| 1 | Television News Coverage of Obesity in China,1982-2009显示文摘Objective The purpose of this study was to explore how obesity was covered in television news in China,including the trends over me and the characteris cs of obesity-related news.Methods The frame analysis was adopted to assess the content of obesity-related news broadcasted in China Central Television (CCTV) from 1982 to 2009.To inves gate the characteris cs of the news,the obesity-related news was divided into subgroups according to popula ons concerned,as well as the period in which the news was broadcasted.The differences between subgroups were examined.Results A total of 1 599 pieces of news reported obesity,in which 1 278 pieces (79.92%) aired in 'wealthy' period (2006-2009).More news was concerned with adults (1 134,70.92%). 'Individual behavior' dominated most of the cause frames (389,24.33%),solu on frames (522,32.65%),and responsibility frames (860,53.78%).There was more news men oning individual factors in news aired in 'wealthy' period and news concerning children.The coverage of social-structure causes was higher in news concerning children,while the coverage of social-structure solu ons was higher in news concerning children and news aired in 'wealthy' period.Conclusion Although the coverage of obesity was modest,it showed an incremental trend as the economy grew.Obesity was mostly depicted as an individual problem in terms of responsibility,causes and solu ons. | YI Zhe XU Rui Qing ZHAO Kun LIKe Ji | 2012 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2012,25,3: | 3 |
| 2 | Cell viability and dopamine secretion of 6-hydroxydopamine-treated PC12 cells co-cultured with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells显示文摘In the present study, PC12 cells induced by 6-hydroxydopamine as a model of Parkinson's Disease, were used to investigate the protective effects of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells against 6-hydroxydopamine-induced neurotoxicity and to verify whether the mechanism of action relates to abnormal α-synuclein accumulation in cells. Results showed that co-culture with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells enhanced PC12 cell viability and dopamine secretion in a cell dose-dependent manner. MitoLight staining was used to confirm that PC12 cells co-cultured with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells demonstrate reduced levels of cell apoptosis. Immunocytochemistry and western blot analysis found the quantity of α-synuclein accumulation was significantly reduced in PC12 cell and bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell co-cultures. | 4 | Reconstruction and petroleum geological significance of lithofacies paleogeography and paleokarst geomorphology of the Middle Permian Maokou Formation in northwestern Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘Based on analysis of outcrop,drilling,logging and seismic data,and geotectonic background,the lithofacies paleogeography and paleokarst geomorphology of the Middle Permian Maokou Formation in the northwestern Sichuan Basin were reconstructed,and the petroleum geological significance of the lithofacies paleogeography and paleokarst geomorphology were discussed.The Maokou Formation is divided into 3 long-term cycles,namely LSCl,LSC2 and LSC3,which correspond to the Member 1,Member 2 and Member 3 of the Maokou Formation,respectively.Controlled by the extensional structure caused by opening of the Mianlue Ocean in the north margin of the upper Yangtze blocks and basement faults produced by mantle plume uplifting,the area had tectonic differentiation in NWW and NE,and sedimentary basement took on episodic settlement from north to south,as a result,the sedimentary systems of Member 1 to Member 3 gradually evolved from carbonate platform to platform-slope-continental shelf.According to the residual thickness,paleokarst geomorphologic units such as karst highland,karst slope and karst depression at different stages were reconstructed.The karst geomorphological units were developed successively on the basis of sedimentary geomorphology.Sedimentary facies and paleokarst geomorphology are of great significance for oil and gas accumulation.The Maokou Formation in northwestern Sichuan has two kinds of most favorable reservoir zone combinations:high energy grain shoal and karst monadnock,platform margin slope and karst slope.Based on this understanding,the planar distribution of the two kinds of reservoir zones were predicted by overlapping the favorable reservoir facies belt with paleokarst geomorphology.The study results provide a new idea and reference for the exploration deployment of the Middle Permian Maokou Formation in the Sichuan Basin. | ZHONG Yuan YANG Yueming WEN Long LUO Bing XIAO Di LI Minglong CHEN Cong ZHAO Like LU Feifan TAN Xiucheng | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,1: | 1 |

