| 1 | Static Corrosion Rates of Fused-cast AZS Refractory Materials by Molten Glass显示文摘In order to investigate corrosive phenomena of fused-cast Al_2O_3-ZrO_2-SiO_2(AZS) refractory materials by molten glass,two types of fused-cast AZS refractory bricks were taken as the interests of the research to study static corrosion rates(mm/d) of the two type materials by molten soda-lime-silica glass at different temperatures(1400,1450 and 1500 *C) and for different isothermal periods(0.5,1.0 and 1.5 d).It was shown that static corrosion rate of each AZS material by molten glass at the triple point developed with raising temperature but slightly decreased with enhancing isothermal period.Based on chemical compositions,microstructures,and corrosive morphologies of AZS refractory materials,the relation between them and static corrosion rates of AZS refractory materials by molten glass was analyzed. | LI Kunming SHI Xinyong XUE Fei XIE Jinli LIN Guowei PAN Chuancai LIU Yueqiang ZHANG Hang | 2016 | Journal of the Chinese Ceramic Society2016，，4： | 2 |

| 4 | Effects of Chemical Composition and Microstructure on Exudation of Fused Cast AZS Refractory Materials显示文摘The fused cast alumina-zirconia-silica(AZS)refractory is an indispensable material of the glass melting furnace,because of its outstanding corrosion resistance and low pollution to glass production.The exudation is one important index to evaluate the performance of fused cast AZS refractory products.In order to study the effects of chemical composition and microstructure on the exudation of fused cast AZS refractory materials,three types of fused-cast AZS refractory bricks(AZS33#,AZS36#and AZS41#)were selected from several companies as the research object,and their composition,bulk density,apparent porosity,the value of exudation,static corrosion rate and microstructure were discussed.The results show that the chemical composition,especially the content of SiO2 and Na2O,and the distribution of zirconia would greatly affect the content and viscosity of glass phase,thus affecting the glass exudation.This work will provide technical reference for the development of low exudation AZS refractories. | YI Shuai DENG Lina ZENG Luju XUE Fei PAN Chuancai LIN Guowei LIU Yueqiang ZHANG Hang XIE Jinli | 2019 | China's Refractories2019，28，2： | 1 |
