1Porous nitrogen-doped carbon/MnO coaxial nanotubes as an efficient sulfur host for lithium sulfur batteries显示文摘As a promising candidate for next generation energy storage devices, lithium sulfur (Li-S) batteries still confrant rapid capacity degradation and low rate capability. Herein, we report a well-architected porous nitrogen-doped carbon/MnO coaxial nanotubes (MnO@PNC) as an efficient sulfur host material. The host shows excellent electron conductivity, sufficient ion transport channels and strong adsorption capability for the polysulfides, resulting from the abundant nitrogen-doped sites and pores as well as MnO in the carbon shell of MnO@PNC. The MnO@PNC-S composite electrode with a sulfur content of 75 wt.% deliveries a specific capacity of 802 mAh·g^-1 at a high rate of 5.0C and outstanding cycling stability with a capacity retention of 82% after 520 cycles at 1.0C.Chao Lin Longbing Qu Jiantao Li Zhengyang Cai Haoyun Liu Pan He Xu Xu Liqiang Mai 2019Nano Research2019,12,1:10
2Non-liD Recommender Systems: A Review and Framework of Recommendation Paradigm Shifting显示文摘虽然推荐系统在我们的生活、学习、工作和娱乐中扮演着越来越重要的角色,但是很多时候我们收到的推荐都是不相关的、重复的,或者包含不感兴趣的产品和服务。这些差的推荐系统产生的原因来源于一个本征假设:传统的理论和推荐系统认为用户和物品是独立同分布的(IID)。另一个明显的现象是,虽然投入了很多的精力模拟用户或者物品的特殊属性,但用户和物品的总体属性及它们之间的非独立同分布性(non-IID)被忽略了。本文先讨论了推荐系统的非独立同分布性,紧接着介绍了非独立同分布性原理,目的是从耦合和异构性的角度来深入阐述传统的推荐系统的固有本质。这种非独立同分布推荐系统引起了传统推荐系统范式的转化——从独立同分布向非独立同分布进行转化,希望能够形成高效的、相关性高的、个人订制和可操作的推荐系统。这种系统创造了令人兴奋的能够解决包含冷启动、以稀疏数据为基础、跨域、基于群组信息和欺诈攻击等各种复杂情况的新的研究方向和解决方案。Longbing Cao 2016Engineering2016,2,2:7
3Aging behavior and fatigue crack propagation of high Zn-containing Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys with zinc variation显示文摘In the present work, the influence of two-step aging treatments on hardness, electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of two high Zn-containing Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys with zinc content variation was investigated and the detailed T76 aging parameters were proposed. The microstructure of the precipitates were studied by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HREM) and then quantitatively investigated with the aid of an image analysis. The fatigue performances were researched by the fatigue crack propagation(FCP) rate test and fracture morphology was observed with scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that the matrix precipitate size distributions of both alloys had significant difference, so as to fatigue crack propagation rates and fracture appearance. The shear and bypass mechanisms of dislocation-precipitate interactions were employed to explain the difference. Among the shearable precipitates, the proportion of larger size precipitates for the higher zinc content alloy is bigger than that for the lower zinc content alloy. The coarse shearable precipitates hinder the propagation of the fatigue cracks, leading to inferior FCP rate. 5Alloyed Au-Ag nanorods with desired plasmonic properties and stability in harsh environments显示文摘Bio-chemical molecular detection in the nanoscale, based on alloyed nanorods(NRs) with tunable surface plasmon resonance(SPR) properties and high chemical stability, has attracted particular interest. In this work,alloyed Au-Ag NRs with tunable aspect ratios were achieved by annealing Au nanobipyramid-directed Au@Ag core-shell NRs. The core-shell NRs were encapsulated within mesoporous silica outer shells to avoid fusion or aggregation. The structural stability of fully alloyed Au-Ag NRs, including chemical and thermal stability, is remarkably improved compared with that of Au@Ag core-shell NRs. The alloyed NRs would maintain the rod-like structure after being incubated in etchant solution, while Au@Ag core-shell NRs would decay into nanobipyramids.Additionally, fully alloyed NRs present stable morphology under annealing at high temperatures of up to 600℃ in air. Benefiting from excellent structural and chemical stabilities, the surface-enhanced Raman scattering effect based on alloyed NRs is stable in harsh environments. Taking advantage of tunable SPR properties(600–1800 nm) and excellent stability, the obtained nanostructures can serve as drug carriers. 