| 2 | Dynamic response analysis under atmospheric disturbances for helicopters based on elastic blades显示文摘A flight dynamics model based on elastic blades for helicopters is developed.Modal shape analysis is used to describe the rotating elastic blades for the purpose of reducing the elastic degrees of freedom for blades.The analytical result is employed to predict the rotor forces and moments.The equilibrium equation of the flight dynamics model is then constructed for the elastic motion for blades and the rigid motion for other parts.The nonlinear equation is further simplified,and the gradient descent algorithm is adopted to implement the trim simulation.The trim analysis shows that the effect of blade elasticity on the accuracy of rotor forces and moments is apparent at high speed,and the proposed method presents good accuracy for trim performance.The timedomain response is realized by a combination of the Newmark method and the adaptive RungeKutta method.The helicopter control responses of collective pitch show that the response accuracy of the model at a yaw-and-pitch attitude is improved.Finally,the influence of blade elasticity on the helicopter dynamic response in low-altitude wind shear is investigated.An increase in blade elasticity reduces the oscillation amplitude of the yaw angle and the vertical speed by more than 70%.Compared with a rigid blade,an elastic blade reduces the vibration frequency of the angular velocity and results in a fast return of the helicopter to its stable flight. | Tong Liu Yuting Dai Guanxin Hong Linpeng Wang | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2017,30,2: | 4 |
| 3 | Pathogenesis of allergic diseases and implications for therapeutic interventions显示文摘Allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis (AR), allergic asthma (AAS), atopic dermatitis (AD), food allergy (FA), and eczema aresystemic diseases caused by an impaired immune system. Accompanied by high recurrence rates, the steadily rising incidence ratesof these diseases are attracting increasing attention. The pathogenesis of allergic diseases is complex and involves many factors,including maternal-fetal environment, living environment, genetics, epigenetics, and the body’s immune status. The pathogenesisof allergic diseases exhibits a marked heterogeneity, with phenotype and endotype defining visible features and associatedmolecular mechanisms, respectively. With the rapid development of immunology, molecular biology, and biotechnology, manynew biological drugs have been designed for the treatment of allergic diseases, including anti-immunoglobulin E (IgE), antiinterleukin(IL)-5, and anti-thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP)/IL-4, to control symptoms. For doctors and scientists, it is becomingmore and more important to understand the influencing factors, pathogenesis, and treatment progress of allergic diseases. | 7 | Micro/nano-scale Characterization and Fatigue Fracture Resistance of Mechanoreceptor with Crack-shaped Slit Arrays in Scorpion显示文摘The nocturnal scorpion Heterometrus petersii uses Basitarsal Compound Slit Sensilla (BCSS) as mechanoreceptor to detect mechanical signal (e.g. substrate vibration, cyclic loads caused by walking) without fatigue failure such as initiation of fatigue crack and further propagation of crack-shaped slit. The outstanding perceptive function has been discovered for over half a century. However, it is not yet clear about the microstructure, material composition and micromechanical property which are all important factors that determine the fatigue fracture resistance of the BCSS. Here, the microscopic characteristics of the BCSS were thoroughly studied. The results dicate that anti-fatigue resilin and stiff chitinous cuticle form multilayered composite as the main body of the BCSS. Meanwhile, the pre-existing slit as mechanosensory structure is covered by cuticular membrane which has different mechanical property with the epicuticle. Methods 48 patients were treated by acupuncture on Chenshi(the period of the day from 7 a.m. To 9 a.m.) and Xushi(the period of the day from 7 p.m. To 9 P.m.)times.and examined the level of plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1 a.Results It is show that the plasma of TXB2 was higher than normal control group. 6-Keto-PGF1 α was lower than nermal group. After acupuncture on Chenshi time, TXB2 was reduced significantly(p<0.05)and 6-Keto-PGF~ was increased slightly (p>0.1). After acupuncture on Xushi time, both of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1 α had no significant changes. Conclusion Acupuncture is possessed of general regulating function which has the relationship with different body conditions. | 16 | Vibrational Receptor of Scorpion(Heterometrus petersii):The Basitarsal Compound Slit Sensilla显示文摘Recently,micro-vibrational perception mechanisms of nocturnal arthropods such as scorpions and spiders are attracting increasingly more attention and research.The relevant micro-vibrational receptors are exquisite,in terms of their comprehensive performance such as sensitivity,stability,high anti-interference,and ultralow-power consumption.In this work,we find the Basitarsal Compound Slit Sensilla (BCSS) of scorpion (Heterometrus petersii) are composed of the crack-shaped slits as mechanosensory structure and can efficiently detect substrate-borne vibrational signal in complex natural environment.The study on microstructures and mechanical properties of tissue phases constituting the BCSS reveals that the strategy of tessellation is used to make crack-shaped slit amplify the tiny mechanical signal.In addition,the magnitude-frequency characteristics of electrophysiological signals caused by vibration stimulation with different frequencies indicate that the scorpion is sensitive to micro-vibrational signals at a certain frequency range.Meanwhile,the vibrational perception mechanism based on geometrical amplification and resonance is proposed to explain how scorpions detect the tiny biotic vibrational signal efficiently in noise environment.This finding not only promotes our further understanding of ultra-sensitive mechanism of the vibrational receptors,but also provides biological inspiration for the next generation of mechanosensor for a broad range of applications. | Kejun Wang Junqiu Zhang Linpeng Liu Daobing Chen Honglie Song Yinliang Wang Shichao Niu Zhiwu Han Luquan Ren | 2019 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2019,16,1: | 0 |
