2A targeting black phosphorus nanoparticle based immune cells nanoregulator for photodynamic/photothermal and photo-immunotherapy显示文摘Photo-immunotherapy is a novel therapeutic approach against malignant tumors with minimal invasiveness.Herein,a targeting multifunctional black phosphorus(BP)nanoparticle,modified by PEGylated hyaluronic acid(HA),was designed for photothermal/photodynamic/photo-immunotherapy.In vitro and in vivo assays indicated that HA-BP nanoparticles possess excellent biocompatibility,stability,and sufficient therapeutic efficacy in the combined therapy of photothermal therapy(PTT)and photodynamic therapy(PDT)for cancer therapy.Moreover,the results of in vitro showed that HA-BP down-regulated the expression of CD206(M2 macrophage marker)by 42.3%and up-regulated the ratio of CD86(M1 macrophage marker)by 59.6%,indicating that HABP nanoparticles have functions in remodeling tumor associated macrophages(TAMs)phenotype(from protumor M2 TAMs to anti-tumor M1 macrophages).Fluorescence(FL)and photoacoustic(PA)multimodal imaging confirmed the selective accumulation of HA-BP in tumor site via both CD44^+mediated active targeting and passive EPR effect.In vitro and in vivo studies suggested that the combined therapy of PDT,PTT and immunotherapy using HA-BP could not only significantly inhibit original tumor but also induce immunogenic cell death(ICD)and release Damage-associated molecular patterns(DAMPs),which could induce maturation of dendritic cells(DCs)and activate effector cells that robustly evoke the antitumor immune responses for cancer treatment.This study expands the biomedical application of BP nanoparticles and displays the potential of modified BP as a multifunctional therapeutic platform for the future cancer therapy.Xiaoge Zhang Junjie Tang Chao Li Yao Lu Lili Cheng Jie Liu 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,2:10
3Experimental investigation of boundary layer transition over a delta wing at Mach number 6显示文摘An experimental study on the boundary layer transition over a delta wing was carried out at Mach number 6 in a quiet wind tunnel.The Nano-tracer-based Planar Laser Scattering(NPLS)and Temperature-Sensitive Paints(TSP)techniques were used to measure the fine flow field structure and the wall Stanton number of the delta wing.The influence of factors such as the angle of attack and the Reynolds number was studied.The following results were obtained.The boundary layer transition between the leading edge and the centerline was dominated by the crossflow instability.At the location of the initial appearance of the traveling crossflow waves,the Stanton number began to rise.The Stanton number reached a maximum when the crossflow waves were broken up to turbulence.Increasing the angle of attack increased the spanwise pressure gradient at the windward side of the delta wing,thereby increasing the crossflow instability and advancing the boundary layer transition front.However,increasing the angle of attack caused the transition front to move backward at the leeward side.In addition,the sensitivity of the boundary layer transition to the Reynolds number varied with the angle of attack and the region.Haibo NIU Shihe YI Xiaolin LIU Xiaoge LU Dundian GANG 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,7:9
4Thermophysical properties of Sm_2(Zr_(1-x)Ce_x)_2O_7 ceramics显示文摘Sm2(Zr1-xCex)2O7 (x=0.1, 0.2, and 0.3) ceramics were prepared by solid reaction method at 1600°C for 10 h using Sm2O3, ZrO2, and CeO2 as starting reactants. The phase compositions, microstructures, thermal expansion coefficients, and partial thermal conductivities of these materials were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results reveal that Sm2(Zr0.9Ce0.1)2O7 with pyrochlore structure and Sm2(Zr1-xCex)2O7 (x=0.2 and 0.3) with fluorite structure were synthesized, and scanning electrical microscopy (SEM) images show that the microstructures of these products are very dense. The linear thermal expansion coefficients increase with increasing temperature in the temperature range from ambient to 1200°C, and the thermal expansion coefficients increase with increasing content of doped CeO2. The thermal conductivities of Sm2(Zr0.8Ce0.2)2O7 and Sm2(Zr0.7Ce0.3)2O7 decrease gradually with an increase in temperature. 5Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bushenantai granules(补肾安胎颗粒) in promoting angiogenesis at the maternal-fetal interface of recurrent spontaneous abortion mice显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the effects of Bushenantai(BSAT)granule(补肾安胎颗粒)on angiogenesis-related factors[E2,P,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)]at the maternal-fetal interface of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)mice,and to evaluate the role of BSAT in promoting angiogenesis at the maternal-fetal interface by influencing the expression of sex hormones,and VEGF.METHODS:A mouse model with normal pregnancy and another with Clark’s classic RSA were established.The RSA mice were randomly assigned to six groups:normal,model,progesterone,high-doseBSAT granule(BSAT-H),medium-dose-BSAT granule(BSAT-M),and low-dose-BSAT granule(BSAT-L)(n=10 for each group).The embryo loss rate and the histopathological changes in the decidual tissues were measured.Serum levels of estrogen(E2),progesterone(P),and VEGF were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The m RNA and protein expressions of estradiol receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),VEGF,and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2(VEGFR2)in the decidual tissues were identified by immunohistochemistry,Western blotting,and quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:The embryo loss rate in all groups that received BSAT treatment was reduced,while the number of blood vessels at decidual tissues was increased.The serum levels of E2,P and VEGF were elevated,and the m RNA and protein expressions of ER,PR,VEGF,and VEGFR2 in the decidual tissues were enhanced.CONCLUSION:BSAT can improve angiogenesis at the maternal-fetal interface and reduce the embryo loss rate,which may be associated with its ability to increase the serum levels of estrogen,progesterone,and VEGF,in addition to up-regulation of m RNA and protein expression of ER,PR,VEGF,and VEGFR2 in the decidual tissues.LI Yuanqi LI Weili YU Xinhui WU Hua WANG Yuanzhong JIN Ya HAO Lele LIU Mingmin SONG Xiaoge 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,4:3

7SciFinder-guided rational design of fluorescent carbon dots for ratiometric monitoring intracellular pH fluctuations under heat shock显示文摘Intracellular pH plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation,apoptosis, metabolism, enzyme activity and homeostasis. In this work, a novel design strategy for the preparation of pH responsive carbon dots(CDs-pH) for ratiometric intracellular imaging was reported. By using SciFinder database, fluorescent CDs-pH with the required p Kavalue of 6.84 were rationally designed, which is vital important for precise sensing of intracellular pH. As a result, the synthesized CDspH demonstrated robust ability to test pH fluctuations within the physiological range of 5.4-7.4. The CDspH was further utilized for fluorescent ratiometric imaging of pH in living HeLa cells, effectively avoided the influence of autofluorescence from native cellular species. Moreover, real-time monitoring of intracellular pH fluctuation under heat shock was successfully realized. 9Ultrahigh rate capability of 1D/2D polyaniline/titanium carbide(MXene)nanohybrid for advanced asymmetric supercapacitors显示文摘High energy density and enhanced rate capability are highly sought-after for supercapacitors in today's mobile world.In this work,polyaniline/titanium carbide(MXene)(PANI/Ti3C2Tx)nanohybrid is synthesized through a facile and cost-effective self-assembly of.one-dimensional(10)PANI nanofibers and two-dimensional(20)Ti3C2Tx nanosheets.PANl!Ti3C2Tx delivers greatly improved specific capacitance,ultrahigh rate capability(67%capacitance retention from 1 to 100 A·g^(-1))as well as good cycle stability.Electrochemical kinetic analysis reveals that PANI/Ti3C2Tx is featured with surface capacitance-dominated process and has a quasi-reversible kinetics at high scan rates,giving rise to an ultrahigh rate capability.By using PANl!Ti3C2Tx as positive electrode,an 1.8 