6A 1.2 V,3.1%3σ-accuracy thermal sensor analog front-end circuit in 12 nm CMOS process显示文摘This paper presents a 1.2 V high accuracy thermal sensor analog front-end circuit with 7 probes placed around the microprocessor chip.This analog front-end consists of a BGR(bandgap reference),a DEM(dynamic element matching)control,and probes.The BGR generates the voltages linear changed with temperature,which are followed by the data read out circuits.The superior accuracy of the BGR’s output voltage is a key factor for sensors fabricated via the FinFET digital process.Here,a 4-stage folded current bias structure is proposed,to increase DC accuracy and confer immunity against FinFET process variation due to limited device length and low current bias.At the same time,DEM is also adopted,so as to filter out current branch mismatches.Having been fabricated via a 12 nm FinFET CMOS process,200 chips were tested.The measurement results demonstrate that these analog front-end circuits can work steadily below 1.2 V,and a less than 3.1%3σ-accuracy level is achieved.Temperature stability is 0.088 mV/℃across a range from-40 to 130℃.Liqiong Yang Linfeng Wang Junhua Xiao Longbing Zhang Jian Wang 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,3:2

8Stoichiometric effect on electrical and near-infrared photodetection properties of full-composition-range GaAs1−xSbx nanowires显示文摘As one of the most important narrow bandgap ternary semiconductors, GaAs1−xSbx nanowires (NWs) have attracted extensive attention recently, due to the superior hole mobility and the tunable bandgap, which covers the whole near-infrared (NIR) region, for technological applications in next-generation high-performance electronics and NIR photodetection. However, it is still a challenge to the synthesis of high-quality GaAs1−xSbx NWs across the entire range of composition, resulting in the lack of correlation investigation among stoichiometry, microstructure, electronics, and NIR photodetection. Here, we demonstrate the success growth of high-quality GaAs1−xSbx NWs with full composition range by adopting a simple and low-cost surfactant-assisted solid source chemical vapor deposition method. All of the as-prepared NWs are uniform, smooth, and straight, without any phase segregation in all stoichiometric compositions. The lattice constants of each NW composition have been well correlated with the chemical stoichiometry and confirmed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and Raman spectrum. Moreover, with the increase of Sb concentration, the hole mobility of the as-fabricated field-effect-transistors and the responsivity and detectivity of the as-fabricated NIR photodetectors increase accordingly. 15EDOA: an efficient delay optimization approach for mixed-polarity Reed-Muller logic circuits under the unit delay model显示文摘Delay optimization has recently attracted signif-icant attention. However, few studies have focused on the delay optimization of mixed-polarity Reed-Muller (MPRM) logic circuits. In this paper, we propose an efficient delay op-timization approach (EDOA) for MPRM logic circuits under the unit delay model, which can derive an optimal MPRM logic circuit with minimum delay. First, the simplest MPRM expression with the fewest number of product terms is ob-tained using a novel Reed-Muller expression simplification approach (RMESA) considering don't-care terms. Second, a minimum delay decomposition approach based on a Huffman tree construction algorithm is utilized on the simplest MPRM expression. Experimental results on MCNC benchmark cir-cuits demonstrate that compared to the Berkeley SIS 1.2 and ABC, the EDOA can significantly reduce delay for most cir-cuits. 18Novel Apriori-Based Multi-Label Learning Algorithm by Exploiting Coupled Label Relationship显示文摘It is a key challenge to exploit the label coupling relationship in multi-label classification(MLC)problems.Most previous work focused on label pairwise relations,in which generally only global statistical information is used to analyze the coupled label relationship.In this work,firstly Bayesian and hypothesis testing methods are applied to predict the label set size of testing samples within their k nearest neighbor samples,which combines global and local statistical information,and then apriori algorithm is used to mine the label coupling relationship among multiple labels rather than pairwise labels,which can exploit the label coupling relations more accurately and comprehensively.The experimental results on text,biology and audio datasets shown that,compared with the state-of-the-art algorithm,the proposed algorithm can obtain better performance on 5 common criteria.Zhenwu Wang Longbing Cao 2017Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2017,26,2:1
