| 1 | Effects of process parameters on pore structure of semi-coke prepared by solid heat carrier with dry distillation显示文摘The semi-coke was prepared by solid heat carrier with dry distillation in single factor method. The pore structures of raw coal and semi-coke were characterized by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the adsorption and desorption isotherm of semi-coke are not coincident. There was a wide pore distribution on the semi-coke, in which mesopores and micropores account for a considerable proportion. Also there are many more secondary pores. With the increase of the final temperature of heat carrier and constant temperature, as well as the decrease of volume ratio of coal and hot carrier reactor, specific surface area and pore volume of semi-coke increased rapidly first and then decreased and finally increased, along with the rapidly reduction of average pore size. | 2 | Petrogenesis and tectonic implications of early Paleozoic granitoids in East Kunlun belt: Evidences from geochronology, geochemistry and isotopes显示文摘The East Kunlun Orogenic Belt(EKOB) provides an important link to reconstruct the evolution of the Proto-Tethys and Paleo-Tethys realm. The EKOB is marked by widespread Early Paleozoic magmatism.Here we report the petrology, bulk geochemistry, zircon Ue Pb dating and, Lue Hf and SreN d isotopic data of the Early Paleozoic granitic rocks in Zhiyu area of the southern EKOB. Based on the zircon U-Pb dating, these granitoids, consisting of diorite, granodiorite and monzogranite, were formed during 450 -430 Ma the Late Ordovician to Middle Silurian. The diorite and granodiorite are high Sr/Y ratio as adakitic affinities, and the monzogranite belongs to highly fractionated I-type. Their(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)ivalues range from 0.7059 to 0.7085, εNd(t) values from -1.6 to -6.0 and the zircon εHf(t) values show large variations from +9.1 to -8.6 with Hf model ages(T_(DM2)) about 848 Ma and 1970 Ma. The large variations of whole-rock Nd and zircon Hf isotopes demonstrate strong isotopic heterogeneity of the source regions which probably resulted from multi-phase underplating of mantle-derived magmas. Geochemical and isotopic studies proved that the diorite and granodiorite had been derived from partial melting of heterogeneous crustal source with variable contributions from ancient continental crust and juvenile components, and the monzogranites were representing fractional crystallization and crustal contamination for arc magma. | 3 | Experimental study on electrical conductivity of dunite at high temperature and pressure——The evidence of electrical conductivity of cold mantle in the Gaize-Lugu area显示文摘The electrical conductivities of the dunite from the Qinghai-Xizang (Tibetan) Plateau were measured with the impedance spectra method at 1.0-4.0 GPa and 643-1093 K. The experimental results indicated that activation enthalpies of the dunite are smaller than 0.9 eV, the conduction mechanism in dunite may be attributed to the mixed electrical conduction involving grain interiors and boundaries. On the basis of the results of this experiment, we can deduce that there exists cold mantle in the area of Gaize-Lugu in the Qinghai-Xizang (Tibetan) Plateau by reverse methods from the magnetotelluric sounding data (conductivity-depths profile) available for western Tibet. | 10 | SINAT E3 ligases regulate the stability of the ESCRT component FREE1 in response to iron deficiency in plants显示文摘The endosomal sorting complex required for transport (ESCRT) machinery is an ancient, evolutionarily conserved membrane remodeling complex that is es-sential for multivesicular body (MVB) biogenesis in eu-karyotes. FYVE DOMAIN PROTEIN REQUIRED FOR EN-DOSOMAL SORTING 1 (FREE1), which was previously identified as a plant-specific ESCRT component, modu-lates MVB-mediated endosomal sorting and autophagic degradation. Although the basic cellular functions of FREE1 as an ESCRT component have been described, the regulators that control FREE1 turnover remain unknown. Here, we analyzed how FREE1 homeostasis is mediated by the RING-finger E3 ubiquitin ligases, SINA of Arabi-dopsis thaliana (SINATs), in response to iron deficiency. Under iron-deficient growth conditions, SINAT1-4 were induced and ubiquitinated FREE1, thereby promoting its degradation and relieving the repressive effect of FREE1 on iron absorption. By contrast, SINAT5, another SINAT member that lacks ubiquitin ligase activity due to the absence of the RING domain, functions as a protector protein which stabilizes FREE1. | 14 | Nitrogen and phosphorous adsorption from post-hydrothermal liquefaction wastewater using three types of zeolites显示文摘Hydrothermal liquefaction(HTL)has been studied as a promising technology for converting wet biomass into bio-crude oil and the nutrient-rich post-hydrothermal liquefaction wastewater(PHWW)could be reused for algae and bacteria production.However,the PHWW from HTL contains various types of contaminants that need to be removed before reuse.Too high nutrients(nitrogen and phosphorous)contents,such as ammonium,are inhibitive to algal growth and bacteria species in anaerobic process.It is desirable to reduce nutrients concentration in PHWW to an acceptable level using zeolite adsorption.This study investigated nitrogen and phosphorous adsorption efficiencies from PHWW using three types of zeolites:activated clinoptilolite,natural clinoptilolite and Na-modified zeolite.Effects of ions and pH in the adsorption process were also investigated.Results showed that three zeolite variables affecting ammonium adsorption process could be ranked as follows:zeolite dosage>type>particle size,via an orthogonal experiment design.Activated clinoptilolite,with a particle size of 0.18-0.30 mm and a dosage of 0.4 g/mL demonstrated the highest ammonium adsorption efficiency of 54.92%.Zeolite could also adsorb organic nitrogen and had a high adsorption efficiency of phosphorous(97.85%).This study showed that zeolite is effective to adsorb nutrients in PHWW.The adsorption treated PHWW can then be used for culturing algae or anaerobic treatment,and the adsorbed nutrients can be reused later. | Ran Xia Duan Na Yuanhui Zhang Li Baoming Liu Zhidan Lu Haifeng | 2015 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,5: | 1 |