V aqueous asymmetric supercapacitor(ASC)is successfully assembled,showing a maximum energy density of 50.8 Wh·kg^(-1)·(at 0.9 kW-kg-1)and a power density of 18 kW·kg^(-1)(at 26 Wh·kg^(-1)).Moreover,an 3.0 V organic ASC is also elaborately fabricated,·by using PANI/Ti3C2Tx,achieving an ultrahigh energy density of 67.2 Wh·kg^(-1)(at 1.5 kW·kg^(-1))and a power density of 30 kW·kg^(-1)·(at 26.8 Wh·kg^(-1)).The present work not only improves fundamental understanding of the structure-property relationship towards ultrahigh rate capability electrode materials,but also provides valuable guideline for the rational design of high-performance:energy storage devices with both high energy and power densities.Jinhua Zhou Qi Kang Shuchi Xu Xiaoge Li Cong Liu Lu Ni Ningna Chen Chunliang Lu Xizhang Wang Luming Peng Xuefeng Guo Weiping Ding Wenhua Hou 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:2

11A MXene-Based Bionic Cascaded-Enzyme Nanoreactor for Tumor Phototherapy/Enzyme Dynamic Therapy and Hypoxia-Activated Chemotherapy显示文摘The enzyme-mediated elevation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)at the tumor sites has become an emerging strategy for regulating intracellular redox status for anticancer treatment.Herein,we proposed a camouflaged bionic cascaded-enzyme nanoreactor based on Ti_(3)C_(2)nanosheets for combined tumor enzyme dynamic therapy(EDT),phototherapy and deoxygenation-activated chemotherapy.Briefly,glucose oxidase(GOX)and chloroperoxidase(CPO)were chemically conjugated onto Ti_(3)C_(2)nanosheets,where the deoxygenation-activated drug tirapazamine(TPZ)was also loaded,and the Ti_(3)C_(2)-GOX-CPO/TPZ(TGCT)was embedded into nanosized cancer cell-derived membrane vesicles with high-expressed CD47(m_eTGCT).Due to biomimetic membrane camouflage and CD47 overexpression,m_eTGCT exhibited superior immune escape and homologous targeting capacities,which could effectively enhance the tumor preferential targeting and internalization.Once internalized into tumor cells,the cascade reaction of GOX and CPO could generate HClO for efficient EDT.Simultaneously,additional laser irradiation could accelerate the enzymic-catalytic reaction rate and increase the generation of singlet oxygen(~1O_(2)).Furthermore,local hypoxia environment with the oxygen depletion by EDT would activate deoxygenation-sensitive prodrug for additional chemotherapy.Consequently,m_eTGCT exhibits amplified synergistic therapeutic effects of tumor phototherapy,EDT and chemotherapy for efficient tumor inhibition.This intelligent cascaded-enzyme nanoreactor provides a promising approach to achieve concurrent and significant antitumor therapy.Xiaoge Zhang Lili Cheng Yao Lu Junjie Tang Qijun Lv Xiaomei Chen You Chen Jie Liu 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,2:1
12BCC-ESM1 Model Datasets for the CMIP6 Aerosol Chemistry Model Intercomparison Project (AerChemMIP)显示文摘BCC-ESM1 is the first version of the Beijing Climate Center’s Earth System Model,and is participating in phase 6 of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project(CMIP6).The Aerosol Chemistry Model Intercomparison Project(AerChemMIP)is the only CMIP6-endorsed MIP in which BCC-ESM1 is involved.All AerChemMIP experiments in priority 1 and seven experiments in priorities 2 and 3 have been conducted.The DECK(Diagnostic,Evaluation and Characterization of Klima)and CMIP historical simulations have also been run as the entry card of CMIP6.The AerChemMIP outputs from BCC-ESM1 have been widely used in recent atmospheric chemistry studies.To facilitate the use of the BCC-ESM1 datasets,this study describes the experiment settings and summarizes the model outputs in detail.Preliminary evaluations of BCC-ESM1 are also presented,revealing that:the climate sensitivities of BCC-ESM1 are well within the likely ranges suggested by IPCC AR5;the spatial structures of annual mean surface air temperature and precipitation can be reasonably captured,despite some common precipitation biases as in CMIP5 and CMIP6 models;a spurious cooling bias from the 1960s to 1990s is evident in BCC-ESM1,as in most other ESMs;and the mean states of surface sulfate concentrations can also be reasonably reproduced,as well as their temporal evolution at regional scales.These datasets have been archived on the Earth System Grid Federation(ESGF)node for atmospheric chemistry studies.Jie ZHANG Tongwen WU Fang ZHANG Kalli FURTADO Xiaoge XIN Xueli SHI Jianglong LI Min CHU Li ZHANG Qianxia LIU Jinghui Yan Min WEI Qiang MA 2021Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,2:1

