1Rejecting Character Recognition Errors Using CNN Based Confidence Estimation显示文摘Although Optical character recognition(OCR) technology has achieved huge progress in recent years, character misrecognition is inevitable. In order to realize high fidelity content of document digitalization,we propose a new Convolutional neural networks(CNN)based confidence estimation method. We detect the misrecognized characters through comparing the confidence value with a preset threshold, so as to leave the recognition errors as embedded images in the output digital documents. We adopted sofmax as the estimation of posteriori probability,overlap pooling and maxout with dropout technologies in CNN architecture design. 22 K superfluid helium cryogenic vertical test system for superconducting cavity of ADS Injector I显示文摘Purpose The accelerator-driven subcritical system(ADS)is the internationally recognized key technology of nuclear waste problem treatment,of which superconducting proton linac is an important part.With the support of the strategic science and technology pilot project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences took the lead in the research of 325 MHz superconducting proton linac,which is called ADS Injector I.The superconducting accelerator part of ADS Injector I mainly consists of 14 spoke-type superconducting cavities withβ0.12.At the same time,the research work of various cavities with differentβvalues and different frequencies is also carried out to lay the technical and technological foundation for ADS main accelerator.The only way to determine whether the superconducting cavity can reach the design target and whether it can be installed into the cryostat is the vertical test at cryogenic.As the only way to test the microwave performance of the superconducting cavity at low temperature,the vertical test can accurately test the acceleration gradient Eacc and the corresponding quality factor Q0 of the superconducting cavity.The design and construction of the superconducting cavity vertical test facility is based on the practical needs of the pilot project and the long-term development of the superconducting accelerator.Methods This paper mainly introduces the design and construction of the cryogenic vertical test system for the superconducting cavity of ADS Injector I,including the system scheme design,process design,heat load analysis,2 K superfluid helium obtaining method,system commissioning and operation,etc.Results and Conclusion The static heat leakage at 2 K of the 2 K superfluid helium vertical test system of ADS Injector I is 1.624W,which has reached the international advanced level.The 2 K superfluid helium vertical test system of ADS Injector I after constructed not only meets the test requirements of ADS pilot project,but also conducts 4 K and 2 K vertical tests for other different types of superconducting cavities and relevant cryogenic experiments.Rui Ge Liangrui Sun Miaofu Xu Rui Ye Xiangzhen Zhang Minjing Sang Ruixiong Han Zhuo Zhang Jiehao Zhang Lin Bian Mei Li Changcheng Ma Tongxian Zhao Yongcheng Jiang Zhengze Chang Shaopeng Li 2020Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2020,4,2:2
3A Fuzzy Decision Based WSN Localization Algorithm for Wise Healthcare显示文摘Wise healthcare is a typical application of wireless sensor network(WSN), which uses sensors to monitor the physiological state of nursing targets and locate their position in case of an emergency situation. The location of targets need to be determined and reported to the control center,and this leads to the localization problem. While localization in healthcare field demands high accuracy and regional adaptability, the information processing mechanism of human thinking has been introduced,which includes knowledge accumulation, knowledge fusion and knowledge expansion. Furthermore, a fuzzy decision based localization approach is proposed. Received signal strength(RSS) at references points are obtained and processed as position relationship indicators, using fuzzy set theory in the knowledge accumulation stage; after that, optimize degree of membership corresponding to each anchor nodes in different environments during knowledge fusion; the matching degree of reference points is further calculated and sorted in decision-making, and the coordinates of several points with the highest matching degree are utilized to estimate the location of unknown nodes while knowledge expansion. 