1The ChinaMAP analytics of deep whole genome sequences in 10,588 individuals显示文摘Metabolic diseases are the most common and rapidly growing health issues worldwide.The massive population-based human genetics is crucial for the precise prevention and intervention of metabolic disorders.The China Metabolic Analytics Project(ChinaMAP)is based on cohort studies across diverse regions and ethnic groups with metabolic phenotypic data in China.Here,we describe the centralized analysis of the deep whole genome sequencing data and the genetic bases of metabolic traits in 10,588 individuals from the ChinaMAP.The frequency spectrum of variants,population structure,pathogenic variants and novel genomic characteristics were analyzed.The individual genetic evaluations of Mendelian diseases,nutrition and drug metabolism,and traits of blood glucose and BMI were integrated.Our study establishes a large-scale and deep resource for the genetics of East Asians and provides opportunities for novel genetic discoveries of metabolic characteristics and disorders.Yanan Cao Lin Li Min Xu Zhimin Feng Xiaohui Sun Jieli Lu Yu Xu Peina Du Tiange Wang Ruying Hu Zhen Ye Lixin Shi Xulei Tang Li Yan Zhengnan Gao Gang Chen Yinfei Zhang Lulu Chen Guang Ning Yufang Bi Weiqing Wang The ChinaMAP Consortium 2020Cell Research2020,30,9:20
2Anomaly Models of Spatial Structures for Copper-Molybdenum Ore Deposits and their Application显示文摘This paper discusses the enrichment and depletion regularities for porphyry copper-molybdenum ore deposits in different regions and varied deposit genetic types in the same area, taking three porphyry copper-molybdenum ore deposits (i.e., the Chengmenshan in Jiangxi, Wunugetushan in Inner Mongolia, Baishantang in Gansu) and two copper deposits in Gansu Province (the Huitongshan skarn deposit and Gongpoquan composite deposit) as case studies. The results show that porphyry Cu-Mo deposits or skarn copper deposits include both enrichment of the ore-forming elements and associated elements, and depletion of some lithophile dispersed elements, rare earth elements (REE) and some major elements. And the depleted elements vary with deposits, having generality and their own features. On a deposit scale, the positive anomalies of enriched elements and negative anomalies of depleted elements follow in a sequence to comprise regular anomaly models of spatial structures. The exploration in the Tongchang deposit in Jiangxi and Huitongshan deposit in Gansu suggests that anomaly models play a key role in the identification of mineral occurrences and deposits compared to one single enriched element anomaly. 3High power THz source based on coherent radiation of picosecond relativistic electron bunch train显示文摘Tunable and compact high power terahertz (THz) radiation based on coherent radiation (CR) of the picosecond relativistic electron bunch train is under development at the Tsinghua accelerator lab. Coherent synchronization radiation (CSR) and coherent transition radiation (CTR) are researched based on an S-band compact electron linac, a bending magnet or a thin foil. The bunch train's form factors, which are the key factor of THz radiation, are analyzed by the PARMELA simulation. The effects of electron bunch trains under different conditions, such as the bunch number, bunch charges, micro-pulses inter-distance, and accelerating gradient of the gun are investigated separately in this paper. 4Enhanced Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface Assisted mmWave Communication: A Federated Learning显示文摘Reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)has been proposed as a potential solution to improve the coverage and spectrum efficiency for future wireless communication.However,the privacy of users’data is often ignored in previous works,such as the user’s location information during channel estimation.In this paper,we propose a privacy-preserving design paradigm combining federated learning(FL)with RIS in the mmWave communication system.Based on FL,the local models are trained and encrypted using the private data managed on each local device.Following this,a global model is generated by aggregating them at the central server.The optimal model is trained for establishing the mapping function between channel state information(CSI)and RIS’configuration matrix in order to maximize the achievable rate of the received signal.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can effectively approach to the theoretical value generated by centralized machine learning(ML),while protecting user’privacy.Lixin Li Donghui Ma Huan Ren Dawei Wang Xiao Tang Wei Liang Tong Bai 2020China Communications2020,17,10:6