15Rational design of 3D porous niobium carbide MXene/rGO hybrid aerogels as promising anode for potassium-ion batteries with ultrahigh rate capability显示文摘An effective method is designed to construct three-dimensional(3D)Nb_(2)C/reduced graphene oxide(rGO)hybrid aerogels through a low-temperature graphene oxide(GO)-assisted hydrothermal self-assembly followed by freeze-drying and annealing.The intimately coupled Nb_(2)C/rGO hybrid aerogel combines the advantages of large specific surface area and rich 3D interconnected porous structure of aerogel as well as high conductivity and low potassium diffusion energy barrier of Nb_(2)C,which not only effectively prevents the self-restacking of Nb2C nanosheets to allow more active sites exposed and accommodate the volume change during the charge/discharge process,but also increases the accessibility of electrolyte and promotes the rapid transfer of ions/electrons.As a result,Nb_(2)C/rGO-2 as the anode of potassium ion batteries(KIBs)delivers a large reversible specific capacity(301.7 mAh·g^(−1)after 500 cycles at 2.0 A·g^(−1)),an ultrahigh rate capability(155.5 mAh·g^(−1)at 20 A·g^(−1)),and an excellent long-term large-current cycle stability(198.8 mAh·g^(−1)after 1,000 cycles at 10 A·g^(−1),with a retention of 83.3%).Such a high-level electrochemical performance,especially the ultrahigh rate capability,is the best among transition metal carbides and nitride(MXene)-based materials reported so far for KIBs.The diffusion kinetics of K+is investigated thoroughly,and the synergetic charge–discharge mechanism and the structure–performance relationship of Nb_(2)C/rGO are revealed explicitly.The present work provides a good strategy to solve the self-restacking problem of two-dimensional materials and also enlarges the potential applications of MXenes.Cong Liu Zhitang Fang Xiaoge Li Jinhua Zhou Gang Yang Luming Peng Xuefeng Guo Weiping Ding Wenhua Hou 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:1

17Multiple stimuli-responsive nanosystem for potent,ROS-amplifying,chemo-sonodynamic antitumor therapy显示文摘Although sonodynamic therapy(SDT)is a promising non-invasive tumor treatment strategy due to its safety,tissue penetration depth and low cost,the hypoxic tumor microenvironment limits its therapeutic effects.Herein,we have designed and developed an oxygen-independent,ROS-amplifying chemo-sonodynamic antitumor therapy based on novel pH/GSH/ROS triple-responsive PEG-PPMDT nanoparticles.The formulated artemether(ART)/Fe_(3)O_(4)-loaded PEG-PPMDT NPs can rapidly release drug under the synergistic effect of acidic endoplasmic pH and high intracellular GSH/ROS levels to inhibit cancer cell growth.Besides,the ROS level in the NPs-treated tumor cells is magnified by ART via interactions with both Fe^(2+)ions formed in situ at acidic pH and external ultrasound irradiation,which is not affected by hypoxia tumor microenvironment.Consequently,the enriched intracellular ROS level can cause direct necrosis of ROS-stressed tumor cells and further accelerate the drug release from the ROS-responsive PEG-PPMDT NPs,achieving an incredible antitumor potency.Specifically,upon the chemo-sonodynamic therapy by ART/Fe_(3)O_(4)-loaded PEG-PPMDT NPs,all xenotransplants of human hepatocellular carcinoma(HepG2)in nude mice shrank significantly,and 40% of the tumors were completely eliminated.Importantly,the Fe3O4 encapsulated in the NPs is an efficient MRI contrast agent and can be used to guide the therapeutic procedures.Further,biosafety analyses show that the PEG-PPMDT NPs possess minimal toxicity to main organs.Thus,our combined chemo-sonodynamic therapeutic method is promising for potent antitumor treatment by controlled release of drug and facile exogenous generation of abundant ROS at target tumor sites.JunJie Tang Xiaoge Zhang Lili Cheng Yadong Liu You Chen Zhaozhong Jiang Jie Liu 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,9:1
