1基于数据挖掘技术探讨中药复方治疗膜性肾病的用药规律显示文摘目的:应用频数分析、关联规则分析等数据挖掘技术探讨中药复方治疗膜性肾病的组方配伍规律,为中药复方治疗膜性肾病(MN)的临床循证实践提供参考。方法:以'膜性肾病'为篇名,通过中国知网数据库进行检索,排除西医药物、单味中药处方及中药提取物。提取入选文献的中药复方组方内容,对中药名称进行术语规范化处理,建立中药复方药物构成数据库。应用R软件进行频数分析、关联规则分析,对中药复方进行数据挖掘,对中药复方的药物使用频数、药物配伍规律进行统计量化分析。结果:170首治疗膜性肾病的中药复方中,出现配伍频数较高的中药为黄芪、茯苓、白术、党参、丹参、当归、山药、山茱萸等;出现频数极低且不常用的中药为鬼箭羽、胡芦巴、虎耳草等。关联规则分析共筛选出17条有意义的配伍关联,提示黄芪、茯苓、白术等为配伍核心药物,常与淫羊藿、山茱萸、山药、泽泻等中药配伍。结论:数据挖掘技术提示益气健脾等治疗原则是中药复方治疗膜性肾病的主要组方配伍规律,频数分析、关联规则分析等数据挖掘技术可为中医药临床循证实践提供参考依据。邓静 Linghui Zeng 黄国东 唐咸艳 2017广西中医药2017,40,5:4

4Mesozoic Thrust-Nappe and Extensional Structure Frameworks in the East Segment of Southeast Yangtze Block, Southeast China显示文摘Multi-stage Mesozoic thrust-nappe and extensional structures are distributed in the east segment of the Southeast Yangtze Block situated in the junction region of Zhejiang-Jiangxi-Anhui provinces. The features and genetic mechanism of the deformations were analyzed after a detailed field observation of their distribution, geometry, and kinematics. In addition, the time sequences of the thrust and extensional structures were determined by combining the results of the comparative analysis with the chronological evidence of strata and magmatic rocks cut by a fault or formed after a fault according to field facts. This study identified three stages of the nappe structures and at least two stages of the extensional structures during the Mesozoic. The geotectonic setting of the nappe and extensional structures was considered to be related to the different geodynamics in the study area including the Early Mesozoic geological event, i.e., N-S compression, forming Lantian fault, etc.;the Late Mesozoic flat-slab subduction, forming Xiaoxi thrust fault and tectonic window;and the roll-back of the paleoPacific Plate, forming extensional structures like basin marginal fault;the last compression, forming Wucheng-Shenxian fault. 5Dynamic Spectrum Access Based on Prior Knowledge Enabled Reinforcement Learning with Double Actions in Complex Electromagnetic Environment显示文摘The spectrum access problem of cognitive users in the fast-changing dynamic interference spectrum environment is addressed in this paper.The prior knowledge for the dynamic spectrum access is modeled and a reliability quantification scheme is presented to guide the use of the prior knowledge in the learning process.Furthermore,a spectrum access scheme based on the prior knowledge enabled RL(PKRL)is designed,which effectively improved the learning efficiency and provided a solution for users to better adapt to the fast-changing and high-density electromagnetic environment.Compared with the existing methods,the proposed algorithm can adjust the access channel online according to historical information and improve the efficiency of the algorithm to obtain the optimal access policy.Simulation results show that,the convergence speed of the learning is improved by about 66%with the invariant average throughput.Linghui Zeng Fuqiang Yao Jianzhao Zhang Min Jia 2022China Communications2022,19,7:1
6Recent progress in the molecular imaging of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies显示文摘Therapeutic monoclonal antibodies have become one of the central components of the healthcare system and continuous efforts are made to bring innovative antibody therapeutics to patients in need.It is equally critical to acquire sufficient knowledge of their molecular structure and biological functions to ensure the efficacy and safety by incorporating new detection approaches since new challenges like individual differences and resistance are presented.Conventional techniques for determining antibody disposition including plasma drug concentration measurements using LC-MS or ELISA,and tissue distribution using immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence are now complemented with molecular imaging modalities like positron emission tomography and near-infrared fluorescence imaging to obtain more dynamic information,while methods for characterization of antibody’s interaction with the target antigen as well as visualization of its cellular and intercellular behavior are still under development.Recent progress in detecting therapeutic antibodies,in particular,the development of methods suitable for illustrating the molecular dynamics,is described here.Kaifeng He Su Zeng Linghui Qian 2020Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2020,10,5:1