| 7 | Natural gas geology and exploration direction of the Cambrian Lower Canglangpu Member in central Sichuan paleo-uplift,Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘Based on drilling data of JT1 and CS1,outcrop profiles and seismic data,the sedimentary pattern,space configuration of source-reservoir-cap combinations and paleouplift evolution characteristics of the Cambrian Lower Canglangpu Member in the central Sichuan paleouplift have been investigated to determine the favorable exploration zones.Controlled by Deyang-Anyue rift,the Lower Canglangpu Member features differential characteristics from east to west in sedimentary framework.In the west side of the Deyang-Anyue rift,this member is composed of clastic sediments,while in the east side of the Deyang-Anyue rift,it is fresh water shelf sediments,with grain beaches occurring along edges of the depressions,shelf and lagoon.Among the beaches,the dolomitic ones are mainly distributed around the depression edge and in the north of the lagoon.The beach sediments could become high quality reservoirs under the effect of karstification.Underlying the Lower Canglangpu Member is the widespread source rock of the Qiongzhusi Formation,so oil and gas generated by the Qiongzhusi Formation source rock can directly charge into the beach reservoirs.The sandy mudstone of the Upper Canglangpu Member can serve as the caprock of the Lower Canglangpu Member reservoir.The dolomitic beaches are located at the higher part of the paleo-uplift during the main accumulation period,with good hydrocarbon accumulation elements.Blocks PT1-CS1,HT1-GT2 and east GT2 are favorable exploration zones. | YAN Wei LUO Bing ZHOU Gang CHEN Youlian ZHONG Yuan LI Kunyu ZHOU Hongfei ZHAO Like HE Yuan | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,2: | 1 |

| 11 | Numerical simulation on centrifugal pump compressible flow field with different gas volume fractions显示文摘In order to study the influence of gas-liquid two-phase flow on the performance and internal flow field of a centrifugal pump,the steady three-dimensional flow with different gas volume fractions was simulated by applying the Reynolds-average N-S equation and mixture gas-liquid two-phase flow model,and the compressibility of gas was taken into consideration in the simulation. Then the centrifugal pump characteristic and the gas distribution law in different gas volume fractions were analyzed. The computational results show that gas volume fraction has a certain influence on the performance of the centrifugal pump,and the efficiency and head of the pump are on the decline with the increase of it.Static pressure in the impeller increases in the radial direction,but the pressure gradient in the flow direction is different under the different gas volume fractions. The gas volume is distributed mainly in the ipsilateral direction of impeller back shroud in the flow channel of the volute. On the suction side of the blade inlet there is an obvious low-pressure area,which causes bubbles agglutination and higher gas volume fraction. With the gas entering passage flow,gas volume fraction in the suction decreases and the pressure surface rises gradually. Higher gas volume fraction causes air blocking phenomenon in the flow passage and the discharge capacity reduces. | 13 | Development of plant cytosine base editors with the Cas12a system显示文摘Base editors of the Cas9 system have been widely used for precise nucleotide substitution in crops. In this study, Cas12a was applied to construct plant cytosine base editors(CBEs). The main elements of Cas12aCBEs were engineered and their efficiency was evaluated in stably transformed rice cells. An optimized ttCas12a-hyA3Bctd editor, consisting of a LbCas12a variant carrying catalytic inactive D832A and temperature-tolerance D156R double mutations, a truncated human APOBEC3B deaminase, a human RAD51 single-stranded DNA-binding domain, and double copies of UGI, outperformed other Cas12aCBEs in base editing efficiency. In T0transgenic rice plants, ttCas12a-hyA3Bctd edited an average of42.01% and a maximum of 68.75% of lines at six genomic targets. A-to-G conversions were generated in rice by an adenine base editor with a similar architecture to the optimized CBE.