| 15 | Agricultural Development and Implication for Wetlands Sustainability: A Case from Baoqing County, Northeast China显示文摘Historical thematic maps and remote sensing data were applied to address spatiotemporal dynamics of land use/land cover(LULC)changes and its impact on wetlands sustainability based on eight LULC datasets from 1954 to 2015 in Baoqing County,Northeast China.This study demonstrated that LULC drastically changed in the past six decades due to conversion of wetlands,woodland,and grassland into cropland.The cropland was 578.8 km^2 in 1954,accounting for 5.8% of the area in Baoqing County,and it increased to 54.3% in 2015,which was nearly equivalent to 9.4 times of that in 1954.Cropland increased 4843.6 km^2 from 1954 to 2015 with average increased area of 79.4 km^2/yr.The conversion of wetlands was the main reason for cropland increase(49.7%),and woodland(18%)and grassland(16.3%)conversion were other reasons.Results also revealed that 78% of wetlands were lost during the past six decades,of which 91.2% were converted cropland.Population increasing(population across Baoqing in 2015 was 7.8 times of that in 1949),agricultural technology development was the main reason for cropland increase,institutional and economic policies also played important roles for cropland dynamics,particularly paddy field influenced by market price.Agricultural development has caused severe wetlands degradation both in area and functionality,and still being the major threads for wetlands sustainable development.Several suggestions concerning the future land use policy formulation and wetlands sustainability were proposed.They are adjusting the‘food first’agricultural policy,reinforce management for wetlands nature reserves,creating infrastructure for the rational use of surface and groundwater,harnessing the degraded cultivated land. | FANG Chong WEN Zhidan LI Lin DU Jia LIU Ge WANG Xiaodi SONG Kaishan | 2019 | Chinese Geographical Science2019,29,2: | 1 |

| 17 | Microalgae cultivation and culture medium recycling by a two-stage cultivation system显示文摘Nutrients and water play an important role in microalgae cultivation.Using wastewater as a culture medium is a promising alternative to recycle nutrients and water,and for further developing microalgae-based products.In the present study,two species of microalgae,Chlorella sp.(high ammonia nitrogen tolerance)and Spirulinaplatensis (S.platensis,high growth rate),were cultured by using poultry wastewater through a two-stage cultivation system for algal biomass production.Ultrafiltration (UF)or centrifuge was used to harvest Chlorella-sp.from the first cultivation stage and to recycle culture medium for S.platensis growth in the second cultivation stage.Results showed the two-stage cultiyation system produced high microalgae biomass including 0.39g·L^-1 Chlorella sp.and 3.45g·L^-1 S.platensis in the first-stage and second-stage,respectively.In addition,the removal efficiencies of NH4+reached 19% and almost 100% in the first and the second stage,respectively. | 19 | AIM2 deficiency in B cells ameliorates systemic lupus erythematosus by regulating Blimp-1-Bcl-6 axis-mediated B-cell differentiation显示文摘Absent in melanoma 2(AIM2)has been reported to be a component of inflammasomes in innate immune cells.Surprisingly,AIM2 is expressed by B cells,and higher AIM2 expression is observed in the B cells from lupus patients.To date,the inflammasome-indepe ndent functi on of AIM2 in B cells remai ns un clear.Here,we report in creased expressi on of AIM2 in human tonsil memory and germinal center(GC)B cells and in memory B cells and plasma cells from the circulation and skin lesions of lupus patients.Conditional knockout of AIM2 in B cells reduces the CD19^(+)B-cell frequency in lymph nodes and spleens,and dampens KLH-induced lgG1-antibody production.In a pristane-induced mouse model of lupus,AIM2 deficiency in B cells attenuates lupus symptoms and reduces the frequency of GC B cells,T follicular helper(Tfh)cells,plasmablast cells,and plasma cells.Furthermore,the loss of AIM2 in human B cells leads to the increased expression of Blimp-1 and reduces the expression of Bcl-6.However,the silendng of Blimp-1 and Bcl-6 has no significant effect on AIM2 expression,indicating that AIM2 might be the upstream regulator for Blimp-1 and Bcl-6.In addition,IL-10 is found to upregulate AIM2 expression via DNA demethylation.Together,our findings reveal that AIM2 is highly expressed in the B cells of lupus patients and promotes B-cell differentiation by modulating the Bcl-6-Blimp-1 axis,providing a novel target for SLE treatment. | Ming Yang Di Long Longyuan Hu Zhidan Zhao Qianwen Li Yunkai Guo Zhenghao He Ming Zhao Liwei Lu Fen Li Hai Long Haijing Wu Qianjin Lu | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,10: | 1 |