6The Tibetan Plateau Surface–Atmosphere Coupling System and Its Weather and Climate Effects: The Third Tibetan Plateau Atmospheric Science Experiment显示文摘The Tibetan Plateau(TP) is a key area affecting forecasts of weather and climate in China and occurrences of extreme weather and climate events over the world. The China Meteorological Administration, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly initiated the Third Tibetan Plateau Atmospheric Science Experiment(TIPEX-Ⅲ) in 2013, with an 8–10-yr implementation plan. Since its preliminary field measurements conducted in 2013, routine automatic sounding systems have been deployed at Shiquanhe, Gaize, and Shenzha stations in western TP, where no routine sounding observations were available previously. The observational networks for soil temperature and soil moisture in the central and western TP have also been established. Meanwhile, the plateau-scale and regional-scale boundary layer observations, cloud–precipitation microphysical observations with multiple radars and aircraft campaigns, and tropospheric–stratospheric air composition observations at multiple sites, were performed. The results so far show that the turbulent heat exchange coefficient and sensible heat flux are remarkably lower than the earlier estimations at grassland, meadow, and bare soil surfaces of the central and western TP. Climatologically, cumulus clouds over the main body of the TP might develop locally instead of originating from the cumulus clouds that propagate northward from South Asia. The TIPEX-Ⅲ observations up to now also reveal diurnal variations, macro-and microphysical characteristics, and water-phase transition mechanisms, of cumulus clouds at Naqu station. Moreover, TIPEX-Ⅲ related studies have proposed a maintenance mechanism responsible for the Asian 'atmospheric water tower' and demonstrated the effects of the TP heating anomalies on African, Asian, and North American climates. Additionally, numerical modeling studies show that the Γ distribution of raindrop size is more suitable for depicting the TP raindrop characteristics compared to the M–P distribution, the overestimation of sensible heat flux can be reduced via modifying the heat transfer parameterization over the TP, and considering climatic signals in some key areas of the TP can improve the skill for rainfall forecast in the central and eastern parts of China. However,there are many problems in China's agricultural product logistics,such as long distance between processing,preservation,cold storage,packaging base and agricultural production base,great losses of agricultural products in the process of transportation and handling from production base,poor road conditions in rural areas,inadequate special vehicles,refrigerated trucks and sealed vans,low electronic information utilization rate during agricultural logistics transaction,and lack of agricultural product access mechanism in the agricultural wholesale market. 8Salt-related structure and deformation mechanism of the Middle-Lower Cambrian in the middle-west parts of the Central Uplift and adjacent areas of the Tarim Basin显示文摘The salt beds of the Middle-Lower Cambrian are widespread in the middle-west parts of the Central Uplift and adjacent areas, the Tarim Basin. This paper presents the results of seismic interpretation and drilling data analysis, which discovered that the salt beds were formed in an old geologic age, deeply buried, with relatively small scaled flowing and gathering and uneven distribution. As the regional detachment layers, the salt sequences considerably control the structural deformation of the up-salt Paleozoic, forming a series of hydrocarbon traps. In due course, the salt beds of the Middle-Lower Cambrian provide excellent cap rocks and trap conditions; thus the value of exploring hydrocabon reservoir in the target strata of the sub-salt Sinian- Cambrian is greatly increased. Research has shown that the salt-related structures of the Middle-Lower Cambrian in the area mainly exist in the form of salt pillow, salt roller, up-salt anticline, salt diapir, assemblage of the salt arch and up-salt fault-block, assemblage of basement fault and salt anticline, assemblage of the basement fault-block and salt dome, assemblage of salt detachment and fault-related fold, and assemblage of basement fault-block, salt arch and up-salt imbricated thrusts. The evolution and deformation mechanisms of the salt-related structures are controlled largely by basement faulting, compressional shortening, plastic flowing and gathering, superstratum gravitation, and up-salt faulting and detaching. 