre-catalysts and simultaneously boost the electrocatalytic OER activity. | 19 | Optical characteristics and environmental pollutants detection of porous silicon microcavities显示文摘Porous silicon microcavities (PSM) optical crystals consisting of a Fabry-Perot microcavity embedded between two distributed Bragg reflectors have been fabricated by electrochemical etching. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) clearly depicted their physical sandwich construction. The optical feature of the PSM structure was tuned by varying the anodization parameters. Through proper thermal oxidation and surface chemical modifications, the resulting structures were employed as optical sensors for the detection of environmental pollutants including volatile organic vapors (i.e. acetonitrile, toluene, cyclohexane, chloroform, acetone and ethanol) and interior decoration gases (i.e. toluene, ammonia and formaldehyde). Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) spectra confirmed the effective thermal annealing and surface modification chemistry, and the sensing process was accompanied by recording the modified structures' optical responses when exposed to target analytes. | 20 | Deciphering the chemical profile and pharmacological mechanism of Jinlingzi powder(金铃子散)against bile reflux gastritis using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with Q exactive focus mass spectrometry,network pharmacology,and molecular docking显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To elucidate the chemical profile and the pharmacological mechanism by which Jinlingzi powder(金铃子散,JLZP)treats bile reflux gastritis(BRG).METHODS:A BRG model was established in rats by oral administration of the model solution.JLZP was orally administered for 35 d.Residual gastric rate and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-6,and gastrin levels in the serum were measured,and stomach tissues were collected for histopathological analysis.We used ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with Q Exactive Focus mass spectrometry to identify the chemical ingredients in JLZP.Then,protein-protein interaction and herb-compound-target networks were constructed to screen potential bioactive compounds and targets.Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analysis was then performed to elucidate the pathway involved in the JLZP-mediated treatment of BRG.After constructing the core compound-target-pathway interaction network,molecular docking was performed to study the binding free energy of core bioactive compounds and two candidate targets[RAC-alpha serine/threonine-protein kinase(AKT1)and phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit alpha isoform(PIK3CA)].RESULTS:JLZP extracts significantly promoted gastric emptying,regulating the release of cytokines(TNF-αand IL-6)and improving gastrin secretion and mucosal repair.Fifty-six compounds were tentatively characterized in JLZP.Moreover,the network pharmacology and molecular docking results showed that alkaloids and flavonoids might be the bioactive compounds in JLZP that treat BRG.JLZP might improve mucosal repair during BRG progression by modulating the phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase-protein kinase B,hypoxia inducible factor-1,mitogen-activated protein kinase,forkhead box O,TNF,and IL-17 signaling pathways.CONCLUSIONS:We elucidated the chemical constituents and the pharmacological mechanism of JLZP in treating BRG and provided a basis for clinical application. | REN Hui ZHAO Lintao GAO Kai YANG Yuanyuan CUI Xiaomin HU Jing CHEN Zhiyong LI Ye | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,6: | 0 |
