1Indole alkaloid sulfonic acids from an aqueous extract of Isatis indigotica roots and their antiviral activity显示文摘Six new indole alkaloid sulfonic acids(1–6), together with two analogues(7 and 8) that were previously reported as synthetic products, were isolated from an aqueous extract of the Isatis indigotica root. Their structures including the absolute configurations were determined by spectroscopic data analysis, combined with enzyme hydrolysis and comparison of experimental circular dichroism and calculated electronic circular dichroism spectra. 28,4′-Oxyneolignane glucosides from an aqueous extract of“ban lan gen”(Isatis indigotica root)and their absolute configurations显示文摘Three pairs of glycosidic 8,4′-oxyneolignane diastereoisomers, named isatioxyneolignosides A-F(1–6), were isolated from an aqueous extract of Isatis indigotica roots. Their structures and absolute configurations were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic data analysis and enzyme hydrolysis. 3Advanced technology for functionalization of carbon nanotubes显示文摘Functionalization of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) has attracted considerable interest in the fields of physics, chemistry, material science and biology. The functionalized CNTs exhibit improved properties enabling facile fabrication of novel nanomaterials and nanodevices.Most of the functionalization approaches developed at present could be categorized into the covalent attachment of functional groups and the non-covalent adsorption of various functional molecules onto the surface of CNTs. This review highlights recent development and our work in functionalization of carbon nanotubes, leading to biocompatible CNTs, fluorescent CNTs and transition metal functionalized CNTs. 4Isatindolignanoside A, a glucosidic indole-lignan conjugate from an aqueous extract of the Isatis indigotica roots显示文摘A glucosidic indole-lignan conjugate with a novel carbon skeleton, named isatindolignanoside A(1), was isolated from an aqueous extract of the Isatis indigotica roots 'ban lan gen'. Its structure was elucidated by comprehensive analysis of spectroscopic data, including J-and NOESY correlation-based configurational analysis, circular dichroism(CD) data, enzyme hydrolysis, and theoretical ECD calculation. In a preliminary assay, compound 1 showed antiviral activity against Coxsackie virus B3. 5The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE) mission: An overview显示文摘The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE), dubbed “Xihe”—Goddess of the Sun, was launched on October 14, 2021 as the first solar space mission of China National Space Administration(CNSA). The CHASE mission is designed to test a newly developed satellite platform and to acquire the spectroscopic observations in the Hα waveband. The Hα Imaging Spectrograph(HIS)is the scientific payload of the CHASE satellite. It consists of two observational modes: raster scanning mode and continuum imaging mode. The raster scanning mode obtains full-Sun or region-of-interest spectral images from 6559.7 to 6565.9 ? and from 6567.8 to 6570.6 ? with 0.024 ? pixel spectral resolution and 1 min temporal resolution. The continuum imaging mode obtains photospheric images in continuum around 6689 ? with the full width at half maximum of 13.4 ?. The CHASE mission will advance our understanding of the dynamics of solar activity in the photosphere and chromosphere. 6Synthesis of Poly (3-acetylpyrrolyl methine) with Azobenzene Side Groups and Study on Its Third-order Nonlinear Optical Property显示文摘A novel soluble 7r-conjugated polymer, poly [(3-acetylpyrrole-2, 5-diyl) p-(N, N-dimethylamino) azobenzylidene] (PA-PDMAABE), was synthesized by condensation of 3-acetylpyrrole with 4-aldehyde-4’-dimethylaminoazobenzene (AD-MAA). The chemical structure of PAPDMAABE was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),1H-NMR, and UV-Vis-NIR spectra. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) analysis for PAPDMAABE indicatesthat part of PAPDMAABE is in crystal state, due to the short-range order of the polymer. Thermogravimetric analy-sis (TGA) curve shows that the polymer has good thermal stability and its decomposition temperature is 248°C. Theoptical band gap of PAPDMAABE obtained from the optical absorption spectrum is about 1.73 eV. The resonantthird-order nonlinear optical property of PAPDMAABE at 532 nm was studied using degenerate four-wave mixing(DFWM) technique. 