2Analysis of the relationship between bile duct and duodenal microbiota reveals that potential dysbacteriosis is the main cause of primary common bile duct stones显示文摘Bacteria play an important role in the formation of primary Common Bile Duct(CBD)stones.However,the composition and function of the microbiota of bile duct in patients with primary CBD stones remained to be explored.We utilized the 16S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the microbial diversity and community composition of biliary and duodenal microbiota in 15 patients with primary CBD stones and 4 patients without biliary tract diseases.Alpha diversity analysis showed that the microbiota richness was similar in bile and intestinal fluid;Beta diversity analysis showed that there were differences in the composition between biliary microbiota and the duodenal microbiota,but the abundance of the main groups showed similarities.The composition of the biliary microbiota from gallstone patients was more complex,as was the duodenal microbiota.Proteobacteria and Firmicutes were the dominant bacteria at phylum level,accounting for at least 75%of the total reads in each subgroup.Pseudomonas and EscherichiaShigella were the major genus among subgroups,but Escherichia-Shigella had increased abundance in duodenal microbiota with primary choledocholithiasis,which may play an important role in stone formation.It is noteworthy that Clostridiumsensu_stricto,Lachnospiraceae_UCG-008,Butyrivibrio and Roseburia which could produce short chain fatty acids(SCFAs),were significantly decreased in biliary microbiota with primary CBD stones(p<0.05).Our study provided new insights into the compositional of normal biliary microbiota.The micro-ecology of biliary and duodenal in patients with stones is complex and closely related,and there is a potential for dysbacteriosis.The decrease in abundance of certain major acid-producing bacteria affects the health of the biliary tract and thus leads to the formation of stones.Zhitang Lyu Tingting Yu Lichao Zhang Xiaona Xu Yijun Zhang Jihong Li Zhirong Li Wei Zhang Senlin Hou 2021Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2021,6,4:2
3Reliable Ge_(2)Sb_(2)Te_(5) based phase-change electronic synapses using carbon doping and programmed pulses显示文摘Hardware electronic synapse and neuro-inspired computing system based on phase change random access memory(PCRAM)have attracted an extensive investigation.However,due to the intrinsic asymmetric reversible phase transition,the defective weight update of PCRAM synapses in aspects of tuning range,linearity and continuity has long required a system-level complexity of circuits and al-gorithms.The cell-level improvements to a great extent may slim the system thus achieving efficient computing.We report in this work the great enhancement of Ge_(2)Sb_(2)Te_(5)(GST)based PCRAM synapses by combining materials engineering and pulse programming.It is found that carbon doping in GST retards the rate of phase changing thus increasing the controllability of the conductance,while non-linear programmable pulse excitations can eventually lead to a reliable synaptic potentiation and depression.A set of improved programmable pulse schemes for spike-timing dependent plasticity was then demonstrated,suggesting its potential superiority in flexible programming and reliable data collection.Our methods and results are of great significance for implementing PCRAM electronic synapses and high-performance neuro-inspired computing.Qiang Wang Gang Niu Ruobing Wang Ren Luo Zuo-Guang Ye Jinshun Bi Xi Li Zhitang Song Wei Ren Sannian Song 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,2:1

5An Image Encryption Method Based on Bit Plane Hiding Technology显示文摘A novel image hiding method based on the correlation analysis of bit plane is described in this paper. Firstly, based on the correlation analysis, different bit plane of a secret image is hided in different bit plane of several different open images. And then a new hiding image is acquired by a nesting “Exclusive-OR” operation on those images obtained from the first step. At last, by employing image fusion technique, the final hiding result is achieved. 7Anomaly Detection System Based on Principal Component Analysis and Support Vector Machine显示文摘This article presents an anomaly detection system based on principal component analysis (PCA) and support vector machine (SVM). The system first creates a profile defining a normal behavior by frequency-based scheme, and then compares the similarity of a current behavior with the created profile to decide whether the input instance is normal or anomaly. In order to avoid overfitting and reduce the computational burden, normal behavior principal features are extracted by the PCA method. SVM is used to distinguish normal or anomaly for user behavior after training procedure has been completed by learning. 8Rational design of 3D porous niobium carbide MXene/rGO hybrid aerogels as promising anode for potassium-ion batteries with ultrahigh rate capability显示文摘An effective method is designed to construct three-dimensional(3D)Nb_(2)C/reduced graphene oxide(rGO)hybrid aerogels through a low-temperature graphene oxide(GO)-assisted hydrothermal self-assembly followed by freeze-drying and annealing.The intimately coupled Nb_(2)C/rGO hybrid aerogel combines the advantages of large specific surface area and rich 3D interconnected porous structure of aerogel as well as high conductivity and low potassium diffusion energy barrier of Nb_(2)C,which not only effectively prevents the self-restacking of Nb2C nanosheets to allow more active sites exposed and accommodate the volume change during the charge/discharge process,but also increases the accessibility of electrolyte and promotes the rapid transfer of ions/electrons.As a result,Nb_(2)C/rGO-2 as the anode