18Defense of Massive False Data Injection Attack via Sparse Attack Points Considering Uncertain Topological Changes显示文摘False data injection attack(FDIA)is a typical cyber-attack aiming at falsifying measurement data for state estimation(SE),which may incur catastrophic consequences on cyber-physical system operation.In this paper,we develop a deep learning based methodology for detection,localization,and data recovery of FDIA on power systems in a coherent and holistic manner.However,the multi-modal probability distributions of both measurements and state variables in SE due to ever-changing operating points and structural/topological changes pose great challenges in detecting and localizing FDIA.To address this challenge,we first propose an enhanced attack model to launch massive FDIA on limited access points.Second,we train an auto-encoder(AE)with a Bayesian change verification(BCV)classifier using N-1 contingencies to detect FDIA with unseen N-k operational topologies.Third,to avoid model collapse caused by multi-modal measurement distribution,an AE-based generative adversarial network(GAN)is derived to generate a diverse candidate set of normal measurement vectors with various operational topologies.Finally,we develop a pattern match algorithm to localize and recover the falsified measurements and state variables by comparing the falsified measurement vectors with the normal measurement vectors in the candidate set.Case studies with IEEE benchmark systems and a modified 415-bus China Southern Grid system are provided to validate the proposed methodology.It shows that the proposed methodology achieves an average 95%accuracy for detection,over 80%accuracy for localization of FDIA,and recovers the measurement and state variables close to their true values.Xiaoge Huang Zhijun Qin Ming Xie Hui Liu Liang Meng 2022Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2022,10,6:0
19Does Family Planning Increase Children's Income?显示文摘Whether the generation affected by the family planning will benefi t directly is the key to test whether the policy implications are the same to collective and individual.There are researches on the family planning's consequences are usually in the macro-level.In order to discovery how family planning directly affects the individual,this paper use micro data from China Family Panel Studies(CFPS) 2010 to test the impact of family planning on children's personal income.The results shows that'quantity-quality tradeoff'hypothesis holds on human capital levels in China,and the implementation of family planning policy effectively increases children's education level,but the social capital effect of siblings is also reduced by the family planning policy.Considering the two kinds of effects,the family planning policy has not signifi cantly affect children's personal income.Liu Xiaoge Wei Jian 2016China Population Today2016,33,3:0
20Rapid report of June 1,2022 M_(W) 5.9 Lushan earthquake,China with geodetic and teleseismic data显示文摘Timely response to earthquake characterization can facilitate earthquake emergency rescue and further scientific investigations.On June 1,2022,M_(W) 5.9 earthquake occurred in the southern area of the Longmenshan fault zone.This event also happened at the south end of the Dayi seismic gap and is the largest earthquake that has occurred in this seismic gap since the 1970 M 6.2 event.The slip-distribution model constrained by the seismic waveforms suggests a thrust-dominated faulting mechanism.The main slip occurs at a depth of~14 km,and the cumulative energy is released in the first 6 s.The variations of Coulomb stress caused by the mainshock show a positive change in the southwest area of the Dayi seismic gap,indicating possible activation of future earthquakes.In addition,we emphasize the importance of rapid estimation of deformation for near-field hazard delineation,especially when interferometric radar fails to image coseismic deformation in a high relief terrain.Lei Xie Nan Fang Xiaoge Liu Wenbin Xu 2023Earthquake Research Advances2023,3,1:0