7Hellebrigenin induces apoptosis in colorectal cancer Cells through induction of excessive reactive oxygen species显示文摘Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been increasingly applied in both preventing and treating a variety of cancers in the last decades,attributing to its fewer side effects as compared with chemotherapy drugs.Hellebrigenin,a component of Chanpi from the skin of Bufo bufogargarizans Cantor or Duttaphrynus melanostictus has been reported to have an obvious anti-cancer activity on various cancers.However,the effect and mechanism of hellebrigenin on colorectal cancers were still unknown.Herein,the present study demonstrated hellebrigenin significantly reduced viability and triggered apoptosis via the intrinsic pathway in colorectal cancer cell lines HCT116 and HT29 in vitro and in vivo.Moreover,hellebrigenin led to a reduction of mitochondrial membrane potential.In addition,treatment with hellebrigenin could result in the induction of excessive reactive oxygen species,which led to cell apoptosis.These results indicated that hellebrigenin had anti-cancer potential in the treatment of colorectal cancers.CHUNJIAO LIU QINHONG KONG FENG PAN SHAN JIANG LINGJIE MENG GAI HUANG LIDAN LU SANHUA LI YUN LIU 2021BIOCELL2021,45,4:2

9‘Hierarchical self-assembly’ of helical amylose/SWNTs complex显示文摘Helical amylose/SWNTs complexes (A/S-C) of various sizes, a single nanotube wrapped by amylose in particular, were demonstrated. The formation process of the helical A/S-C was further explained by a novel hierarchical self-assembly model, including the wrapping of amylose chains around SWNT and the hierarchical self-assembly of wrapped-SWNTs into the superstructural A/S-C. 12Recent advances in surface endothelialization of the magnesium alloy stent materials显示文摘Magnesium and its alloy have good mechanical properties and biodegradability,and have become the hotspot of the next-generation biodegradable vascular stent materials.However,their rapid degradation in vivo and poor biocompatibility are still the bottlenecks of clinical applications for the cardiovascular stents.In particular,how to induce the repair and regeneration of the vascular endothelial with normal physiological functions on the surface of the magnesium alloy stent materials represents the key to its clinical application in the field of cardiovascular stents.It has been believed that it is an ideal way to completely solve the postoperative complications through constructing the multifunctional anti-corrosive bioactive coating on the magnesium alloy surface to induce the formation of vascular endothelium with normal physiological functions.However,how to construct a corrosion-resistant multifunctional bioactive coating with the good endothelial regeneration abilities on the magnesium alloy surface still faces a great challenge.This paper mainly focused on highlighting and summarizing the recent advances in the surface endothelialization of the magnesium alloy materials for the vascular stent,including the bio-inert coating,in-situ immobilization of bioactive molecules on the surface,polymer coating loaded with bioactive factors,novel multifunctional polymer coating,bioactive micropatterns,bioactive layer with glycocalyx-like structure,NO-releasing coating and bioactive sol-gel coating.The advantages and disadvantages of these strategies were discussed and analyzed.Finally,in the senses of future development and clinical application,this paper analyzed and summarized the development direction and prospect of surface endothelialization of the magnesium alloy vascular stents.It is anticipated that this review can give the new cues to the surface endothelialization of the cardiovascular magnesium alloy stents and promote future advancements in this field.Changjiang Pan Xuhui Liu Qingxiang Hong Jie Chen Yuxin Cheng Qiuyang Zhang Lingjie Meng Juan Dai Zhongmei Yang Lingren Wang 2023Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2023,11,1:1