of potassium ion batteries(KIBs)delivers a large reversible specific capacity(301.7 mAh·g^(−1)after 500 cycles at 2.0 A·g^(−1)),an ultrahigh rate capability(155.5 mAh·g^(−1)at 20 A·g^(−1)),and an excellent long-term large-current cycle stability(198.8 mAh·g^(−1)after 1,000 cycles at 10 A·g^(−1),with a retention of 83.3%).Such a high-level electrochemical performance,especially the ultrahigh rate capability,is the best among transition metal carbides and nitride(MXene)-based materials reported so far for KIBs.The diffusion kinetics of K+is investigated thoroughly,and the synergetic charge–discharge mechanism and the structure–performance relationship of Nb_(2)C/rGO are revealed explicitly.The present work provides a good strategy to solve the self-restacking problem of two-dimensional materials and also enlarges the potential applications of MXenes.Cong Liu Zhitang Fang Xiaoge Li Jinhua Zhou Gang Yang Luming Peng Xuefeng Guo Weiping Ding Wenhua Hou 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:1
9An Efficient Multicast Source Authentication Protocol显示文摘We propose an efficient multicast source authentication protocol called efficient multi-tree-chains scheme (EMTC),which shows more loss resistibility,less communication cost,and no delay at receivers. The EMTC scheme is based on combination of single Chain scheme and Hash Tree Chains scheme,and integrates the advantages of both. In this scheme,stream is firstly divided into blocks with n packets,and each block consists of m clusters,everyone of which contains a tree of packets. All clusters are chained together. Through EMTC,packets of one cluster can be authenticated by any packet of the previous cluster. 12Improving the data retention of phase change memory by using a doping element in selected Ge_2Sb_2Te_5显示文摘The crystallization characteristics of a ubiquitous T-shaped phase change memory(PCM) cell, under SET current pulse and very small disturb current pulse, have been investigated by finite element modelling. As analyzed in this paper, the crystallization region under SET current pulse presents first on the corner of the bottom electron contact(BEC) and then promptly forms a filament shunting down the amorphous phase to achieve the low-resistance state, whereas the tiny disturb current pulse accelerates crystallization at the axis of symmetry in the phase change material. According to the different crystallization paths, a new structure of phase change material layer is proposed to improve the data retention for PCM without impeding SET operation.This structure only requires one or two additional process steps to dope nitrogen element in the center region of phase change material layer to increase the crystallization temperature in this confined region. 14Successful surgical resection of large hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus after conversion therapy with mFOLFOX-HAIC combined with donafenib and sintilimab:two case reports and a literature review显示文摘The aim of our study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of m FOLFOX-HAIC combined with donafenib and sintilimab conversion therapy followed by surgical resection of large hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT).The clinical data of two patients with large hepatocellular carcinoma who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were retrospectively collected.Both patients received m FOLFOX-HAIC combined with donafenib and sintilimab conversion therapy,followed by hepatectomy.Clinical data were reported,and clinical efficacy was evaluated.One patient had a 14.5×11.1 cm tumor with a tumor thrombus in the right portal vein.The other patient had a 12.1×8.3 cm tumor with portal and hepatic vein tumor thrombi.Both patients had CNLC stageⅢa prior to conversion therapy,which was reduced to stageⅠb after conversion therapy.Subsequently,the patient underwent open and laparoscopic right hemihepatectomies.Short-term high-intensity conversion therapy with m FOLFOXHAIC combined with donafenib and sintilimab is a feasible and effective treatment for patients with large hepatocellular carcinoma with PVTT.Zhitang Guo Ming Zhang Ang Liu Zhihong Zhang Kejia Li Jiayun Ge 2023Oncology and Translational Medicine2023,9,2:0
15An Efficient Fair Electronic Cash System显示文摘In this paper, an efficient fair e-cash system is presented. Based on the improved Brands’ e-cash scheme, it is expanded by adding two roles, government and judges. The user can keep unconditionally anonymous in normal transactions. Authorized by the judges, the government can remove the identity of an illegal user with the help of the bank. So such misuse as blackmailing or money laundering can be prevented. Therefore, this scheme is more efficient, more suitable for adopting pre-processing and post-processing and more practical. 18The etching process and mechanism analysis of Ta-Sb2Te3 film based on inductively coupled plasma显示文摘Compared to the conventional phase change materials,the new phase change material Ta-Sb2Te3 has the advantages of excellent data retention and good material stability.In this letter,the etching characteristics of Ta-Sb2Te3 were studied by using CF4/Ar.The results showed that when CF4/Ar=25/25,the etching power was 600 W and the etching pressure was 2.5 Pa,the etching speed was up to 61 nm/min.The etching pattern of Ta-Sb2Te3 film had a smooth side wall and good perpendicularity(close to 90°),smooth surface of the etching(RMS was 0.51nm),and the etching uniformity was fine.Furthermore,the mechanism of this etching process was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The main damage mechanism of ICP etching in CF4/Ar was studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD).Yongkang Xu Sannian Song Wencheng Fang Chengxing Li Zhitang Song 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,12:0
