1Influence of fault slip on mining-induced pressure and optimization ofroadway support design in fault-influenced zone显示文摘This paper presents an investigation on the characteristics of overlying strata collapse and mininginduced pressure in fault-influenced zone by employing the physical modeling in consideration of fault structure.The precursory information of fault slip during the underground mining activities is studied as well.Based on the physical modeling,the optimization of roadway support design and the field verification in fault-influenced zone are conducted.Physical modeling results show that,due to the combined effect of mining activities and fault slip,the mining-induced pressure and the extent of damaged rock masses in the fault-influenced zone are greater than those in the uninfluenced zone.The sharp increase and the succeeding stabilization of stress or steady increase in displacement can be identified as the precursory information of fault slip.Considering the larger mining-induced pressure in the fault-influenced zone,the new support design utilizing cables is proposed.The optimization of roadway support design suggests that the cables can be anchored in the stable surrounding rocks and can effectively mobilize the load bearing capacity of the stable surrounding rocks.The field observation indicates that the roadway is in good condition with the optimized roadway support design.Hongwei Wang Yaodong Jiang Sheng Xue Lingtao Mao Zhinan Lin Daixin Deng Dengqiang Zhang 2016Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2016,8,5:10
2Overpressure Evolution Recorded in Fluid Inclusions in the Dongpu Depression,Bohai Bay Basin,North China显示文摘The Dongpu depression,like other depressions in the Bohai Bay Basin,is characterized by overpressure,however,the published studies have not clearly given the overpressure formation mechanism and paleo-pressure evolution history in the Dongpu depression.In addition,the current researches are mainly focused on the northern Dongpu depression,while rare investigation has been conducted in the southern part.In this context,it is urgent to explore the comprehensive overpressure evolution and formation mechanism in the Dongpu depression in academic and industrial fields.This paper provided a systematic analysis of fluid inclusions,including fluid inclusion petrography,microthermometry,vapor phase filling degree measurement and PVT-x modeling.By using homogenization temperature-burial history projection,the trapping time of the oil inclusions are determined.Four pressure evolution stages are identified in both the northern and the southern Dongpu depression.The results indicate that the pressure accumulation stage is derived by disequilibrium compaction and hydrocarbon generation in the northern part because of the salt rock distribution,while the stage is only derived by hydrocarbon generation in the southern part because of no salt rock distribution.The pressure release stages are mainly caused by the tectonic uplifting movements at the end of Dongying and Minghuazhen Formation.The overpressure in most areas in the northern part has been preserved till now,which is considered as a result of the good plasticity and sealing ability of salt rock that prevent the pressure leakage by smearing on the fault.Areas without salt rock distribution show normal pressure,which means the salt rock is an important factor that contributes to the overpressure preservation.However,there are exceptions that in Baimiao and Qiaokou,the overpressure still exists even without salt rock distribution,which is due to fault closure.Xiuyan Liu Honghan Chen Xuewei Xiao Hongan Zhang Yuwei Wang Tianwu Xu Pei Shang Lingtao Kong 2022Journal of Earth Science2022,33,4:2

4PD-L1 is increased in the spinal cord and infiltrating lymphocytes in experimental allergic encephalomyelitis显示文摘Experimental allergic encephalomyelitis is a mouse model of human multiple sclerosis with similar pathology and pathogenesis.Th1 cells play an important role in the pathogenesis of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis.This study determined the potential effect of programmed cell death 1ligand 1 in the pathogenesis of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis induced by injecting myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein,complete Freund’s adjuvant and Bordetella pertussis toxin into C57BL/6J mice.Experimental allergic encephalomyelitis mice developed disease and showed inflammatory changes in the central nervous system by hematoxylin-eosin staining of spinal cord pathological sections,demyelination by Luxol fast-blue staining and clinical manifestations.The expression of programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 in mice was detected by immunohistochemistry,flow cytometry and western blot analysis.The expression of programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 in the spinal cord and splenocytes of mice was significantly increased compared with normal mice.Our findings suggest the involvement of programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 in the pathogenesis of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis and suggest this should be studied in multiple sclerosis.Min Li Jiandong Jiang Bing Fu Jiechun Chen Qun Xue Wanli Dong Yanzheng Gu Lingtao Tang Limin Xue Qi Fang Mingyuan Wang Xueguang Zhang 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,35:1

9A Novel Shilling Attack Detection Model Based on Particle Filter and Gravitation显示文摘With the rapid development of e-commerce, the security issues of collaborative filtering recommender systems have been widely investigated. Malicious users can benefit from injecting a great quantities of fake profiles into recommender systems to manipulate recommendation results. As one of the most important attack methods in recommender systems, the shilling attack has been paid considerable attention, especially to its model and the way to detect it. Among them, the loose version of Group Shilling Attack Generation Algorithm (GSAGenl) has outstanding performance. It can be immune to some PCC (Pearson Correlation Coefficient)-based detectors due to the nature of anti-Pearson correlation. In order to overcome the vulnerabilities caused by GSAGenl, a gravitation-based detection model (GBDM) is presented, integrated with a sophisticated gravitational detector and a decider. And meanwhile two new basic attributes and a particle filter algorithm are used for tracking prediction. And then, whether an attack occurs can be judged according to the law of universal gravitation in decision-making. The detection performances of GBDM, HHT-SVM, UnRAP, AP-UnRAP Semi-SAD,SVM-TIA and PCA-P are compared and evaluated. 11Dissipative Particle Dynamics Simulations of the Self-assembly Mechanisms of Fluorinated Ordered Mesoporous Carbon in the Aqueous Phase显示文摘To clarify the preparation mechanisms of uorinated ordered mesoporous carbon materials (FOMCs), the dissipative par- ticle dynamics method was used to simulate the self-assembly process of the amphiphilic triblock poly(ethylene oxide)- poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) copolymer Pluronic F127 in the aqueous system. The self-assembly mechanisms in aqueous phase and the formation mechanisms of micropores and mesopores were investigated. It was found that the mesoporous structure of the FOMCs was formed by the hydrophobic segments of F127, while the pore wall was formed by both the hydrophilic segments and the carbon precursor in the system. The microporous structure on the pore wall was con- structed by the carbon source in the hydrophilic segments’ spaces after the template was removed.