8Rectifying the Neoproterozoic Stratigraphic Framework of Eastern Jiangnan Orogen, Southeast China显示文摘Studies on the metamorphic and related magmatic rocks within the Jiangnan Orogen,southern China,are important to understand the formation and evolution of this Neoproterozoic orogen because they can provide evidence for revealing the tectonic evolution of the South China Block.Following on from earlier attempts at stratigraphic correlation and creating a framework for the low-grade metamorphosed basement,new first-hand information on the composition and deformation of the East Jiangnan Orogen basement indicates that the sedimentary rocks in the north are composed of the sequential Shangxi Group(Gp)and the overlying Likou Gp,with a clear regional unconformity in between.The Likou Gp includes the Zhentou Formation(Fm.)and the Dengjia Fm.,with the previously named Puling Fm.only basalt interbeds within the Dengjia Fm.The Xucun granodiorite pluton of^830 Ma intrudes the Shangxi Gp,thereby resulting in a 100 mwide hornfels zone within the wall rocks,indicating that the formation of the group occurred earlier than that of the pluton.By contrast,the southern metamorphic rocks of the Xikou Gp and the overlying Jingtan Fm.are flaky,disordered,and strongly deformed.The Jingtan Fm.is roughly equivalent to the Heshangzhen Gp and includes the Zhoujiacun conglomerates in the lower part and a rhyolite in the upper part with interbedded basalt.This assessment of Neoproterozoic stratigraphic sequences and magmatic rocks in the east of the Jiangnan Orogen differs from and rectifies previous studies,emphasizing that explanation of analytical results,particularly geochronology,should be consistent with facts gathered in the field.YU Xinqi LIU Junlai CHEN Ziwei HU Jun ZENG Yan LIU Xiu LIU Mengyan HE Yu MENG Linghui WANG Zishen 2020Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,6:0
9DEFORMATION AND FRACTURE OF DISPERSION-STRENGTHENED HIGH-TEMPERATURE AI-8.5 Fe-1.3 V-1.7 Si ALLOY显示文摘The fracture behavior of Al-8. 5Fe-1. 3V-1.7Si (mass fraction, %) alloy under different deforming conditions was investigated. The results show that the propagation mode of the main crack was correlated with the orientation of prior powder boundaries (PPB’s) when the specimen ruptured. For the L-direction tensile specimen, the LT-oriented microcrack along PPB’s didn’t affect the main crack’s extensions the LSoriented microcrack might lead to unusual failure; the TS-oriented boundary was ready to become the lowenergy propagating path for the main crack. Hot rolling resulted in a larger increase of the cohesion strength of LS-and TS-oriented boundaries than that of LT-oriented boundary, thus causing the corresponding change of fracture mode at a certain deformation amount (30%). 10Netrin-3 Suppresses Diabetic Neuropathic Pain by Gating the Intra-epidermal Sprouting of Sensory显示文摘tDiabetic neuropathic pain(DNP)is the most common disabling complication of diabetes.Emerging evi-dence has linked the pathogenesis of DNP to the aberrant sprouting of sensory axons into the epidermal area;however,the underlying molecular events remain poorly understood.Here we found that an axon guidance molecule,Netrin-3(Ntn-3),was expressed in the sensory neurons of mouse dorsal root ganglia(DRGs),and downregulation of Ntn-3 expression was highly correlated with the severity of DNP in a diabetic mouse model.Genetic ablation of Ntn-3 increased the intra-epidermal sprouting of sensory axons and worsened the DNP in diabetic mice.In contrast,the elevation of Ntn-3 levels in DRGs significantly inhibited the intra-epidermal axon sprouting and alleviated DNP in diabetic mice.In con-clusion,our studies identified Ntn-3 as an important regula-tor of DNP pathogenesis by gating the aberrant sprouting of sensory axons,indicating that Ntn-3 is a potential druggable target for DNP treatment.Weiping Pan Xueyin Huang Zikai Yu Qiongqiong Ding Liping Xia Jianfeng Hua Bokai Gu Qisong Xiong Hualin Yu Junbo Wang Zhenzhong Xu Linghui Zeng Ge Bai Huaqing Liu 2023Neuroscience Bulletin2023,39,5:0
11Study on concentration distribution and detonation characteristics for non-axisymmetric fuel dispersal显示文摘The study of non-axisymmetric fuel dispersal and detonation can provide reference for the prevention of industrial cloud explosion accidents and the design of fuel air explosive(FAE).The concentration and detonation fields of 85 kg cylindrical and fan-shaped fuel are investigated by experiments and numerical simulations.A dynamic model of the whole process for fuel dispersal and detonation is built.The concentration distribution of fuel is used as the initial condition to calculate the detonation stage,thus solving the initial value problem of detonation field.The phase and component changes of fuel cloud at different locations are compared.The fuel cloud is divided into directions of 0°,90°,135°and 180°.The results show that the maximum cloud radius is 20.94 m in 135°and the minimum is 12.04 m in 0°.The diameter of the detonation fireball is 53.6 m,and the peak temperature is 3455 K.The highest peak overpressure is 3.44 MPa in 0°and the lowest is 2.97 MPa in 135°.The proportion of liquid phase in 0°is22.90%,and the fuel loss is 11.8% and 9% higher than that in 135°and cylindrical charge,respectively.The stable propagation distance of blast wave in 135°is 42.50% longer than 0°and 28.37% longer than cylindrical charge.Linghui Zeng Zhongqi Wang Xing Chen Jianping Li 2024Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,31,1:0

13I_(2)/Ph I(OAc)2-assisted oxidative C–H amination protocols toward metal-free pragmatic synthesis of pyrrolo[2,3-b]indoles显示文摘We report herein an I2/Ph I(OAc)2catalytic system for the pragmatic construction of C–N bonds through C–H/N–H oxidative coupling protocol.Divergent pyrrolo[2,3-b]indoles were efficiently prepared via I2-catalyzed intramolecular C–H amination reactions from(E/Z)-2-indolylenamines under metal-free conditions.Various functional groups are tolerated under mild reaction conditions and the resulting pyrrolo[2,3-b]indoles were obtained with mostly good to excellent yields.It was interesting to observe that both the(E)-and(Z)-isomers of the starting materials were efficiently transformed into the targeted product.The I+-mediated catalytic cycle was proposed based on mechanistic studies for this reaction.Yuping Xiong Feihua Du Linghui Zeng Zhiyuan Chen 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1:0