11Dual Power Allocation Optimization Based on Stackelberg Game in Heterogeneous Network with Hybrid Energy Supplies显示文摘In heterogeneous network with hybrid energy supplies including green energy and on-grid energy, it is imperative to increase the utilization of green energy as well as to improve the utilities of users and networks. As the difference of hybrid energy source in stability and economy, thus, this paper focuses on the network with hybrid energy source, and design the utility of each user in the hybrid energy source system from the perspective of stability, economy and environment pollution. A dual power allocation algorithm based on Stackelberg game to maximize the utilities of users and networks is proposed. In addition, an iteration method is proposed which enables all players to reach the Stackelberg equilibrium(SE). 12The Inhibitory Effect of Somatostatin Analogue RC-160 on the Growth of Endometrial Carcinoma Cell Line HEC-1A显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the inhibitory effect of somatostatin analogue RC-160 on the growth of human endometrial cancer cells (HEC-1A) in vitro.Method:RT-PCR was used to examine the existence of somatostatin receptors on the HEC-1A cells. The anti-proliferative effect of RC-160 on the growth of HEC-1A cells was detected by using BrdU incorporation test.TUNEL staining was used to find out whether apoptosis was involved in the inhibitory process.Result:All the five somatostatin receptor subtypes were demonstrated in HEC-1A cells.RC-160 reduced the HEC-1A cell growth stimulated by serum in a dose-dependent manner.The effect was maximal at the concentration of 10 -5 M after 48 hours’ treatment.No apoptosis was detected.Conclusion:Somatostatin analogue RC-160 can inhibit the proliferation of endometrial carcinoma cell line HEC-1A through binding to the somatostatin receptors on the cells.It seems that apoptosis is not mainly responsible for the inhibition.LiangRui TangXiaohui ZhuGaixia GaoYane GuoYin 2004现代妇产科进展2004,13,3:0
13Antitumor and off-target effects of cholesterol-conjugated let-7a mimics in an orthotopic hepatocellular carcinoma xenograft nude mouse model显示文摘Objective: To explore the antitumor and potential off-target effects of systemically delivered cholesterol-conjugatedlet-7a mimics(Chol-let-7a) and control mimics(Chol-miRCtrl) on hepatocellular carcinomain vivo.Methods: The antitumor effects of two intravenous dosing regimens ofChol-let-7a on heptocellular carcinoma growth were compared using an orthotopic xenograft mouse model. Off-targets were analyzed with histopathological and ultrapathological features of heparenal tissue and cells in theChol-let-7a-, Chol-miRCtrl-, and saline-treated (blank) xenograft mice and normal control mice. Then,let-7a abundance in orthotopic tumors, corresponding paracancerous hepatic tissue, and normal liver tissue from healthy nude mice was examined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. The distribution ofChol-let-7a andChol-miRCtrl in vivo was examined by whole-animal imaging and frozen-sections observation. The experiments were approved by the Institutional Research Board of Peking Union Medical College Hospital.Results: Continuous treatment withChol-let-7a resulted in tumors that were 35.86% and 40.02% the size of those in theChol-miRCtrl and blank xenograft group (P < 0.01 andP < 0.01, respectively), while intermittent dosing withChol-let-7a resulted in tumors that were 65.42% and 56.66% the size of those in theChol-miRCtrl and the blank control group, respectively (P < 0.05 andP < 0.05). In addition, some histopathological and ultrapathological features were only observed after treatment with the two cholesterol-conjugated molecules, however mild with intermittent dosingChol-let-7a treatment, such as diffuse sinusoidal dilation and edema, primarily around the centrolobular vein in heptic tissues;mild hypercellularity with dilated capillary lumens in the renal tissue;and some organelle abnormalities found in heptic and renal cells. Furthermore, whole-animal imaging showed thatChol-let-7a andChol-miRCtrl were predominantly distributed in the liver, kidney, and bladder regions after injection, and that the concentration ofChol-let-7a andChol-miRCtrl in the kidney and the bladder decreased much slowly in the xenograft animals, especially in theChol-miRCtrl group. Finally, RT-PCR analysis showed thatlet-7a levels were significantly increased in Chol-let-7a-treated xenografts compared withChol-miRCtrl group (P=0.003) and blank xenograft group (P=0.001);however, the level was only equivalent to 50.6% and 40.7% of that in paracancerous hepatic tissue and hepatic tissue in normal mice, respectively.Conclusions: Chol-let-7a, administered either continuously or intermittently, showed effective antitumor efficacy.Chol-let-7a had some off-target effects, such as mild acute hepatitis-like inflammation and non-specific drug-induced kidney injury.