9INFLUENCE OF MAGNETIC FIELD ON ACCURACY OF ECM BY CHANGING THE CONDUCTIVITY OF ANODE FILM显示文摘The change of conductivity, thickness and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) appearance of the anode film of CrWMn in 10% NaNO3 at different anode potential either with or without the magnetic field applied are investigated by testing film resistance, galvanostatic transient and using SEM to design magnetic circuit in magnetic assisted electrochemical machining (MAECM). The experiments show that the anode film has semi-conducting property. Compared with the situation without magnetic field applied, the resistance of the film formed at 1.8V (anode potential) increased and decreased at 4.0V while B=0.4T and the magnetic north pole points toward anode. The SEM photo demonstrates that the magnetic field will densify the film in the passivation area and quicken dissolution of the anode metal in over-passivation area. Based on the influence of magnetic field on electrochemical machining(ECM) due to the changes of the anode film conductivity behavior, the magnetic north pole should be designed to point towards the workpiece surface that has been machined. 12Theoretical study on boiling heat transfer in the Xi'an pulsed reactor显示文摘Boiling heat transfer condition has significance for pool-type research reactors cooled by natural circulation.It has important effect on the fuel element safety of reactor.On the basis of heat transfer characteristics of the Xi'an pulsed reactor(XAPR),fuel conduction,single-phase convection and boiling heat transfer,and void fraction models of the core are constructed.To validate the correctness of the physical models presented in the paper,numerical calculation based on a subchannel analysis method of XAPR is carried out,and the temperature fields are measured in some reactor coolant channels.The comparison between the calculated and experimental results verifies the effectiveness of the models.These physical models are used to calculate the thermal-hydraulic parameters of XAPR at the rated power(for XAPR the rated power is 2.0 MW in steady-state operation).The results indicate that subcooled boiling occurs in the XAPR core but it exhibits a subcooling degree which is considerably higher than that of saturation boiling.Subcooled boiling improves the efficiency of heat transfer between the fuel element surface and coolant,as well as effectively protects fuel elements.This research is also a beneficial reference in thermal-hydraulic analysis for other natural circulation reactors.CHEN LiXin TANG XiaoBin JIANG XinBiao CHEN Da ZHAO ZhuMin 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,1:2
13PBO fibers/fluorine-containing liquid crystal compound modified cyanate ester wave-transparent laminated composites with excellent mechanical and flame retardance properties显示文摘Bisphenol A dicyanate ester resins modified by fluorine-containing liquid crystal compound(LCFE)are applied as polymer matrix(LCFE-BADCy),poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole)(PBO)fibers as rein-forcements,and fluorine/adamantane PBO precursor(pre FABPBO)as interfacial compatibilizer to prepare the corresponding PBO fibers/FABPBO/LCFE-BADCy wave-transparent laminated composites.LCFE could improve the order degree of BADCy cured network,in favor of enhancing the wave-transparent perfor-mance,mechanical properties,and intrinsic thermal conductivity.The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of PBO fibers/FABPBO/LCFE-BADCy composites are highly temperature(25–200℃)and frequency(10^(4)–10^(7) Hz and 8.2–12.4 GHz)stable with the value of 2.49 and 0.003 under 10^(6) Hz at 25℃,and the corresponding wave transmission efficiency is 95.0%,higher than that of 92.5%for PBO fibers/BADCy com-posites.The interlamellar shear strength and flexural strength are respectively 50.7 MPa and 682.5 MPa,38.1%and 16.2%higher than those of PBO fibers/BADCy composites.Besides,the volume resistivity,breakdown voltage,heat resistance index,glass transition temperature,flame retardant grade,and ul-timate oxygen index of PBO fibers/FABPBO/LCFE-BADCy composites are respectively 5.3×10^(15)Ωcm,29.75 kV/mm,217.2℃,245.7℃,V-1 grade,and 33.6%,expected to be performed as a new generation of“lightweight/loading/wave-transparent”electromagnetic window materials in advanced military weapons and civil communication base station.Zheng Liu Xiaoli Fan Junliang Zhang Lixin Chen Yusheng Tang Jie Kong Junwei Gu 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,21:2