14Donor-Acceptor Typed AIE Luminogens with Near-infrared Emission for Super-resolution Imaging显示文摘Aggregation-induced emission(AIE)luminogens(AIEgens)with high brightness in aggregates exhibit great potentials in biological imaging,but these AIEgens are seldom applied in super-resolution biological imaging,especially in the imaging by using the structural illumination microscope(SIM).Based on this consideration,we synthesized the donor-acceptor typed AIEgen of DTPA-BTN,which not only owns high brightness in the near-infrared(NIR)emission region from 600 nm to 1000 nm(photoluminescence quantum yield,PLQYs=11.35%),but also displays excellent photo-stability.In addition,AIE nanoparticles based on 4,7-ditriphenylamine-[1,2,5]-thiadiazolo[3,4-c]pyridine(DTPA-BTN)were also prepared with highly emissive features and excellent biocompatibility.Finally,the developed DTPA-BTN-based AIE nanoparticles were applied in the super-resolution cellular imaging via SIM,where much smaller full width at half-maximum values and high signal to noise ratios were obtained,indicating the superior imaging resolution.The results here imply that highly emissive AIEgens or AIE nanoparticles can be promising imaging agents for super-resolution imaging via SIM.SHEN Qifei XU Ruohan WANG Zhi ZHAO Tianyu ZHOU Yu XU Yanzi YANG Zhiwei LEI Ming MENG Lingjie DANG Dongfeng 2021Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2021,37,1:0
15Synthesis of D-A typed AIE luminogens in isomeric architecture and their application in latent fingerprints imaging显示文摘Among the emitters in powder dusting to visualize the latent fingerprints(LFPs),aggregation-induced emission luminogens(AIEgens)are well employed for their high brightness and resistance to photobleaching.However,the serious background interference and low resolution still limit their fast development.Therefore,to further enhance the signal-to-noise ratio in LFPs imaging,especially to improve the analysis for level 3 details,donor-acceptor(D-A)typed AIEgens of DTPA-2,3-P,DTPA-2,5-P and DTPA-2,6-P are designed here.It is observed that strong emission covering from 450nm to 650nm can be obtained for all these molecules,especially that a high PLQY value of 10.06%in solids is achieved in DTPA-2,3-P.This is much higher than that of the other two cases(0.80%and 0.51%).By utilizing the DTPA-2,3-P in powder dusting,fluorescence imaging of LFPs can be clearly captured on both smooth and rough substrates.Moreover,confocal laser scanning microscope(CLSM)enables us to achieve high-resolution LFPs imaging in both 2D and 3D views,providing more detailed information of fingerprints pores in width,distance,distribution,and shapes.The results here demonstrate that highly emissive AIEgen of DTPA-2,3-P could be an excellent candidate for the visualization of fingerprints,thus providing the potential application in criminal investigation in the future.Peijuan Zhang Qifei Shen Yu Zhou Fengyi He Bo Zhao Zhi Wang Ruohan Xu Yanzi Xu Zhiwei Yang Lingjie Meng Dongfeng Dang 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,8:0

18Copper-induced formation of heterostructured Co_(3)O_(4)/CuO hollow nanospheres towards greatly enhanced lithium storage performance显示文摘We report a facile template-free fabrication of heterostructured Co_(3)O_(4)/CuO hollow nanospheres using pre-synthesized Co/Cu-glycerate as conformal precursor.The introduction of copper nitrate in the solvothermal reaction system of glycerol/isopropanol/cobalt nitrate readily induces the conversion from solid Co-glycerate to hollow Co/Cu-glycerate nanospheres,and the effect of the Co/Cu atomic ratio on the structure evolution of the metal glycerates as well as their corresponding oxides were investigated.When examined as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries,the well-defined Co_(3)O_(4)/CuO hollow nanospheres with Co/Cu molar ratio of 2.0 demonstrate excellent lithium storage performance,delivering a high reversible capacity of 930 mAh/g after 300 cycles at a current density of 0.5 A/g and a stable capacity of 650 mAh/g after 500 cycles even at a higher current density of 2.0 A/g,which are much better than their counterparts of bare CuO and Co_(3)O_(4).The enhanced lithium storage performance can be attributed to the synergistic effect of the CuO and Co_(3)O_(4)heterostructure with hollow spherical morphology,which greatly enhances the charge/electrolyte transfer and effectively buffers the volume changes upon lithiation/delithiation cycling.Junjun Zhang Huiying Lu Tianhao Yao Xin Ji Qingmiao Zhang Lingjie Meng Jianmin Feng Hongkang Wang 2024Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,2:0
